我练太极拳已经三年了,每天早晨我都会锻炼1个小时,虽然很累,但是每天很快乐。
学太极拳不要苛求自己,因为太极拳不是逆拳,如果强迫自己难免会气血攻心导致副效果,更不要有显摆的心态,为什么有些人把太极拳练的有模有样却身体不得益处,原因就是他们杂念太多,多是为了显摆,太极拳游动肢势也和前人大相径庭没有什么变化,为了苛求肢势的相同多为在强迫自己修炼,那是不可取的。
怎么练太极拳,这是最重要的,我练太极拳第一步是找资料,去买一本练太极拳的书或者光盘,光盘为最好,因为视频的比较直接,容易学习,如果想省钱省力就到网上找,网上什么都有。等资料找好后,就开始学吧,不要在乎那门那派的,只要是太极拳就可以学,因为不管是那门那派都是已柔为主,多为慢功,太极就是这样,讲神不讲力。
练太极拳不要被影视里的武打动作迷惑,那不是太极拳的真谛,老祖宗在古代没那么厉害,太极拳本身就是修身养性的,不可用于武力,太极拳多为修气,在练习中把你学到的`慢慢做,不要计较动作的好坏,不要计较动作的顺序,当你看完一套太极拳套路后,在清晨或者闲暇时间可以到一个无人的地方修炼,家里也可以,主要是无人打扰,这是太极拳修身的最好方式和环境。

小的时候,每次清晨跟奶奶去公园散步,总是会看到很多中老年人在打太极拳。而且也经常听到大人们在谈论太极拳的好处。从小开始,我就很希望能学一学太极拳,但由于没有老师指导,所以一直没能学会。
来到大学,学校给我们提供了很多练太极的机会。自从进入大学以来,我已经连续学了三个学期的太极拳了。第一次练太极拳是在年级集体组织的晨炼那会,一个师姐教我们的。当时觉得太极拳很柔,的确很适合女生练,特别是我这种没什么力气的女生。大二上学期,我很幸运地选上了太极拳课,更细致的学习了二十四势简化太极拳。老师告诉我们,“太极拳运动的精华在于借力打力。”,“打太极的时候,要全神贯注,不能有杂念,这样运动的效果才好。”,“太极拳很讲究重心的调整,打的时候要注意把重心要保持在一条直线上。”。太极拳虽然慢,但要求动作要连绵不断,很讲究内在的东西。太极拳虽然很柔,看起来虽然运动量不大,但认真打完一套太极拳,还是会流很多汗的。
这学期,我跟老师学习了陈氏太极拳三十八势,还听了老师的中医养生理论课,对太极拳有了更深的理解。太极,不仅是强身健体的体育运动,还是一套很好的防身之术。在上课的过程中,老师给我们讲了很多他个人练太极的体会,如怎样运用太极拳保护自己,制服小偷。怎样用太极来调整重心,保持身体平衡等,我觉得蛮有道理的。
我觉得太极与中医养生是紧密相连的,而且只有坚持练习,才会有效果。“三天打渔,两天晒网”,是无法体会到太极的精髓的。在理论课上,老师让我们做了一个实验,就是双手放在丹田前面,掌心相对,感觉两手之间的气场。同学都说我的气场比她们的强。而且经过体质测试,我是属于平和质,身体状况还不错。看来,练太极还是很有效果的。
下面是我将结合个人体会以及学到的知识,分太极拳运动的精华、动作要点、功效这三个部分对太极拳运动进行简要的分析:
一、太极拳运动的精华

太极拳里面有很多的相对运动,如果有一只手在上,必有一只手在下,而且掌心相对,比如云手等动作。这些相对运动的动作,正好体现了太极拳阴阳结合的思想。
另外,练太极拳应该配合练习一下站桩。通过站桩锻炼,首先是可以训练心境,让心态平和,还可以提高对环境的敏感性,增强抵抗力。其次是可以增强肢体特别是下肢的力量,逐渐消除浮力,使沉力重生,周身气血顺畅,内外一体。经常站桩的人会有感觉,就是越站觉得身体越轻,身体实了,感觉轻了,这是站桩的一个特点。
总体上说,太极拳动作缓慢、走圆划弧、连绵不断、而且需要保持重心在一条直线上。而太极拳运动规律只有一个:以丹田为核心,全身关节“节节贯穿”,“一气贯通”。
三、太极拳的功效
太极拳是我国目前流传最广的健身运动,它集中了古代健身运动的精华,与中医养生紧密相连,有调理脏腑、疏通经络、调理脏腑、补益气血的作用。

总体上看,这门课还是不错的,太极拳很值得一学。我有以下几个建议:
1、38式太极拳的教学内容有点多,一个学期要学完课时太紧,建议下学期可考虑适当删减教学内容。
2、中医养生的课时较少,可考虑适当增加理论课的节数。
3、课外可成立一个太极拳兴趣小组,让喜欢练太极拳的同学可以聚在一起练太极,并交流练太极的心得体会,这样有利于我们提高打太极的水平。

转眼间第一学年就要过去了,我们的太极学习也接近了尾声。通过这一学年对太极的学习,我也学到了很多的东西。记得老师第一节课就告诉我们,学太极“意”很重要,关键是要用意念来打太极,因为太极拳是一种极重“神”和“意”的功夫,我想这也是人家为什么称太极为智慧拳的原因吧!
还有就是每次我们上课前徐老师总会让我们自己先把上次学的太极内容回忆一遍,再把上堂课所学的太极招数自己打一遍,然后再放松一下身体的各个部位,最后才开始正式的太极拳教导。
通过这一学年的学习,我发现太极是一种技击术,它的特点是以柔克刚,以静待动,以圆化直,以小胜大,以弱胜强。这是一门最讲求省力打人的艺术,所以借力打人、引进落空是它最本质的特点。要掌握“四两拨千斤”的巧妙技艺,就是要懂得身法轻灵之理,以意运气、以意打人,久之则身法无所不合。一身之劲在于整,一身之气在于敛,身法能一一求对,轻灵自如,达到“一动无有不动,一静无有不静”,人一挨我,我在下即能得机,而在上即能得势,上下相随,前后左右无不得力也。能得机得势,乃能舍己从人;能知己知彼,才能因敌变化;能因敌变化,“引进落空,四两拨千斤”之技,才能出神入化。老师还告诉我们要静心用意,呼吸自然,即练拳都要求思想安静集中,专心引导动作,呼吸平稳,深匀自然,不可勉强憋气;中正安舒,柔和缓慢,即身体保持舒松自然,不偏不倚,动作如行云流水,轻柔匀缓;动作弧形,圆活完整,即动作要呈弧形式螺旋形,转换圆活不滞,同时以腰作轴,上下相随,周身组成一个整体;连贯协调,虚实分明,即动作要连绵不断,衔接和顺,处处分清虚实,重心保持稳定;轻灵沉着,刚柔相济,即每一动作都要轻灵沉着,不浮不僵,外柔内刚,发劲要完整,富有弹性,不可使用拙力。

太极拳是一种既神秘又普通的功夫。说它神秘是因为两点。一点是每个人练的都不一样,即使是同一个师傅教出来的;另一点是所有练太极拳的.人当中真正地学会太极拳的可谓是凤毛麟角。而造成这一切的原因,我认为是由于太极拳是一种极重“神”和“意”的功夫。虽然形意拳、心意拳等功夫也重“意”,但太极拳是和宇宙本源相通的一种功夫,其“神”、“意”是其它功夫所不能及的。
每次我们上课宁老师总会让我们放松下身体的各个部位,然后才开始正式的太极拳教导;每天我们都是坐在教室,总保持着一种姿势,感觉身体都有些僵硬了,学习太极拳以后,睡前练一下,有利促进睡眠。 其次,感觉学习太极拳后,身体平衡能力加强了,以前总觉自己平衡能力不好;太极是百年先人不断摸索总结出来的,其平衡能力非常精确的,

太极已经成为中国文化的象征性符号,太极拳在世界各地有约1亿爱好者。走到世界许多地方,一提中国,很多人知道中国的太极拳。在申奥的宣传片中,反复出现太极拳的形象,这进一步强化了太极文化的影响力;而且从全球的文化发展潮流来看,以太极文化为代表的东方价值观得到越来越多人的认同。从中国本土的情况来看,随着经济的不断发展,休闲健身在人们生活中的重要性不断提高,关注生活质量成为一个普遍的趋势,这都同太极文化是相一致的。
中华人民共和国成立后,新编了简化太极拳、八十八式太极拳、四十八式太极拳,四十二式太极拳,四十二式太极剑,杨式太极拳竞赛套路等。各种太极拳的基本风格和技术结构大同小异,运动方法上均要求心静意专,呼吸自然,中正自然,中正安静,柔和缓慢,圆活完整,协调连贯,轻灵沉着,虚实分明。太极拳除拳之外,尚有散打形式的太极推手,以及器械练习的刀、剑、等。 上第一节课时,老师当时在我们面前虽然只是比划了几个简单的动作,但当时就感觉到,原来太极拳不只是武术或者说一项强身健体的运动,更是一种美学,一种艺术.它如此自然和舒展,非常漂亮和洒脱.接下来我们投入到二十四式太极拳的学习,从起势,左右野马分鬃,一直到单鞭云手单鞭,由易到难,可渐渐的,高探马,又蹬脚,一直到最后的收势似乎没那么困难,后面的学习越顺畅。一直到最后能自己独立的打出一整套二十四式,心里也很有成就感。 我在第一天练习预备式和随息放松时,思想怎么也集中不到自己身上,旁边稍有动静就会分心,但是按照练习要求--吸保持放松态,呼放松手臂,开始时有点顾左就顾不上右,顾呼吸就顾不了站姿…..我就试着按要求站好姿式,保持正常呼吸,第一次呼气时先放松左臂,左臂放松下来,再在下一次呼气时放松右臂,因为心里总要这样想着,这样练习几天后,感觉集中思想并不是那么难了。
听了老师的话后,我才渐渐的体会出其要领,慢慢的不再是死记动作,而是思考着体会着前进。在课余时间,我也曾和舍友在楼道里打太极拳,虽然当时还没学完整套动作,自己做的也不算标准,但真的好好把动作做一遍就会有一些微妙的感受,最明显的.就是练完之后手心和身上会出汗,还有就是练习时心静下来不受外界干扰就好像只有自己存在一样,心里觉得很安逸,再加上阳光照在身上感觉从里到外都是温暖的,很舒服,感觉疲惫感都没有了,也不会犯困,变得很有精神,浑身轻松。
所以,我们学习太极拳的过程中我们受益很多,一方面是身体的,另一方面是心理上的。身体上,它即是一种合乎生理和体育原理的健身运动,又是一种治疗疾病的有效手段。一方面,不受场地、时间限制,备受人们青睐太极拳姿势优美,动作柔和,男女老幼皆宜,不受时间和季节的限制,单人练习也可,集体练更好。既能锻炼身体,又能防治疾病。另一方面,坚持练太极拳,能健康长寿,打太极拳虽然不跑不跳不用猛力,但对身体的锻炼作用也是很大的,因为打拳时全身的骨骼、关节、肌肉都得到自然柔和的伸缩训练,不断地改善身体各素质和各个系统功能,故能提高新陈代谢水平,有利于健康长寿。 太极拳对人体各器官系统的六大生理作用,简述如下:

学习太极拳之前,就对太极拳充满了好奇,因为无论在现实生活中,还是电视中,我们时常会看到有人在打太极拳,看到那轻柔舒畅而又强劲有力地动作,我们无不为此赞叹,而我更是充满了敬佩之情。也想象着有一天自己也能在晨练时打上一段太极拳。
很高兴能在大学期间能有这次学习太极拳的机会。这学期我们跟随着老师学习了二十四式太极拳。这又增添了我对太极拳的兴趣,上网下载了二十四式太极拳的教学视频,学习之余还会看看视频,并进一步巩固体育课上学习的动作,在寝室偶尔还会和室友“切磋;切磋”。可以说学习太极拳给我带来了很多乐趣。
同时,学习太极拳又加深了我对太极拳的了解,原来太极拳已演变出了许多的流派,有陈式太极拳、杨式太极拳、孙式太极拳、吴式太极拳、武式太极拳等五大派系,誉称为“五式太极拳”。而我们所学的二十四式简化太极拳是主要依据杨式太极拳并结合其他太极拳提炼简化重新编创而成的。特点是柔和均匀,对基本功要求不高,动作难度小,不发力,同时也适合各年龄段练习。
太极拳作为中国传统文化的一部分,是中国人的处世态度、文化内涵等在武术中的体现。内涵十分丰富,充满着哲理,与中国传统的医学有着血缘关系。学练太极拳更是一项很好的健身运动,可以强身健体、可以防身自卫、也可以陶冶情操,是一种美的享受,还可以给人的生活带来无限的情趣和幸福,可以延年益寿。特别在生理和精神效益方面,太极拳起到了良好的功效。经过中西方多面的科学化研究证实,长年修习太极拳能对各种慢性病,如:神经衰弱、高血压、心脏病、消化不良、风湿关节炎、糖尿等等有著一定的医疗作用。练习太极拳还可以消除压力,练后会顿感轻快,压力尽消,情绪稳定平伏;工作学习效率也自然会提高。这无疑对我们学习生活紧张、精神压力较沉重的大学生有着显著的帮助。因此,大学期间学习太极拳是十分有必要的。
初学太极拳时,虽然动作较简单,但我们有好多都没能做到位,也有很多不够标准,比如白鹤亮翅中,左手要下压,放到体侧,右脚要弯曲,左脚脚尖点地,不知道这一个动作老师强调了多少次。通过我们的反复练习和老师的耐心指点使我们都能够基本掌握,并且轻松自然地做下来。但是到后面的动作,越发变得难起来,特别是从单鞭开始的云手,看了好多遍视频,也不知道练习了有多少遍,后来发现其实练习时的心境也是十分重要的,如果心情烦躁时,再怎么练习,也不会有进步。就像老师说的,我们应该在练习中去寻找那种感觉“心境变得平和,进而走向清净平宁,怡然自乐的理想精神状态”。在第一阶段,我们应该在姿势、动作上打好基础,把基本要求弄清楚,做到姿势正确,步法稳定,动作舒展、柔和。第二阶段,要注意掌握动作的变化规律及其特点,做到连贯协调,圆活自然。第三阶段则着重练习劲力的运用和意念、呼吸与动作的自然结合,做到动作轻灵沉着,周身完整统一。
像那样,在掌握了各个基本动作时,我也开始力求自己的每一个动作都能做到位,做的标准,每一个该注意的细节都不能马虎。当然即便是这样,和标准的动作还相去甚远。我很清楚自己的练习还是不够,还得继续练习。但是随着次数的增加,我也开始有了一点感觉,姿势也开始变的自然起来!也渐渐地感悟到其实每一个动作和下一个动作都是连贯的.,不能断开的,就好象行云流水那样!
练习太极拳和其它体育项目一样,要经过一个由生到熟、由熟到巧的逐步提高的过程。练好拳更不是一朝一夕就能做到的,更不能操之过急,俗语说,欲速则不达。当然不一定要能打出一套完美的拳法,重要的是在这一过程中所学到的,所领悟到的东西,特别是在修身养性方面,它能够起到的重要作用。所以在以后的生活里仍将继续坚持练习,并把太极拳当成一种兴趣爱好。

太极拳源远流长,以其独特的风格而为世人所喜爱。谈起太极拳,人们总把它和“四两拨千斤”的防身技击功能联系在一起,而忽略了健身、养身与修身等方面的作用,作为窥传几百年的优秀拳种,其内涵博大精深,实非人们想象之简单。太极拳不仅具有健身、养身之疗效,而且兼具防身、技击之功能,修身之妙法,而修身应为练拳学的起点和归宿。
初学太极拳的时候,只是凭着对武术的爱好而执着学习,随着练习的深入,以及接触了大量的太极拳书籍以后,我逐渐发现,太极拳的拳理对个人的修养有很大的帮助。太极拳修炼过程实际上也就是自我修养不断提高的过程。太极拳对修炼者的言行举止,个性发展,品质修养都有很深的影响。许多社会生活中的困惑都可以从拳术的修炼中得到释然。从而涤虑身心,使自己的思想得到升华。
健康是每一个人都梦寐以求的,但现实生活中,疾病会时不时困扰着人们,烦恼也会经常缠身,身体上的疾病可以通过药物来解决,而思想上的困惑,精神上的压力依靠药物却难以医治,只能靠全身去调整、化解。修炼太极拳除可以清除躯体上的某些疾病外。更重要的可以使人心境平和,调节个人的心理。使人的个性得到良性发展。一个研究生曾经对我说:“想不到太极拳这么好,我患神经衰弱多年,吃药总不见好转。可是每当我来到这个草坪,练拳以后,头脑总有一种清新的感觉,心情就舒畅了很多,神经衰弱的病症就有所好转,好象换了一个人似的。”这几年来,我通过练太极拳治好了我的肠胃病、腰椎劳损、轻度的神经衰弱,使我瘦弱的体质增强了许多。但更重要的是在太极拳的熏淘下,我总算从现实社会生活的困惑中解脱出来。不再片面地看问题,做事已多考虑对别人的.影响。不以一己之好恶而随意伤害别人。如今的我已能保持坦荡的胸怀、良好的心境去面对社会,面对生活。
太极拳对修炼者的影响并非偶然,而是必然。拳著云:“不矜不张,局度雍容,虽曰习武,文在其中矣。”太极拳既是一种武术也是一种文化,是中国几千年人类文化培育、滋润的一朵奇葩,与中国古代哲学、文学、社会学、兵学、佛家、道家、儒家、医家、戏剧、艺术等息息相关。在太极拳教学中,除了老师的言传身教外,练拳者必须多读书,多接触有关太极拳的书籍,以求提高拳艺。拳著云:“学太极拳先学读书,书理明白,学拳自然容易。”太极拳综合了道家的“阴阳学说”,儒家的“中庸”思想,医家的<黄帝内经),兵家的谋略、征战之术等等,从它们中吸收理论上的营养加以溶合而形成、发展、壮大起来,形成独具特色的太极哲理,所以,练拳者必须多读书,多向老师、朋友请教,才能更好地领悟太极拳的精义,在提高拳艺水平的同时也提高自己的思想文化修养、道德修养水平。
在练拳的过程中,道家的“道法自然”,佛家的“善因善果”,儒家的“中庸之道”,艺术的审美观等等,必然影响着人的思想发展。拳著云:“学者初上场时,先洗心涤虑,去其妄念,平心静气,以待其动。如此而后可以学拳。”又云:“身必以端正为本”等等,所有这些渗透到拳论中的思想必然会在潜形默化中淘冶练拳者的性情,促进其思想的更新,促使其身体与思想得到健康、良好的发展。我练拳经常是在下午放学之后,经过一天的紧张学习,经常会头脑发胀,精神极度疲劳,
此时唯一的好办法就是去练拳,而且一练就是一二个小时。演练陈氏太极拳老架一路需十二分钟左右,所以每次我都练五六遍拳以上,第一二遍时还觉得很烦闷,浑身不舒服,老想打退堂鼓,可是到第三四遍的时候,由于肌肉的放松,绷紧的神经也就慢慢松施下来,此时气感也逐渐增强,随着身体的运动,周身暖洋洋的,有如泡在温水中,到了五六遍的时候,周身溶溶涩涩,头脑清灵,好似与天地溶为一体,此时没有世俗的侵扰。没有烦恼,把一切不平和不满都抛到九霄云外去了。练拳以后,不觉疲劳。反而觉得周身舒泰,晚上又可以精神抖擞地啃书本。
随着太极拳修炼的深入。练拳者的气质、思想也会逐渐发生变化,因为太极拳的修炼过程也是文化修养、思想修养的过程。长期的修练必然会引起质的变化。拳著云:“外面形迹必带儒雅风气,不然狂于外,必失于中。”我校武协练太极拳的会员,看起来都很秀气,但又不缺英气,他们对人都很有礼貌,很少武人的霸气与骄狂。在武协,新会员经常会向老会员请教一些问题,由于太极拳比较难学,对于某些问题,老会员总会根据自己所学不厌其烦、反复多次地耐心指导,而不会藏私或者歧视别人,每当我们来到训练场的时候都会相互问好。在武协如此,在其它场合也如此。所以,大部分的会员的人际关系都比较好,与人都能和睦相处。太极拳对人心性修养的影响,使我感触最深的是陈氏太极拳传人陈正雷先生1996年途经广州稍作逗留的时候。他平易近人,不摆架子,在讲学的时候,如果不是事先知道,看他那英秀的样子,很多认为他是大学的教授,而很难把他同一个武术家连在一起,只有看他表演时,才能一睹武术家的真正风采。外示安逸,内在稳固,真不愧为太极拳一代大师的风范。
太极拳对修炼者品德修养的影响是必然的。中国是礼仪之邦,几千年文化盈育的中国伦理道德思想、观念已深深地渗透到太极拳理论之中。陈氏先辈门规戒律中就提到许多正直做人,谦虚待人的戒律,提出端正诚信、仁德忠勇等门规。其实,这些门规戒律都是根据太极拳的内在特点提出来的,目的是让门人更好地领悟太极拳的内蕴。
尊师重道,向来是中华民族的优良传统,练拳必先学会做人。拳著云:“学太极拳不可不敬,不敬则外慢师友,内慢身体,心不敛柬,何能学艺。”练太极拳如不敬重老师或对太极拳抱怀疑态度,则会认为老师的言传身教无甚可取之处,不细加琢磨,以至于对太极拳的精粹之处失之交臂。“谦受益,满招损”正直、善良、谦虚、敬业、重道应为我们练拳者时时自勉之言。悉心教授学生,关注学生的身心发展,传道授业解惑,此师之责任之所在。老师是一面镜子,是学生的楷模,对学生有很大的影响作用,对学生的行为、思想有很大的影响力。总之,作为太极拳的爱好者,不论是老师还是学生,必重道而为之,才有可能把太极拳事业发扬光大。
“拳虽武艺,得其正道,无往不宜,”我在这几年的修炼中越来越觉得拳非小道。随着练拳的深入,太极拳对修炼者的影响越来越大,每一个练拳者在深研太极拳健身、技击之法的同时也应重视修身方面的作用、意义,只有这样,才有可能从拳术的修炼中得其三味,妙悟人生真谛。

The influence of Taijiquan on people's mental cultivation touched me most deeply when Mr. Chen Zhenglei, the heir to Chen's Taijiquan, was passing through Guangzhou in 1996 and stayed there for a while. During his lectures, if he did not know in advance, many people would think that he was a professor in a university if they didn't see his handsome appearance, and it would be hard to connect him with a martial artist, and it was only when they watched his performances that they could get a glimpse of a martial artist's true elegance. The influence of taijiquan on the moral cultivation of practitioners is inevitable. China is a country of etiquette, and the ethical and moral thoughts and concepts nurtured by thousands of years of culture have deeply penetrated into the theory of Taijiquan. The precepts of Chen's forefathers mentioned many precepts of being upright and treating people with modesty, and put forward the precepts of uprightness and honesty, benevolence, loyalty and courage, etc. In fact, these precepts are all the same as the precepts of Taijiquan. In fact, these precepts are all based on the intrinsic characteristics of taijiquan, with the purpose of enabling the disciples to better comprehend the inner meaning of taijiquan.
Respecting teachers and respecting the way has always been a fine tradition of the Chinese nation, and practicing boxing must be the first thing to learn how to be a human being. "Although boxing is a martial art, if you have the right way, there is no way you can't do it," I feel more and more that boxing is not a small way in the past few years of practice. With the deepening of the practice of boxing, taijiquan has more and more influence on the practitioners, every practitioner in the deep study of taijiquan fitness, skills and techniques at the same time should also pay attention to the role of cultivation of the body, the significance of the only way, it is possible to get the three flavors of boxing from the practice of its wonderful understanding of the true meaning of life.

新课程如同一股春风,带着久违的清新吹进了课堂,洋溢着人文气息的新理论更是涤荡着我们的心怀。月,我来到民乐三中参加体育教师的培训。虽然,这次培训是在,孩子在无人照顾的情况下。自已要进步,要跟上新课改的步伐,就要去学习的念头来到了这里学习。
首先,李老师对课程改革做了回顾,对体育与健康课程标准的主要特点进行了阐述。面对社会的发展,我们体育课堂教学改革与创新必须遵循体育教学的规律,坚持"健康第一"的指导思想,然后,对教材编写的指导思想、教学内容的构建以及编写依据、体育教学方法与体育教学行为的区别、评价体系的变化等方面做了详尽的讲解。

再次,由学院的高中语文教研员杨翠玉老师,讲解了关于体育课的教学反思的写法,并要求教师们动手写一写,举例说明了课改的关键是什么,教师角色转变和要提高自身的素质,重点讲解了,怎样提高体育教师的教科研水平,在科研研究方面还存在着很多不足,如本质的东西,论文的抄袭性,要有自已的独立风格,个性,和实效性。
培训的刘老师向我们展示了一堂风格各异的体育实践课。张老师的亲和力、林老师的严谨、李老师的优美姿态及王老师的幽默都给我们留下了深刻印象,表达了他们对新课程的理解。体育课堂教学必须有实实在在的技能技巧教学。所谓“愉快”就必须先“痛”而后“快”,否则谈何“愉快”!
通过学习重新认识了"健康第一"的指导思想的深刻内涵,通过老师的举例,对新课程理念下的课堂教学的方法与组织,有了重新的认识和理解。在看、听、讨论中,使过去的体育课非常的单一,课堂上教师就是全权代表,教什么,学什么,学生没有主动权,学生与教师之间是很被动的。我们和老师一起学习和研讨,我们深刻认识到,只有我们体育教师的观念转变,把适应新的课程方法和理念应用到我们的教学中,才能使我们的学生在体育课堂中快乐学习,健康成长。达到我们的追去的"让学生在乐中求学,在学中取乐"。
学习的时间是短暂的,虽然身体很累,但留给我的收获却是无穷的,头脑是充实。通过学习,我收获了很多平时很难了解到的经验和教学方法,通过学习让我更深的认识了体育与健康课程标准与体育课的乐趣,也对教好新教材充满信心。我会在今后的工作中,不断学习,为做一名优秀的体育老师而努力通过这次培训我们对体育又有了新的熟悉,对体育教学又有了新的思考。体育不是简单的技能教学,更不是健康知识的说教。而应该是在身体练习的基础上轻松地学、快乐地练、主动地思考。我们只有多反思、多总结,不断探索新的科学的教学方法和手段,通过学习不断进步自身的素质以适应社会对体育教师的要求。
前几天郑州市教育局给全体的体育教师业务培训,王局长亲自主持,张局长作了重要的发言。这次学习感触颇多,简单总结如下:
首先先说一下张双利局长的讲话。我总体感受就是:发自肺腑。姑且不谈论局长的专业情况,就从他的谈话就让人感觉到他是一个积极向上、责任心强的好领导。同时也是我第一次听到局长站在为全体学生根本利益、人生发展的高度去谈论这次培训。我觉得很实际到位,需要我们每个一线的体育教师深刻的反思!
其次这次的学习,让我们学到了许多新理念、新知识、新方法,让我从中XX,解决了不少之前模糊不清的概念或不懂的东西。其中让我感触最深的是:赫海涛老师的田径裁判知识。讲的具体到每个人的分工,还用了许多大型比赛的具体实例说明,形象生动、易于识记,在平时教学工作中,针对学校的运动会让我们有了大概的轮廓,虽然是基层的小比赛,我们也应该做到认真细致、具体到位,只有这样不断的积累,我们才能把每一项工作做好,听了赫老师的讲座后,让我进一步明确了学习是教师成长的必备要素,只有不断的'充电,不断地学习才能跟上社会发展的需要。还有就是篮球的裁判培训给我的印象也很深刻,裁判有时候更新的很快,每当遇到大型的比赛,出现有争议的时候,心里总是那么的不坚决。原因就是对规则的拿不准,吃不透,总是似是而非的。这样时间长了,也就越差越远,长此以往对学生的教学也会出现错误的情况。这次的培训把平时的教学中出现的许多问题加以清晰化,明朗化、规范化,对今后的教学起到了重要的推进作用。
通过这次培训,在今后的的工作中,我决定做到以下几点:
一、体育教学实际上就是一个长期的,反复的过程,需要教师“拳不离手、曲不离口”,只有把平时的体育课当做是自己不断充电的过程,认真去研究每一位学生,“找己不足、扬己之长”,营造和谐的课堂氛围,争取师生共同进步。
二、明确学习目标,尤其是体育教学的中的总体目标、阶段性目标和课时目标一定要明确,甚至是每一节你要干什么一定要清楚,让学生干什么、达到什么样的要求一定要具体,只有做到事无巨细,教学实践才不盲目。
三、灵活运用。把现有的和周围的(学生及生活中)加以利用,力求普遍化,多强化,在实践中不断的提高学生的身体素质,只有素质提高了,什么样的运动孩子们都能够灵活运用,否则再多的都是空话!
四、多学习研究。只有平时下功夫,才能做到课堂不盲目。体育课看似简单要想上好其实是件不容易的事情,就好比“画虎画皮难画骨”、形似神不似,就是这个道理。
五、还有一个建议:这样的培训要经常进行,最好多做一些具体的教学培训,不能老是高高在上,起不到教学的实际意义。结合学校实际情况,要想搞好体育的教学,全面的提高学生的素质,更需要领导阶层转变思想,严格执行国家的政策。

记得第一天上课的时候,就有同学问老师,太极拳是否有减肥效果,引来同学们阵阵欢笑,不过太极拳还真有此效果。想要利用太极拳减肥,每天练上五分钟的太极拳,用不了多长时间就会发现身体瘦下,而且肌肉体格变的有力强壮,当然,这个里面有很多需要技巧,并不是一两天就可以达到效果的,需要长时间的坚持练习,而且练习的方法也必须正确。
有人说修身可以去健身房,一样可以有很好的效果。但是,修心却不是其它的练习可以代替的了。
练习太极拳,首先要放松,不仅是肌肉,更重要的是心。要甘做小学生,让自己先变成一个空的容器。记得练起势之前,老师教我们要先全身松透,不仅松身,还要松心,要求我们练习深呼吸,做到深、细、匀、长,当时我对此体会不深,现在想来那个"松心"就是针对我讲的,心松身才能松。老师讲要"舍",放下外缘,练时如若无人之境,不可掺杂一丝杂念,这样才能达到更好的效果。
同时,练习太极拳还需要注入自己的意念,让意念带领着自己的身体行动,好似一股源源不断的热流缓缓流经全身,并催动着自己的手脚跟着一起运动。意在形前,所谓“意到而形随”,否则就会出现形似而神不似的情况,失去了太极拳本身具有的韵味,自然达不到练习的效果,也体会不到太极拳的内涵和精髓。
在高中的时候,我就学过一段时间的太极拳了,不过那是因为时间短,学的比较仓促,没有完全学会,也没有真正体会到太极拳的韵味,甚至不懂得在实战中如何运用那些简单而又奇妙的招式。不过现在经过更深入、更细致的学习,弥补了许多当初没有学到的东西。同学们都羡慕我学的快,容易上手,却不知我是学习第二遍了,着实有些让人汗颜。
大家都说太极拳是聪明人的拳,我觉得这不是说只有天赋异秉才能学好,而是说自己一定得多琢磨,多体会,再加上老师的.点播,才会有进步。
所谓“三天不练手生;三天不唱口生”,一个暑期没有练习,现在我练起来也觉得生疏,原来学习这回事儿,还真的需要时常回顾,温故而知新。没有多的练习也谈不上什么体会琢磨了,可惜总是说起来容易做起来难,自己即使连前辈提起的"每天7分钟"都从没做到过,可见练拳不但是身体的训练,更是意志的训练。能够长期坚持做一件事情,本身就是意志的体现,而且再次过程中,可以磨练年轻人浮躁的脾气,时期变得温和坚韧。
我们学习太极拳的目的,不仅仅是因为它是中华武术里的经典,也不是因为它是我国的国粹,更不是想让我们成为一代宗师。单纯的只是希望大家能通过学习太极拳达到强身健体的目的和效果,同时还可以丰富同学们生活的乐趣。然而有许多同学对此并不感兴趣,认为太极拳慢悠悠的,是老年人学习的东西。其实不然,太极拳是老少皆宜的。无论哪个年龄段的人练习太极拳,都会获得很多好处,增强体质则是其最直接、最基本的效果。
很多同学一进入大学就不同程度的变懒,我也不例外。出来平时上课,很多人都很少做锻炼,长期下去,体质和抵抗力会下降的。俗话说“身体是革命的本钱”,因此,希望大家在闲暇时间能够多多练习一下太极拳,就当是为了今后能有一副健康的体魄、够更好的学习和工作而“存钱”吧。

在平时的练习和上课的学习中感觉24式太极拳中左蹬脚和右蹬脚两式的难度最大,这不仅在于其衔接动作记忆困难,还在与蹬脚时的站立需要长期训练方可完成。在老师的悉心教导与不厌其烦的演示下,我基本能记住动作。在粗略的记忆后,更深入的了解太极拳的每一个动作都需要细细回想与进一步学习,观看太极拳视频是一个不错的选择,只有这样自己才能得到提高,所以这一学期的'短暂学习不仅是动作的学习,也是我们今后继续学习太极拳的奠基与指引,同是激发了我对中华武术和民族文化的热爱和进一步学习的激情,希望今后太极拳能真正成为我生活的一部分。

去年,人到达了退休的年龄。为了提高生活质量,我参加了大兴老年大学开设的太极拳学习班,经过老师的精诚教授,我已初涉吴氏三十七式太极拳,感觉收获匪浅。
一、学太极拳可以净化人的心灵
在临近退休的日子里,我曾为退休后可能无所事事而感到茫然。自从参加了老年大学的太极拳班的学习后,从心里感到心灵上得到了净化。尤其是老师在课堂上的谆谆教授,使我获得了知识,并达到了解惑的目的,使我更加热爱生活,进一步认识到运动可以健身,而且可以净化心灵。
二、练太极拳可以使生活质量升华
在没有学太极拳之前,我对自己的身体似乎失去了信念。因为以往秋冬季节,我总是畏惧严寒,手脚冰凉不说,体质也很差。严重的颈椎病使我倍受煎熬,很多个夜晚折磨得我不能享受睡眠,人也总是无精打采。当我初涉太极拳殿堂,我的'面前豁然开朗了,似乎又回到了年青的时代。经过一学期的学习,我的身体状况得到很大改善,手脚冰凉的感觉消失了,久治不愈的颈椎病也离我而去,夜间也不用再把枕头拿到一边了,因为头脑发蒙、颈部不适的感觉都没有了。
现在的我身心健康,生活充实。我从心里感谢传授太极拳给我的张全亮老师,更感谢大兴老年大学为我们开设这个专业,我会继续在老年大学学习下去。

上班时,健康的身体是工作的本钱,退休后良好的身心是生活的主题。
去年,人到达了退休的年龄。为了提高生活质量,我参加了大兴老年大学开设的太极拳学习班,经过老师的精诚教授,我已初涉吴氏三十七式太极拳,感觉收获匪浅。
一、学太极拳可以净化人的心灵
在临近退休的日子里,我曾为退休后可能无所事事而感到茫然。自从参加了老年大学的太极拳班的学习后,从心里感到心灵上得到了净化。尤其是老师在课堂上的谆谆教授,使我获得了知识,并达到了解惑的目的,使我更加热爱生活,进一步认识到运动可以健身,而且可以净化心灵。
二、练太极拳可以使生活质量升华
在没有学太极拳之前,我对自己的身体似乎失去了信念。因为以往秋冬季节,我总是畏惧严寒,手脚冰凉不说,体质也很差。严重的颈椎病使我倍受煎熬,很多个夜晚折磨得我不能享受睡眠,人也总是无精打采。当我初涉太极拳殿堂,我的面前豁然开朗了,似乎又回到了年青的时代。经过一学期的'学习,我的身体状况得到很大改善,手脚冰凉的感觉消失了,久治不愈的颈椎病也离我而去,夜间也不用再把枕头拿到一边了,因为头脑发蒙、颈部不适的感觉都没有了。
现在的我身心健康,生活充实。我从心里感谢传授太极拳给我的张全亮老师,更感谢大兴老年大学为我们开设这个专业,我会继续在老年大学学习下去。

太极拳源远流长,以其独特的风格而为世人所喜爱。谈起太极拳,人们总把它和“四两拨千斤”的防身技击功能联系在一起,而忽略了健身、养身与修身等方面的作用,作为窥传几百年的优秀拳种,其内涵博大精深,实非人们想象之简单。太极拳不仅具有健身、养身之疗效,而且兼具防身、技击之功能,修身之妙法,而修身应为练拳学的起点和归宿。
初学太极拳的时候,只是凭着对武术的爱好而执着学习,随着练习的深入,以及接触了大量的太极拳书籍以后,我逐渐发现,太极拳的拳理对个人的修养有很大的帮助。太极拳修炼过程实际上也就是自我修养不断提高的过程。太极拳对修炼者的言行举止,个性发展,品质修养都有很深的影响。许多社会生活中的困惑都可以从拳术的修炼中得到释然。从而涤虑身心,使自己的思想得到升华。
健康是每一个人都梦寐以求的,但现实生活中,疾病会时不时困扰着人们,烦恼也会经常缠身,身体上的疾病可以通过药物来解决,而思想上的困惑,精神上的压力依靠药物却难以医治,只能靠全身去调整、化解。修炼太极拳除可以清除躯体上的某些疾病外。更重要的可以使人心境平和,调节个人的心理。使人的个性得到良性发展。一个研究生曾经对我说:“想不到太极拳这么好,我患神经衰弱多年,吃药总不见好转。可是每当我来到这个草坪,练拳以后,头脑总有一种清新的感觉,心情就舒畅了很多,神经衰弱的病症就有所好转,好象换了一个人似的。”这几年来,我通过练太极拳治好了我的肠胃病、腰椎劳损、轻度的神经衰弱,使我瘦弱的体质增强了许多。但更重要的是在太极拳的熏淘下,我总算从现实社会生活的困惑中解脱出来。不再片面地看问题,做事已多考虑对别人的影响。不以一己之好恶而随意伤害别人。如今的我已能保持坦荡的胸怀、良好的心境去面对社会,面对生活。
太极拳对修炼者的影响并非偶然,而是必然。拳著云:“不矜不张,局度雍容,虽曰习武,文在其中矣。”太极拳既是一种武术也是一种文化,是中国几千年人类文化培育、滋润的一朵奇葩,与中国古代哲学、文学、社会学、兵学、佛家、道家、儒家、医家、戏剧、艺术等息息相关。在太极拳教学中,除了老师的言传身教外,练拳者必须多读书,多接触有关太极拳的书籍,以求提高拳艺。拳著云:“学太极拳先学读书,书理明白,学拳自然容易。”太极拳综合了道家的“阴阳学说”,儒家的“中庸”思想,医家的<黄帝内经),兵家的谋略、征战之术等等,从它们中吸收理论上的营养加以溶合而形成、发展、壮大起来,形成独具特色的太极哲理,所以,练拳者必须多读书,多向老师、朋友请教,才能更好地领悟太极拳的精义,在提高拳艺水平的同时也提高自己的思想文化修养、道德修养水平。
在练拳的过程中,道家的“道法自然”,佛家的“善因善果”,儒家的“中庸之道”,艺术的审美观等等,必然影响着人的思想发展。拳著云:“学者初上场时,先洗心涤虑,去其妄念,平心静气,以待其动。如此而后可以学拳。”又云:“身必以端正为本”等等,所有这些渗透到拳论中的思想必然会在潜形默化中淘冶练拳者的性情,促进其思想的更新,促使其身体与思想得到健康、良好的发展。我练拳经常是在下午放学之后,经过一天的紧张学习,经常会头脑发胀,精神极度疲劳,
此时唯一的好办法就是去练拳,而且一练就是一二个小时。演练陈氏太极拳老架一路需十二分钟左右,所以每次我都练五六遍拳以上,第一二遍时还觉得很烦闷,浑身不舒服,老想打退堂鼓,可是到第三四遍的时候,由于肌肉的放松,绷紧的`神经也就慢慢松施下来,此时气感也逐渐增强,随着身体的运动,周身暖洋洋的,有如泡在温水中,到了五六遍的时候,周身溶溶涩涩,头脑清灵,好似与天地溶为一体,此时没有世俗的侵扰。没有烦恼,把一切不平和不满都抛到九霄云外去了。练拳以后,不觉疲劳。反而觉得周身舒泰,晚上又可以精神抖擞地啃书本。
随着太极拳修炼的深入。练拳者的气质、思想也会逐渐发生变化,因为太极拳的修炼过程也是文化修养、思想修养的过程。长期的修练必然会引起质的变化。拳著云:“外面形迹必带儒雅风气,不然狂于外,必失于中。”我校武协练太极拳的会员,看起来都很秀气,但又不缺英气,他们对人都很有礼貌,很少武人的霸气与骄狂。在武协,新会员经常会向老会员请教一些问题,由于太极拳比较难学,对于某些问题,老会员总会根据自己所学不厌其烦、反复多次地耐心指导,而不会藏私或者歧视别人,每当我们来到训练场的时候都会相互问好。在武协如此,在其它场合也如此。所以,大部分的会员的人际关系都比较好,与人都能和睦相处。太极拳对人心性修养的影响,使我感触最深的是陈氏太极拳传人陈正雷先生1996年途经广州稍作逗留的时候。他平易近人,不摆架子,在讲学的时候,如果不是事先知道,看他那英秀的样子,很多认为他是大学的教授,而很难把他同一个武术家连在一起,只有看他表演时,才能一睹武术家的真正风采。外示安逸,内在稳固,真不愧为太极拳一代大师的风范。
太极拳对修炼者品德修养的影响是必然的。中国是礼仪之邦,几千年文化盈育的中国伦理道德思想、观念已深深地渗透到太极拳理论之中。陈氏先辈门规戒律中就提到许多正直做人,谦虚待人的戒律,提出端正诚信、仁德忠勇等门规。其实,这些门规戒律都是根据太极拳的内在特点提出来的,目的是让门人更好地领悟太极拳的内蕴。
尊师重道,向来是中华民族的优良传统,练拳必先学会做人。拳著云:“学太极拳不可不敬,不敬则外慢师友,内慢身体,心不敛柬,何能学艺。”练太极拳如不敬重老师或对太极拳抱怀疑态度,则会认为老师的言传身教无甚可取之处,对老师的心得体会不细加琢磨,以至于对太极拳的精粹之处失之交臂。“谦受益,满招损”正直、善良、谦虚、敬业、重道应为我们练拳者时时自勉之言。悉心教授学生,关注学生的身心发展,传道授业解惑,此师之责任之所在。老师是一面镜子,是学生的楷模,对学生有很大的影响作用,对学生的行为、思想有很大的影响力。总之,作为太极拳的爱好者,不论是老师还是学生,必重道而为之,才有可能把太极拳事业发扬光大。
“拳虽武艺,得其正道,无往不宜,”我在这几年的修炼中越来越觉得拳非小道。随着练拳的深入,太极拳对修炼者的影响越来越大,每一个练拳者在深研太极拳健身、技击之法的同时也应重视修身方面的作用、意义,只有这样,才有可能从拳术的修炼中得其三味,妙悟人生真谛。
学习太极拳心得体会
太极,以前一听这名字就会想到是公园里老头老太的形象,觉得跟我们年龄相距甚远,但是在这学期选课接触太极感觉受益匪浅。
初学时感觉太极十分注重意、形、态,初学者很难掌握它的力度。起初时,我感觉无从下手,但是在宁老师的教导下摸索了一些学习太极的门路。下面是我学习太极拳的心得。
太极拳是一种既神秘又普通的功夫。说它神秘是因为两点。一点是每个人练的都不一样,即使是同一个师傅教出来的;另一点是所有练太极拳的人当中真正地学会太极拳的可谓是凤毛麟角。而造成这一切的原因,我认为是由于太极拳是一种极重“神”和“意”的功夫。虽然形意拳、心意拳等功夫也重“意”,但太极拳是和宇宙本源相通的一种功夫,其“神”、“意”是其它功夫所不能及的。
每次我们上课宁老师总会让我们放松下身体的各个部位,然后才开始正式的太极拳教导;每天我们都是坐在教室,总保持着一种姿势,感觉身体都有些僵硬了,学习太极拳以后,睡前练一下,有利促进睡眠。 其次,感觉学习太极拳后,身体平衡能力加强了,以前总觉自己平衡能力不好;太极是百年先人不断摸索总结出来的,其平衡能力非常精确的,
所以练习太极有利锻炼平衡的。再次,练习太极也帮我锻炼了专注力,学习太极,就是动作时,无暇去想其他,一旦学会动作,就要注意自己的呼吸,及意念,这样会让自己集中精力。
通过本学期太极拳学习,让我收获不少,既然自己身心得到放松,也体会到同学间的互相友爱,更加了解老师的悉心教导,在往后的日子里我会继续学习太极拳的。

Learning Taijiquan
Tai Chi, when I heard the name, I used to think of the image of old men and women in the park, and I felt that it was far away from our age, but I feel that I have benefited a lot from taking Tai Chi in this semester.

太极拳感受心得体会 篇15
余自20xx年学练太极拳至今已有六年了,先后学习过不少套路,也换过几位老师,并在各在比赛中也取得了一些成绩。在多年的学习演练中也对太极拳有了一定的认识与体会,现将其浅一二,望众拳友老师批评指正。
一、准备活动一定要充分。
打拳之前的准备活动无非包括压腿、压肩、压手、肩踝、膝、髋关节的旋转或拉伸等。究其根本,准备活动最重要的目的就是为了身心放松。而准备活动的充分与否,会直接影响接下来打拳的效果比如说压腿,它不仅仅是为了提高腿部的柔韧性,同时还有避免受伤和放松关节等功效。陈式太极拳各家陈正雷大师也曾说过,准备活动的时间应该长于打拳的时间,至少要在半小时以上。特别是我们在清晨打拳就是更应该注意,由于一夜的睡眠使身体有些僵硬,所以这时的准备活动尤为重要。
二、不要急于起势。
在充分的活动之后,接下来就要开始打拳了。在正式演练套路之前,我认为还需要做以下几件事情:来回走动平优一下心跳(如果你刚做完踢腿、摆莲等动作就要更注意这点),站定之后引导身心逐渐入静,从头到脚依次调整、放松(虚领顶劲、沉肩坠肘、含胸拔背、松腰敛臀、圆裆开胯、展掌舒指等)。然后调匀呼吸(最好采用腹式呼吸,以达到慢、细、匀、长的效果),最后再松柔的开步起势。
三、意念引导运动,在打拳的过程中,意念的导引应该贯串始终。
