　　一、叉车安全驾驶守则：

　　1. 必须经过相关部门考试合格，取得政府机构颁发的特殊工种操作证，方可驾驶叉车，并严格遵守以下各项安全操作规程。

　　2. 必须认真学习并严格遵守操作规程，熟悉车辆性能和操作区域道路情况。掌握维护叉车保养基本知识和技能，认真按规定做好车辆的维护保养工作。

　　3. 严禁带人行驶，严禁酒后驾驶；行驶途中不准饮食和闲谈；不准行驶途中手机通话。

　　4. 车辆使用前，应严格检查，严禁带故障出车，不可强行通过有危险或潜在危险的路段。

　　二、叉车各项安全要求：

　　（一）、 检查车辆

　　1. 叉车作业前后，应检查外观，加注燃料、润滑油和冷却水。
