著名教育家叶圣陶先生曾经说过这样一句话:什么是教育,简单一句话,就是要养成良好的习惯。作为一名教育工作者,前我就在书本中读过这句话,从教后,我对这句话才有了更深层、更具体的理解。
举个简单的例子,我曾经教过一个叫芳芳的小朋友,聪明伶俐,但由于长辈的溺爱,从小养成了好动、蛮横的坏习惯,有点偏执。在课堂上坐不住,一点不满意就大哭大闹,让老师无法上课,更不会和同学们交往,让人觉得又可气,又可怜。刚开学时连笔也不会拿,坐的歪歪扭扭,捏着笔尖,写的就像螃蟹爪,弯弯曲曲,毛毛刺刺的,书包里乱七八糟,连一支能用的铅笔都没有,崭新的课本角都蜷了,上面画的满满的,连田格里的生都看不清了。
后来我和她的家长的多次沟通,共同制定了一个办法:在学校,只要能坐好,握笔姿势正确,就画一面小红旗;写好一个笔画,老师就大力表扬;在家里,家长每天拿出20分钟,手把手地、一笔一画地教她写。如果能一次坚持坐好、写好10分钟,就满足孩子一个愿望,例如看10分钟的动画片、讲一个故事、做孩子感兴趣的游戏。
半年的时间过去了,你再也看不到那个邋遢、多动、蛮横无理的芳芳了。课堂上的芳芳平心静气地端坐着,听课认真、回答问题积极;特别是写的时候,只见她头正、肩平,嘴里默念三个一一尺、一寸、一拳头,这一切做好了,再一笔一画地描红、仿影、临贴,起、行、顿、收,写起来抑扬顿挫,好象进入了忘我的境地。她作业本上红圈圈越来越多,书包里整整齐齐,新书上干干净净。
她的爸爸激动地告诉老师,是良好的写习惯改变了孩子的性格,也改善了孩子的生活。
由此可见,习惯的力量是巨大的,世界上最可怕的.力量是习惯,最宝贵的财富也是习惯。
人生仿佛是一场好习惯和坏习惯的拉锯战,假如没有好习惯,你将很难成功。习惯是选择出来的,不是天生养成的,当你改变自己的习惯时,你改变的是你自己的人生。

《塑造教师:教师如何避免易犯的25个错误》一书中,著名的美国教育心理学家卡罗林博士,收集了职前教师们回忆的近200个在学生时代所经历的最不愉悦,且记忆犹新的事件。这些事件,涉及幼儿园、中小学以及大学的学生生活,包括班级管理、学生活动、课堂教学、成绩评定、师生交往等等方面,内容丰富,举例生动形象,真实地反映凝固了教师在教育管理中易出现的种种错误。读着这本书,如身临其境,从所举教师的错误当中,思索着,对照着,是一种很好的学习。特别是从这些案例中进一步理解了学生的感受,又一次站在学生的视角审视我们的许多教育现象和处理方法。

我的心深深的被老人这种坚持不懈,顽强斗争的精神打动了。老人虽然没有带回完整的.大鱼,但他是精神上的胜利者。生活中我们会遇到各种各样的困难,是选择逃避,还是毫不退让,迎难而上。老人为我做出了榜样。

前段时间因为发生了一些事情,与其说是不愉快,不如说是成长,学习,关于教学,也关于生活,具体的我不想细聊,只在这个过程中,我认识到了一些真正爱我、支持我的家人以及朋友,感恩一路前行有你,感恩你们一直伴我左右,我会用我的实际行动,表达我的感谢。
这期间,退去了几乎一切社会团体,有些是当面说出,有些是直接退出微信群,有支持与理解,当然,也有不理解,不过,这些都不重要,重要的是,我有了更多安静、独处的时间。我想安静的时候,是最好的学习时间,也可以说是难得的清闲让我能够静下心来多读几本书;亦或是,无聊的时候,我可以开始思考,我可以开始关注到更多和我成长,和我教英语有关的事情中来。我想这也就是我们所说的,人啊,专注的做一两件事情就行了,再有一点点的爱好就好了。于我,专注做的事情就是专心英语教学,那么爱好嘛,自然就是吃了,说美食,好像大家更容易接受。
扯了半天,终于聊到了主题,那就是今天的读后感,关于《怎样成为一名优秀的英语教师》读后感。初识这本书,是在高一年级组周书记的桌子上一眼瞄见了这本书,周书记是我校一名非常优秀的英语教师,当时,想问她借来看,但书记说,这书是要教给学校的,于是,也就回来自己买了一本。
看这本书,我想也就是中了标题,向来,我看书,都是看标题先,这可真是符合了我找对象也得看外貌的习惯了,这书的标题,首先吸引了,也没仔细翻,看着书的价格不贵,也就买了回来,自己阅读,利用一切闲暇时间,读完了这本书,书是前几天已经读完了,我习惯读书做读书笔记,那种看完书,笔记本都用完的感觉,简直不能再美好。不过,现在有点后悔,今天才想起写读后感,因为书本的内容已经快要不记得了,怪不得,人家说,读书的.反馈,最好在读完书的时候,立马完成,要不然,真的要忘记了。
为了顺利完成这次读后感,刚才又迅速翻阅了一下自己做的笔记,有笔记这时候显示了它的优势,帮助我回忆了书本的内容,整体上,我认为这是一本偏理论的书本,书本开篇介绍了我国英语教学法的演变进程,我现在能想起的就是包天仁,因为当时大概是初中吧,一直做这个人主编的一类报纸,时间太久远了,报纸名字也不记得了,只记住了这个名字,然后,这让我想起了现在浙江教育界的葛炳芳老师,大概也是和他一样出名的英语教学界的大家。当然,本人见过葛炳芳老师本人,还是非常荣幸的。
然后书本的一些章节还是介绍了一些实用的教学方法,主要还是讲到了,作为一名新时代的英语老师,要有不断进取的精神,要有不断专研的态度,以及一些具体的课堂、专研教学的防范,比如,合理实用网络,比如,在英语课堂上给学生取一些英文名字,然后就是最后一章节里写到了要善于利用网络,帮助教学。
读完整本书,收获比较大的地方,还是通过这位作者,了解了英语教学在我国的发展史,是如何演变到如今这种形式的,以及现阶段下,对于英语教学目标的要求。总体上来说还是受益的。
作为一名高中英语教师,兼任本校高二、高三年级的教学,我始终认为,不管我是自己专研教材、听有经验老师上课、还是阅读相关书籍也好,最终要去做的就是付之于行动,以及专注用心的去做好每一件事,就如同我经常和我学生们讲的一句话,“我可以接受你暂时不够优秀,但我不可以接受你不努力以及不够谦虚!”这句话同样送给我自己。

今天的努力决定你明天坐在哪里。这是让我十分敬佩的张恩勇老师所说的话,使我铭记于心。他虽然年过半百,但心态和年轻人一样,浑身时刻充满着蓬勃的激情和力量,无论是学识修养的境界,还是随和的性格,都是一位在语文高考上深得考试精髓的老兵。无论是散文和小说的解题技巧,还是仿写以及人生的加减法,张老师的解题原则简单而有用,正所谓“大道源于自然”。张教授在台上汗如雨滴,但他不以为然,依然激情的授课,这是一种爱,更是一种情怀!
“要给学生一杯水,自己先要有一桶水。”这是最早的说法,而在多次的学习中,我发现教师应有“一泓流淌不息的泉水”,张教授的讲座充分印证了这一点。他用渊博的文化知识,给学生讲得通俗易懂,使我深受启发。那么在工作中我面对的也是一群对知识充满渴望的孩子,将他们教育好,也是我的责任和义务,这使我更加体会到学习的重要性,只有不断地学习、不断地提升,才能胜任教育这份工作。

一本书刊或杂志能够成为读者的朋友,其实是一件很不容易的事情,而在我的心目中,《小学语文教师》就是我的挚友。我和它的相识其实很平淡无奇,当我初为教师时,为了走好以后事业的第一步,常常要做些准备,其中有一项就是到校图书室借阅书刊,摘抄一些新的教育信息、新的教育理念、新的教育教学方法,而这些,我都透过《小学语文教师》获得了,因此我一次次走近它。

说起读书,一直都觉得不用太刻意,也不要给自己定什么目标任务,因为“读书乃随心之事”。随心读书,才会读得轻松,读得快乐。
记得小时候印象最深的事情就是每年村子里有庙会时,会用妈妈给的5分钱去买一本连环画,然后不厌其烦的看了一遍又一遍,到现在我都记得那本叫《姊妹易嫁》的连环画的内容。如此单调的阅读却是那时最大的快乐。
真正有条件大量的开始读书要到了上大学以后。因为忽然多出的空闲时间和学校那个藏书丰富的图书馆不期而遇,看到那一排排的琳琅满目,我瞬间被惊呆。也许是为了补偿以前因为条件所限而失去的读书时间,我开始了不分昼夜,废寝忘食的阅读。首先从自己认为最有档次的外国名著开始,比如《简爱》,《飘》,《蝴蝶梦》等迷迷糊糊读了个遍,罗切斯特,白瑞德,麦克西姆到现在仍然是我心目中完美男人的代表。可是那时毕竟是青春年少,很正常的开始迷上了言情小说,琼瑶的,席绢的,一天能看两本。再后来,感觉自己有点跑偏了,又猛读了一段老舍,巴金的书,也就是这时知道了林语堂戴望舒徐志摩。后来骨子里的那种豪放让我彻底迷上了金庸,《天龙八部》《射雕英雄传》等读得天旋地转,硬是冒着眼睛累瞎的危险把金庸所有的书都读了一遍。感谢那时候没有手机,没有网络,就这样随心所欲的完成了我最初的阅读积累。
参加工作后,有了自己买书的条件,第一个月的工资首先买齐了三毛的所有作品,那是我一直都梦想拥有的。不时的读一读三毛是我到现在还在坚持的一个习惯,不同的人生时期去读三毛,会有不同的感悟和感动。最欣赏《撒哈拉的故事》中那个真性情的三毛。慢慢的又读了张爱玲,余秋雨,刘墉等这些各具特色的作品。还有一段时间集中阅读了获得茅盾文学奖的作品,像《穆斯林的葬礼》《少年天子》《平凡的世界》等,总之是不分门派,喜欢就读。所以读得书也越来越多,越来越杂。
最近这段时间可能受各种致青春的影响,竟然也津津有味的读了饶雪漫的《校服的裙摆》,桐华的《那片星空那片海》等这种流行在年轻人当中的网络小说。可能我的心依然年轻,那就随心的去读吧。

一、对幼儿知识书籍的感受
这次的阅读,给了我很多的收获,尤其是这些幼教知识书籍,这些书籍记载的都是一些篇幅较短的实用知识经验,我每次都是趁着幼儿午睡或者自己休息的空闲时间来阅读。
尽管只是利用零碎的时间来看书,但是这本书给我带来的'帮助可不小。这些看似简单的知识中,有不少都是非常实用性非常强的经验!我们老师之间常常互相交流,但是却渐渐的沿用了一套在学校中教导的方法。但是通过阅读,我学习到了不少更为出色的小技巧。这些不仅给我的教学带来了新的方式,更让我在各种活动和游戏中想出了不少的好点子!大大的丰富了我的教学。
此外,我也学习到了不少的幼儿知识,并且认识到了我们平常一些习惯中的错误,我不仅仅自己吸收了这些经验,并且还和老师们交流,经验,将自己的收获交流了出去,让读书的效益更大化!
二、对童话阅读的体会
选择了童话,本身是为了让我能更多的掌握也些教学材料,也能成为一些实用的比喻。但是,通过童话的阅读,我发现受益的不仅仅是幼儿,看着这些童话中的美好故事,我自己也深受其感染,在教学中要和更能理解幼儿们的行为习惯,并且能更好的去引导他们。
童话并不仅仅是安抚孩子们的故事,它对于每个人都是一种帮助。
三、心得感受
此次的阅读,不仅仅丰富了我的知识,更是让我更加的热爱这份工作。同时,我也在阅读中认识到,自己如今的知识并不足以完成教学,作为一名教师,我必须不断的累积,不断的丰富自己!为此,我会好好的保留这个阅读的好习惯,在今后的也不断的提升自己!

最近,我认真阅读了《给教师的建议》捧读此书,给我很多收获,带给我教学上许多建议,在原来教学中的许多疑虑一下烟消云散,里面收入的教育小故事,涉及教育的各个方面,有教师教育孩子的心得,有课堂上意外发生后的随想,有转变观念的体会,有关爱孩子的收获……
读着书中的故事,我不由联想到了自己,如果我遇到了类似的情况,我会如故事中老师一样对待如此的学生吗?当意外发生时,当学生的行为已经超越了底线,我会如何呢?我会和故事中的老师一样一笑了之,灵活的对付,还是会大发雷霆,以自己的威严压载学生个性的闪现?我不得而知,但是我已经在慢慢转变我自己,慢慢融入到孩子们中间,成为他们最为可亲的朋友。
读过此书,我印象最深的是最后一章节:不要放弃任何一个孩子。其中讲到“优秀的老师,让差生变好,让好生更优秀。学生失败的同时,我们也失败了。”反省自己,我所教的班里差生较多,每次上课他们都会思想开小差,跟不上进度,久而久之,他们就成了我的眼中钉,肉中刺,轻者无视他们的存在,重者惩罚他们,现在想来感到很惭愧,每个人都有自己的一技之长,都有自己的分工,自己的生存方式,何必强求十指一样长呢?我们作为教师,不是只培养参天大树,而是让每朵小花都开得灿烂。他爱音乐,就让他成为一名音乐家;他爱美术,就让他成为一名小画家……那样,我们才真正做到因材施教,为了一切学生。
