  教师的职业是太阳下最光辉的职业,教师是人类文明的传播者和建设者,是“人类灵魂的工程师”。教师按照一定社会的需要和标准,塑造学生的思想道德,向学生传授文化科学知识,培养学生分析问题和解决问题的能力。教师的思想政治素质、职业道德修养和工作能力,决定教育的发展水平和质量。只有爱岗敬业,教师才能积极面对自身的社会责任和社会义务,才能自觉、不断地完善自我,才能在教育活动中有所收获。

  教师不仅仅是在奉献、在燃烧,而且同样是在汲取,在更新,在升华。教师要付出艰辛的劳动,但是苦中有乐,乐在其中。教师最大的乐趣就是照亮了别人,充实了自己。正是这种成就感、幸福感,激励着千千万万的教师不辞辛劳地为教育事业献身。

  对任何一种职业,都要明确其职业性质,才能落实其相应的社会地位和有关的待遇。对社会发展影响重大的教师职业更不例外。教师到底是自由职业者还是国家公职人员,虽然还存在不同的看法,但在很多发达国家,都是把教师作为国家公职人员(有的是作为公务员)对待的。国家公职人员(或公务员)的显著特点是有具体的职业资格要求,有专门的机构进行严格的考试并认定职业资格。对于教师而言,目前,日本、美国、德国、法国等国都在实施教师资格制度。在上述国家,必须取得国家认定的教师资格后,才有可能由政府任用为教师。新中国成立后,我国长期是把教师作为“国家工作人员”或者“干部”对待的。1993年10月31日颁布的《中华人民共和国教师法》将教师身份规定为“教师是履行教育教学职责的专业人员”。从对教师队伍的管理看,仍把教师列为国家公职人员。国家公职人员社会地位较高、职业稳定、待遇有保障,在大多数国家都是公众向往的职业。而另一方面,由于国家公职人员地位高,社会影响大,所以限制也较多,包括道德品质在内的各方面要求也很高。例如,在欧洲的很多国家,作为教师,不准有反政府的言论;禁止教师集体和政府进行谈判;美国虽然比欧洲宽松一点,但教师和政府谈判只限于工作条件方面的问题;大多数国家都规定教师不能罢工,等等。在职业道德方面,由于教师的公职人员性质,要求更高,因为教师职业有社会形象、社会影响问题,不仅对学生,对社会也应当以身立教、为人师表。

  二、热爱学生、教书育人是师德的核心

  教师职业的特殊性表现在他们的劳动对象是可塑性强、模仿性强的儿童和青少年。因此,教师在各方面要起表率作用,以自己的学识、才能、高尚的道德品质影响学生,培养学生。正如江泽民同志在《关于教育问题的谈话》中指出的那样,“老师作为‘人类灵魂的工程师’,不仅要教好书,还要育好人,各个方面都要为人师表。”教师的一言一行都在起着教育作用,而且这种教育作用不仅仅表现在课堂上。教师职业道德不仅是对教师个人行为的要求,也是教育学生的重要手段,起着“以身立教”的作用。由于教师的劳动对象不同于其他任何行业,决定了教师职业具有较强的表率性,要求教师具有高尚的精神境界和道德品质,以此去影响、感化和教育学生。学生具有主观能动性,他们通过对老师的模仿、借鉴、学习,不断自我发展。教师应充分认识到,自己的道德表现任何时候都和在课堂上一样对学生有教育作用,对社会风气有影响,因此,要用教师职业道德约束自己的一言一行。教师职业道德对学生的影响是潜移默化的,而且能够长期起作用。很多对人类科技进步作出过重大贡献的大科学家,在谈到自己的成长时,无不谈及自己的老师对自己的终身影响。热爱学生,了解学生,循循善诱,诲人不倦,不歧视学生,建立平等、亲密的师生关系,做学生的良师益友。教师对学生的爱,是师德的核心。学生一旦体会到这种感情,就会“亲其师”,从而“信其道”,也正是在这个过程中,教育实现了其根本的功能。

  在老师的眼里不应有教不好的孩子,爱学生就要对学生一视同仁,不能用简单粗暴的`做法对待学生或歧视学生。应当相信每一个学生都能成功,平等对待每一个学生,发现他们的闪光点,让每一个学生都能品尝到成功的喜悦。

  三、更新观念、努力创新是师德的新发展

  要让学生从分数的奴隶变为学习的主人。要从以“教”为出发点转变为以学生的“学”为出发点,教为学服务,教不是统治学生学、代替学生学,而是启发学生学、引导学生学。课堂要成为学生学习的用武之地,成为学生在教师指导下获取知识、训练能力、发展智力以及思想情操受到良好熏陶的场所。教师应是教练员,不是运动员,要让学生运用感觉器官和思维器官,去学习、去实践。

  四、以身作则、为人师表是师德的人格力量

  教育的目的是对不同性格、不同爱好、不同条件的学生因材施教,发展各种类型学生的性格,充分调动每个学生学习与探索的积极性,使他们的特长能够得到充分发挥。这就是说,教师的劳动“产品”——学生,是一种特殊“产品”,在理论上不应当有“废品率”。教师的劳动“产品”——学生即使“毛病”再多,也不能将其列为“朽木不可雕”而置之不理,更不能抛弃他。要运用教育规律去发现他的闪光点,用先进的教育教学方法去调动他的积极性,挖掘他的潜力。这也是教师职业道德中要求平等对待每位学生的基础。在教育中,一切师德要求都基于教师的人格,因为师德的魅力主要从人格特征中显示出来,教师是教人怎样做人的人,首先自己要知道怎样做人。教师工作有强烈的典范性,为人师表是教师的美德。教师以身作则,才能起到人格感召的作用,培养出言行一致的人。

  五、终身学习、不断进取是师德的升华

  在知识经济时代,知识和技术更新的速度越来越快,每个人都会面临落伍的危险。在科学和技术发展速度如此之快的背景下,如果不经常处于学习状态,人们的知识结构很快就会落后于实践的要求。所以,时代要求教师必须转变学习观念,确立“边学边干、边干边学、终身学习”的观念,紧跟当代知识和技术的发展步伐。

  作为一名普普通通的小学教师,我在引导孩子们阅读的过程中发挥了什么作用?又怎样影响了他们的后续发展?或者更如惊鸿掠影,波澜不惊?每个孩子都是一张白纸,他人生的色彩在父母、社会的影响下,在教师的强化训练下,产生了怎样的化学反应?我能做什么?我不能做什么?多年后,孩子们回首当年,曾经的童年是否艳丽绚烂,是否黯然沉寂?

  曾子曰:“吾日三省吾身——为人谋而不忠乎?与朋友交而不信乎?传不习乎?”教师这个职业,注定自己要时刻谨记“修身”、“慎言”,最后才是“授业”。而今,朱永新教授更是打开了另外一扇门:我们将怎么影响孩子们的精神发展!职业的发展与该尽的`责任、义务怎样的不成正比!

  朱永新教授在讲座中说:“新教育实验要求做到‘安安静静做教育’。”所谓的“安静”,应该包含2个方面的意思:

  其一,淡泊名利,安于平凡,乐于奉献;

  其二,把精力集中于教育之上,踏踏实实做好本职工作。我甘于平凡,乐于与孩子们探讨书中的世界,安安静静地做我的教育。惜哉,有多少的节外生枝分散我们本该凝聚的精力。“安静”,美好的梦!

  朱永新教授经常引用康德的话:“有两种伟大的事物,我们越是经常、越是执着地思考他们,心中就越是充满永远新鲜、有增无减的赞美和敬畏,那就是我们头上的灿烂星空和我们内心的道德法则”。是的,只要有信仰,只要有坚持,只要有付出,相信一定会有收获!

  为了提高特岗教师的师德修养,桦甸市教育局请了吉林省特别著名的师德模范者为我们桦甸市特岗教师做了一场精彩的师德培训。在这次报告中,我受益匪浅,有很多的新的体会,分享给大家。

  第一位教师她的名字叫做苗占华,她的报告题目是《让爱在坚守中绽放》,在她的报告中我了解到这个女老师当了18年的老师却做了17年的班主任,听到这里我感受到她真是很不容易。在报告中他问了我们这样一个问题:为什么要当老师,这个问题听起来很简单,但是我们全体特岗教师心里面却知道,这个答案在我们的心中。所以她为我们做出了答案:1、为了稳定的工作 2、为了生存 3、喜欢这个行业。其实我认为这个问题是多余的,每个老师从开始上学到现在,不是为了生存谁会上学考上老师这个职业呢?古人早就有名言,先有物质基础才会上升到精神支柱。在这个体会中这是我不同意的观点。

  在她的报告中有很多是让我感动的,这个出类拔萃的教师,在这种高物质的`诱惑下,居然没有动摇,这种举动不但感动了我们特岗教师,也感动了他们学校的校领导。以前我们还抱怨,这个工作我们干的多了,那个工作干的多了,总是在抱怨,和这个老师相比我们做的工作实在是相差太远了。

  在她的报告中,她说了这样的一句话,贫困的背后却给了我宝贵的财富,自习室却成了我经常光顾的场所,清贫却成了我最大的财富。

  在她的案例中,老师要给孩子一杯水,老师要有一桶水,而她说:老师不能是一桶水,而是一眼奔流不息的泉,那么泉从哪里来?就从学习中里来。

  在报告中,我体会到成功教育是见见小事的积累,一分钟讲解,一分钟说,一分钟唱。我明白要珍惜自己每次培训的机会,在这里我还知道语言密码效应,还有一个事漏斗效应,无论做什么样的培训要坐在前面,前面的占%68,后面的占%32。

  第二个教师是乾惠仙:他这样说选择了特岗就选择了与艰难同行,与拼搏比肩。

  他讲了这样一个故事,在出了这样的一道题,说是:一只青蛙从井里跳出来之后,他会怎么做呢?有的孩子说:“看,外面的世界真大啊!”等等各种说法,这是有一个孩子却说:“这只青蛙从井里跳出来之后,看了看外面的世界,却又跳了回去,这让老师犯了难,批评他,指责他,没有给孩子说自己理由的机会。说那只青蛙是你吧!后来老师在她的日记中才了解到,原来那只青蛙看见外面的世界环境污染的太严重了,所以又跳回了井里。只是那个老师才意识到自己的错误。在班级上说原来老师才是井底之蛙。

  总之,教育的路漫漫,教育好孩子是每个教师的职责。在这次培训中,我收获了很多,我会铭记在心,以这些教师的楷模为榜样,改进自己,改变自己,尽快的提高自己的各种能力,更好的适应教师的角色。

  一、要热爱教育事业,要对教学工作有鞠躬尽瘁的决心。

  既然我们选择了教育事业,就要对自己的选择无怨无悔,不计名利,积极进取,开拓创新,无私奉献,力求干好自己的本职工作,尽职尽责地完成每一项教学工作,不求最好,但求更好,不断的挑战自己,超越自己。

  二、加强政治学习,不断提高政治素养。

  20xx年7月22日到7月23日,我有幸参加了锦屏县教育局组织的暑假教师师德全员培训。在这次声势浩大的学习活动中,我们聆听了凯里学院继续教育学院党委书记曹庆伍所做的师德培训指导性讲话,同时也认真听取了锦屏县教育局局长龙景植对全体教师所做的师德培训学习动员讲话。

  在培训过程中,全体参训教师在7月22日上午听了由州教科所所长谢岑现场讲授的《加强师德修养 提高教育质量》专题讲座。7月22日下午聆听了我县师德标兵——固本乡美乐小学乡村女教师石仙花所作的《扎根边远山村 用爱谱写教育》的专题演讲;同时在下午还听了锦屏民族中学校长吴桂高所做的《新时期教师职业道德修养专题讲座》。7月23日上午,全体参加教师听了凯里学院继续教育学院张婕老师做的《教师心理健康教育》专题讲座。

  通过参加这次全县师德培训学习,我对教师的职业道德有了更深刻的认识,我认识到作为一名新时期的人民教师应该具备高尚的职业道德,这是新时代的要求,作为新时期一名教师肩上承担着更加繁重的教书育人的任务。承担着培育新型的社会主义事业建设者的重任,承担着提高整个中华民族素质的使命,教师的职业道德的高低,直接关系到国家的兴旺发达。我作为一名小学教师,通过参加这次全县师德培训学习,得到了以下学习体会:

  一、加强自身师德修养,展现教师人格魅力。

  教师素有“塑造人类灵魂的工程师”之美誉。在对灵魂塑造的过程中,教师既要有比较渊博的知识,更要有高尚的道德和崇高的精神境界。教师应当成为学生的表率,成为学生的良师益友,成为全社会文明的楷模。为此,教师要不断提高自身的道德修养,展现自身的人格魅力。那么,如何提高自身的师德修养呢?我认为应该从以下几个方面做起:

  1、热爱祖国,爱岗敬业。

  热爱祖国,献身教育事业,是教师道德最基本最重要的要求。爱岗敬业是教师处理与教育事业之间关系的准则,是教师职业道德的基础和前提。尤其在市场经济条件下,在教育大发展的今天,教师要正确处理好奉献与索取的关系,不计较个人得失,发扬“红烛”精神,甘做“人梯”,以“捧着一颗心来,不带半根草去”的高尚情怀,献身教育,鞠躬尽瘁。相反,如果教师不热爱自己的事业,“身在曹营心在汉”,必定不能把工作做好。

  2、热爱学生,诲人不倦。

  热爱学生,诲人不倦是教师履行教育义务的传统美德,是衡量教师道德水平高低的主要标志。每一个学生,都希望得到教师的爱,师爱是一种巨大的教育力量。它能使学生感受到教师的温暖,产生愉快的情绪,从而激励他们对学习的兴趣和爱好。了解学生和关心学生,是热爱学生的起点。教师仅仅把功课教好是不够的,还要多关心学生的健康成长,为学生的一生着想,从思想上、学习上、生活上全面了解学生,关心学生,爱护学生,因势利导地进行有针对性的教育。热爱学生还要尊重和信任学生。教师要有民主思想,尊重学生的人格,尊重学生的感情,允许学生独立思考,切不可刺伤学生的自尊心。在日常的教育教学工作中,认真评价学生的行为,和善平等地对待学生,绝不能为了树立自己的威信而对学生采用体罚、讽刺、挖苦等侮辱人格的做法。当学生进步时,教师不要吝惜自己的赞美之辞;当学生犯错或退步时,教师也不要任自己的批评侮辱之话泛滥。多一点微笑,多一点赞美,多一点信任,你会得到更多的回报。

  3、以身作则,为人师表。

  在教学实践活动中,教师只有以身立教,为人师表,才能有力地说服学生,感染学生。无数经验证明,身教重于言教,“不能正其身,如正人何?”“其身正,不令而行;其身不正,虽令不从。”这说明凡是教师要求学生做到的,自己必须先做到,给学生树立好榜样;凡是要求学生不做的事情,自己本身坚决不做,以免给学生留下坏的影响。教师要以自己的良好道德言行来教育和感化学生。

  诚实正直,勤奋好学,礼貌待人,是教师以身作则,为人师表的具体体现。如果教师缺乏坚定正确的政治方向,没有远大的理想,其教育必定失败。教师要教育学生勤奋刻苦,好学进去,自己必须勤奋好学,广学博览,精益求精。教师在日常教学中,要用文雅和亲切的语言启迪学生的心灵,陶冶学生的情操,以自己的模范行为,影响教育学生。

  二、用学习引领自身专业成长。

  随着信息技术的迅速发展,人类正在进入信息社会。在知识经济时代,知识老化速度大大加快,学习就成了当今人类生存和发展的重要手段。教师终身学习,不仅是时代的呼唤,教育发展的要求,也是教师教学自我提升的需要。“严谨笃学,与时俱进,活到老,学到老”是新世纪教师应有的终身学习观。教师要善于从教育实践中汲取能量和资源;善于在任何时间向任何人学习,包括在教学过程中和学生分享知识;善于和同事交流,扩大视野,促进自身专业成长。

  教师终身学习已成为全球教育改革的突破口。要促进自身专业化成长,教师就要具有终身学习的理念,拥有自主学习、自我学习的观点。因为终身学习已成为未来每个社会成员的基本生存方式,那种“一朝学成而受用终身”的观点已经过时,人们再也不能只通过一段时间的集中学习,获得一辈子享用的.知识技能。只有主动去掌握新概念,学习新理念,研究新问题,培养适应新环境的能力,才会使自己重视终身受益。

  教育是全社会的大事,但重任主要落在教师身上。时代在变,对人才的要求也在变,教师必须认清终身学习对自身成长和发展的重要性,自觉地树立终身学习的观点,不断地提高自身的素质,以适应现代的教育需要。

  首先要加强政治思想方面的学习。我国素质教育坚持“五育并举,德育为首”的原则,教师首先要以德育人。教育思想、教育观点对教育事业的发展至关重要,正确的教育观可以造就人才,错误的教育思想则会摧残人才。教师的政治取向、道德素质、教育观、世界观和人身观对学生起直接影响作用。

  其次要加强专业知识的学习。课程走向综合化是基础教育改革的大方向。我身为一名中青年教师,又奋斗在课程改革实验的最前沿,更应当树立终身学习的意识。无论是教育家,还是中外名师,他们都具备较深的文化底蕴,这与经常学习是分不开的。随着课改如火如荼的展开,我们教师要有一种强烈的资源意识,克服“一支粉笔教下去,一本教案讲过来”的人生惰性,自觉拓展自己的思维空间和知识结构,以便更好的为教育教学服务。知识的更新换代让我们的学生接触了更多的新生事物,广阔的课内课外学习资源为他们知识的积累提供了更多的机会。我们在学校学习的那点知识,已经远远不够传授了。要想成为研究型教师、专家型教师,不学习怎么可以,怎么能胜任更多的教育教学工作?生活是一个广阔的学习的课堂,有很多东西是我们所不了解的,为了使自己不被社会所淘汰,只有加紧学习的步伐!一个优秀教师应该抓紧一切时间增加知识储备,只有这样才能用人格魅力来感染学生,和学生共同发展。

  三、自身师德存在的问题。

  通过这次集训和平常的认真学习,并对照自己在工作中的师德师风的各方面表现,发现自己还存在不少问题。

  1、满足于现状,缺乏上进心。

  概括地说:就是在工作中不够主动、创新,而是领导交代干什么就干什么,不深入思考。在接受领导交代工作任务时应怎么样去创新完成,也可以说是按传统的工作经验,按部就班去做,只力求能够完成工作任务,不出比漏就行了,就这样的满足于现状。

  2、对学生不够尊重。

  在检查工作中,经常检查到一些纪律散漫的学生,上课铃响了不进教室,还在教室外面滞留,迟迟不进教室,有时见到一些纪律不强的学生,从课堂中出去大小便,完事后不是及时回课堂,而是借机在外溜达,有时发现自习课堂中的一些学生不遵守课堂纪律,大声喧哗,甚至满堂走动捣乱了秩序。总是上前大声训斥,使师生关系很尴尬,这实在是一种不尊重学生人格的表现。

  3、对后进生缺乏关爱。

  关心爱护后进生,转化后进生,使后进生进步是一个教师的职责。在检查工作中,我认识到,不按时进入课堂上课的学生,课堂中借机出门溜达的学生,自习课中随意走动捣乱的学生,大都是平时学习成绩较差,自由散漫习惯的后进生,而对这些后进生,缺乏关爱精神,缺乏耐心教育,缺乏宽容态度,甚至认为那是不可教者。

  4.对学生要求过严,有恨铁不成钢的现象。致使在学习的过程中,有的吃不饱,有的吃不下。

  5、在自身学习中缺乏持之以恒的精神,有时有点懒笔。

  四、自身师德存在问题的主要原因。

  对上述存在的问题,经过本人的深入反思,问题虽然在表面上,但是根源却是在思想认识上。

  1、是对教师职业的认识不深,缺乏与时俱进的思想意识,特别是思想上认为我们这样年纪的中年教师,又加上知识水平有限,在工作上再谈奋发精神再学创新精神岂不招人笑话,故而在工作中认为只要每天正常上下班,尽力把自己的工作做好就行了,也就是满足于现状。事实证明,在工作中没有黄中宝刀不老的精神是不行的,必须活到老学到老干到老,才能体现一个教师的闪光价值。

  2、对教师与学生的关系认识不足
