　　每天我都早早的起来，骑车去上班。正式的上班时间是8点钟，但我总是提前20分钟到那。因为我要去打扫卫生，烧开水、拖地、洗烟灰缸，这样能给他们留下个好印象。第一天师傅让我熟悉一下周围的工作环境，让我向信访办、综治办、法律服务的主任都问个好，请他们多多关照。然后，我就开始工作了。我把所有矫正对象的档案都看了一遍，里面有很多资料，因为在学校里已经学过相关知识，所以对其有一定的了解。操作起来就得心应手了。由于他们不怎么会电脑，所以电脑的重任就交给我了，帮他们打印资料，上网搜相关东西，还有一项就是社区矫正管理系统，师傅教我学习了这项技术，里面有7项内容，最重要的是实时定位，档案管理，每天要对矫正对象进行2次的手机定位。可以通过这个系统，对矫正对象进行了解和控制。每次对矫正对象做的相关资料都必须上传到司法局的社区矫正信息管理平台，体现出了信息化，科学化。

　　在这次实践当中，使我增强了工作方面的实际操作能力，更多的了解了社区矫正，学到了专业知识。同时增强了社会经验，提高了人际交往能力。社会实践加深了我与社会各阶层人的感情，拉近了我与社会的距离，也让自己在社会实践中开拓了视野，增长了才干，进一步明确了我们青年学生的成材之路与肩负的历史使命。社会才是学习和受教育的大课堂，在那片广阔的天地里，我们的人生价值得到了体现，为将来更加激烈的竞争打下了更为坚实的基础。希望以后还有这样的机会，让我从实践中得到锻炼。

　　社会实践是一笔财富，一份付出，一分收获，有付出就一定有收获。在实践中可以学到在书本中学不到的知识。他能够让你开阔视野，了解社会，深入生活，有无限的回味，更何况参加社会实践活动的过程、阅历本身就算是一笔宝贵的财富。然而在这烈日炎炎的暑假中，我的社会实践开始了。

　　我今年去了我们县城的统计局工作，由于我是来实习的，所以有好多工作还不能独立完成，所以我先是被分配到了单位的办公室工作。刚开始，我只负责办公室电话的接听，记录电话的内容，并向领导如实汇报。起初，我刚开始接电话的时候还有点紧张，经常会记错电话对面人家所说的内容（不过还好有正式文件下发在单位邮箱）。而且经常把无关紧要的事情也记录下来，让领导解决。但经过两三天的熟悉，以及其他同事的帮助，我已经能从容应对电话那头的人，并正确记录电话内容。最值得说的是，我有了一定的判断能力，能分出事情的轻重缓急，不用每件事都麻烦别人，变得更加自信了。

　　由于今年统计局要负责20xx年全国第七次人口普查工作以及脱贫攻坚普查工作，任务十分的艰巨。所以好多人都抽不开身，有的人手头上的工作就会来不及完成。所以，我们这些实习生就显得有些重要了。所以我也接到了我的另一份工作：录账页。就是把每个村子的个别住户的一个月的日常消费和日常收入录入到国家住户平台。本来我以为会很简单，其实还是有一定的操作性的，因为每一笔支出和收入都分的很细，他都有属于自己的编号，而且每件东西都需要写清楚他的数量和质量。但好多人都没写，只在后面标注了一个总金额。所以我就要自己计算这些东西的数量或质量。而且误差不能太大，否则不能正常录入，没办法显示。所以，实习了一个月，我还大概知道了买菜，买水果的大概价格，以后买东西都不会被坑了。

　　在这次暑期社会实践中，我感触非常深。我在这次实践中体会到了成长的美丽，社会实践使我找到了理论与时间最佳结合点。尤其是我们学生只注重理论学习，忽视实践环节，往往在实际工作岗位上发挥的很不理想，通过实践，检验了我们的知识水平。我欣喜地看到了，经过实践的磨炼，我变得更加成熟，更加自信了。

　　通过开展丰富的多彩的社会实践活动，我逐渐了解了社会，并开阔了我的视野，增强了才敢，并在社会实践活动中认识到了自己的位置，发现了自己的不足，对自身的价值能够进行客观的评价，这无形中使我对自己有一个正确的定位，增强了我努力学习的信心和毅力。

　　在实习的过程中，我还参加了我们县城的“全民健身跑“活动，全程5公里。跑的很累，这也让我深刻认识到了身体素质对个人发展是至关重要的，好的身体是成功的一半。坚持下来，永不放弃更是难能可贵的品质。一路上，我遇到了好多个熟悉的面孔，有我的高中老师，小学同学……也正是他们的鼓励才使我坚持下去跑完了全程。

　　进入酒店参加实践，让我也是对于这个行业有了更多的了解，此次的暑假我也是珍惜好了而来做实践，让自己真的去社会了解，虽然只是基础的酒店服务工作，可是对于我了解酒店，了解以后我可以从事的工作都是有很大的帮助。

　　暑假里，有同学去参加志愿者，有同学去学习，有同学去玩了，而我确是想着自己虽然在学校学了很多，但是都没有怎么实践过，也是对于我们酒店专业相关的岗位以及这个行业并不是那么的熟悉，还是要到社会来体验下，才能真的知道自己是否合适做这类的工作，同时也是为以后而做好准备，此次的实践里面，我也是积极的和同事去交流，去了解酒店的情况，从他们的工作经验里面我也是收获蛮多，同时看到自己要去学习的方面有哪些，又是自己有哪些优势是可以运用到工作里头的，时间虽然只有一个多月，但是我也是过得格外的充实，而我积极的态度也是得到了领导的肯定，给予我以后可以来实践的机会，我知道这得之不易，毕竟实践不像真正的工作，自己也是学习为主的，可以说能有这个肯定我也是知道自己的工作做得不错。

　　由于自己做的是基层服务的工作，去了解客户，去了解酒店的各方面，让我对于这个行业也是有了更为清晰的了解，而不仅仅停留在理论上，而是在基层做过，也是更加的意识到酒店是怎么样来运作的。这些基础可以说让我对于酒店的认识落到了实地，而不是像之前一样只是知识而已，虽然毕业前也是有实习，不过我觉得提前出来，也是更好的能了解，也是把准备做的更为充分的。当自己能力得到更多的机会去展示，去进步的时候，我想真的毕业之后也是会更有信心去到更理想的酒店来工作了，对于以后的路也是提前多规划多准备并没有什么坏处，此次的实践也是让自己更为了解自身了。

　　首先我从这份工作说起，我觉得在工厂工作不仅仅是一个机会，现阶段的我对工作没有什么要求，在工厂上班我觉得也是一次不错的锻炼机会，我对自己的能力还是很清楚的，去到了一家电子厂，首先给我的感觉就是累，当然这里面也有我一些不适应的原因，但是这不是我退却的理由，我也知道通过实践能够给我带来的帮助，这份工作不仅仅是一个锻炼的机会，我觉得这更加是一个成长的机会，因为这些东西都是以没有经历过的，首先我对自己的能力还是很看好，再一个就是我对这次社会实践抱着很期待的心理。

　　在这次实践当中有两点是让我很受用的，就是我在工作中的那种坚定地意志，本来是不适应工厂的工作但我还是在坚持着，适应了这里工作，特备是在晚班的时候给我的感觉真的很累，可是既然选择了，我就应该对自己的负责，也是一名高中生，不怕自己很累，我怕一点累我会放弃，这是我不能接受的，这次我对工作的态度很明确，我就是为了体会到工厂工作的感觉，还有锻炼自己那份毅力。

　　决定去实践后我就马上去了，是一个人，我这也不需要伙伴一起，什么靠自己才能够感受到，体会到，暑假开始的第三天很多人在准备享受的时候，我就去工厂了，在工厂车间里面其实很枯燥，我知道很枯燥，在来之前就这么觉得，因为自己没有在工厂车间上过班，这里的枯燥还是在我意料之外的，开始来到这里的时候总是过的很慢，时间是在数着过，我也一直在考验着自己，因为这里的是两班倒，我更加觉得自己会受到锻炼，车间的流水工作一直在打磨着我，每天做着一样的事情，往往想多了就觉得没有动力，但是自己慢慢的一回想起来，这也是一种提升。

　　来到xx工厂开始接手自己的工作的时候我还是觉得没事没问题的，毕竟做的事情很简单只需要时间来适应就行了，做了几天自己的觉得没什么意思了，也是因为适应了每天做着一样的事情，多少感受不到前进的动力，我感觉自己慢慢的失去了动力，每天在这么一个状态下我坚持了这么久，我觉得自己做到了坚持这两个字，的实践我感受最深的还是一个月的晚班，晚班的工作比较累，大家都觉得，我其实也做好的这个准备，自己从来没有上过晚班，毕竟这不是很轻松，尽管是做着一样的事情，一个月下来我也想着放弃。

　　在未来学习当中我一定会坚持搞好自己的分内工作，工厂每天的'工作是比较累的，但是近期我也是做的比较认真的，每天都做着重复的事情，在工厂也是比较无聊的，这方面我是非常端正的，通过社会实践这些都是一些基础的，建立在这样的基础上，我做的还会是比较认真的。

　　在这个炎炎夏日，我迎来了大学生涯中第二个暑假。这个假期，我没有直接回家，而是去了上海。到上海星语儿童智能训练中心实习一个月，在这一个月中，我过得很充实。在此次实习中，我学到了很多在学校学不到的知识，它让我开拓视野、了解社会、深入生活、回味无穷。也对自己所学的特殊教育专业培智方向的教学方法与策略有了更深入的了解。

　　20XX年6月30日中午，我和另外两位同学从南京到达上海。6、7月的上海，气温达40度以上，人生地不熟，等我们找到实习单位时已经是下午3点多。天气炎热带来的不适与饥饿并存着。到了实习单位，我们就像“林黛玉进贾府”一样，不敢多说一句话，不敢多走一步路。到办公室里等着老师的安排，一位姓路的老师把我领到训练室里观摩，另外两位同学则被办公室的老师叫去帮忙扫描。

　　在两个多小时的观摩中，我手无举措。当时训练的学生，有两个是自闭症，一个是智力发展迟缓。路老师问我，在学校都学了哪些课程，譬如怎么样让自闭症孩子听指令等。

　　观摩了一天半，7月2日，我们就开始带学生了。7月1日晚上，我很着急！我带的那个学生没有做过测评，也没有医学鉴定，我要怎么给他制定教学方案?听说那学生的家长还挺多话的，要是我做的不合她心意，就会被告到领导那。就在我为第二天的教学不知所措时，我想到了住在隔壁的路老师。跟他说了学生的情况后。他建议我先和孩子接触一两节课，观察孩子，再制定教学方案。

　　第一天的教学下来，一个字：累！但是孩子比较听话，很好学。一上午的接触，对孩子也有了了解。当天晚上就给他制定了教学方案，找了相应的教材复印。一个星期下来，孩子认知、感统方面有了进步。但问题来了，我忽略了一个问题----与家长沟通。第一个星期的最后一节课下课后，同学叫我到外面说有事。原来，我被学生家长告到领导那了。理由是我没有按照她的要求来教。当天，我辗转了一个晚上，回家的心都有了。周末两天休息，我也想清楚了：实习就是给毕业后踏入社会打下基础，如果我因为这点小事辞职回家，那么将来怎么面对工作？怎么实现我的远大理想？想到这些，我决定坚持下来。

　　一晃半个月过去了，我从一个只会理论知识，不会实践的学生，到一个可以根据孩子的情况自己制定教学方案、完成每节课的课堂教学；从一个只按照自己方式教学，而忽视与家长的沟通，到每节课课前、课后都会与家长沟通，只有与家长沟通了，才能制定出更好的教学方案，孩子才能更好的发展。

　　7月中旬，有几位新来的实习生，和我们一样，她们也是学特殊教育专业的。课下，我们也会聊聊，学校不同，同一专业，所学的课程也会有所不同。与同事们聊天，也是一个学习的过程，一个取长补短的过程。

　　新来的同事看到我们那么“熟练”课堂，以为我们是已经毕业的了。我们笑笑说：“没有，我们还是在校生，比你们低一届。”领导把新同事安排在我们身边，观摩我们上课，也就是说，我们有带教老师，同时也是新同事的带教老师。

　　经过最后半个月的学习，新同事对教学有得心应手了，也学会了如何和家长沟通。7月底我就要离开单位回老家了，我带的是暑假班，7月份和8月份的还不一样。问了我所带的那个学生的家长，她说8月份还要继续上课。想到很多家长因为之前的老师离开，他们也会离开，因为换一个老师带，孩子又要花时间来适应老师。我与家长沟通，说要离开机构一段时间，8月份的课由另一位老师带，正好那位老师也跟着我带学生半个月了，家长也挺喜欢的。

　　在实习期间，我除了上课外，还参与了单位的网站建设、新闻稿写作、活动策划等。刚开始，我不敢写稿子，理由是很久没写了，担心写不好。实习的第一周，写了活动的稿子，第二、第三、第四周写了例会的新闻稿，都得到了领导和同事们、关注单位微信公众号的家长们的赞赏。领导私底下对我说：“有哪方面的能力就要大胆施展出来，不要藏着掖着。”听了领导的话，在之后的工作中，我更加自信了。

　　鄂州之行体艰辛

　　酷暑难耐的七月，近40度的高温也丝毫未阻挡我去鄂州参加社会实践的激情。在鄂州那七天的时间里，我主要负责承担招收补习生以及给小学生辅导奥数。虽然时间短暂，但其心酸的历程仍历历在目。尤其在招生过程中的艰辛更使我深刻领悟到这句人生哲理：千里之行，始于足下。

　　在“新势力”暑期补习班的过程中，除了周日，每天都是早出晚归。我们都顾不上头顶上的炎炎烈日，也顾不上马路上热烘烘的蒸汽，耐心地给各位来咨询的家长解释宣传，让咨询人员对我们这个补习班有全面的了解，知晓我们的特色。在各大菜市场，人流密集的地方，到处都留下了我们的足迹。这其中的艰辛，怎一语可道得尽呢？只有自己身体力行，方能体会至深啊！想起家中父母亲“背朝皇天面朝地”地辛勤劳动，他们用自己的血汗钱供我读书，这才真正地体会到他们是我身边最平凡而伟大的人！顿时感到自己是多么渺小。我们如果要想达到预定的招生目标，多得到一点回报，就得踏踏实实地干，把诚心、耐心留给过路人让爱心温暖人间！

　　说起在社会实践阶段的生活，有点苦乐同甘的感觉。为了尽量地给大家多增加收入，锻炼各自的厨艺，我们大家就轮流做饭。虽然没有外面餐馆的饭菜那么可口，但是我们还是吃得有滋有味。这毕竟是大家亲手杰作，锻炼了我们的动手能力，学会了自主生活。每天晚上我们都是睡在地板上，但一趟在上面就被疲劳忘记一切全然不知地板的温度。我们这个补习班是大三、大四学生组织的，房子、电扇、桌子都是租用的，毕竟初次创业的'资金比较有限，这就是创业者的艰难吧！天上不会掉下馅饼，只有通过自己不断努力的追求才能达到自己所追求的目标，最终获得成功。

　　虽然工作环境不是那么舒适，生活条件不是那么优越，但让我真正的体会到劳动的酸甜苦辣，领悟到一点人生真谛。唯有不怕苦，不怕累地做事，才能收获自己的成功！

　　家中之乐泯千愁

　　由于受到“新势力”补习班的影响，我尝试着在家办起了小小的五人补习班。虽然我在家中比较放松，但是经过与这群调皮孩子们的相处，真是颇有感言。我也了解到一个基本道理：环境在很大程度上影响着一个人。

　　由于我所补习的五个学生都是读七年级，而且为独生子女，基于这些共同之处，我才有可比之处。在我补习的学生中有个名叫杨威，就是我隔壁家的孩子。他不喜欢学习，经常和同学一起去上网、游戏机室，甚至有时到河边去捉鱼，家长为此很困恼。还有很多不良的习惯，而且屡教不改，家长也无可奈何。而与他是表兄弟的杨光，他学习认真、刻苦，而且比较节约。为什么他们会有那么大的差别呢？这与他们就家的环境有关系啊！杨威，他爸开出租车，他妈在家忙着生意，真可谓大忙人。正是如此而忽视了孩子而导致他都学坏了。真有点“近朱者赤，近墨者黑”！杨光虽然不是很聪敏，但那认真的劲头真是叫人佩服。而他爸是以买饲料为生。他们生活环境的差异，还有自身作风习气等方面的不同，才会导致这样的差异。

　　环境能够影响一个人而且能够改变一个人。我们得学会适应环境，自觉做一个积极上进的人。这也是我们为人的基本。

　　这两次社会实践活动，既有收获又有教训，既有经验又有过失，但是这次暑期社会实践活动将永远铭记在我的心中。这不仅仅是赚了一千元那么简单，而是我第一次走向社会的经历，用自己的双手创造的劳动成果。这次社会实践将永远激励着我奋发向上，兢兢业业地做事，踏踏实实地做人！

　　经验不足，人不够。这句话我从面试公司听过很多次了。虽然不同，但基本上意思是一样的。说到底，我不得不承认，我的经验还是太少，现在专业工作基本没有机会。

　　于是我去找了一些简单的工作，想着至少不要浪费这个出去的决心。但是我之前做的准备太少，很多适合的工作都是早早就招满了。没及时来的话基本都吃光了。

　　最后在学长的推荐下找到了工作，但是在这次经历中，我彻底知道了自己在这个领域是多么的没有经验，也让我更加坚定了在这次社会实践中做好、学好的决心！

　　二、工作经历

　　虽然不是我最期待的工作，但是我不能再错过这个机会了！我抱着做好的决心在工作中不断学习和体验，但是想做好和做好还是有差距的。尽管我很努力，但是因为我的经历，前期被很多事情困扰。有的同事帮我，有的问组长。总之我终于安全度过了新手期。
