　　自从轮岗实习开始，就一直盼望着早些来油田技术中心，因为基本上只有在油田技术中心才有出海实习机会，来公司四个月了，一直盼望着能出海去了解一下海上的作业环境，由于我是非石油主干专业—安全工程的毕业生，在结合自己专业实习的同时，还想去现场学习和掌握一些钻完井方面的知识，这次，这个一直想出海的愿望终于实现了。

　　这次出海总共19天，具体是11月24日—12月12日，所实习的平台是秦皇岛32-6E平台，此平台是一个生产平台，我们公司的海洋石油298在为E平台做生活和工程支持，我们07年来的新同事也有在298上实习的，因此船上收悉的面孔比较多，而且我们都住在298的底舱，所以这段日子，也不感觉寂寞和无聊，和在鑫达宿舍一样，大家相处的都非常愉快。

　　E平台是一个生产平台，总共有三层甲板，钻机系统位于顶层甲板，目前是用修井机在打井，其修井机的基本数据是：型号：HXJ158A 最大钩载:1580KN(6×5)； 大修井深：2-7/8”钻杆7000m； 3-1/2”钻杆5500m； 5”钻杆2400m；小修井深：2-7/8”EUE油管6000m；装机功率: 2×266.7kw(360hp)/2100rpm；井架高度：33m ；游车系统：有效绳数：10；转盘通径： 699mm（27-1/2”） 钻台面高度： 6.2m。

　　我们刚去的时候正在打E11h的二开，回来的时候在打E29h的三开，在这段日子里，学习了很多知识，首先了解一些石油专业术语，例如批钻、三开、着陆点、划眼、短起、长起、扩眼、测斜等等，对于我这个非石油主干专业的人来说，真是掌握了不少行话。其次，认识了不少的`工具和设备，诸如气动旋扣钳、防喷盒、套管头、套管卡瓦、环板、水泥头等，所它们的使用方法和条件也有一定的了解。第三，由于这三口调整井都是水平井，还学习掌握了一些定向井的基本知识和工具，例如马达及其原理，MWD,LWD,FEWD,浮阀，无磁钻铤，扶正器，震击器，定向接头，挠性接头等以及井斜角、井斜方位角等名词。第四，结合自己的专业—安全工程，还了解了平台和船舶上的安全注意事项，救生艇的操作流程和操作规范，吊车等设备的安全操作规程，乘飞机的安全注意事项等。另外，还了解了各种地层情况下的钻具组合及其组合流程，下套管流程、水泥固井过程、井口装置的试压、泥浆的性能参数及其常用泥浆体系的配方、各种泥浆添加剂、井架的移动流程等等，以上的内容在我的出海日志中都有不同详细程度的体现。

　　本次出海实习可谓获益匪浅，学习和掌握的很多现场的知识，在空闲时间也补充学习了不少《海洋钻井手册》里的内容，结识了很多师傅，师兄，很多知识都是从他们那里得到的。

　　在出海之前还担心能不能很快地适应海上的生活，出去之后才发现那些担心是多余的，没有晕船的感觉，在 海上的学习和生活都很顺心，以致于在坐上吊笼离开的时候，心里面还真有一种说不出的滋味，对于那个生活了近二十天的“水中陆地”产生了深深的留恋之情。

　　本次出海实习随然学习了不少东西，但很多方面掌握的还不够深刻，仍然需要作进一步的学习，另外在以后的工作学习中还需要做好以下几点：

　　近期，我参加了省委宣传部、省委党校、省委教育工委联合举办的“20xx年春季高校哲学社会科学青年骨干教师研修班”的培训。短短20天的培训学习，精彩而难忘，自己每天都能汲取新的营养，每天都有不同的感受和收获，使自身的知识能量得到了进一步的储备，个人的能力得到了进一步的提高，心灵得到了进一步的升华，我感到无比的荣幸。

　　通过培训，我积累了今后如何教学的丰富经验，激发了自己对浙江省经济发展起飞和发展模式的理性认识。有以下几点体会与大家分享：

　　一、培训具有很强的针对性。

　　这次培训是高校哲学社会科学青年骨干教师培训，培训的内容主要围绕教师在教学中如何教、如何推进教学改革以及在教学中如何与海南省省情联系在一起等问题进行。参训学员来自全省各高校哲学社会科学青年骨干教师，大部分从事哲学社会科学的教学，对哲学社会科学研究有着丰富的经验，通过教学和研讨增强了哲学社会科学教学科研的针对性和实效性。

　　二、培训的方式和方法的灵活性。

　　20xx年12月27日，我们生命科学学院初级党校第九期第六小组开展了主题为“爱心传递，考研加油”的实践活动。

　　新一轮的考研大战已经拉开帷幕，在寒风凛凛的冬日，考研学长学姐的艰苦奋斗是近几个星期来我们心中最深刻的印象。自习室、图书馆、走廊中，到处都是他们战斗的场所。随着教育水平的不断提高，现今大学生考研早已不什么稀奇的事情，特别是我院这样研究型的学科。只是如此一来考研的压力也不断在增大，学姐学长们的心理负担不断加重。为了对曾经照顾提点我们的学长学姐表达谢意，为了表达自己对他们崇高的敬意与诚心学习的意愿，我们进行这样的活动，在考试的时候给学长学姐们写祝福语，为他们加油！传递相互的关怀，传递勤学的理念，传递胜利的信念。

　　在小组同学通力合作和广大同学踊跃参与下，一份份充满爱心祝福语的明信片已经堆成了小山。接着，就要开始整理写好的明信片，然后将它们有序的串在一根长绳上。虽然这项工作十分的繁琐，但是同学们都发扬吃苦耐劳的精神，每个人都参与到整理的工作当中，将一份份明信片小心翼翼的串联起来。不一会儿，挂满了爱心明信片的`长绳就完成了。最后，就是将这根充满爱心的长绳系在北区食堂门口，希望参加研究生考试的同学们看到了来自学弟学妹的真心祝福后，在爱心的鼓舞下考出好成绩。。

　　本次实践活动不仅锻炼了同学们的与人沟通交流的能力，更为重要的是培养了同学们仁爱友善的品德，更让他们深刻领悟了为人民服务的共产党高尚品质，为他们的入党之路再上了重要的一节课。

　　深刻反思与总结此次活动。“筑友善之基，做仁爱之人”这样的活动主题对我们提出了一下这几点要求：

　　1、培养仁爱友善的品德，继承中华民族传统美德。

　　步入行政工作岗位的时间累计还不足5个月，但我觉得这几个月是我人生当中一段最难忘的经历，这短时间最砺炼人，促人奋进催人深思。从从教到从政，不用讳言，角色的转变曾一时让我迷惑和茫然过，我没有任何现成的经验，面对乡镇基层工作的千头万绪局面，我感觉无从下手，一头乱麻，我甚至不知道我该做些什么，我该如何下手。我突然间记起一位西方哲人说过的：我思故我在。我马上静下心来思考，所幸我很快找到了自己的定位。渐渐地我对基层工作有了浅显的了解，就在这时我来到党校学习，这次学习注定给我的前进征程添加一剂最得力的助推剂。

　　在党校学习期间，我静下心来梳理过去从教的工作经历，虽然当老师和从政绝然不同，但我发现其中也有相通之处，当老师要耐心的做学生的思想工作，接访家长、与家长沟通交流，与社会衔接。尽管老师的工作比较单一，但与行政工作路不同而理相融。突然发现我当老师的经历不但不是我的累赘，反而可能是我的财富。

　　我静下心来咏涵新的环境。古人云：知己知彼，百战不殆。新到一个地方，我们面对全新的环境会有些茫然，因为不了解，一时半会儿也不会了解得清清楚楚。这种时候正确的做法是不过分焦虑，不拒绝了解，即不过分地焦虑对新环境的无知，不给自己施加太多压力，急于达到全部了解的目的；同时，也不放弃任何一个增进了解的机会，持积极的、渐进的态度了解新的环境，直至达到熟知的目标。这里所说的环境，既包括人际交往环境，也包括工作环境和生活环境。我在党校学习的一个月里，可能大多数时候我还会上午上课下午返回南林镇政府，我要用在党校里陈国柱老师指导的那样尽快去适应环境，而不是等环境来适应人。这时，我适应环境的层次就已经提升了一个境界。(大致适应环境至少有三等：一层动物性或是生物学上的适应，包括气候、水土、语言乃至当地习惯，这种适应似乎还是被动型适应；二层是恰当身份的主动型适应，让人感觉到恰处其位恰到好处，首先是风俗、约定俗成的东西，然后是制度以及不能言传的方面；第三层似乎是改造型适应，那是伟人和强人做的事)我想，以前几个月，我最多也只能说是第一层适应了南林，邓坤明老师一语惊醒梦中人，我这个月或是近三个月要第二层次适应新岗位。

　　做到了前面两点，我自然就可以静下心来通过磨合期力争胜任新的岗位。从某种意义上来说，胜任新的岗位其实对与刚从教育走到行政的我而言首要做到的就是角色转换到位。五个月以前，我还是一名人民教师，在自己的岗位上做好自己的本职工作，对学生的将来负责就行，我可以少思考，但此时此刻我觉得我的责任感明显加强了，走上了新的岗位，有分管的工作，我们必须独挡一面，不仅要做好本职工作，为主要领导负责，帮主要领导出谋划策，而且要动脑筋力争能够创新工作，不让任何一项工作留下尾巴。现实的工作对我们的要求就不仅仅是执行力，还要求我们要统筹兼顾，分得清轻重缓急，开拓创新，力争使分管的工作做到更好。

　　由于我是第九组的小组长，与其他成员间有着言语或是电话的交流，在与他们交流的过程中，我更加从深处认识他们。他们每次发言前都会准备好要说的话，在整理记录本的时候，我能感受到他们认真阅读党校培训课本的那份真心，大家都很看重这次的培训，都想让自己有所提高。另一方面，每次上课大家都很积极，也没有谁迟到，交作业时字迹工整，思想细腻。我和荣幸，我的伙伴们都很配合我的工作。

　　我想我作为小组长还是很合格的，而我在与大家的交流中也学会了更好的沟通方式。与此同时，很感谢学姐们，仔细耐心的为我们解答，在她们身上，我看到了大学生的责任与人格魅力。我们是正成长的一代，我们是充满希望的一代，我们正努力着！！！

业余党校心得体会 篇15

　　在部领导的关心和同事的支持下，我有幸成为青干班的一员，并在党校脱产封闭式学习2个月。在这2个月里，我先后参加了专题学习50多个，论坛6次，实践活动6次，还参与了专题调研、军事训练以及篮球、拔河、卡拉OK等文体活动，内容丰富，有张有弛。总的来说，我有以下五个方面收获：

　　1、养成了新习惯。一是养成了写日记的习惯，坚持每天利用业余和闲暇时间，记录学习、生活的心得和体会，总结经验和不足，明确整改的方向和具体措施。二是养成了读书的习惯，每天睡前坚持读一个小时的书，并同室友和同学相互进行交流，一方面充实了知识，同时也净化了心灵。三是养成了锻炼的习惯，每天下午上课后，相约同学一起打打篮球或是爬爬潜山，来个酣畅淋漓，再冲个热水澡，煞为神清气爽。在今后的工作生活中，我将继续坚持这些良好的习惯，为自己的事业打下坚实的基础。

　　2、结交了新朋友。一是相识了一群新同学，小班20名学员或是大班100名学员，在学习和活动中，我们一起上课学习、一起吃饭聊天、一起开展活动，我们从陌生到熟悉，从相识到相知。二是结识了一批新老师，有幸认识了50多个省、市内外专家、学者和领导，并聆听了他们的谆谆教诲。三是结识了一批新球友，学习期间，我们班级之间或同市直相关单位还经常性开展了篮球友谊赛，我们坚持“友谊第一，比赛第二”的原则，既相互切磋了球技，更交流了感情，增进了友谊。

　　3、增长了新知识。一是增长了党的基本理论知识，先后学习了《共产党宣言》、《正确处理人民内部矛盾》以及中国特色社会主义理论体系等专题知识，进一步坚定了理想信念。二是增长了咸宁市情、民情等知识，先后学习了《实施绿色崛起，推动咸宁跨越发展》、《建设生态咸宁，打造美丽咸宁》、《建设生态宜居的美丽城市》等专题，进一步了解了咸宁。三是增长了工业商贸、经济建设等专业知识，先后学习了省、市经济建设部门领导关于现代流通业务发展、咸宁民营企业发展、咸宁工业园建设以及项目建设、招商引资等专业知识，巩固和拓展了自己的专业知识。

　　4、拓宽了新视野。一是通过参观向阳湖文化名人旧址和五七干校，我深深感受了咸宁浓厚的历史气息和文化底蕴，向阳湖文化将是咸宁的一座的文化地标，值得我们去挖掘和开发。二是通过参观市博物馆、市规划展览馆等，使我进一步了解了咸宁的历史，体味了“香城泉都”的美好前景。三是通过到咸宁经济开发区及嘉鱼、赤壁、咸安、崇阳等地开发区、金桂湖低碳示范区的参观学习，我进一步了解了咸宁工业发展和项目建设的成果和未来的.发展潜力，并惊叹金桂湖的山青水秀，惊叹金桂湖低碳示范区的.辉煌前景。等等，这些都是平时工作中未曾感受到的。

　　5、提升了新能力。一是提升了组织协调能力，根据部领导安排，我既是学员，同时兼班级组织员，不但要跟班抓好自身学习，同时还肩负为班级学员的学习、生活搞好服务的责任，2个月来，我班学习秩序井然，活动亮点纷呈。二是提升了思考和写作能力，市委组织部和党校对青干班要求很严格，特别重视学员思考和写作能力的培养，差不多每2天就布置和上交1篇学习心得体会和理论研讨文章，很大程度上锻炼了自己的思考和写作能力。三是提升了口头表达能力，学习期间，每周都至少安排了一次班级或学校《咸宁瞭望》论坛，要求学员上台脱稿陈述自己的观点，通过多次的锻炼，我明显感觉自己不再畏惧上台发言，口语也更加流畅了。
