培训班学习心得体会篇1

　　有幸代表xxx旗县科协参加中国科协县级科协主席专题培训班，感到非常荣幸，并被选为中国科协干部培训xxx课题组进行了访谈，更是倍感骄傲，就教育培训等方面内容接受了xxx博士的专访。回顾这几天的培训活动，更是受益匪浅。浅谈学习体会、体悟。

　　回家的感觉

　　不管是从组织安排，还是课程设置以及实地考察，非常周到和缜密，关怀和关心之情贯穿到各个环节。作为旗县区科协工作者，参加这么高大上层次班，很是罕见。这就说明，中科协非常重视旗县区科协工作，从决策上关注了基层，值得点赞。因为落实就在基层，科协工作生根发芽以及成长壮大主要工作任务都在基层。重视基层，让基层明白科协工作的性质以及工作任务，如何开展工作，达到一个什么样的效果和程度，都离不开基层。培训基层干部任重而道远，回家就是回归工作任务，领会科协工作的政策和顶层设计，从而有重点地开展基层科协工作，这就是我们培训的目的。这次培训达到了如期的效果。同时参加和参观了中国科技馆，并就科技馆以及科技中心的发展历程以及主要要求聆听了讲座，从思想深处感觉到有了主心骨，倍感亲切。启发了想法，手把手教会如何工作，这就是回家的温暖之所在。

　　很是接地气

　　从这次教学培训内容来看，可以说是层次非常高，都是xxx的教授级别，原以为理论太高，对于我们基层科协工作者不一定有多大的用处和益处。但通过几天的接受培训，真的不是这样。更多的是教授们能够把高大的理论转化为接地气的深入浅出和通俗易懂，达到了既仰望心口有了脚踏实地，更是既阳春白雪又下里巴人，让我们这些基层科协工作者感觉到了抓工作心中有数，有了方向和目标感。包括关于创新以及管理方面的.内容，更是让我们基层工作者有一种豁然开朗的感受、感觉。无形之中培训和培养起我们基层科协工作者的大格局和大胸怀的情怀，至少是抓科协工作站在一个更高的平台上谋划和决策，这个很重要。基层科协工作者理论水平的提高，眼界和见识的到开拓，真的不是很容易。不要小觑这次培训班，紧紧围绕科技以及管理工作来授课，解放了思想，能够起到跳出科协工作来谋划科协工作的效果。

　　细节见效果

　　每天早上的未名湖畔好读书的晨诵活动，鼓舞士气，升华素质和素养，感受颇深，有点小激动，从而凝聚了学员的学习积极性和激情，让这个短时间团队形成学习、思考的合力，真的效果非常好。上下午的签到以及管理上的严格，让我们感受到的是纪律的严明和组织的威严。讲规矩、守纪律、真学习，成为短期班的学风和班风。温馨提示、学习手册等等的管理办法，更是让学员们感觉到组织的严谨和管理严格。值得一提的是，短期培训班，为学员们理论培训和实践学习材料犹如雪中送炭，让基层科协工作者感觉到学无止境，落实科协工作无止境的压力和动力。理论与实践相结合，培训和研讨相结合，既补充了学习之钙，又启发的思路和理念，这是一个全新的培训形式，值得我们学习、研究和借鉴。

　　按照一位学员的话语来讲，科协工作有一点倒三角形的局面，那就是越往上级越是重视，越是下级传到落实压力不足。通过这次培训，强化了基层科协工作者抓工作的积极性，感到了责任重大，更是感到了光荣和使命感。按部就班已经不适应新的时代和科协工作的要求了，需要按照上级科协的有关要求，充分发动和调动社会各个方面的积极性，整合各级各类资源，理清思路，抓住重点，采取措施，狠抓落实，不断开展旗县区基层科协工作的新局面，从而实现新效果，以实际行动为基层做好科学普及以及各种科技服务，这是我们工作中的重中之重。此次培训让我们树立了不重视科协工作不合格，不抓科协工作是失职，不为群众提供良好的科普服务更是渎职的全新理念和思路。总之，此次培训犹如雪中送炭，让我们倍感压力，提振信心，即使是下脱皮掉肉的功夫，久久为功做好科协工作也不为过，科协工作永远都在路上。

　　一、要提高驾驭市场经济的能力

　　“发展是第一要务。”组织工作要为经济工作服务，方针、政策确定后，干部是决定的因素，提高执政能力，首先要提高驾驭市场经济的能力，即发展能力。对贫困的人群谈党的先进性和社会主义的优越性是没有说服力的，所以我们要认识到“以经济为中心”这一点，组工干部围绕经济抓党建，要求组工干部要懂经济，才能为经济工作服务。事实证明：制约经济发展的一个重要因素是决策者不懂经济。有位贫困县的县委书记带队到外地找项目，花了上亿元，买了一套设备不能用，擦掉油漆一看，原来是抗日战争时期制造的，这位书记竟然轻描淡写的说：做生意有成功也会有失败，失败等于交学费。失败之后有成功，才能称“学费”，失败之后还是失败只能叫浪费，这个县的农民当时年均收入只有1200多元，等于将近10万农民一年的收入打了水漂。

　　二、要树立正确的人才观

　　20xx年XX月23日——30日，我和XXX老师参加在XXXX远程教育中心举办的为期8天的教师“班班通”第四期培训学习，学习内容有”班班通”教学资源与教学活动、”班班通”环境构成及其功能，以及wood文字高级处理、PPT高级应用技巧、网络应用、moodle教学软件的安装和使用。5月4日——12日在伊犁州电教馆中小学计算机培训网上继续进行了为期9天的Flash动画制作学习。通过这次学习，我收获很大，体会深刻，现总结如下：

　　首先对“班班通”有了一个全面的认识。即“班班通”是指学校每个班级里具备与外界进行不同层次的信息沟通、信息化资源的获取与利用、终端信息显示的软硬件环境，实现信息技术与日常教学的有效整合，促进教师的教学方法和学生的学习方式的变革，最终促进学生的发展。

　　也就是说“班班通”在我们学校每一间教室都能上网，为师生共享网上资源提供了便利条件。这就要求我们教师要研究在现代信息技术环境下学生学习的特点及规律；要进行教学实验，研究创设不同的学习情境对学生学习产生的影响；要研究如何利用新技术提高学生高层次思维及解决问题的能力；要研究如何利用最佳信息呈现方式，突破课程中的重点、难点；要研究和评价网络提供的信息资源，为充实和改变教学内容准备资料，我们教师一方面研究教材、明确教学目标、确立知识点、选择教学方法、设计教学步骤，另一方面又上网浏览和下载最新的`信息，充实教学内容，或者补充制作一些课件，提高教学效果，同时“班班通”还支持了教师们运用现代化手段进行教学设计。以前我们教师都是手写教案，“班班通”以后，教师们把教案上传到校园网上，学校部分章节实行了电子备课，电子备课的好处是教案修改起来容易，可以随时增减保持了教案的鲜活性；可以资源共享，方便同时备课；有助于学校领导掌握教学进展情况，方便教学评估。

　　在市局党委关心爱护下，我们这批年轻新任副主任科员来到看守所轮训轮值，20xx年2月17日，当我们踏入这座由电网与高墙组成的“围城”，所门口那副大大的对联吸引了我们眼球：“建文明学校，万众一心，育特殊之人才；构和谐监所，全警协力，抒监管之志气”，这是一处怎样神秘而特殊的场所，带着这个疑问我开始了与看守所里的老师们共同生活与工作的十四天，短暂的工作经历后，却给我们留下终身难忘的记忆。以下谈一点个人的学习体会和感悟。

　　印象深。因为长期工作在打击刑事、经济犯罪环境中，经常提讯及办理关押犯罪嫌疑人，对看守所并不陌生，可那仅仅局限于第三道大门外，对于第三道大门内的世界还是极其神秘的。来到所的第一天就参加了所里的周例会，让我印象深刻，感受到在这里无论是从所领导还是民警都有一种忘我拼搏精神。

　　20xx年1月17日，按照市教研院的同意安排，我参加了在海口四中高中部进行的20xx年继续教育培训班，认真听了四位优秀老师的培训课，十分珍惜这次不断完善和提高自我的机会，积极认真地参与了继续教育学习，此次培训收益颇丰、获取匪浅。

　　其中九中的陈丽梅老师的《学生试卷自主讲评课》让我印象深刻，收获颇多；林子齐老师的课让我明白政史不分家，虽然林老师讲授的是历史学科的内容，但是他旁征博引，把政治与历史联系在一起，风趣幽默。到第三位老师是湖南师大附中的一位历史老师，她讲授内容很丰富，语言感染力强，专业涵养高，能让人充分感受到历史学科的魅力；最后一位老师是市教研院陈运敏老师，她的上课课件丰富多彩，讲课方式生动，结合多位一线教师案例进行讲解分享，收获很多，也借鉴到很多老师的教学技巧和教学经验。下面是我从内心的收获角度，分四个方面叙述我这次培训的心得：

　　一、提高教育思想，开阔改革视野

　　培训学习，让我把埋着苦干的头抬了起来，发现教育是需要远见卓识的。在本次培训中，每位老师给我们做精彩的讲座。各位专家老师的讲座，阐述了他（她）们对政治、历史和地理三门学科教学的独特见解，对新课程的.各种看法，对思想方法的探讨，并向我们介绍了比较前沿的教育理论知识，以及如何开展课例研究，让我犹如呼吸到清新的空气，为之振奋。

　　课例是教师课堂教学“轨迹”的真实反映。市教研院陈运敏老师通过给我们展示了多位一线教师在地理教学课例课件，让我充分感受到政治学科和地理学科有很多共性，可以相互学习，比如，以课例为研究对象开展课例研究，是教师从事教学改革研究的重要方式，有利于促进教师的专业发展。教师的职业成长有一个循序渐进的自然成熟过程，有目的、有计划的开展教学研究及课例研究，能有效缩短教师成长周期。此次培训我觉得让我收获最大的就是课例研究活动。

　　在培训过程中，我的心里发生了很大的变化，从最初把课例研修看成一种负担，变成今天的感激和期盼。培训过程中，培训的每一位老师都付出的艰辛的努力，一次次的课例跟进，我们都有极大的收获。在执着的培训过程中，我们付出了不懈的努力，收获颇丰，但最让我们感到欣慰的是：我们这些原本陌生的人因为课例研究走在了一起，通过亲密无间的合作，成为一个具有凝聚力的团队。我们坚信，课例研究过程中的这种不服输、不言败，孜孜以求的精神将使我们终生受益。

　　牛顿曾经说过：“我之所以成功是因为我站在了巨人的肩膀上。”此次继续教育培训，要感谢教育和教研院给我们提供的一个肩膀，让我们站得更高、看得更远！在教育这条路上，奋斗的目标还在远方，我还将以此次培训的收获作为一种鼓励，鼓励着我继续前行！

　　Among them, I was impressed by Ninth High School teacher Chen Limei's "independent evaluation of students' test papers" and gained a lot; Mr. Lin Ziqi's class let me understand that politics and history are not separate, although Mr. Lin is teaching the content of the history subject, but he quoted from a wide range of sources, linking politics and history together with a sense of humor. The third teacher is a history teacher in Hunan Normal University, she taught a rich content, language infectious, high professionalism, can let a person fully feel the charm of the history subject; the last teacher is the municipal teaching and research institute, Chen Yunmin teacher, her classroom classroom materials colorful, lively way of teaching, combined with a number of first-line teachers to explain the case to share, harvest a lot, but also to learn from the teaching skills and teaching experience of many teachers. I also learned a lot from the teaching skills and experience of many teachers. The following is an account of my experience of this training from the perspective of inner gains in four aspects:

　　I. Enhancing educational thinking and broadening the vision of reforms

　　The training and learning made me lift up my buried head and realize that education requires vision. In this training, each teacher gave us wonderful lectures. The lectures of each expert teacher elaborated his/her unique insights into the teaching of the three subjects of politics, history and geography, the new curriculum . Various views on the new curriculum, discussions on the methods of thinking, and introduced us to the more cutting-edge knowledge of educational theories and how to carry out case studies, which made me feel as if I were breathing fresh air and was invigorated by it.

　　Secondly, through learning theories and constantly applying practices.

　　As a teacher, I endeavor to transform the theoretical knowledge I have learned into practical kinetic energy, so that it can effectively guide my usual political teaching work. During the training process, I shared my own understanding of the new curriculum standards for politics with teachers in the group, and followed up with new exercise design concepts to guide my teaching, rediscovering them on the basis of continuous summarization, so attentive to the cycle of repetition, because the training course's lesson study has made me go from being powerful, to being more attentive.

　　At the same time, I learned to change the perspective to examine their own education and teaching work, under the leadership of the new concept, constantly reflecting, adjusting my view of education, it is this kind of transposition of thinking, so that I learned to trust the students, and continue to feel the surprise and power brought by the trust.

　　(c) Strengthening professional knowledge and learning to be a professional teacher.

　　The training was both intense and hectic, because during the training, I felt an atmosphere of diligent pursuit and never-ending learning. This rigorous and effective atmosphere, so that every lesson I listen to the careful preparation, careful speculation, through the network convenient way to access relevant information, and strive to build efficient teaching and learning activities. In the process of practicing, I dare to meet the challenges, and then I also dare to innovate. It can be said that the training motivated my will, inspired my mind, and made me more persistent in teaching high school politics. 　　(d) To take lesson study as a carrier to promote the professional growth of teachers.

　　Lesson examples are a true reflection of teachers' classroom teaching "trajectory". Mr. Chen Yunmin of the Municipal Teaching and Research Institute showed us a number of first-line teachers in geography teaching casework, which made me fully feel that the political science and geography disciplines have a lot in common and can be learned from each other, for example, to carry out case study as the object of study, is an important way for teachers to engage in research on teaching reforms, which is conducive to the promotion of the professional development of teachers. Teachers' professional growth has a gradual and natural maturation process. Purposeful and planned teaching research and lesson study can effectively shorten the growth cycle of teachers. I think what I gained most from this training is the lesson study activity.

　　During the training process, my heart has changed a lot, from initially seeing the lesson study as a burden to today's gratitude and expectation.
