　　这段时间我参加了本幼儿园教师专业技能培训。本次培训分为音乐、美术、舞蹈、书法四种形式。幼儿教师是幼儿教育活动直接的组织者和实施者，幼儿教师专业素质的高低，决定着幼儿教育的优劣。所以我非常感谢策划、组织这次培训的领导，给我们全体幼儿教师提供一个学习交流的平台，让我们有机会提高自己各方面的艺术素质。

　　音乐组的培训，第一节是乐理知识课，虽然培训时间不是很长，但是每位老师都非常认真的学习着乐理知识，有的不懂的老师还积极提问。培训到钢琴伴奏时，我们不仅把左手基本配法都记录在歌谱下面，降低了难度，而且培训后我们我们根据熟练程度，刻苦练习，有能力的教师能弹出更多的花样，我们所有老师学得很积极，每天很早就可以听到已经有老师在练琴了。虽然天气寒冷，但也挡不住老师练琴的热情。

　　我们又进行了声乐训练，由浅入深、循序渐进，让我这个从来没接触过声乐训练的人兴趣盎然，大家学习积极性都非常高。老师讲到呼吸训练时，让我们想象闻到花香时的那种深呼吸，很容易让我们掌握呼吸方法。老师告诉我们，要想唱出优美动听的歌声，不是一朝一夕就能练成的，应该每天都坚持练嗓子，把嗓子打开，这样才能唱出动听的歌声。

　　伴着优美的曲子，一群身着修身舞蹈服的女教师们如天鹅般翩翩起舞……原来，这是幼儿园举行的“教师形体训练培训”课上的一幕。针对教师们的身体状况和活动场所，特意安排了一系列适合大家练习的形体训练课程，有效提升教师们的体质、体型与仪态。培训过程中，老师认真示范动作，大家也一招一式练习，感受着自己身体的每一处变化，感受着疲劳的消失、精神的焕发。通过学习，大家既锻炼了身体，强化了体质；又陶冶了情操，增深了友谊；更增强了集体的凝聚力。大家都表示将以更饱满的热情和更良好的精神风貌投入到今后的工作中去！

　　美术培训，这一次培训分三个老师，每位老师培训的内容都是不一样，分别对简笔画；色彩画；手工等多方面进行培训讲解学习。我们了解到了在幼儿教育中经常要用到的线描画和油画棒画。包括一、线描画中线描的工具（笔：水性笔、双头笔、马克笔、珠光笔、荧光笔等；纸：图画纸、打印纸、彩色卡纸）、线的使用、基本装饰线以及装饰点。油画棒画的材料与特点和常用技法。通过这次的培训，让我学习了更多的知识，转变了自己一些知识，同时也拓展了自己的思维，幼儿的环境创设可以更加丰富多彩一点，这让我在以后的活动中能更好运用和学习。

　　提到写字教学，是幼儿园教育的.重中之重，幼儿园是孩子学习握笔的重要启蒙阶段，要给幼儿打下一个良好的基础，老师本身必须要有过硬的 “本领”，写出一手规范、美观的字。很高兴我们领导为所有教师安排的写字培训，老师从写字的标准坐姿到字体的书写规范一一的对我们进行了培训。要写好汉字，首先要写好基本笔画、笔顺。 老师要对每个字的笔顺规则进行具体指导，让我们知道按照笔顺写字，容易把字写好，还能加快写字的速度。写字的姿势和执笔方法同样很重要。正确的写字姿势和执笔方法是写字时起码的要求。通过培训，全体教师积极练字，每位老师都在进步，字越写越漂亮。

　　我想无论是音乐，还是舞蹈、美术，写字道理都是一样的，这短短几天的功夫，不可能让我们一下子就掌握了一门高超的技术能力，回去之后还得靠自己自觉的坚持练习，这样这门技术能力才能有所提高。

　　总的来说，这短短几天的培训对我来说意义非凡，并且受益匪浅的。指明了我以后努力奋斗的方向。我喜欢这样的培训，也渴望有更多的学习机会，让我能不断的充实和完善自我。

　　在这次培训中，我们学习了如何更好的使用这套礼仪教材，如何制定教学计划，在制定教学计划时应注意的问题。上课一般流程是热身、示范练习、学儿歌、延伸。对于一些离幼儿园日常生活较远的.在幼儿园进行礼仪教育比较困难的部分，如公共场所礼仪，尚老师也给我们讲了如何解决这个问题，用走出去加请进来的方式进行教学，为了更好的让家长了解我们的礼仪教育，还可以用剧场表演的方式展示给家长看等等。

　　我是13级汽修班的靳鹏鹏，20xx年参加了学校组织的汽车二级维护与车轮定位项目的技能大赛，在参加这个项目之前什么也不了解，盲目的跟随别人报了名，在慢慢接触以后，我有了自己的目标，刚开始的时候我们每天都是利用下午活动的时间来训练，开始训练的时候就是熟悉我们自己的要做的，等到我们熟悉了项目单子以后，指导老师就给我们教每一项，和每一项所注意的事项，那些是拿分项，还有一些细节，就这样我们整个单子上的项目全部教完了，我们就按照老师所教的那样训练，在训练的过程中也有很多问题，我们在练习的时候找到适合自己的方式去训练，二级维护主要是对车辆进行基本维护和日常维护，但是这基本维护和日常维护里边包含了很多项，车轮定位主要是对轮子进行定位，看轮胎有没有跑偏，就这样我们每天重复着同样的动作，经过一段时间的训练，我们觉得自己训练的差不多了，老师就让我们自己在内部进行比赛，来看看自己和别人的差距在那里，在自己内部比赛中，新的问题出现了，就是不细心，这个问题对我们以后在比赛中的发挥起着重要的作用。细心是影响竞赛的关键因素，比赛不仅比技术，也比细心。技术再高的人如果欠缺一定的细心，将会直接影响到自身的发挥。当我们遇到这些问题时，在以后的训练中细心的训练，在比赛时我们要做到心无旁骛，专心去做自己该做的，不受外界任何因素的影响。

　　经过了几个月的`训练，通过层层的选拔，我们迎来了自己第一次真的比赛，在比赛中，我们遇到了一个突发情况，当时我就在心里边想，这下坏了，肯定是要扣分的，这时我想起了在训练时老师说过的一句话，遇到突发情况要冷静，不要慌，继续往下做，把后面的分不要丢就行，在别人的比赛场地，我们对什么都不熟悉，工具都用着不顺手，但是我们只有自己去适应，想着让他在我们手中就像是我们平常用过的工具，最大的问题就是我们的理论知识，通过比赛我们的理论知识差得要命，我们要努力学习自己的理论知识，光实践能力强，理论成绩不行，也要吃大亏，我们要有一种把握大局的意识，不要因为一项而放弃所有，在遇到问题时，我们以为自己解决不了，但是我们还是遇到问题自己解决了，在后来想到遇到的问题时，我们一定要想尽去解决，没有什么问题是我们解决不了，遇到问题只要冷静思考，不要慌，就一定能够想到解决的办法，经过几天的比赛，我也拿到了自己理想的成绩，在那天看成绩的时候，我的心七上八下的跳着不停，害怕自己没有拿到好成绩，成绩出来了，我看到自己得了二等奖，在拿到省级二等奖的时候，我的心里真的很高兴，自己的努力没有白费，对我以后的高考也能加上分，通过这项加分希望自己能够考本科院校，获得这样的成绩对我以后的能力得到肯定，只要我们努力，没有什么做不到的，只有自己不想做的。有一句话说得很好，有志者事竟成.

　　通过这次技能大赛，要好好学习，把自己变得更强大，在比赛过程中我们见到3D定位仪，百事巴特四轮定位仪，指针式和数显式扭力扳手，还有电脑式尾气分析仪。技能大赛使我收获很大，从而使得我考上了大学，我相信机会总会留给那些有准备的人。

　　当大赛结束后，我还沉浸在大赛的过程中，因为有太多的东西值得我去回味，虽然我一次“消化”不了那么多的知识，但我会把它储存在我的大脑里，在日后的工作中，我会慢慢体会。虽然这次比赛已经结束，但我的学习没有结束，我将以此次比赛为契机，努力学习、不断完善自己，进一步提高专业技能水平，希望以后能多次参加教师的各种大赛，来提高自己的各方面技能。

The competition includes several aspects, including lecture, voice, dance, piano, storytelling, case study, and painting, which is a comprehensive test of teachers' quality and skills, and a professional appearance in front of their peers, so the contestants did not slacken off, and fully showed their talents in the competition. Through this competition, I have a deeper understanding of the meaning of the phrase "one work, one gain", and only when you pay will you get something.

　　Looking back at the wonderful performance of each kindergarten teacher who participated in the competition, we have to believe that: because of the competition, everyone made full preparation; for the competition, everyone did their best to perform; although the competition is over, but looking back at the process of the competition, there are a lot of unforgettable moments! Especially in the personal talent competition session, because of the fear of stage fright, so the mood has not been able to calm, in the waiting time has been pacing back and forth outside the corridor. Luckily, I was able to give a good performance during the competition. But in the storytelling, I was afraid of not having enough time to think, so I made up the short story hastily, exceeding the time limit. Later, looking back, I still feel that I am inexperienced and know where the mistakes are, but I did not correct them in time, which is still fresh in my mind, and I don't think that it will happen again in the future work, after all, every lesson can't be perfect. Overall, the experience I gained from this competition is far more than what I have historically accumulated, and will be the most important episode of my working life.
