In my journey of exploring the wonders of Tai Chi Chuan, I have come to deeply realize the beauty of the unity of mind and body. Every time I practice Tai Chi, it is an opportunity to have a dialog with my self. It not only exercises my body, but more importantly, it teaches me how to find peace and inner tranquility in my busy life. Learning Tai Chi has taught me the importance of perseverance and the need to maintain balance in a fast-paced life. Along the way, tai chi is not only a skill to learn, but also a spiritual practice.
The experience of learning taijiquan Part 1
The earliest contact with taijiquan was when I was still in my first year of junior high school, because I was weak and sickly since I was a child, and at my father's suggestion, I signed up for the summer training course of Yuncheng Chen Zhenglei Taijiquan Promotion Center and began to learn taijiquan.
At the beginning, I thought that Taijiquan was very easy to learn, because in my eyes, Taijiquan's movements were gentle and simple, so there was no challenge. But in fact it is not so, after I followed the teacher to study, I realized that Taijiquan really has a lot to learn, each move of its style is closely related to "yin and yang", the so-called "rigid and soft, inside and outside, virtual and real, static and dynamic, loose and tight and round and square" are all the specific manifestations of the yin and yang of taijiquan, for example, the seemingly simple "taijiquan starting position" requires the whole body: whether to stand up naturally and relax, and how to think to move, etc., which need to be realized by oneself. It is necessary to realize and experience it by oneself slowly and attentively.
Because I didn't have a little background, so I felt more difficult to learn at the beginning, the teacher would demonstrate a movement repeatedly in each class, explaining the essentials of each move in detail, and I tried my best to imitate the teacher's movements, but even so, I often remembered this move and forgot the next one, and I couldn't make the movements coherent. After listening to my teacher's advice, I found relevant videos on the Internet, so I could practice at home again and again. Thus, under my teacher's patient guidance and encouragement, my taijiquan improved by leaps and bounds, and even my father did not expect me to make such a fast progress in a short period of time at that time. In this way, I would like to share my own experience of learning Taijiquan:
I think the most important point of learning taijiquan is to let one's mind be quiet. In this fast-paced era, people are troubled by all kinds of trivialities, and their mind will be more or less restless, so I think whether one can gather the mind, put aside the thoughts, and pay attention to the breathing and the intention is a big threshold for learning taijiquan. The reason why modern people practice Taijiquan is to improve their health, to regulate their body and mind, if they cannot meditate, what they learn later will be in vain.
At the beginning of learning the main first practice form, is to follow the progress of the teacher's lessons, whether it is to follow the teacher to repeat the imitation or at home to watch the video also, have to make their own movements generally close to the standard, so that learning a practice a style, step by step to memorize, do not be hasty. During the learning process, listen carefully to the teacher's instructions, such as what to pay attention to a certain movement, whether it is a false step or a solid step, whether it is to buckle the foot or to open the foot, whether it is one up and one down or one forward and one back. These should be memorized and consolidated with constant practice. When your teacher corrects you on a certain movement, think about why you did it and what is the reason for doing it. To understand, and then corrected as soon as possible, if not corrected in the initial stage of learning mistakes, later long into the habit, it will be difficult to change over later. In short, when you first learn, you have to combine learning and practicing with each other, so that you can familiarize yourself with the whole routine and lay a good foundation.
After practicing a good form, it is just like building a good framework, and then we have to add bricks and mortar into it, and this "brick and mortar" is to learn Taijiquan, which is a longer process, and it is also what I need to keep learning and improving now. The essence of taijiquan is still a martial art, it's a move is with offensive and defensive significance, often said taiji "soft to conquer hard", "four two to dial a thousand pounds", which uses the eight kinds of taijiquan strength: arrow-quiver, stroking, squeezing, according to the picking, , elbows, leaning. All these need to understand, and exchange with teachers or fellow practitioners in order to find the rules, so that they can further improve.
Now I have been learning taijiquan for nearly eight years, and I have been practicing taijiquan from junior high school to university, and I have always insisted on it as always, because I have felt the magic of taijiquan. Taijiquan has achieved my original purpose, which is to strengthen my body, now I am not as sick as when I was a child, on the contrary, especially after boxing, the whole person has a lot of spirit, at most two colds in a year. In addition to this aspect, there are many unexpected gains, such as more focused on the task at hand, the brain's memory has been improved, when things can be calmly think, not easy to lose temper, boxing has also enhanced the coordination of the body. What I feel most is that taijiquan has a great effect on emotional and mental conditioning, whenever I feel pressure in my life and can't release it, I play taijiquan again, and after that, I feel refreshed, and my mind becomes correct. So taijiquan really helps me a lot!
Finally, I'll say what I think about Taijiquan:
Firstly, one of the biggest purposes of boxing is for the sake of one's own health, and the process of boxing is the process of one's own relaxation, which can improve respiratory function and blood circulation, making the meridians and collaterals smooth, and the physical fitness of the body can also be strengthened as a result.
Secondly, if you like taijiquan, take it as a study to study, because taijiquan is initially the fusion of Chinese medicine as well as the ideology of yijing and other ideas created boxing, which also makes taijiquan become one of the representative philosophical ideas of ancient China, taijiquan is a deep attainment of the study, it is necessary for boxers to understand it, in-depth it.
Thirdly, Taijiquan cannot be separated from young people. When it comes to Taijiquan, most people have the image of old people in the park slowly boxing in their mind. Taiji is a great treasure of Chinese traditional culture, how can there be a lack of young people to learn and inherit it? In my university, there are many students who don't know much about Taijiquan, and some of them even interpret Yang's and Chen's as "Yang and Yin Taijiquan", which shows that the knowledge of Taijiquan hasn't been popularized among the young people yet, and young people have more than enough ideas and energies to develop Taijiquan, and if it can be popularized among the young people, I believe that Taijiquan will be developed better, and it will become a real sport for all the people.
The experience of learning taijiquan Part 2
In the process of learning taijiquan, I am always lamenting the profundity and depth of Chinese martial arts, taijiquan can not be learned overnight, to achieve the realm of "skillful and perfect" not only requires technical precision, physical harmony, but also requires a kind of driving spirit, compatibility with the temperament and forgetfulness of the spirit of things and I. I am very happy to learn that taijiquan is the most important martial arts in China.
The "national essence" of Taijiquan lends strength to fight, "four two pushes a thousand jin", to softly overcome rigidity, static braking, in the Shu, lightness and roundness, loose and soft, slow and even, open and close in order, rigid and soft, yin and yang harmony, moving as "running clouds and flowing water, continuous", natural and elegant, music, rhythm, philosophical connotations, beautiful modeling, poetic mood are all fascinating, and it is inevitable that it has been passed down from ages to ages. Rhythm of music, philosophical connotation, the beauty of modeling, the mood of the poem is fascinating, and it is inevitable that it will be passed down through the ages.
In the usual practice and class learning, I feel that the 24-style taijiquan in the left foot stomping and right foot stomping two styles of the most difficult, not only because of the articulation of the movement is difficult to memorize, but also with the foot stomping when the stand needs long-term training can be completed. Under the teacher's careful teaching and tireless demonstration, I could basically memorize the movements. After rough memorization, more in-depth understanding of each movement of taijiquan requires careful recall and further study, watching taijiquan video is a good choice, only in this way can I improve myself, so this semester's short study is not only the learning of movement, but also the foundation and guidance for our future learning of taijiquan, which also inspires my love for Chinese martial arts and national culture and further passion for learning. It also inspires my love for Chinese martial arts and national culture and my passion for further study, and I hope that in the future taijiquan will become a real part of my life. I hope that Taijiquan will become a real part of my life in the future.
Each movement is round, soft and coherent, and each style is continuous, and the dashing style shown by the moves is enviable, and the flowing gesture shown by the step-by-step rotation is unforgettable. Taijiquan can make people in a state of mind without distractions, away from the clamor, and have a better state of mind to face the study life. At the same time, the fitness effect of tai chi is also indisputable, so learning tai chi is really a right choice.
The experience of learning taijiquan Part 3
The first school year is coming to an end and so is our Tai Chi study. I have learned a lot of things through the study of Tai Chi in this school year. I remember my teacher told us in the first class that the "intention" of learning Taiji is very important, and the key is to use the intention to play Taiji, because Taijiquan is a kind of kungfu that emphasizes "God" and "intention". I think this is also the reason why people call Taiji wisdom boxing!
There is also the fact that before each of our classes, Mr. Xu always asks us to recall the content of Tai Chi that we learned last time, and then to play the Tai Chi moves that we learned in the last class by ourselves, and then to relax all the parts of our body, before we finally start the formal teaching of Tai Chi Chuan.
Through the study of this school year, I found that Tai Chi is a kind of technical combat art, which is characterized by softness overcoming hardness, waiting for movement with quietness, transforming straightness into roundness, overcoming bigness with smallness, and overcoming strongness with weakness. It is an art that emphasizes on saving energy to hit people, so borrowing energy to hit people and introducing falling space are its most essential features. To master the "four two pivot a thousand jin" skillful technique, is to know the reason of the body law light, with the intention of luck, with the intention of hitting, long time then the body law is nothing out of line. A person's strength lies in the whole, a person's gas lies in the convergence, body law can one by one to seek to the right, light and free, to achieve "a move no immobility, a static no not static", people a next to me, I can get a chance under the top that can get the momentum up and down, before and after the left and right, and no force. Can get the opportunity to get the momentum, is able to give up their own from the people; can know themselves and know the enemy, in order to change due to the enemy; can change due to the enemy, "the introduction of the fall of the air, the four pairs of thousands of pounds," the skill, in order to be perfected. Teacher also told us to be quiet with the intention to breathe naturally, that is, the practice of boxing are required to be quiet and concentrated thoughts, concentrate on guiding the action, breathing smoothly, deep uniform natural, can not be forced to hold their breath; neutral Anshu, soft and slow, that is, the body to maintain a loose and natural, unbiased, movements such as clouds and water, soft and even; action arc, rounded integrity, that is, the action should be an arc of the form of the spiral, the conversion of rounded not stagnant, and at the same time, with the waist as the axis, the upper and lower follow each other, the circumference of the body to form an arc, rounded integrity. At the same time, the waist as an axis, the upper and lower follow each other, the circumference of the body to form a whole; coherent and coordinated, the reality is clear, that is, the action should be continuous, articulation and smooth, everywhere to distinguish between the reality and the center of gravity to maintain a stable; light and calm, rigid and flexible, that is, each action should be light and calm, not floating and not rigid, the outer soft and inner rigidity, the force should be complete and elastic, can not be used to use the force of the clumsy.
It is also well known that Tai Chi is good for health, and our teacher has given us a lot of knowledge about this in class.
First of all, it can make the mind calm, so that you can be more tolerant; in addition, it is also a small amount of aerobic exercise, good for the body (especially the heart ah, lungs ah, etc.); it can also increase the body's flexibility, so that the muscles and bones more flexible and hard; at the same time, it makes our body more flexible, not only that, it can also be self-defense it!
It can also improve the human body's cardiopulmonary function, often participate in taijiquan exercise, its cardiac muscle fiber thickening, ventricular wall thickening, cardiac contraction force increased, the capacity of the heart that is the increase in output per beat. In addition, it can also improve the elasticity and toughness of the arterial wall, and the caliber of coronary artery becomes thicker, which improves the working ability of the heart. Persistent exercise, internal gas can circulate, relaxation of the body, which is conducive to the exchange of substances inside and outside the capillaries, promote the utilization of oxygen by the tissues, reduce the accumulation of lactic acid, reduce fatigue, benefit the body, and have a better preventive and curative effect on the chronic coronary heart disease, hyperlipidemia, and arteriosclerosis. Taijiquan breathing requirements deep and long and even soft, can increase the activity of the diaphragm and abdominal muscles and regulate the respiratory function of the intercostal muscles, so that the lungs and the thorax to increase the traction between the five viscera and six bowels to play a "massage effect" on the organs of the diseases, such as gastrointestinal dyspepsia, diabetes mellitus, urinary and fecal disorders will play a good role in the treatment of the effect.
Taijiquan requires a natural combination of movement and breathing, so it can develop the respiratory muscles to increase lung capacity; its exercise is large but not strenuous, which can promote blood circulation, develop the heart's muscle energy, make the heart beat slowly and powerfully, not only to reduce the phenomenon of bruising, but also to reduce the disadvantages of arteriosclerosis; at the same time, it also promotes metabolism, so that the body's waste elimination is smooth and improves the gastrointestinal peristalsis to improve the digestive function, which can not only increase the appetite but also exempt from Constipation is a problem. Practicing Taijiquan also requires "quietness of mind", mental introspection and concentration of thoughts, which is a good training for the brain; and in the movement of complex and complete Qi movement, the brain and other parts of the brain need to work nervously, which in turn plays a good training role for the whole central nervous system, improves the function of the nervous system, and naturally strengthens the regulation of the organs and systems of the whole body. This in turn has a good training effect on the entire central nervous system, improves the nervous system`s function, and naturally strengthens the regulation of the organs and systems of the whole body, and strengthens the body's external adaptability. Adaptation to cold and warmth and resistance to infectious diseases can be strengthened accordingly. By the way, it improves the level of health, increases the resistance, and even helps us to prolong our life!
Also, in recent years, through the research of many health care departments, it has been proved that taijiquan exercise has a good effect on the central nervous system, cardiovascular system, respiratory system, digestive system, bone and muscle, metabolism and other aspects of the human body.
Through this semester's tai chi study, I have gained a lot, not only my own body and mind to relax, but also experienced the mutual friendship between students, and more understanding of the teacher's careful teaching!
②有助于心脏、血管和淋巴系统的健康;
③增强呼吸机能,扩大肺活量;
④促进消化功能和体内物质代谢;
⑤加强肌肉、骨骼和关节的活动;
The experience of learning Taijiquan Part 4
This semester, I learned twenty-four styles of taijiquan, because I had learned a little taijiquan in high school, so I thought it would be good to have a foundation to learn, but when I started to learn it, I found it hard to do the standard movements, probably because I hadn't played taijiquan for a long time, and maybe it's because I learned it differently than I did originally. But I still have a certain advantage. After this semester's study more let me appreciate the benefits of taijiquan, and then finally found the feeling, playing a little bit like.
Tai Chi has become a symbolic symbol of Chinese culture, and Tai Chi Chuan has about 100 million enthusiasts around the world. When one goes to many parts of the world and mentions China, many people know Chinese Taijiquan. In the promotional video for the Olympic bid, the image of Taijiquan appears repeatedly, which further strengthens the influence of Taiji culture; and from the perspective of the global trend of cultural development, the oriental values represented by Taiji culture are recognized by more and more people. From the point of view of China's local situation, with the continuous development of economy, the importance of leisure and fitness in people's life has been increasing, and the concern for the quality of life has become a general trend, which is consistent with Taiji culture.
After the founding of the People's Republic of China, new simplified taijiquan, eighty-eight-style taijiquan, forty-eight-style taijiquan, forty-two-style taijiquan, forty-two-style taijiquan sword, and Yang-style taijiquan competition routines were compiled. The basic styles and technical structures of various Taijiquan are more or less the same, and the exercise methods all require the heart to be quiet and intentional, breathing naturally, neutral and natural, neutral and quiet, soft and slow, round and complete, coordinated and coherent, light and calm, and clear distinction between reality and reality. In addition to boxing, Taijiquan also has Taijiquan Push Hands in the form of sparring, as well as equipment exercises such as knives, swords, etc. When I took the first class, the teacher was very excited. In the first class, although the teacher just made a few simple gestures in front of us, we felt at that time that Taijiquan was not only a martial art or a sport for strengthening the body, but also an aesthetic and an art. It is so natural and stretching, very beautiful and spontaneous. Next we put into the twenty-four styles of taijiquan learning, from the starting position, left and right wild horse mane, until the single whip cloud hand single whip, from easy to difficult, but gradually, high tanma, and stirrups, until the final closing position does not seem to be so difficult, and the back of the learning more smooth. Until finally, I can independently play a full set of twenty-four styles, and I feel a sense of accomplishment in my heart. On the first day of practicing the preparatory pose and relaxation with breath, I could not concentrate on myself, and was distracted by the slightest movement beside me, but according to the requirements of the exercise - inhaling to maintain a relaxed state, exhaling to relax the arms - I was a bit too concerned about my left side to care about my right side, and too concerned about my breathing to care about my standing posture... I tried to stand properly according to the requirements. I tried to stand in a good posture according to the requirements, maintain normal breathing, relax the left arm on the first exhalation, relax the left arm, and then relax the right arm on the next exhalation, because I always have to think this way in my mind, and after a few days of practicing in this way, I felt that concentrating on my thoughts wasn't so difficult.
After listening to the teacher's words, I gradually realized the essence of it, and slowly stopped memorizing the movements, but thought and experienced them to move forward. After school, I also played taijiquan with my roommates in the hallway, although I had not yet learned the whole set of movements, and I did not really do the standard, but really do the movements once again there will be some subtle feelings, the most obvious is that after practicing the palms of the hands and the body will be sweating, and that is the practice of the heart to be quiet and not be interfered by the outside world, as if only their own existence, the heart feels very comfortable, plus the sunshine on the body feels warm from the inside and outside, very comfortable, and I feel tired and tired. The sunlight on the body feels warm from the inside out, very comfortable, feeling tired are gone, and will not be sleepy, become very energetic, all body relaxation.
Therefore, we benefit a lot from learning Taijiquan, physically on the one hand and psychologically on the other. Physically, it is a fitness exercise in accordance with physiological and sports principles, and an effective means of treating diseases. On the one hand, not subject to site and time constraints, much favored by the people Taijiquan posture is beautiful, soft movements, men and women, young and old, not subject to time and seasonal constraints, solo practice can also be, collective practice is better. It is not limited by time and season, but can be practiced by single person, and it is better to be practiced collectively. On the other hand, sticking to practicing taijiquan can make you live a long and healthy life. Although taijiquan is not running or jumping, it does not need to use violent force, but the exercise effect on the body is also very great because the bones, joints and muscles of the whole body are naturally and softly stretched during the boxing training, and the body's qualities and functions of the systems are constantly improved, so it can improve the metabolism level, which is conducive to a long and healthy life. The six physiological effects of taijiquan on human organs and systems are briefly described as follows:
①Exercise the nervous system and improve organ function:
② Contributes to the health of the heart, blood vessels and lymphatic system;
③ Enhance respiratory function and expand lung capacity;
④Promote digestive function and the metabolism of substances in the body;
⑤ Strengthening of muscles, bones and joints;
(6) Smooth out the meridians
Mentally, I began to learn to be open, calm, and relaxed, and began to find a vast realm of life from within myself! To play tai chi well is to first empty your mind and see your heart. Subtraction, always subtraction. I have learned to think differently and live by subtraction.
The experience of learning taijiquan Part 5
The study of physical education in the university has come to an end silently. Under the leadership of Mr. Zhang Lichen, although only a few short classes, but his serious teaching, colorful body language so that I am very good acceptance of Tai Chi this course is still strange to me. College sports are obviously very different from high school sports. This is not only focusing on the learning method, it is more focused on the cultivation and improvement of our sports quality. College sports are quality education.
When we go to university, the weekly physical education class becomes our only regular exercise time, in the lack of sports learning life, physical education class gives us a good opportunity to regulate our body and mind, relieve the pressure brought by the study as well as social activities. College physical education classes give us a variety of options to choose from. Those who want to learn soccer can take a soccer course, and those who want to go to Tai Chi have a Tai Chi course. Therefore, the study of physical education has become easy, and improve our physical fitness, and give play to our interests and specialties. And the study of physical education also accounted for a certain number of credits, so that we pay more attention, almost all of us have seized this opportunity, and in the study of physical education, learn a lot of special sports knowledge, really know the scientific method of physical exercise.
In this semester's taijiquan study, I systematically learned the twenty-four styles of taijiquan, and I gained a lot, and I have a deeper understanding of taijiquan. Moves such as White Crane Bright Wings and Hand Waving Pipa come to my mind from time to time. In my mind, Taijiquan is not only a physical education course but also a kind of Chinese culture education. Every time we practice, we are revisiting an ancient but youthful culture. Maybe for us 90s, taijiquan still seems to be the "young Zhang Sanfeng" in our memories. In this weekly physical education class, we began to learn and study taijiquan under the guidance of Mr. Zhang. In the study of taijiquan, I learned that one should not be in a hurry, but should learn to relax inwardly and solve any problem with a calm attitude. The more you face frustration or trouble, what is the use of being nervous and depressed, what you should do is to relax yourself and solve a series of problems with calm thinking.
Taijiquan is about reconciling contradictions, which enables us to develop an `attitude' towards life. From this point of view, practicing taijiquan is also for me a process of learning and progress.
I am very glad that I can take this taijiquan class and have such a chance to get in touch with this valuable asset. Perhaps, in the future, whenever we encounter difficulties and worries in our study, life or work, we can think in "taijiquan" and solve these problems. Learning taijiquan is a spirit of cultivation and deposition, used to purify the human soul.
"Imitation, exercise, realization, and self-containment" is a kind of taijiquan learning realm. With only ten or so physical education classes per semester, I may have only learned a little bit of taijiquan, or I may have only stayed in the stage of "imitation". But through this semester's study, I can at least let me harvest a harmonious character, harvest a different attitude towards life.
The experience of learning taijiquan Part 6
I remember the first day of class, there are students asked the teacher, tai chi whether there is a weight loss effect, attracted students burst of laughter, but tai chi really have this effect. Want to use tai chi to lose weight, practice tai chi for five minutes a day, it won't take long to find that the body is thin, and the muscle physique becomes powerful and strong, of course, there are a lot of skills needed in this, not one or two days to achieve the effect, the need for a long time to insist on practicing, and practicing the method must be correct.
Some people say that you can go to the gym for body cultivation and get just as good results. However, there is no substitute for other exercises to cultivate the mind.
To practice tai chi, you must first relax, not only your muscles, but more importantly your mind. You have to be willing to be a student and let yourself become an empty vessel first. I remember that before practicing the starting position, the teacher taught us to relax the whole body, not only the body, but also the heart, requiring us to practice deep breathing, to achieve deep, fine, even, long, at that time I did not deeply appreciate this, now I think that the "relaxation of the heart" is aimed at me to talk about, the heart can only be loose body relaxation. Teacher said to "shed", let go of external causes, practicing as if no one is in the realm, can not be mixed with a trace of distractions, so as to achieve better results.
At the same time, practicing Taijiquan also requires injecting one's own intention, so that the intention leads one's own body to act as if a constant stream of heat flows slowly through the whole body and urges one's own hands and feet to follow the movement together. The intention is in front of the form, so-called "intention to the form with", otherwise there will be a situation where the form is similar but the God is not similar, losing the flavor of Taijiquan itself, naturally failing to achieve the effect of practice, and also failing to experience the connotation and essence of Taijiquan.
When I was in high school, I learned taijiquan for a period of time, but it was because of the short time, learning. I didn't learn it completely, and I didn't really appreciate the flavor of taijiquan, and I didn't even know how to use those simple but marvelous stances in a real battle. But now after more in-depth, more detailed study, to make up for a lot of things that were not learned. My classmates envy me for learning fast and easily, but they don't know that I am learning it for the second time, which is really a bit embarrassing.
People say that Taijiquan is a smart person's boxing, and I don't think this means that you can only learn it well if you are gifted, but rather that you must ponder and experience it more, along with your teacher's nudging to make progress.
The so-called "three days do not practice hand raw; three days do not sing mouth raw", a summer without practice, and now I practice also feel rusty, the original learning back to this matter, really need to review from time to time, learn from the past to understand the new. There is no more practice, but also can not talk about what experience to ponder, but unfortunately it is always easier said than done, even if I even seniors mentioned the "7 minutes a day" have never done, visible boxing is not only physical training, but also will training. To be able to persist in doing something for a long time is in itself a manifestation of will, and again in the process, can hone the young man's impetuous temperament, the period of time to become gentle and tough.
The purpose of learning Taijiquan is not only because it is a classic of Chinese martial arts, nor because it is the national treasure of our country, nor because we want to become a generation of masters. We simply hope that we can achieve the purpose and effect of strengthening our body through learning Taijiquan, and at the same time can enrich the fun of students' life. However, there are many students who are not interested in it, thinking that taijiquan is slow and easy, something for the elderly to learn. In fact, Taijiquan is suitable for both young and old. No matter what age people practice taijiquan, they will get a lot of benefits, and strengthening the body is the most direct and basic effect.
Many students become lazy to varying degrees once they enter college, and I'm no exception. Out of the usual classes, many people seldom do exercise, long-term, physical fitness and resistance will decline. As the saying goes, "the body is the capital of the revolution", so I hope you can practice taijiquan in your spare time, as a healthy body in the future, enough to study and work better and "save money" it.
The current experience of Taijiquan is only as described above, I believe that in the future learning and practicing process, I will have more and deeper experience, and then share with you.

When you go to work, a healthy body is the essence of your work, and when you retire a good body and mind is the theme of your life.
Last year, I reached the age of retirement. In order to improve the quality of life, I participated in the taijiquan class offered by Daxing Senior University, and after the teacher's sincere teaching, I have been involved in Wu's 37 styles of taijiquan for the first time, and I feel that I have gained a lot.
First, learning taijiquan can purify one's mind
As I approached retirement, I was at a loss as to what I might do after retirement. Since attending the taijiquan class at the University for the Elderly, I have felt in my heart that my mind has been cleansed. In particular, the teacher's devoted teaching in the class has enabled me to gain knowledge and achieve the purpose of solving problems, making me love life more and further realizing that exercise can be fitness and can purify the mind.
Second, practicing tai chi can make the quality of life sublimated
Before I learned tai chi, I seemed to have lost faith in my body. Because in the past, during the fall and winter seasons, I was always afraid of the cold, my hands and feet were cold, not to mention that my physical condition was also very poor. I suffered from serious cervical spondylosis, and many nights I could not enjoy sleep and was always listless. When I first got involved in taijiquan, my mind was enlightened and I seemed to have returned to my youthful age. After a semester of study, my physical condition has been greatly improved, the feeling of cold hands and feet disappeared, the cervical spondylosis which could not be cured for a long time also left me, and I don't need to take the pillow to one side at night, because the feeling of mind fogging and discomfort in the neck are gone.
Now I am physically and mentally healthy and live a full life. I thank Mr. Zhang Quanliang who taught me Taijiquan from my heart, and I also thank Daxing Senior University for opening this program for us, and I will continue to study in the Senior University.

The experience of learning taijiquan Part 9
Before learning taijiquan, I was curious about taijiquan, because whether in real life or on TV, we often see people playing taijiquan, and when we see the soft and smooth but powerful movements, we all marvel at it, and I am full of admiration. I also imagine that one day I will be able to play a section of taijiquan in the morning exercise.
I am very happy to have this opportunity to learn Taijiquan during my college years. This semester we followed our teacher to learn twenty-four forms of taijiquan. This has increased my interest in taijiquan, and I downloaded the teaching video of twenty-four forms of taijiquan on the Internet, and I will watch the video after studying, and further consolidate the movements I learned in physical education class, and I will also "spar with my roommates" in the dormitory occasionally. It can be said that learning taijiquan has brought me a lot of fun.
At the same time, learning taijiquan has deepened my understanding of taijiquan, the original taijiquan has evolved a lot of schools, there are Chen-style taijiquan, Yang-style taijiquan, Sun-style taijiquan, Wu-style taijiquan, wu-style taijiquan and other five major factions, known as the "five styles of taijiquan". The 24 Simplified Taijiquan Forms that we have learned are mainly based on Yang Style Taijiquan and combined with other Taijiquan forms to simplify and re-create. It is characterized by its softness and evenness, low requirement for basic skills, little difficulty in movements, no force, and is suitable for practice by all age groups.
As a part of traditional Chinese culture, Taijiquan is the embodiment of Chinese attitude towards the world, cultural connotations, etc. in martial arts. It is very rich in connotation, full of philosophy, and has a blood relationship with traditional Chinese medicine. Learning and practicing Taijiquan is a very good fitness exercise, which can strengthen the body, can defend oneself, can also cultivate the sentiment, is a kind of beautiful enjoyment, but also can bring infinite interest and happiness to people's life, and can prolong the life. Especially in terms of physiological and spiritual benefits, Taijiquan plays a good effect. After the scientific research of the Chinese and Western countries, it has been confirmed that practicing taijiquan for many years can have certain medical effects on various chronic diseases, such as: neurasthenia, hypertension, heart disease, dyspepsia, rheumatism and arthritis, and diabetes. Practicing taijiquan can also eliminate stress, after practicing will suddenly feel light, the pressure is eliminated, emotional stability and calm; work and study efficiency will naturally improve. This is undoubtedly for us to study and live a stressful life, the mental pressure is heavier. College students have significant help. Therefore, it is very necessary to learn taijiquan during college.
When we first learned Taijiquan, although the movements were relatively simple, we failed to do many of them, and many of them were not standardized enough, for example, in the White Crane Bright Wings, the left hand should be pressed down and put to the side of the body, the right foot should be bent, and the left foot should be pointed to the ground, and I don't know how many times the teacher emphasized this one movement. Through our repeated practice and the teacher's patience, we were able to master the basic movements and do them easily and naturally. But to the back of the action, more and more difficult to get up, especially from the single whip to start the cloud hand, watched the video many times, do not know how many times to practice, and then realized that in fact, the practice of the state of mind is also very important, if the mood is irritable, and then how to practice, will not make progress. As my teacher said, we should look for the feeling of "peace of mind, which leads to the ideal state of mind of purity, tranquility, and joy" in our practice. In the first stage, we should lay a good foundation in posture and movement, clarify the basic requirements, achieve correct posture, stable footwork, and stretchy, soft movements. In the second stage, we should pay attention to mastering the pattern of change of movement and its characteristics, so as to achieve coherence and coordination, round and natural. The third stage focuses on practicing the use of strength and the natural combination of thoughts, breathing and movements, so that the movements are light and calm, and the body is complete and unified.
Like that, when I mastered each basic movement, I also began to strive to do each of my own movements, to do the standard, and not to be sloppy in every detail that I should pay attention to. Of course, even then, it was still a far cry from the standard movements. I know very well that my practice is still not enough and I have to keep practicing. But as the number of times increased, I began to have a little feeling, and the posture began to become natural! Gradually, I realized that each movement was connected to the next, and could not be disconnected, just like flowing water!
Practicing Taijiquan, like other sports, goes through a process of gradual improvement from raw to familiar and from familiar to skillful. Practicing good boxing is not something that can be done overnight, and it is not something that can be rushed, as the saying goes, if you want to be fast, you can't get there. Of course, it is not necessary to be able to play a set of perfect boxing, but the important thing is that in the process of learning, realized things, especially in the cultivation of the body and temperament, it can play an important role. So in the future life will continue to insist on practicing, and take taijiquan as a hobby.
The experience of learning taijiquan Article 10
When I was in high school, I learned taijiquan for a period of time, but that was because of the short time, learning in a hurry, did not fully learn, and did not really appreciate the flavor of taijiquan, and even do not know how to use those simple but wonderful moves in real combat. But now, after more in-depth and detailed study, I have made up for a lot of things I didn't learn at the beginning.
The so-called "three days do not practice hand raw; three days do not sing mouth raw", a summer without practice, now I practice also feel rusty, the original learning this time, really need to review from time to time, learn from the past to understand the new. There is no more practice, not to talk about what experience to ponder, but unfortunately it is always easier said than done, even if I even seniors mentioned the "7 minutes a day" have never done, visible boxing is not only physical training, but also will training. To be able to persist in doing something for a long time is in itself a manifestation of will, and again in the process, can hone the young man's impetuous temperament, the period of time to become gentle and tough.
The purpose of learning Taijiquan is not only because it is a classic in Chinese martial arts, nor because it is the national treasure of our country, nor because we want to become a generation of masters. We simply hope that we can learn Taijiquan to achieve the purpose and effect of strengthening the body, and at the same time can enrich the students' life. However, there are many students who are not interested in this, thinking that taijiquan is slow and easy, something for the elderly to learn.

The experience of learning Taijiquan Article 12
Tai Chi, when I heard the name, I used to think of the image of old men and women in the park, and I felt that it was far away from our age, but I feel that I have benefited a lot from taking the course this semester and being exposed to Tai Chi.
When I first learned Taiji, I felt that it was very much about intention, shape and form, and it was difficult for beginners to master its strength. At the beginning, I felt that I had no way to start, but under the teaching of Mr. Ning, I figured out some ways to learn Taiji. The following is my experience of learning Taijiquan.
Taijiquan is a kind of kung fu that is both mysterious and common. It is mysterious because of two things. One is that everyone practices differently, even if they are taught by the same master; the other is that among all the people practicing Taijiquan, there are very few who have really learned Taijiquan. It can be said to be rare. The reason for all this, I think it is because Taijiquan is a kind of kung fu that emphasizes "God" and "intention". Although Xingyiquan, Xingyiquan and other kung fu is also heavy "intention", but taijiquan is and the origin of the universe is connected to a kind of kung fu, its "God", "intention" is other kung fu can not be reached.
Every time we have a class, Mr. Ning will always let us relax every part of our body before starting the formal taijiquan teaching; every day we sit in the classroom, always keep a posture, and feel that our body is a little stiff, after learning taijiquan, we practice it before going to bed, which is good for promoting sleep. Secondly, I feel that after learning Taijiquan, my balance has been strengthened, and I always felt that my balance was not good before; Taijiquan is summarized by our ancestors who have been searching for it for hundreds of years, and its balance is very precise, so I feel that my balance is not good.
So practicing Tai Chi is good for balance. Again, practicing Tai Chi also helped me to exercise my concentration, learning Tai Chi, that is, when the movement, no time to think of other things, once you learn the movement, you have to pay attention to your own breathing, and intention, which will allow you to concentrate.
Through this semester's taijiquan study, let me gain a lot, since their physical and mental relaxation, but also appreciate the mutual friendship between students, more understanding of the teacher's careful teaching, I will continue to learn taijiquan in the days to come.
The experience of learning Taijiquan Article 13
This semester I have had the honor of learning forty-two styles of taijiquan in the health class, and I have benefited a lot from it. Taijiquan itself is a sport that both strengthens the body and is full of traditional Chinese wisdom. Through weekly study, I have changed my original misunderstanding of taijiquan, cultivated my mind, and at the same time effectively improved my body's various functions.
Previously, I did not have much contact with Taijiquan. On the contrary, I had some prejudice and misunderstanding about it. Because I always saw old people playing Tai Chi in the park or the square, I mistakenly thought that Tai Chi is a sport for old people only. However, after getting in touch with Taijiquan, I realized that Taijiquan is not as simple and labor-saving as I thought. Taijiquan requires its practitioners to both hold out in a circle and have convergence; to be relaxed and tense at the same time. Specifically, no movement should be too rigid, but should always be in circular motion, running like flowing water. I find this to be a perfect echo of the wisdom of the Tao Te Ching, "If a great completion is lacking, its use will not be detrimental; if a great surplus is rushing, its use will not be infinite". Doing things is also like playing tai chi, not to go to extremes, but like running water, gentle and gentle to achieve the "silent" near-perfect realm.
Such a requirement is very difficult for a beginner like me, and I cannot do it in a short time. Although I could not perform the forms and meanings of taijiquan myself, I found my taijiquan teacher's movements to be extremely graceful and dynamic, which could be described as "movement in stillness, and stillness in movement". I was very envious of him, so I asked him to teach me how to play a perfect set of taijiquan like him, and he told me that I must practice more, and that in my personal case, I should first be able to master all the basic movements, and then pursue a higher level. After listening to my teacher, I reflected on myself. I found that I was a bit impatient in the process of practicing, just imitating the movements without grasping the details of the movements. For example, in Tai Chi movements, it is said that the center of gravity should be shifted backward before the step up. I had not noticed this small detail at all before that. However, people who practice Tai Chi know that this detail can be considered one of the core of Tai Chi movements. Through my teacher's teachings and my own reflection, I changed my impatience in learning Tai Chi and started practicing in a practical way. Now, after completing one semester of Taiji study, my Taijiquan level has improved to a certain extent compared with the previous one, and at the same time, I know more about "patience and practicality" in doing things.
Finally, in my personal experience, Taijiquan has a subtle effect on the human body. My breathing has never been very smooth during more intense exercise, such as running. After learning Taijiquan and properly matching my exhalation and inhalation, I have recently noticed a marked improvement in my physical functioning. I have been able to maintain smooth breathing while running. So as far as my personal experience is concerned, Tai Chi is of great help to the cardiorespiratory system. I also learned that Tai Chi is a sport that benefits the whole body by checking relevant information on the Internet.
Although my taijiquan study is over, I will not stop practicing taijiquan. It is not only a sport to strengthen the body, but also a sport to show the wisdom of China. I have already felt its charm, so I will follow the teacher's guidance and practice carefully, after all, "the master leads you in, the practice depends on yourself".
The experience of learning taijiquan Article 14
Before I took the Taijiquan class, I didn't know anything about Taijiquan, I had only heard of Taiji, and when I heard of Taiji I would think of the image of old men and women in the park, and I felt that it was so far away from our age group. I felt that Taijiquan should be the same kind of Taiji, and it is almost the same, both are very slow and soft. After learning Taijiquan, I realized that it has benefited me a lot.
In the first class, the teacher introduced us to Taijiquan, which pays great attention to its intention, shape and form, and beginners generally have difficulty mastering its strength. So when I first started to learn it, I was at a loss. When I first started to learn, I felt that I could not get started, but in the teacher's tireless teaching touched the doorway of a little Tai Chi, and I, of course, also learned very vigorously. Every class to see the teacher in order to teach us sweaty, feel very guilty, so every time after class back to the bedroom will always seriously review. I hope that I can learn every movement and live up to my teacher's expectations, so that I can play taijiquan every day in the future to strengthen my body.
In the first class, we started to learn taijiquan, and the teacher first asked us to learn how to relax, but because I did not know much about taijiquan, I could not accept it well, and I did not understand why the teacher and my brothers and sisters were able to do the movements without any force or strength, while I could not, and I could not do it correctly. Therefore, when I practiced taijiquan, I used a stiff arm, which caused tension in the whole body, and the joints did not rotate in a rounded way, and each movement looked like an intentional gesture.
Next, I will talk about what I have learned from studying tai chi this semester.
I think juggling tai chi makes me feel total relaxation. Every day, we either read books and write papers on computers in our bedrooms or sit in class, keeping a posture all day long, our muscles, nerves and bones are stiff, and relaxation is the best therapy. Since I started learning tai chi, I have been doing it every other day to relax my whole body and mind and to promote sleep.
After learning Tai Chi, I feel that my balance ability has been strengthened. In the past, I always felt that my cerebellum was not fully developed and my balance was not good. The movements of Tai Chi are summarized by the ancestors over the past hundred years, and their balance adjustments are very precise, so it is beneficial to do the right movements to exercise the sense of balance when practicing.
Practicing Tai Chi has even helped me work on my concentration. When you learn Tai Chi, you learn the movements first, and when you are learning the movements, you don't have time to think about anything else; once you learn the movements, you have to pay attention to your breathing, and your intention. This will allow you to concentrate.
Learning Tai Chi can help me to strengthen my body for life. My teacher's careful teaching has given me a deeper understanding of Taijiquan and a greater interest in it. Taijiquan is soft and strong, lending strength to fight, and I feel that it embodies both the technicality of martial arts and its own artistry. The teacher said that we have to practice taijiquan every day to be able to appreciate its essence.
In short, through this semester's taijiquan study, I have gained a lot. I have been able to relax physically and mentally, and I have also realized the love and care among my classmates, and I have learned more about the good intention of my teacher. In the days to come, I will continue to learn Taijiquan, to understand Taijiquan more comprehensively, to strengthen the body and nourish the spirit with boxing. Let the slogan of "improving the comprehensive quality of all people" start from me and be a qualified college student.
