冬天寒风瑟瑟,但是无法阻挡同学们的步伐。我班部分学生来到了各自的小区,进行了服务。有的帮助小区打扫卫生,有的发放反迷信传单,有的则陪伴孤寡老人??同学们把一缕缕阳光带进寒冷的冬天。在活动中,大家深深懂得了关爱的重要。
冬天寒风阵阵,但大家在热闹的鞭炮声中度过了春节。拿着自己的压岁钱,同学们认真地写了使用压岁钱的方案。“自己的伙伴自己帮”,大家都有计划地使用压岁钱,懂得了勤俭节约的道理之余,还不约而同地认识到助人为乐的内涵。
冬天寒风凛冽,中华民族的传统气息却让同学忘却寒风。通过实地考察、上网勘察,同学们了解了中国特有的民族文化,中华文化精粹的博大精深。活动既充实了同学们的课外知识,也了解了中国的背景文化。
冬天寒风冰冷,被充实过后的脑瓜却是温暖无比。坐在写字桌前,同学们认真书写着老师布置的作业。知识不断地涌入大家的脑中,经过消化被牢牢记在心中。返校后,同学们望着自己完成的作业,心中充满了满足感与欣慰感。

一、学校的管理者作为校长应该如何工作
学校管理团队的核心使命是什么?成事?抑或成人?宏观管理以学校为本,行政管理以教师为本,教育管理以学生为本,着力实现学校、教师、学生三者价值的融合与最大化。因此结合学校我认为校长是学校的一面旗帜,校长的一举一动影响着老师、学生、家长。
因此作为校长应该时时刻刻注意自己的言行,做好榜样才能让别人心服口服。其次是作为校长应该敢于担当和有责任感。校长要勇敢的去研究办学思想,办学目标,办学特色,解读政策把握大局,摆脱别人的干扰去干一些实事。多去想一想该干什么?重点是什么?怎样能干好?一切都要从学生的发展去考虑。
二、学校的管理者如何培养好自己的教师和积极性
校长最大的本事就是培养好教师。人是什么?何谓人性?人性至上,价值为本,仁治优先。因此我认为培养好自己的教师才是学校发展的必要前提和核心。培养积极性上,目前受社会环境的影响,在目前我们这样的小县城,教师乐于奉献的思想越来越少,教师的幸福感越来越低,教师的工作积极性也越来越低,安于现状。如何调动教师的积极性成了当前摆在我们面前的一个重要课题。
教师有一个共同的特点就是敬业奉献幸福感高,因此积极性也高,教师才会去欣赏学生,尊重学生,潜心课改乐此不疲。管理的最高境界是:调动人的积极性。所以我认为在学校管理者的工作中要从调动教师的积极性入手,给教师人性化的关怀,充分尊重每个教师,赏识发现教师的闪光点,肯定教师的劳动,让教师在肯定中找到自我,提高幸福感。
三、学校的管理者如何把学生的养成教育贵在落实
养成教育我们平时都在做。但落实是关键,就像一件工作,如果不去落实,只是开会布置下去,没有落实就永远没有效果。我们现在的工作只是笼统的安排布置了,但人家是一点一滴,亲身力行,坚持不懈,告诉学生如何去做,什么是正确的什么是错误的,在落实习惯的培养方面走在了我们的前面,他们学校的优秀做法值得我们学习。习惯的培养是一件持久的事,还需要我们坚持不懈的去做。
四、学校的管理者如何搞好学校的文化建设
首先是在校园文化建设的常见四大误区;其次是误区产生的原因;最后是走出误区的建议。印像特别深的就是四大误区:
一是“拿来主义”学校文化建设,认为好的就是合适的,表现为极力的模仿一些优质学校、模范校、先进校、品牌校、示范校的做法,没有根据自己学校的内涵打造,一味追捧“教育专家”或“明星校长”的想法,缺乏共性与个性的认识。
二是“功利主义”学校文化建设,表现在为了迎检在一两周内完成的学校文化,把学校文化建设当作一项评比工作。
三是“物化主义”学校文化建设,表现为重物质,轻内涵,重形式,轻目的。四是“个人主义”学校文化建设,表现为不注重历史传承的学校文化,把学校文化变成了个人“书法秀”。
五、作为学校管理者工作中的一些困惑
经历了3天的学习培训,在一定程度上得到了收获,但是下步工作的`开展仍然值得我们深思。例如:如何培养教师和调动教师的工作积极性,有没有良好的经验可以借鉴学习或者勇敢的去摸索实践?教师在今后的教育教学中的课改能不能做到常态化,如何改变和采取什么样的策略?如何让优秀的课改教师到我们这些薄弱的学校进行送课,让经常闭门造车的老师也能打开思路和视野?如何合理的评价教师?在农村如何充分利用开发家长这个资源,为学校、老师和学生服务?这些问题都是实实在在的,也是学校的管理者应该思考的,也是必须去尝试和突破的。
总的来说,教育是一门慢的艺术。大校口有大校口的优势,我们小校口虽然比不上、学不到,但是我想就让我们这些农村薄弱学校做简单纯净的教育,抓住身边的小事,认认真真地去做好,怀着一颗朴素和真实的心前行吧!

集团为期五天的培训,让我真正的再做了一次学生。本次培训围绕“新高考”、“学校治理与发展”、“教育管理者的领导艺术”“未来学校的十大变革”等主题展开,回想自己从未真正离开过校园,后,从学生成为老师至今已经十几个年头,心里一直渴望着能再走进校园,走近专家,再次做一名学生,而这五天的培训满足了我这个小小的愿望。
心无旁骛的聆听专家的分享,各位教授金句频出,很多生动的案例引发我们对于教育的思考,大家畅所欲言,建立互信、互通有无,五天时间转瞬即逝,但是留给我们的却是深深的思考。
这几天的培训中,我对于张厅长的讲座印象最为深刻,他和我们分享了《立德树人背景下学校教育的整体变革》,从深刻理解立德树人内涵和学校教育结构的整体变革两个问题展开讲述。其中他提到如何把立德树人落实到每位教师的课堂上,作为一名班主任同时也是英语老师的被深深地触动,立德树人是全员的整体育人,而不是仅仅局限于某一个老师或者是某一门学科。
同时,张厅长从三个维度谈到了研究学校教育与的边界,这种尺度实际上在我们中国的家庭教育中很难拿捏,很多家长认为教育是学校的责任,当然,有些学校的老师也经常会“越界”布置给本不该家长来做的`任务,那么家庭教育应该做什么、能够做什么,厘清家庭教育的范畴,家庭和学校边界清晰,才能促进学校教育与家庭教育协同育人,除此之外究竟在小学、初中、高中该做怎样的父母,小学:家长参与程度大,学生学习成绩越好;初中:从总体情况来看,家长参与程度对学生成绩影响不大;高中阶段父母干预子女学习越频繁,学生的成绩不升反降;而家长多关注学生的生活对学习成绩有正向促进作用。
对于一个家庭来说,它的优势领域是促进的道德发育,作为家长要能够言传身教,帮助孩子扣好人生的第一粒扣子,迈好人生的第一个台阶。比如说:待人有礼貌,全家人一起吃饭,听老师的话等。学会做人,这是家庭教育的首要任务,也是家庭教育最根本、最有效的职能。这是因为道德教育是一种实践性学科,是人与人之间道德关系的一种实践、感知与内化,这种教育最有效的途径就是日常生活。而家庭生活及其向社会生活的延伸,为儿童的道德成长提供了最丰厚的土壤。
作为此次培训的学生,也是三尺讲台上的一名教师,还是学生家长,通过张厅长的分享才明白:家庭教育的首要任务,就是为学生的书本学习提供经验支撑。

首先,更新教学理念,提高自身素养。
新时代、新知识、新课程都要求教师树立终身学习的目标,实现自身的可持续发展。学习不仅仅只停留于专业方面,更要扩充到各个领域,不断的提升自身的修养和素质,做一个“学习型兼反思型”的博学教师。赴大连枫叶学校交流的杨勇老师在交流中说到,老师要“不要只低头拉车,要抬头看路”很好的阐释了一名新时期的优秀教师除了兢兢业业之外,更加需要开阔眼界,更新教育理念和教育思维,以新的教育理念适应时代发展。
“眼界决定境界”,课改是时代发展的产物,是新世纪对教师提出的要求。实施素质教育,实现学生身心均衡发展,需要转变旧的、传统的、落后的教育观念,以遵循我国教育发展的潮流,自觉运用先进的教育理念来指导我们的教学。
其次,尊重学生、相信学生。
教师职业的伟大和崇高在于教师面临的对象是活生生的人,是一个个正处在成长阶段的学生。韩愈说,“师者,传道、授业、解惑也”,也就是说教师的天职就是传给学生通往“彼岸”自由世界的真理或者传给学生一条道路,一个方向,一种思维方法,一种科学理论体系,传授他们的'求生存的技术与能力,为他们解答人生历程中的困惑。要做到这些,教师首先要尊重学生,要“扬其长,促其短”,要善待后进学生、善待差异,给予他们更多的温暖、关爱、微笑。童心是美好的,童心是善良的,我们要用放大镜去观察学生身上的闪光点,将其激发和发扬起来,对优秀学生微笑是锦上添花,对后进学生微笑则是雪中送炭。

再次,转变角色,塑造完善人格师者,生之典范。学生对教师的尊重和信赖,常常超过父母,教师的一言一行比父母对子女有着更深刻的影响。孔子说:“君子耻其言而过其行。”又说:“子帅以正,孰敢不正?”“其身正,不令而行;其身不正,虽令不从。” 崇高的教师人格,对于学生的心灵来说,是任何东西都不能代替的有益于发展的阳光,崇高的教师人格会激发学生对理想的追求、对真善美的向往,它支撑人们对尊严的坚守,对庸俗的超越。“一杯清茶,两袖清风”是对崇高教师品格的写照,教师高尚人格的养成,既需要教师个人内省自律,身体力行,砥砺意志,涵养品行,也需要积极投身教育实践,培养良好人格。

我校组织全体教师开始了为期三天的校本培训。通过培训,我切实认识到了自身的不足,并明确了今后努力的方向。培训过程中,学校领导畅谈了学校三年发展规划,刁助理介绍了学校可改的目标和方向。部分老师也介绍了自己的有益经验,使我获益匪浅。
一、这次培训非常及时,使我认识到了自身的不足。
因为学校在下学期准备全面开展三疑三探的`课堂教学模式,而我在这方面总是感觉无所适从,班级学习小组的建设,小组评价方案的确定,班级公约的制定,在课堂教学的过程中如何有效地评价各小组及每个同学,如何保证课堂教学的高效,小组及个人评价机制如何保证对每位同学都有长久的吸引力、使他们还能时时保持兴趣和新鲜感,等等,都使我感到迷惑。学校组织的这次培训可以说是雪中送炭,使我在迷茫的道路上看到了一丝希望。
二、通过这次培训我认识到了学习的重要性。
这次学习培训我认识到了自己各方面的不足,而要想提高,必须要学习。通过不断地学习,才可以弥补自己各方面的缺陷,培训是一种学习,但这毕竟非常有限;大部分内容的学习还需要自学,需要看书,需要在网上学习,所以,我们需要在思想上提高认识,在行动上积极主动地学习。这就需要转变一些行为习惯。
三、学习的理论知识必须要内化为自己的思想方法,用以指导自己的教学实践。
每次培训,我总是感到理论易学,但真正用到实践中还是存在一定距离的,这就必须要把所学的理论知识进行消化吸收,从而内化为自己的思想方法,指导自己的教学实践,这样才能巩固所学,强化自身技能,提高运用能力,为实行课堂教学改革服务。实行小组合作学习,创建高效课堂,我总觉得还有很长的一段路要走,这就需要我们不遗余力地学习、提高、创新,为实现教师乐教、学生乐学而不懈努力,把这条课改之路坚定地走下去。毕竟,我们向往的是有幸福感的生活,而真正做好了此次课改有助于我们的幸福生活的实现。

这不,转眼间,已经开学。回想这个寒假,可以用两个来形容,那就是寒冷。这个冬季,上海以及南方地区都遭受到了前所未有的雪灾,但是,仅管天气再冷,也阻挡不住班级小队慰问老人的步伐,在1月31日上午9点,所有小队成员来到了阳光敬老院。轻轻推开一扇门,他们一边祝愿屋中的老人新年快乐,一边把自己早已准备好的一份心意,送到老人的手中,这让老人的脸上立即露出一丝丝的笑容。就这样,他们为敬老院里的老人们送去了自己发自内心的祝福,并且献上了他们的一片心意。在寒冷的冬季里给老人带去了快乐和温暖。同时也快乐了自己。
在这个寒假中,最激动人心的恐怕就是过春节了,大年三十的晚上,每家每户都围坐在饭桌前和亲人一起吃着年夜饭,听着外面的阵阵鞭炮,到处洋溢着喜庆气氛。而我们班的俞皓逞同学就利用假期中外出,到千岛湖游玩的机会,在欣赏好运岛,建德大慈岩等优美景点的同时,还用相机记录下了一个个美丽瞬间,以此,来参加学校组织的摄影比赛。
同时,同学们也都在假期中积极参加了居委组织的活动以及学校开展的活动。我们班总共交了29份社区活动表。由此看出,同学们都十分认真地参加了为支援受雪灾影响严重地区的捐款活动以及听“法制教育”讲座,观看影片,英语角等居委组织的各项活动。而同时,为了迎接上海世博会的到来,我们初一年级开展了以“迎世博”为主题,制作电子小报的活动。这不,我们班的李淑,易懋懋,徐琪,周婷,姚舜露,张子杨,蔡卿炜和黄炜盛八位同学都积极参与了此项活动,精心制作了电子小报。看着一份份精美而别致的小报,想必他们一定花了不少的心思!

我觉得挺委屈的,我就冲妈妈大嚷大叫,发泄肚子里的怨气;可是过后我又有一点点后悔,妈妈比我的牺牲更大了,妈妈天天陪我练球,一刻也没有休息过。还要照顾我的衣、食、住、行,想想这些,我的怨气就荡然无存了,虽然整个寒假生活像白开水一样平淡无味,按时起床读书、吃饭、打球、做作业??哎!不管怎样我现在终于挺过来了。

在寒假某一天,也是我去居委会劳动的一天…
当我在切身体验劳动时,我才更进一步地融会了这句话的精髓。劳动确实很辛苦,但却是苦中带甜的。劳动的感受,在劳累时大汗淋漓的感受。这些都不是能从我们平时的学习生活中所能触摸到的,这种感受是作为一名劳动者内心深处的,最平凡而又殊于一般的感受。
星期天,我去居委会干了一个上午的活儿,居委会的负责人让我去小区里面刮小广告。我高兴的应承了下来,心想,弄小广告有什么不容易的,拿手一撕不就成了!于是信心满满的拿着负责人给我的铲子和水桶就走了,谁知道事实和想象是有差距的,而且差距还不小。我先找到一个贴在地上的小广告,貌似真的很难弄,拿铲子刮了半天也没有太大的结果。
本来时想放弃然后去干点别的事情的,但是我不服输的性格使我突然想到,还没有什么事情能够难倒我呢,然后,我就在哪里冥思苦想,想主意我就突然想起一次下雨天走在路上时候的情景了,被水冲过的地面上的小广告,很容易就掉了,所以我想到了,将小广告上面弄上水,等了2,3分钟,果然,很有效果,拿手轻轻一撕,小广告就掉了。
看到自己想到的方法取得了成果,当时心里挺兴奋的,于是更加满怀信心,去劳动了!经过一番努力之后,被我清除过的地方确实看着干净,整洁多了。我想,通过自己的劳动,自己动手动脑解决了问题是我收获最大的,学习亦是如此吧!
通过这次实践,给我留下了深刻的体会。当你做一件事的时候,无论一开始是会还是不会,你都要有勇气面对它,学会给自己机会去尝试一下。做了,你是困难的领导;不做,你是困难的俘虏;而我在实践中收获了许多,同时也发现了许多自身的不足。所以,我会在今后的学习当中更加努力,不断地充实、完善自己!

很荣幸获得第一届寒假分享会的第一名与第二届寒假分享会复赛第一名。在此简要地谈谈我的心得,希望能够对大家有所受益。
一提到假期,便是悠闲、愉快、毫无压力,对于儿童可能是这样,但对于在上大学、即将步入社会的我们来说,却是一个难得的可以自己掌控的自由学习时间。
为了让我们在寒假有所收获,学院特意布置了假期任务,班主任也让我们将自己假期计划做成思维导图发在学习通讨论里。历经过数十个假期的我,也深知自己假期的惰性,所以在快期末的那段时间,给自己写了一封信《致寒假的自己》。上面是根据我自身学习情况罗列的任务单,当然还有一些鼓励打气的话。光有计划而不实践则为空谈。假期回家休息了三天,之后做的第一件事就是制表,日期加事件。将该做的事情都罗列好,之后每天每完成一件则打“√”。这对我来说是十分有帮助的,可以直观的记录我每天的学习情况,对比今天与昨天是松懈了还是更努力了,每到晚上,则可以反馈今天的计划任务都完成了吗?如果没完成,那明天的时间该如何安排才会更好呢?
现在回顾假期的安排表,虽然没有每天都全部完成任务,但总体的完成情况还是好的。假期除了学院安排的必须完成的作业,自己还有许多额外的计划:看云平台的视频、抄教学目标、背英语单词、练英语口语、在慕课网上找一些自己感兴趣的课程学习,如教师法律风险防范、摄影基础等。还把上个学期老师发在学习通里的关于小学课题或教学的优秀小论文看完了……这个假期真的十分充实。
其实,并不觉得我的假期生活一定比大家的精彩。只要拥有目标,并为之努力,每个人的生活都可以很精彩。一直认定想法与目标很重要,当你有了目标,并去思考他的时候,就离优秀更近了一步。有了目标,那要如何才能达到?最近需要完成些什么?平均到每天的任务又是多少?不断地发现与分析问题,就能解决问题,且一个适合自己的规划便也随之呼之欲出了。
从17年来学校至今,已有近四年时间。在这四年时间内我一直坚持写日记,不过并不是天天写,而是有所想有所思或遇到有特别意义的事情的时候写。很多人看到我写日记,首先是惊叹,然后是不解,“都信息时代了还有人写日记?”。但对于我来说,正是因为信息时代才更应该写。现在学习工作生活的节奏极快,每天都是信息大爆炸,好的与不好的应有尽有,他人恰当或不恰当的言论随处可见……似乎留给我们自己的思考空间更小了。张口闭口便是网络用语,少了很多自己的看法见解。只有提起笔写日记时,才有了自己与自己对话的空间,才有火花的碰撞,思想的产生。很享受写日记的思考的过程。且在思考的同时又练习了书法,何乐而不为呢?
在我的认知中,大学就是我们由象牙塔步入社会的跳板与桥梁。不仅要注重自己的成绩,更重要的是自身能力的锻炼与培养。所以除了学习课本知识,学院学校的活动我都会积极参与。由一开始上台的紧张与青涩,经过一次又一次的锻炼,转变为紧张与自如与享受。不得不说“熟能生巧”是有它一定的道理!所以如果你惧怕上台,就一定要抓住机会多锻炼,在人多的时候尝试着多说些话,要想成为一名好老师可不能怯场啊。
新学期开始,相信大家又都投入到了紧张忙碌的学习生活。这个学期我们要开始为下半年的教资做准备了,学院与老师为我们操碎了心:知识点抽背、教学设计模板、指导教学……而作为当事人的我们,当然要更加主动!为考教资,我们要准备什么?如何准备?平常需要完成什么任务?达成什么目标?自己要先有一个大概的总体计划,然后再根据自身情况,细化到每天做什么,比如:每天背一小节知识点、背一段课标内容、看一个平台视频、听一节教育知识点的慕课、练一黑板字、学习一个结构化面试小试题……
相信只要我们有目标并坚持不懈的学习,就一定能高效,并以优异的成绩拿到教资!看似不起波澜的日复一日,会突然在某一天让人看到坚持的意义!
无论是在学校还是社会,希望我们都能不断学习与提升,成为有内涵与底气的人。欣喜于彩虹但也无惧于风雨。
希望我们能跟xx学姐一样,做风雨中孤独挺立的灯塔,照亮同学们在黑暗中努力学习、砥砺前行,都成为有内涵、有底气、学高身正的专业师范生。

I am honored to win the first place in the first Winter Break Sharing Session & the first place in the second Winter Break Sharing Session Rematch. I would like to briefly talk about my experience here and hope that it can be beneficial to you.
When it comes to vacations, it's all about relaxation, fun, and no stress, which may be true for children, but for those of us who are in college and about to enter the workforce, it's a rare time of freedom to study on our own.
In order to make us gain something during the winter vacation, the college specially assigned vacation tasks, and the class teacher also asked us to make a mind map of our vacation plan and post it in the study pass discussion. After dozens of vacations, I am also well aware of my own inertia during the holidays, so I wrote a letter to myself during the end of the semester, "To myself during the winter vacation". It has been nearly four years since I came to school in 17. 那是春节的一个晚上,我和弟正玩着电脑。突然,阿姨跑过来说:“放烟花了,你们快点下去抢烟花。”她说完,我们立刻就跑下去,弟拿了两根香,点着了。他给了我一根,然后,我们冲到装烟花的箱子前面,每人拿了一个后,“拔腿就跑”。拿到一个空地点燃了。“嗖”的一声飞到天上“砰”,漂亮极了。之后,我们去拿了“”玩,它的名字叫雷王。我用香一点,然后一扔,“砰”的一声,邻居的车全响了。弟扔到一个发射器里,它还没炸,我就把它射到太空中“砰”,几乎跟白天一样明亮。之后我们又玩了蝴蝶飞舞……

我们寒假做的活动主要是帮助居委会清除乱贴的广告纸。现在在这个很多居民居住的地方乱涂乱画现象很严重,有些人只为了自己的一己私利,不顾城市的美观,不折手段的在墙上,到处乱贴广告。他们难道那样乱贴会使整个城市不美观吗?他们知道,但他们还是那么做了。看那些环卫工人每天那么辛苦的收拾着那些广告,难道他们不知道环卫工人的辛苦吗?他们肯定知道。我在清理那些广告纸的同时,也在边骂那些乱贴广告的人。我用铲子把他们刮下来,好累哦!真的好累,手都软了,可想而知那些环卫工人的辛苦。学校让我们做这个活动的原因,也是为了让我们更多的接触生活,在生活中体会到一些东西。做社会实践也是为了锻炼我们的能力,让我们的能力充分展现出来。在做这个活动的过程中,我发现只有用心去做,才能把广告纸刮干净,这也是为了培养我们做事要认真的能力。曾经看过一则材料,有一个年轻人在前面吃香蕉边往后面不断的扔香蕉皮,环卫工人边跟着在后面打扫,真的很费劲,而且环卫工人是个很老的老伯。那些年轻人真是太不懂事了,我觉得应该增强对年轻人的教育。为了城市的美观,我们应该更少的在城市的地板上增添一些垃圾,那样的城市会更好看。我们现在的孩子生活太好了,都不知道多动手做一些家务了,做这个社会实践,也是为了让我们多做一些有利于我们成长的事情对于我们养成吃苦耐劳的精神有好处,以后能在社会上更好的立足。平时,我们在家里应该多帮助父母做一些家务活,现在的学生过于懒惰,不知道父母的辛苦,如果不加强锻炼以后出社会后,要怎么去面对更多的考验。
在劳动的这个过程中,我清楚的体会到了劳动人民的辛苦和艰辛。每年有很多的人在外当志愿者,在各个城市的大街小巷发宣传弹,宣传“保护环境,爱护环境”。我们周边的环境是美丽的,如果不加以保护,环境将会恶劣,我们就将失去我们生存的地方,地球是我们唯一赖以生存的地方,我们应该加以保护。
通过做社会实践,不仅可以培养我们的动手能力,还能让我们从实践中发现很多的小问题。学校让我们做这个活动就是为了培养我们的能力,还有从细微的生活琐事中去发现一些问题。没有实践就不会得到真理,很多的真理都是通过实践的来的。
现在我们的学习科目——物理、化学、生物,都要通过很多的实验才能得出最终的结果,可以得到我们原先不知道的一些东西。只有做了实践才能得到这些道理,不是吗?1978年,中国共产党说出了“实践是检验真理的唯一标准”。这些都证明,只有真真正正的去实践过,才能的出真道理。

2月1日上午砂子塘小学孙老师的《玩转课堂40分钟》,使我在观念上有了改变,让我们更深刻的体会到,要热爱本职工作,必须懂得本职工作的每一细节;拥有阳光心态,改变人生境界;激励加赏识,师生共同成长;运用智慧技巧,效率事半功倍;心中怀有理想,追求就有力量。也让我们深知,没有水就不成为池塘,没有爱,就没有教育。热爱学生,尊重学生,信任学生,把实际行动落实到教书育人这一历史使命上去。
2月2日上午圭塘小学余老师的《微课制作和一师一优课》对微课的制作、上传等知识做了详细的介绍,并且精心准备老师们下载回家学习的资料,使得老师们学习更加方便。
2月2日下午教科中心李主任的《教育信息化》让全体老师大开眼界,信息技术在当今社会各领域的应用已十分广泛,而教育信息化对学校教育所产生的影响也越来越大,尤其对转变教育思想和教育观念、促进教学改革、实现教学手段的现代化等都能起到显而易见的作用。那么,作为一名教师,如何在教育信息化面前应对自如、如何通过提高自身的信息化水平来促进教学水平和教学能力,使之更能切合课堂教学的实际与学生的需求等等,诸如此类的问题必须进行深入的思考。首先,要树立现代化教育观念。其次,要有应用现代信息技术的能力。再三,信息化需要每个人的参与。最后,信息化能力的建设是一个长期的过程。
2月3日上午教科中心的陈主任的讲座让我们认识到只有乐学的教师,才能成为乐教的教师;只有教者乐学,才能变成为教者乐教,学者乐学,才能会让学生在欢乐中生活,在愉快中学习。正如陶行之先生所讲:“要想学生好学,必须先生好学,惟有学而不厌的先生才能教出学而不厌的学生。”因此,在今后的工作中,我将树立终身学习的'观点,在师一日,便不可荒废半日。通过学习不断获取新知识,增长自身的才干,适应当今教育改革的新形势。“做一辈子教师”必须“一辈子学做教师”。教师只有再度成为学生,才能与时俱进,不断以全新的眼光来观察和指导整个教育过程。使广大教师牢固树立终身学习的理念,创造性地开展教书育人工作。
我有幸参加了xx小学语文教学研讨活动,我受益匪浅,特别是对教育教学理论的内涵有了较为深刻的理解和认识,进一步增强了自己战胜困难,抓好教育教学和提高自身业务水平的信心和决心,下面我谈几点体会:
此次培训通过观摩3位优秀教师展课,听取骨干教师评课,专家专题讲座及与会教师议课的形式开展,我很珍惜这次难得的学习机会,认真、虚心、诚恳地接受培训,认真的聆听和记录,如饥似渴地接受着新鲜的理念,精心钻研、为打造高效课堂而努力探索。我知道新形势下的教育教学改革工作,要求老师必须具备较高的业务素质,提高个人的综合素质,不断适应教育教学改革工作的需要。
一、学无止境,更新学习观念。
听专家、教授们滔滔不绝、挥洒自如的讲座,心中十分佩服他们的口才,佩服他们的自信,佩服他们的敏锐,佩服他们知识的渊博。想想如此才气从何而来?所有人都是走着同一条道,那就是不断的读书学习,关注专业知识,关注国家大事,日复一日,永无止境。就像听课时孙部长说过的一句话:“人生是一个长跑,要一直坚持下去。”学习也是如此,要让读书学习已像吃饭睡觉一样,成为我们必不可少的生活方式。我虽然不能教育教学的专家,但我可以从现在起就行动起来,像专家一样投入到读书学习的活动中去,让读书学习也成为我生命活动中不可或缺的组成部分。对照自己的工作实际,将所学知识为我所用。短暂的培训活动已经结束,返校后,参与培训的教师及时传达学习内容,并根据个人的学习收获写了心得体会,扎扎实实把学习汇报工作做细,对在校教师进行二次培训。
二、要加强专业知识的学习
课程走向综合化是基础教育改革的大方向。我身为一名青年教师,又奋斗在课程改革实验的最前沿,更应当树立终身学习的意识。无论是教育家,还是中外名师,他们都具备较深的文化底蕴,这与经常学习是分不开的。随着课改如火如荼的展开,我们教师要有一种强烈的资源意识,克服“一支粉笔教下去,一本教案讲过来”的人生惰性,自觉拓展自己的思维空间和知识结构,以便更好的为教育教学服务。知识的更新换代让我们的学生接触了的新生事物,广阔的课内课外学习资源为他们知识的积累提供了的机会。我们在学校学习的那点知识,已经远远不够传授了。要想成为研究型教师、专家型教师,不学习怎么可以,怎么能胜任的教育教学工作?生活是一个广阔的学习的课堂,有很多东西是我们所不了解的,为了使自己不被社会所淘汰,只有加紧学习的步伐!一个优秀教师应该抓紧一切时间增加知识储备,只有这样才能用人格魅力来感染学生,和学生共同发展。
教师要不断自我充实、自我提升。我们相信,在领导的殷切希望下,在前辈的谆谆教诲中,在自我的不断要求下,我校教师队伍将越来越壮大,将会更好的服务教育事业!

寒假心得体会 篇15
寒假即将结束,我怀揣对新学期的憧憬参加了20xx年开发区文教局举办的校长培训班。在为期两天的培训中,我如饥似渴的学习着。收获颇丰。
从原市纪委纪检监察员张泽民的讲座中,我懂得了要廉洁自律,远离诱惑,要守住三颗心,做个明白人。以廉洁书写幸福的人生。
丛阳小学张新云校长的读书驱动提素养给我们的阅读指明了方向。我们学校也要努力创设浓郁的读书氛围,提高学生的阅读兴趣,要从小学开始重视阅读,重视积累。着重培养学生阅读的五个能力。
北京大学梁钦元教授“让自己的生命顺适通达,嘹亮清楚”以其祖父的生平事迹向我们展示了“不言之教,由仁义行”的独特魅力。更使我明白了小学要着重培养学生学习习惯,学习兴趣,要让学生能主动去学习,这就需要我们老师要尊重学生的心理活动,培养学生的遇事思考习惯,让学生能自己发现错误,从而改正。正像梁教授说的:“教育的.本质是让人更出色,而不是去挑学生的错”。
给我触动最深的是第五期校长论坛“责任担当、追梦奔跑”活动。听完几位校长的讲话,以及最后石局长的总结,我对这八个字是这样理解的:“责任”就是我们每个人,不管是老师还是校长首先要明确自己的责任是什么。如果你是是校长,你的责任就是管理好自己的学校,让自己的学校快速发展;如果你是老师,你的责任就是要教育好学生,让我们的学生全面发展。“担当”就是在明确责任的基础上,把自己的责任担当起来,干好自己的本职工作。“追梦”就是追逐我们的梦想,我想我们小西堡总校的梦想就是克服一切困难,使我们每一所学校都强大起来。为了这一梦想,我们一定要在今年“奔跑”起来。
