　　刚开始上公益劳动课的时候，因为是冬季学期，所以我本来有一些顾虑，天气的寒冷让我有一丝的胆怯。上完第一节课后，我的想法有了很大的改变。

　　社会讲究的是爱心，助人自助，有生命影响生命的高尚境界。公益劳动就是这样一种升华自己，改变他人的活动。公益劳动我觉得是益己，益人，益社会的一种志愿者活动。在我们的日常生活中，也许我们只付出了一点点的劳动，但是却可以给他人带来很大的改变。当参与的人越多了，受益的人也就会越多了，所以公益劳动需要我们每个人的加入，才会发挥巨大的影响力。

　　开始的两次的室内课，老师请来了学校的两位后勤工作人员，这两位老师分别向我们展示了插花和学校食堂的知识和结构。通过那两次上课，我了解了上大后勤部门的辛勤劳动和尽心尽职，尽可能的为我们大学生服务。我们生活在这样一个干净和温馨的大学校园里面，有很大一部分功劳就是他们默默无闻的工作。

　　室外的公益劳动课，我们就跟着后勤部的叔叔阿姨们去捡树叶，拔草，虽然这是一项很简单的工作，但是刚开始没十分钟，就有人支持不住了，有的人开始到处逛，有的人索性就坐在了草坪上。而我也开始感觉到腿的酸痛，手也冻得不行，捡树叶的速度也开始慢下来了。

　　但是大多数人还是没有放弃，依旧顶着寒风，默默地捡树叶。等到结束的时候，我们捡了满满几大袋树叶。

　　当我们为学校为他人做了一些小事，我们收获的可能会是别人的微笑和肯定，这时我们就会感受到公益劳动给自己和他人带来的.快乐了。为他人流点汗算什么呢，重要的是我们大家都收获了。

　　按照学校的课程安排，我参加了为期五天的公益劳动。五天当中我同全班同学一起打扫了五片建筑物之间的林地和草地，主要任务是清除树叶和杂草。我作为班长，除了参加劳动外，主要负责组织同学和联系老师的任务。

　　公益劳动的任务并不重，上午9：00开始到10：00就结束了。通过这几天的组织和安排大家劳动，我收获了一些东西，归纳起来有以下几点：

　　一、组织劳动必须有明确的分工。劳动的第一天我就将43个人分成了三个组——1号到14号为一个组，由武志宇负责；15号到27号为一个组，由刘俊波负责（后两天由康永旺负责）；28号到44号为一个组；由鲁向辉负责。将全班分为三个组，再将任务分到各组，一定程度上明确了劳动任务，对这几天劳动的开展是很有帮助的。但是可能是组长再下去就没有再细分，这样在劳动时便出现了不可避免的混乱，好在劳动强度小，几天还是勉强过去了。

　　二、劳动时必须以身作则。在集体劳动时，作为团队的领头人必须带头先上。试想一下班长都去一边开小差去了，其他同学心里会怎么想呢？他们又会怎么去行动呢？我想我是注意到这一点的，我一边指挥大家劳动，一边也投入的参与了进去。这样其他同学也认真的.干了，更没有闲话说了。当然也不能事必躬亲，那样自己也很累，最后收到的效果也不好。

　　三、心中有想法时，不能图一时之快而大喊大叫，而应该有理有节的讲出来。我想心平气和的说话很多时候要比严厉的喊话好的多，严厉的初衷是好的，也是有道理的，但听起来不好听就容易让别人产生抵触情绪。毕竟现在大部分是独生子女，个性都极强，所以处事交流必须注意方法方式。

　　这几天的劳动虽然劳动强度不大，但是我在组织和管理上又有了一些心得。这对今后的工作是有很大帮助的，劳动过程中我还看出了一些人的人品，这对择友也是一个帮助。总之这几天的劳动不算白过了。

　　从课程题目上来看：“公益”，也许你看它时觉得很远，其实它离我们很近。公益广告遍布街头大街小巷，偶尔你也会看到一些公益志愿者在做着各样的事，在汶川大地震时我们都深切体会到公益的力量，并为此感动，而我们其实也在做着公益的事，比如劝募，捐款。“劳动”，那就更熟悉不过了，从小就明白劳动最光荣，会在家长的教导下反反复复背诵那首耳熟能详的.《悯农》，即使到初中没有劳动课之后，我同样每天劳动着。如此一来，我仔细一想，觉得公益劳动这门课程是最贴近我们生活，最有延续性的课程。它延续在我们从小到大的教育中，延伸在我们每天的生活中，并且将在以后依然延续。

　　我就怀着小小的好奇心去上这门既陌生又亲切的课，渐渐去体会公益劳动其实际带给我们的教育意义。

　　第一次，我被分配去打扫休息室，一走进去，觉得会议室挺干净的，不用我们干太多事，觉得应该挺轻松的。我撩起袖管就开始卖力干起来，上上下下里里外外都擦得干干净净，连柜子顶我也搬个椅子站在上面把它擦干净了。原以为老师会来大加赞赏一番，不想老师一来就是一个残酷的打击，重做。我不知道是怎样重新拿起拖把的，但我开始做了就依然要做好。终于，老师发现了问题，虽然我很卖力，其实人在走动，拖过的地方便又脏了。小事情里也有大学问。怪不得，有句话：一屋不扫，何以扫天下。重新干下来，人已满头大汗，老师关切地问一句：“很累吧？”我看了看这敞亮的休息室，觉得挺温暖的，也许这就是“劳动最快乐”的内涵所在吧，我笑了笑：“不累，不累。”

　　推及己身，也曾有一事令我羞愧难当。大学生涯中的第一次公益劳动，我和舍友还有班里的几名男同学被分到一起打扫男生公寓，楼管叔叔让我们几个女生拖楼道擦扶手，让男生去打扫厕所。第一天还好，认认真真地把楼道扫了一遍之后又拖了一遍，但是用了两个小时，下午去的时候楼管叔叔说拖楼道的方法不对，拖把没有洗干净，拖一层楼起码得洗四五遍拖把，还说早上我们只洗了一遍，整个楼道拖得乱七八糟的。听了叔叔的话之后就不敢再偷懒而是去多洗几次拖把。因为打扫的过程越来越熟练，第三天的时候，我只想早早的打扫完回宿舍，就把两层楼中间的楼梯偷懒没有拖，本想存点侥幸心理开溜，可是被叔叔发现了。他问我是不是没有打扫，我支支吾吾的说好像打扫了，可是他把我拉到下一层让我看。
