在这次的实训中，我收获颇丰。从最初的迷茫和不确定，到逐步掌握技能、解决问题，再到最终对所学知识有了更深刻的理解，每一步都充满了挑战与成长。这次实训不仅让我学到了专业知识，更重要的是学会了如何运用这些知识解决实际问题，培养了我的实践能力和团队协作精神。我相信，这些宝贵的经验和教训将对我未来的学习和工作产生深远的影响。

　　按照课程安排我们进行了为期一周的UG实训，今天已经是UG实训的最后一天了。虽然每天都忙的晕头转向，但是回头想想，还真是蛮充实的。想象一下各个标准件设计，然后是各个零部件设计，最后再把自己设计的零件装配都一起。都是三维的，和真实的零件一样，想想都有成就感。当然了在设计过程中也遇到了各种各样的问题，例如有时为了作个螺纹孔需要把坐标系移到另一个地方，再比如说在装配的时候又遇到“过约束”的情况等等，总之是有很多各种各样的问题。有的'问题是自己想办法解决的，有的是和别人讨论的，实在解决不了的就去请教老师，这些问题都被完美的解决了。各个零件都设计好了，也装配好了，那就剩下写实训报告了，写实训报告是什么吗?就是把设计各个标准件、零部件和装配的过程用语言描述的过程。那时我才知道什么叫操作容易，描述难啊。等我把整个操作过程用语言描述下来的时候不看不知道一看吓一跳，连截图加文字竟然弄了一万多字，真实不敢想象啊。

　　经过一周的集中实训，我对考试没有了畏惧，而是充满了信心，我相信这一周的实训的收获一定能对付的了考试，并期待在考试中取得好的成绩。我喜欢实训，虽然有些辛苦和忙碌，但这样的日子过的很充实，并取得不少收获。

实训心得体会 篇2

　　时光荏苒，岁月如梭。转眼间，在校外试训的短短9天时间已经悄然过去几天了，然而实训的过程仍历历在目。

　　我们组的6个人在王老师的.带领下来到了实训点——深圳市建设工程质量检测中心。向实训单位扶着人报道后，她把我们6个人分成了两个小组。2个男生负责跟着去外面采样，我们4个女生负责在二楼实验室帮忙。在负责人的带领下，我们来到了二楼的实验室，在这里还有我们室检专业毕业的师兄在这里工作。在这个实验室的负责人是刘公，她很热情，对我们也很照顾。听说我们要参加技能工大赛，还特地复印了一些要掌握的试验资料给我们，还对我们说有什么问题就尽管问她或师兄。

　　在这个单位是我可以发挥在学校学到的专业知识得以充分的实践与应用，虽然师兄教我们的实验也是滴定，但是这于学校做的相差很多，它需要加入更多的试剂，需要更多的实验步骤，还需要更多的耐心。在师兄的指导下我们掌握了三氧化二铁、三氧化二铝、氧化钙、氧化镁的测定，每种测定方法的都不一样。最复杂的是不溶物的测定，这个实验需要过滤两次，润洗20多次，要在蒸气浴中加热，还要在马弗炉内灼烧，直至恒重。整个实验共用了一天半的时间进行。

　　师兄还和我们聊了很多，我也从师兄身上学到了很多。在实训期间有苦、有累、有笑……不管怎样我们学到了许多在学校学不到的东西，很多很多，有些是无法用语言予以形容的。这次实训最应该感谢的就是学校，因为学校的安排让我们学会了许多课本没有的知识，也让我们了解到了社会。通过实训，我找到了属于自己的位置，为进入社会做好了准备。

　　通过这两周的实训，我们学会了手持编程器的编程方法，编入、写出、删除及修改都会了。在以后学习过程中希望大家多多提点。我和倪泽旭主要负责程序设计和调试。第一个项目比较简单，只有一点小问题，和快我们就解决了。第二个项目相对于第一个来说复杂了很多也难了很多，也是我们第一次真正接触并使用三相交流发电机。在梯形图的编辑上出现了很多问题问题，导致第一次调试的失败。在一次完整运行成与重新启动运行之间的循环出现一点问题，经过我们对梯形图的监控检查，发现循环与上面编程有点冲突，后来我们调整了一下，调试终于成功了。接线方面，在星三角转换的上遇到了困难，经过我们不懈努力最终成功了。

　　通过这次的实训使我们学到了很多，同时也让我们意识到我们要学的更多。从程序的.设计到编写、画图、调试、修改、完善、到最后的实训报告，每个人都付出了时间和精力去做好自己的任务帮助队友，所以团队的合作和队友之间的相互协助非常重要。通过实训让我们更深一步的对自己的专业，对自己的能力，对自己所学的有正确的认识，并且能在以后的学习工作中不断提高和完善自己。实训台上的接线我们比较乱，这也是我们接线检查困难的主要原因，才导致出现了一些接线问题。

　　总的来说，这次实训还是比较成功的，无论是个人动手能力还是团队协作能力都得到了很好的锻炼。在实训过程中老师也交给我们很多简单实用的技巧。我们也学到了，做好做对一个项目固然重要，同时美观程度也是必不可少的，无论是从参观者的角度还是自己看的角度都很重要。

　　接触淘宝销售也已经半年多了，回想半年的淘宝客服经历，有很多感触；在这半年里，通过淘宝接触了全国各地的淘友，他们有着不同的价值观，不同的消费观，也有着不同的表达方式，以前一直在学校，接触的都是同学老师，总是很希望快点毕业进入社会，自己工作，也可以有自己的小小天地，但是真正从实习到现在毕业的这段日子，才真正体会到工作和上学是两种生活，也明白了父母赚钱的不容易，更理解了淘宝卖家和买家都有着各自的辛酸和难处，很多时候站在公司和买家的`立场上，我很难决定怎么去处理，很多时候我尽可能的争取公司和买家利益的一种平衡，努力的想让双方都满意。

　　虽然我一直很努力的争取沟通，但也有些时候不能找到双方都满意解决方法，工作中有时候也很无奈，有时不能理解一些买家很苛刻、很无礼的要求，但还是很庆幸这样的买家还是少数，绝大多数的买家都是那样的亲切，工作期间还和很多买家成了很好的朋友，虽然没有见过面，也只是网络上键盘敲击的沟通方式，但还是彼此信任，好像很熟悉的朋友，这些也让我感觉很欣慰，以前我很少在网上和不认识的人聊天，对陌生人几乎有些排斥，但是这半年的淘宝客服经历让我感受到：其实网络上依然可以找到真实的朋友，甚至在我来到这个公司才听说，我的一个同事和她的女朋友居然是通过网络结识的，并且两人的感情故事是那么的感人和真实。其实网络为我们创造了更多的缘分，更多的可能。

　　8月，本人大学毕业后与江苏金浦集团签了三年的劳动合同,被分到金浦集团的前身南京石油化工厂工作，其中有一年的见习期(包括三个月的试用期),在这一年的时间里我们都要在车间里实训,在试用期间,我被分到脂肪酸车间,现在我已经到车间实训了一个多月了,在实训的过程中，自己学到了许多原先在课本上学不到的东西，而且可以使自己更进一步接近社会，体会到市场跳动的脉搏，如果说在象牙塔是看市场，还是比较感性的话，那么当你身临企业，直接接触到企业的生产与销售的话，就理性得多。因为，在市场的竞争受市场竞争规则的约束，从采购、生产到销售都与市场有着千丝万缕的联系，如何规避风险，如何开拓市场，如何保证企业的生存发展，这一切的一切都是那么的现实。于是理性的判断就显得重要了。在企业的实训过程中，我发现了自己看问题的角度，思考问题的方式也逐渐开拓，这与实践密不可分，在实践过程中，我又一次感受充实，感受成长。

　　了解线切割加工原理及加工操作流程，并深入工厂实地参观与学习，了解并掌握基本生产知识，巩固和丰富已学过的专业课程内容，达到理论与联系实际相结合的效果；提高自身在生产实际中发现问题、研究问题、分析问题以及解决问题的能力，为以后的工作打下基础。通过生产实习，还了解现代化生产方式和先进制造技术，又可以从侧面了解目前国内机械生产工业的基本情况和发展趋势。

　　我在苏州大智资讯配件有限公司完成了3周的电加工实训，该公司是大型台商独资企业，隶属巨腾国际控股公司（20xx年10月在香港上市），于20xx年8月成立了苏州大智资讯配件有限公司—吴江。

　　其占地面积约500亩。公司为国内塑胶、铝合金压铸领导厂商，专精笔记型计算机，数字摄影照相机，通讯磁盘驱动器等3C产品的机构件的生产，为客户提供计算机配件组装、精密塑料射出成型、精密冲压产品设计制造的生产服务，客户群囊括国内外大厂（DELL、APPLE、SONY、IBM、Compaq、Motorola、宏基、英业达、仁宝、广达、华硕等）。公司产品制程整合完备：从材料熔炼，模具制作，压铸成型，CNC加工，化学皮膜，自动涂装，一贯作业，专业技术涵盖材料、机械、模具、铸造、化工等领域，CAD/CAM/CAE 普遍用于各制程，技术密度及自动化程度达世界一流水准，不论量产规模及制程完整性均是亚洲首屈一指，五年来秉持技术自主开发的原则，厂内所有的关键制程均是自行研发。

　　我学习的是电火花线切割加工（Wire cut Electrical Discharge Machining，简称WEDM）中的慢走丝。

　　1. WEDM定义、原理的认识与理解

　　线切割是一种电加工机床,靠铜丝等导电金属通过电腐蚀切割金属(特别是硬材料、行状复杂零件）。

　　电火花线切割加工（Wire cut Electrical Discharge Machining，简称WEDM），有时又称线切割。其基本工作原理是利用连续移动的细金属丝（称为电极丝）作电极，对工件进行脉冲火花放电蚀除金属、切割成型。它主要用于加工各种形状复杂和精密细小的工件，例如冲裁模的凸模、凹模、凸凹模、固定板、卸料板等，成形刀具、样板、电火花成型加工用的金属电极，各种微细孔槽、窄缝、任意曲线等，具有加工余量小、加工精度高、生产周期短、制造成本低等突出优点，已在生产中获得广泛的.应用，目前国内外的电火花线切割机床已占电加工机床总数的60％以上。

　　线切割属电加工范畴,是由前苏联人发明的,我国是第一个用于工业生产的国家,当时由复旦大学和苏州长风机械厂合作生产的这是最早的机型叫复旦型,我们国内在此基础上发展了快走丝系统(HS).欧美和日本发展了慢走系统(LS).

　　本次实训的目的主要是使我们对电工工具、电器元件及线路安装有一定的感性和理性认识;了解一些线路原理以及通过线路图安装、调试、维修的方法;对电工技术等方面的专业知识做初步的理解;培养和锻炼我们的实际动手能力，使我们的理论知识与实践充分地结合，做到不仅具有专业知识，而且还具有较强的`实际操作能力，能分析问题和解决问题的高素质人才。以前我们学的都是一些理论知识,比较注重理论性，而较少注重我们的动手锻炼，而这一次的实训有不少的东西要我们去想，同时有更多的是要我们去做，好多东西看起来十分简单，但没有亲自去做，就不会懂得理论与实践是有很大区别的，很多简单的东西在实际操作中就是有许多要注意的地方，也与我们的想象不一样，这次的实训就是要我们跨过这道实际和理论之间的鸿沟。理论说的再好，如果不付诸于实际，那一切都是空谈。只有应用与实际中，我们才能了解到两者之间的巨大差异。开始的时候，老师对电路进行介绍，我还以为电工实训非常简单，直至自己动手时才发现，看时容易作时难，人不能轻视任何事。连每一根电线，都得对机器，对工作，对人负责。这也培养了我们的责任感。这次实训很累，在安装过程中我们都遇到了不少困难，理论与实践是有很大区别的，许多事情需要自己去想，只有付出了，才会得到，有思考，就有收获，就意味着有提高，就增强了实践能力和思维能力。

　　通过这一个星期的电工技术实训，我得到了很大的收获，这些都是平时在课堂理论学习中无法学到的，我主要的收获有以下几点：

　　暑假到了，为了丰富自已的阅历，适应社会，我想在这个假期能找个实训单位，度过一个有意义的暑假，由于这是第一次，就不知道怎么下手。还好参考从网上找到的样板，顺利的解决了这个环节。

　　我应聘的岗位是实训会计，被xx公司安置到了xx置业有现公司。xx公司的财务部并没有太多人，设有一名财务经理，两名出纳，两名会计。此次负责我实训的是公司出纳——xx，x姐根据我的实训时间，主要是让我了解财务软件的使用和会计处理的流程，并做一些会计凭证。公司采用的是金碟财务软件，从编制记账凭证到记账、编制会计报表、结帐都是通过财务软件完成。我认真学习了正规而标准的公司会计流程，真正从课本中走到了现实中，细致地了解了公司会计工作的全部过程，掌握了xx财务软件的操作。

　　开始单位不会让我干什么，观察我是否有耐性全身心的投入本行业。然后是大批量的工作，数量和难度都很大但是要求不高，这是考察我的能力，也让我找到自己的位置。单位里完全按能力来分配待遇，而不是学历。

　　实训的项目是高级语言程序设计。说实话，在这么多科目中，这是我学得最糟糕的一科。刚开始，我对这实训没什么信心，不知能否按时完成。

　　这周实训的内容主要是使用Visual C++ 6.0集成环境来编辑,编译并运行C++程序。以前看到编程就不知所措，无从下手，经过这周实训的训练，我对语言程序设计慢慢的熟悉起来，慢慢的也会懂得多少，尽管编的程序仍有好多错误。在编程序时，我也学会了敢于尝试，“不试不知道，试试就能行”这是我在实训中领悟的道理之一。如在实验三中，有道实验“编程对一维数组求最大值、最小值、平均值”然而在课本上也有一道类似的，于是我按照书本上的语言编程上去，然后再改下，在运行时居然可以了。顿时，心里有种喜悦的满足感。

　　刚开始接触Android感觉到它很有意思，在界面开发上和web也可以形成了相通的架构，更加方便，视觉上也是非常的酷，在前期我通过的大量的Android SDK开发范例大全中的例子以及Android提供的APIDEMOS进行学习，尽管例子之间的连接比较零散，不过通过这些例子的学习我可以学习到了很多和以前java上相通的思想。

　　我在为期半个月的实习中学到了很多在课堂上根本就学不到的知识，收益非浅。现在我对这半个月的实习做一个工作小结。

　　通过半个月的android实习，基本掌握了Android应用程序开发的一般流程。对常用控件基本掌握其用法，对其事件的监听方法也基本掌握。学习Android不仅是对前沿开发技术的了解，也是对编程知识的一次提升。通过学习Android的控件、布局、Activity、Service等一系列基础知识，对整个Android的开发有了大致的了解。例如:要的布局(或者控件),在学习界面中，我发现Android为我们提供了很好的类似反射机制，通过Layout文件夹下的配置文件，可以快速的`形成界面，在配置文件可以设置属性或者样式都是很快捷方便。对比较特殊的界面也可以通过处理嵌入到指定的界面，同样你可以通过java代码直接创建View进行添加，不过这种方式比较复杂。对一些点击、选中、按键等处理的事件，界面之间的跳转Intent管理，通过Bundle对数据在界面之间进行传输。

　　这次实训被分配到生产部门里面工作，在公司的安排和老师的指导下，我积极参与生产部门的相关工作，采用了做、看、问等方式，对该公司生产部门的样品组，裁床部，车缝部门，总检组，后整包装的运作进行分析，把书本上学到的服装生产管理理论知识对照实际工作，以理论知识加深对实际工作的认识，深切体会“纸上得来终觉浅，绝知此事须躬行”这句话。但遗憾的是实训时间短暂，又只在生产部门，没机会到外贸部，客服部还有技术部和研发部门等部门实训，很可惜只能听人讲，从文件上看这些部门如何运作，未能够亲身感受、具体处理一些工作，所以未能领会其精髓。因此我只能尽力从网上查资料，尽可能多看生产部门所拥有的文件，及多动手，从方方面面加深课本知识的运用和加强从事实际工作的能力。

　　通过这次实训，我深切体会到不管从事哪个行业都需要有扎实的专业基础，而且也认识到学得多还不如学得精。这是个知识化的社会，知识是必备的，否则只能靠出卖廉价的劳动力谋生，像那些车工，工作累工资低。也深切体会到无论是企业还是员工都面临着越来越强的竞争，群雄逐鹿，鹿死谁手？机会总是为有准备的人留着。这次实训让我对自己的能力有了更深的认识也让我明确以后应该努力的方向。

　　这次实训是一次理论与实践的一次尝试，在这个过程中，我获得了团队协作的锻炼，独立思考能力的提升，实践丰富理论的'体验，同时也巩固了专业技能，积累了工作经验，为以后的工作打下坚实的基础。在这里面就意味着我们开始看了社会生活因为我们已经长大了要开始自己的生活了，我来到xx服饰公司给我的感觉就是在先进的设备和良好的环境下能够生产出品种繁多的男西服，变化快的生产节奏与生产工艺，使生产水平达到了国际先进水平。在工艺规范的等诸多的优势下非常适合我们大学生来学习和体会。这是我第一次与社会接轨，刚踏上工作岗位，开始与以往完全不一样，从学校到社会，环境的转变，身边的人完全变换了角色，老师变成老板，同学变成同事，相处的关系完全不同，一切都处在巨大的变化中。所以我们要学会适应环境不能让环境来适应我 。在这快一年的时间里让我感到了理论与实践的重要性，没有好的实践是学不到什么东西的。

　　所以我们一定要好好珍惜在这的实训时间多学一些男西服的操作工艺是我们发展的基础。做最好的自己最关键的是要确定目标，人应该把目标和要求定在自己的能力范围之内，懂得欣赏自己以取得的成就，凡是只追求更好，而不追求最好，这样我们的一切都是有发展的，成功的机遇会向我们招手，相信自己一定会成功的。 现在虽然自己已经比以前取得了一些小小的成绩但这还不算社么不能骄傲还要继续加油、继续努力勇往直前为了自己的目标和事业前进。

　　总的来说，我对这门课是热情高涨的。第一，我从小就对这种小制作很感兴趣，那时不懂焊接，却喜欢把东西给拆来装去，但这样一来，这东西就给废了。现在电工电子实习课正是学习如何把东西“装回去”。每次完成一个步骤，我都很有“成就感”。第二，电工电子实习，是以学生自己动手，掌握一定操作技能并亲手设计、制作、组装与调试为特色的。它将基本技能训练，基本工艺知识和创新启蒙有机结合，培养我们的实践能力和创新精神，。作为信息时代的大学生，作为国家重点培育的高技能人才，仅会操作鼠标是不够的，基本的动手能力是一切工作和创造的基础和必要条件。

　　通过一个星期的学习，使我们对电子工艺的理论有了初步的系统了解。我们了解到了焊普通元件与电路元件的技巧、印制电路板图的设计制作与工艺流程、收音机的工作原理与组成元件的作用等。这些知识不仅在课堂上有效，对以后的电子工艺课的学习有很大的指导意义，在日常生活中更是有着现实意义；也对自己的动手能力是个很大的锻炼。实践出真知，纵观古今，所有发明创造无一不是在实践中得到检验的。没有足够的动手能力，就奢谈在未来的科研尤其是实验研究中有所成就。在实习中，我锻炼了自己动手技巧，提高了自己解决问题的能力。比如做收音机组装与调试时，好几个焊盘的间距特别小，稍不留神，就焊在一起了，但是我还是完成了任务。。我觉得自己在以下几个方面与有收获：

　　1、对电子工艺的理论有了初步的系统了解。我们了解到了焊普通元件与电路元件的技巧、收音机的工作原理与组成元件的作用等。这些知识不仅在课堂上有效，对以后的电子工艺课的学习有很大的'指导意义，在日常生活中更是有着现实意义。

　　2、对自己的动手能力是个很大的锻炼。在实习中，我锻炼了自己动手技巧，提高了自己解决问题的能力。比如在焊接芯片时，怎样把那么多脚分开焊接对我们来说是个难题，可是经过训练后，我们做到了。虽然在实习中会遇到难题，但是从中我学到了很多，使自己的动手能力也有所提高，我想在以后的理论学习中我就能够明白自己的学习方向，增进专业知识的强化。

　　3.这次实习，使我更深刻地了解到了实践的重要性”，通过实习他们更加体会到了“学以致用”这句话的道理，终于体会到“实习前的自大，实习时的迷惘，实习后的感思”这句话的含义了，有感思就有收获，有感思就有提高。

　　（1）第一天的实习内容包括：掌握电烙铁的正确使用方法；掌握基本的焊接技术；学会识别不同的元器件；掌握元器件的不同安装方法（立插、平铺）；初步掌握万用表的使用方法。 用电烙铁焊接元件是最基本的技术，也是基本的装配工艺，它对保证电子产品的质量起着关键的作用。焊接常用的工具和材料有电烙铁、带松香夹芯的焊锡丝、助焊剂、吸焊器、斜口钳（剪线钳）、万用表、镊子、通用电路板、各种类型的元器件。桌台上除了吸焊器，其他都已备全。

　　经老师讲解，得知助焊剂能使焊锡和元件更好的焊接，一般用的最多的是松香或焊锡膏，这一次我们用的是焊锡膏，但焊锡膏使用时也会产生大量对人体有毒害的烟、气，会有刺鼻的气味，所以应尽量少用。

　　电烙铁分内热式和外热式两种，内热式的电烙铁热利用率高、体积小、发热快、省电、重量轻，因此适宜于焊接电子元器件。电烙铁作用是对焊接点部位进行加热，加热时间的掌握是焊接技术的关键。焊接时间必须在1.5~4s内完成，时间过长容易损坏器件；时间太短焊锡不能充分融化，会造成焊点不光滑，不牢固，还可能产生虚焊。

　　1．焊接方法总结： （1）将烙铁头放在印刷板的焊盘和焊件引脚上，使焊盘和焊件均受热，尽量要使 烙铁头与焊点接触面积大。（2）将焊锡丝至于焊盘或烙铁头，焊锡熔化并形成焊点。（3）熔化一定量的焊锡后，将焊锡丝移开。 （4）将焊锡完全润湿焊点后45。方向移开烙铁。注意焊接时间不要太长，一般焊点大约两三秒钟。有的人焊接时烙铁头先沾上一点焊锡，然后将烙铁放到焊点上停留，等待加热后焊锡润湿焊件，形成焊点，这种焊接方法不正确，因为焊丝熔化后，烙铁放到焊点时焊剂已挥发，因无焊剂作用易造成虚焊，而且会丧失焊剂对焊点的保护作用。

　　2．锡焊注意事项： （1）焊件表面要处理干净去除焊件表面上的锈迹、油污、灰尘、漆皮等会影响焊接质量的杂质。（2）焊接前烙铁要挂锡，靠烙铁上的焊锡加大传热面积和传热速度形成焊接桥。（3）控制好焊接时间，时间过长浪费焊锡而且有可能损坏元件，如电容引脚焊点开焊，中频 电压器内塑料变型或开焊；时间短焊锡少，强度不够或虚焊。 （4）焊点形状应为锥体，侧看为三角形，锡量应适中。 （5）焊锡未凝固时元件不能有松动，否则容易脱焊。（6）焊接时，焊锡冷却凝固时不能用口吹气，否则焊点不光亮。 （7）焊锡应选用较细的、熔点低、带松香夹芯的焊锡丝

　　3．焊锡中的安全问题：（1）当焊接完成时，应立即将电烙铁放在烙铁架上，不能放在其他地方。防止烫坏桌面或其他物品。（2）绝不能手拿烙铁取物，这样极容易造成人体烫伤。（3）焊接时，如果烙铁漏电，应立即停止使用。（4）用电过程中如果出现意外，应立即切断电源，并通知指导老师进行处理。

　　4．焊点标准总结：

　　（1）焊点表面（有光泽平滑）：若焊点无金属光泽，焊点发白，是因烙铁功率过大或加热时间过长造成的。若焊点表面呈豆腐渣状，是因焊点或焊件面积大，散热快，烙铁功率小或焊锡未凝固时移动了焊件造成的。焊点拉尖不平滑，加热不足，焊料不合格。

　　（2）焊锡与焊盘交界处接触角α要小，接触面要大；润湿角α越小，质量越好，一般控制

　　在20。-45。为宜。润湿角α越大有可能是焊盘不热或焊盘不吃锡，这样即浪费焊锡，又会造成虚焊。

　　（3）焊锡连接面以引脚为中心（左右对称）呈半弓形凹面，若焊锡来流满焊盘，是加热不足，焊锡流动性差造成的，这样既不美观焊点强度又不够。

　　（4）检查有无虚焊、连焊、错焊、漏焊，发现有连焊的要即时处理，有虚焊，漏焊的要补焊。 （2）实习第二天 第二天的实习内容包括：掌握收音机的工作原理，学会识别电路原理图与印刷图，学会色环电阻的识别和测试，用万用表测试电容、电感、二极管、三极管的方法，同时，进一步掌握并熟练焊接技术。下午则是分析高放电路的工作原理及各元件的作用，测试高放部分的所有元件并记录测试结果。焊接高放电路的元件（不安装天线）。

　　在软件实验室经过2个星期Jsp程序设计实训，从对软件开发没有太多经验的我掌握了更多的软件开发的方法和技能，收获颇多。

　　经过这次理论学习，了解到要做好软件开发，要求掌握的知识并不是只有编写代码方面的，网络、数据库、操作系统等的知识对做好项目开发是很有帮助的。这让我明确了以后学习的目标，在不断学习软件开发的同时，也应该继续其他相关知识的深入学习。

　　实训期间经历的许许多多，给我们带来了很多很多有实无形的东西，知识、友情以及团队开发的热情，快乐无一不包围着我们。在这我很想感谢几个人，王璐老师和班上一同参与这次实训的2位同学。王璐老师对我们备至关心，不论在学习前后，都给予我们关怀不少，并且王璐老师不愧是从事多年软件开发的专业人士，其深厚的专业技能知识和丰富的经验令我等钦佩无比。对于我们未出茅庐的大学生而言，遇到的问题多而复杂，询问有经验的人，他们或许一句话就能解决问题，而自己就得找资料或上网摸索可能要一两天，有时甚至绞尽完脑汁都不得其解。用个词形容，老师的解答如醍醐灌顶，而对我们，则甘之如饴。

　　实训这段期间真的好累，尽管实验室给我们提供了一个相当不错的上课学习环境，但是整天木木地待在实验室面对毫无生气的荧屏，为code而烦恼，为bug而郁闷，被文档所包围，随程序侵蚀。然而，这就是学习的生活，既选之也则安之。忙碌的生活让我每天似乎没有太多的时间去想一些其他的事，耐心的去调试，专注的去编写更好的算法，沉浸充实和快乐之中。

　　更重要的是，两个星期的实训使我们明白我们所欠缺的不仅仅是技术知识，更重要的是有一种处理事情的方法、面对问题的心态和动手能力。面对完全陌生的新知识、新技术、新项目以及整个IT行业，我们不能畏惧，要以一种积极的心态去面对，分析并抓住关键所在。因为我们所即将应对的每一个项目都是既需要实际操作，又需要详细规划的。作为组长，协调组员、激励其他组员和积极参与项目开发是我每天必做的工作。我认为每个人都应该在团队中做好自己应尽的职责，再优秀的个人也可能完成一个即庞大又复杂的项目工作，我们必需紧密的联合在一起，以一个团队的角色来面对。

　　总之，这次实训为我们以后从事软件开发工作打下了良好的专业基础，为我们的进一步学习提高打下了扎实的理论基础。

　　Jsp程序设计实训在不知不觉中就结束了，我感觉自己还有好多理论知识要学，还有好多的技术不懂呢！这是我大学以来第三次实训，每次实训我都感觉学到了好多东西！因为是一天到晚的不间断训练，所以记的会非常牢固。不像平时上课，每上两次的.理论课却只有90分钟的实际操作。在课上，做的练习小项目都不复杂，可轮到做大的项目实训并且要求我们独立完成的时候，，就不那么顺手了，一个个技术问题，一个个bug接踵而至!我很感谢学校有实训这样的安排，把我们这一学期学的东西系统的集中的进行训练，对我们计算机水平的提高发挥着重要作用！还要感谢我们的王璐老师，王老师很温柔，也很有耐心，即使老师讲了很多遍的问题，我们不会，老师还是会走进我们给我们耐心的指导。还有，一起完成这个项目的其他小组成员，大家一起讨论算法，一起攻克Bug，一起协作，分工明确又彼此帮助，彼此传授自己的经验，和谐，积极而又快乐，充实。

　　经过这次的实训，我真真确确的感受到了团队的重要性，身为团队中的一员，一定要做好团队个成员之间的沟通，要彼此协作。充分发挥团队的力量，对于软件项目开发至关重要。同时，这次实训也暴露了自己在软件开发过程中相关理论、技术方面的不足，在以后的学习过程中要重视理论的学习，开发经验的积累，要多练习，多去尝试开发一些项目，查漏补缺，积累开发经验，并且要不断的去学习一些新技术。

　　此外，这次实训给我们营造了一个很好的类似于在公司实习的氛围，并且整个项目的流程是按照现实中项目的通常情况来安排的，无论是在项目的设计步骤还是日期安排上，不同于以往我们自己做课堂练习时缺乏这样详细的设计和计划，让我们向更正规的项目实施靠近了一步，并且在真正进入公司工作之前让我们更熟悉业务流程，使更多的时间可以专注于自己的工作而不是适应从学校到工作环境的转变上。

　　总之，经过这次实训学到了很多，成长了很多，相信在以后的项目开发中这些经验会让我受益匪浅的。

For our college students who have not been out of the cottage, encountered many complex problems, ask experienced people, they may be able to solve the problem in one sentence, while they have to find information or online fumbling may take a day or two, sometimes even rack their brains are not a solution. 　　The training period is really tired, although the laboratory provides us with a pretty good learning environment for classes, but all day long woodenly stay in the lab to face the lifeless screen, worry about the code, depressed about the bugs, surrounded by the documents, with the erosion of the program. However, this is the life of learning, both choice and security. I don't seem to have much time to think about other things in my busy life, so I patiently debug, focus on writing better algorithms, and immerse myself in fulfillment and happiness.

　　More importantly, two weeks of practical training makes us understand that what we lack is not only technical knowledge, but more importantly a way to deal with things, a mentality to face problems and the ability to do things. In the face of completely unfamiliar new knowledge, new technologies, new projects and the entire IT industry, we can not be afraid, but with a positive attitude to face, analyze and seize the key. Because every project we are about to deal with requires both practical operation and detailed planning. As a team leader, coordinating the team, motivating the other team members and actively participating in the development of the project is what I have to do every day. 　　三周的Android 实训，已接近尾声。在这短暂的三周之内，有成功、有失败；有喜悦、有辛酸。在实训老师邓老师的带领下，我学会了很多。我们小组在实训邓老师的协助下最终成功的完成实训项目。

　　实训前二周，由于我在java基础方面的知识比较薄弱，学习重点放在了java学习上，兼顾android学习。

　　Java学习：

　　内容：

　　（1）1.bean-实体类分析。 2.功能分析。 3.语义模型、关系模型、界面模型、流程图。 4.代码分析、DAO接口实现。

　　（2）完成老师每日给的java 基础作业，达到复习的目的。每日老师给的练习都有针对性，认真的完成练习，很好的达到了复习java基础的目的。

　　实训前二周在xx新研科技成果：

　　能针对一个简单 java学习或Android学习项目，

　　1.登录提交时，用户名、密码不能为空，否则不与提交。

　　2.数据库返回登录信息，处理登录成功与否的异常。

　　3.注册提交时，检查注册用户名，密码不能为空，密码与确认密码要相同，否则不与提交注册。

　　项目完成总结心得体会。

　　1. 个人：

　　在项目刚启动时,我只在java 方面比较擅长,做的模块都是涉及java基础方面的知识。对UI 方面缺乏信心，但随着项目的推进，对UI 方面见的多了解的多了，也能独立完成UI方面的模块。在这次项目中独立完成登录，注册模块。

　　对于每一个项目开发，都需端正态度，量力而行，发挥自己的长处，这样不仅有利于促进团队项目开发的进度，还有利于把自己代入这个项目。当自己融入这个项目时，就能多思考。并在不影响项目开发进度的前提下，思考这里为什么要这样做，这样做有什么用处。这样是一个自我学习的过程，这里本来不会做，但是经过这个项目或这个模块后，这里也会做了，把不会的变成会的，把别人的知识变成自己的。

　　2. 团队合作：

　　项目启动时，因为这个项目主要是UI 项目，而我在这方面基础知识比较差，主要负责了涉及java方面的模块ODA实现。

　　在项目分析时，提的建议较多与项目组长之间发生摩擦。在项目老师的协助下，确定项目分析，确定分工模块，最终较为成功的完成了我们组的项目。

　　当一个团队合作时，并不是遇到的'每个团队，团队成员都令你满意、每个团队都可以融洽相处。这个团队之所以形成，主要目的为了成功完成这个项目。进入团队先要明白进入团队的目的，这个团队成立的目的。明白了这两点，许多在团队中遇到的问题都可以避开或很好的解决。所有成员都围绕如何能更好更完善的完成项目为主。当然在遇到必然可能影响到项目开发进度的问题时，还需及时解决。

　　3、项目开发

　　在这次项目中，本着利用自己擅长的部分，加工加点的完成了DAO接口实现模块并实现所有的单元测试。为项目UI 后续进度提供了较为完善的后台数据、接口服务。

　　每个项目开发的过程，都需实事求是、踏实做事。不为面子，虚报自己的能力，能做什么能做多少、都要根据自己的职业能力来下定论。

　　遇到技术问题，自己能独立解决就独立解决，不能就及时向他人求教或自己查找资料自学。

　　在项目开发中若有自己比较好的意见(先自己确定以目前技术是实时可行的、对项目开发或功能实现有利的意见)，要向项目管理和项目其他队员提出，看是否采纳。

　　在xx新研科技的培训，真的让我学会了很多。不仅将课本知识与时间相结合，更是学到了许多课本上学不到的Android学习/Java学习软件开发的知识，让我受益匪浅。在次，特别感谢我的培训指导老师邓老师，谢谢他一直以来的细心指导。

　　本次实训是对前面学过的所有面向对象的编程思想以及JAVA WEB编程方法的一个总结、回顾和实践，因此，开始设计前学生一定要先回顾以前所学的内容，明确本次作业设计所要用到的技术点并到网上搜索以及查阅相关的书籍来搜集资料。通过编写采用JSP+Servlet+JavaBean技术框架的应用系统综合实例，以掌握Java WEB开发技术。

　　具体要求有以下几点：

　　1. 问题的描述与程序将要实现的具体功能。

　　2. 程序功能实现的具体设计思路或框架，并检查流程设计。

　　3. 代码实现。

　　4. 设计小结。

　　三、实训项目的开发环境和所使用的技术

　　基于J2SE基础，利用MyEclipse 8.5以上版本的集成开发环境完成实训项目，界面友好，代码的可维护性好，有必要的注释和相应的文档。

　　通过3天的实训，虽然实训的时间不长，但是总体上收获是很大的，我们的java课程学到的只是java和皮毛，一开始我还没有信心完成。我仔细看了书上的代码之后。对计事本有了一个大体的了解，在初训的实候知道自己应该做一个什么样的计事本了，在实训的过程中也遇到了不少困难，通过查API文档和看书，解决了问题，在写到字符的查找的替换时后，用到了上课时学到的知识，对字体的风格的保存里面的颜色分离和还原方法，是通过查API文档获得的,现在我所写的计事本只实现在一些基本功能。简单的复制粘贴，字体风格的设置，还有就是查找和替换功能以及一些字体风格的保存.对文件的操作基本都用到了。

　　在实现记事本的功能过程中，也不是很顺利，基本的.文件读写和保存文档的复制、粘贴、删除等功能还比较容易实现，但如何改变字体、字体颜色和背景颜色，就比较麻烦了，要实现字体颜色和背景颜色，首先要调用系统的调色板，再进行设置。但如何调用系统调色板？我是通过查阅帮助文档来找到其调用方法的。像自动换行、设置字体等都是通过方法来调用，给相关事件加上监听，在进行响应事件。整个程序中方法才是最关键的，也是最困难的。所以像查找、替换、转到几个功能我都不知道用什么方法，也由于时间有限，没有完成其功能。 总体的感觉是对java有了一个全新的认识，现在感觉用java做小的图形用户程序有些缺陷，但是在其的应用方面。尤其是有网络方面的应用，在整个实训我也尝试过做一个小的画图软件。但是由于时间关系还有一个是自身的知识的欠缺，最终这个事情被搁浅下来了。最后还是进行计事本的编写。由于在做画图软件时花了不了时间，所以现在的计事本的功能不是很全，如果有更多的时间，我会把这个记事体再完善一下，再把画图软件也做出来。实训的时间不长，但是我会在课外把它们的功能完善。然后再学习一下java和网络的编程，体验java的前沿技术。

　　在学习的过程中也体会到，遇到问题也要请教。不然的话自己一个人去做的话会花很多的时间，我在做这个记事本的时间，其中也问到过许多问题，通过同学的帮助下解决了，提高了程序的开发进程。其他的同学有问题的话我也是给他们尽量解决。我认为学习知识的过程当中就应该是相互学习相互进步的。

　　Java是面在的主流技术我会努力将它学好，现在我缺乏的是坚持不懈的精神，我会向他学习。

　　虽然学习java的路还很找，但我会继续走下去。

　　时间总是在不经意间悄然离去，在这短短的10天实训里，让我学会了很多课堂中学不到的东西。虽然只有10天，但让我感觉到无比的充实，让我懂得了学习的意义，时间的宝贵，认真负责的生活态度。明白了做一件事不肯能是一帆风顺，没有困难就没有进步，勇敢和坚持将会带领我们走向成功的驿站。也许这只是一次很小的成功，也会让我感到欣慰，因为我成功了。简单的去做好一件小事，铸就未来巨大的成功。

　　在这次实训中和队友一起完成一个项目，从开始的无从下手，到初见雏形，再到基本完善。这一幕幕的画面，让人无不对自己所做的标示认可与自豪。在那一行行代码间，流露出来的不只是大家对它付出的.汗水，还有那份执着的心。

　　那天，我们吃着泡面坐着火车和地铁以及公交，不远千万厘米来到这环境清幽，绿化十足的圣地。实训基地虽有些简单，但宽敞明亮的场所让我们不由喜欢。在实训中，回味了曾经的对安卓的“味道”，又对新配方得产生了兴趣。安卓这道菜，想想都醉了。这次实训项目我们做的是个关于点餐类的APP。起初，强大的功能让我们这群菜鸟无从下嘴。但在我们这群崛起的码农面前，这次都不是问题。经过我们七嘴八舌的商讨下，最终确立了需求。需求就像我们人生的航标一样，有了它，我们的开发才有方向，不然都是无用的。每天我们制定开发计划，一小步一小步的走，一行一行慢慢的写。看着一个个小小功能的实现与完善，我们都对他竖起大拇指。

　　相信队友，这是我在此次实训中悟出来的一点体会。也许他平日里不怎么优秀；也许他对开发不怎么会；也许他有一些懒惰。但我们都要相信他可以的。作为团队开发类项目，我们不能一个人什么都做完，这样其他人体会不到团队价值，这不利于项目的团队开发。我们要让每个人都有事做，并且要做好。

　　在这次实训中，我主要学到很多关于安卓界面布局的一些基础知识。还有关于选项卡以及适配器和SQLite的一些简单操作。在此次实训中，最主要的是让我的懂得了学习的意义和态度。当自己全身心投入代码的世界中时，时间似乎是静止的。当老师笑着说：“吃饭了…..”。才发现一上午就没了。这种忘我的学习态度，让人倍感兴奋。

　　此次实训，让我受益匪浅。在今后的工作和学习中用积极主动的态度去对待，那将是一件美妙的事情。做一个迎难而上的自己，不断完善自己，突破自己。最后感谢在这次实训中无私的照顾我们的老师们，谢谢你们。

In the practical training, we recalled the "flavor" of Android and became interested in the new recipe. Android is a dish that is intoxicating to think about. This practical training program we do is a food ordering class APP. at first, the powerful function let us this group of rookies have no way to speak. But in front of our group of rising code farmers, this time are not a problem. After our discussion, we finally established the requirements. Requirements are like the beacon of our life, with it, our development has a direction, otherwise it is useless. Every day we make a development plan, a small step by small step, line by line slowly write. Watching the realization and improvement of a small function, we all give him a thumbs up.

　　Trust your teammates, that's one thing I realized during this practical training. Maybe he's not very good on weekdays; maybe he's not very good at development; maybe he's a little lazy. But we all have to believe that he can do it. As a team development project, we can't let one person do everything, so that other people can't realize the value of the team, which is not conducive to the team development of the project.
