　　2013年8月20日，集团公司召开了8月份安全视频会议。会议上通报了集团近期发生的四起安全事故，集团领导李董事长、翟总、吴总和唐总对近期集团严峻的安全形式作出了具体的原因分析，对下一步的安全工作进行了重要安排。会议强调到年底前集团安全“零容忍”，实现“零工亡”。

　　为认真贯彻和落实本次视频会议的精神我部门也积极组织召开贯彻安全科务会，结合实际，分析工作中存在的不足和问题，对涉及到本专业的相关安全生产情况进行讨论，及时找出管理不到位的地方，制定了相关措施，并认真落实，保证矿井的安全生产。

　　安全生产状况：

　　一、地质方面：

　　1、超前钻探：严格执行集团公司239号文的规定，根据我矿实际情况，各掘进工作面布置钻孔不少于5个。每次钻探实施开钻验收、单孔验收和循环验收制度。

　　2、地质预报：每月5日前发放地质预报月报，遇特殊情况发放临时预报，指导本月安全生产。

　　二、测量方面：

　　1、巷道进尺日报：每天八点班我部门联合施工单位对所有掘进巷道进行进尺验收，划定巷道剩余可掘距离。对剩余距离不足5米的巷道下发停掘通知单。

　　2、贯通控制：岩巷20米，煤巷30米开始对巷道的贯通距离实施日报，并严格执行贯通安全技术措施。贯通距离剩余5米时用钎子打透，再次确定距离，保证准确安全贯通。

　　三、防治水：

　　1、每月组织相关生产性科室进行一次井下防治水检查，并对检查出的问题进行五定落实，并到期复查。

　　2、矿井涌水量观测：每旬进行一次水量观测，及时掌握井下各淋水点水量变化。

　　3、巷道积水和水沟情况：每次技术人员下井对各工作面的巷道积水情况和水沟的通畅情况进行检查。对检查出的问题对施工单位进行考核。

　　存在的问题和隐患：

　　1301工作面三条顺槽以及主副切眼都处于下山掘进阶段，施工用水和巷道淋水不能靠水沟自然排出，巷道迎头极易积水，影响施工的同时，也给安全造成较大的问题。各施工单位的排水设备仅限于风泵或潜水泵，造成的`问题就是风泵扬程不够，对于距离较长的下山巷道不能满足排水要求；备有潜水泵的工作面只有一台，没有备用水泵，而放置潜水泵的水窝往往清理不及时，导致潜水泵堵塞，造成水泵经常损坏，影响工作面排水。

　　整改措施：

　　1、思想上，继续深入学习会议精神，以安全为抓手，提高部门人员综合安全素质，互相监督，互相促进，杜绝麻痹大意，排查一切潜在隐患，真正做到本质安全，确保安全生产工作顺利进行；

　　2、工作中，九月份组织两次井下排水设施、设备检查，督促各施工单位对井下排水设备进行更换和补充。

　　亮点工作：

　　1、日进尺和旬进尺验收工作的开展，对井下各类情况能够及时掌握，防止超掘。

　　2、井下物探的实施，巷道掘进到位后，先物探后钻探，对前方区域的地质情况进行探测，同时指导钻探的进行，使钻探更有目的性，真正达到物探先行钻探验证的目的。
