这是邹强博士在结束《中小学教师职业道德修养》课程时,借作家林青云的话,送给我们这些国培学员的至理名言。通过学习,我明白了这里的“镜子”就是指《中小学教师职业道德规范》,就是要求我们时刻用《中小学教师职业道德规范》来严格要求自己,做一名合格的教师。这次学习,对于我来说像是醍醐灌顶,茅舍顿开,我深深地体会到教师这一工作的真正意义所在。
一、我们要爱自己的职业
热爱教育,献身教育,是教师职业道德的基本要求。一个教师的事业成就和价值实现。不仅仅依靠他的知识水平和教育才能,更重要的是取决于他对教育事业的热爱和忠诚的态度。很难想象一个见异思迁、心猿意马,不热爱教育工作的教师,能倾尽全力投身教育,担负起教师应尽的崇高职责。通过这次学习,我更坚定了信念,终生爱自己的职业。
二、我们要建立自己的专业理想和信念
热爱教育,就是要树立崇高的专业理想,就要有强烈的事业心和高度的责任感。崇高的职业理想是教师热爱教育,献身教育事业的重要精神支柱和动力源泉。事业心是一种坚定的职业信念,是对自己所从事事业的执着追求。陶行知先生提倡教师应有“捧着一颗心来,不带半根草去”的崇高而无私的献身精神。显然,没有强烈的事业心是不可能做到这些的。教师的责任感能使教师在任何环境条件下,都把自己所从事的事业看作是对社会,对他人不可推卸的一种道德责任,而不会把它当作一种外在的强制,从而促使教师在教育工作中兢兢业业、忠于职守、高度自觉地实践正确的道德行为,以保证教师育人目标的实现。我通过这次学习认识到:选择了教师,我们就应该甘愿清贫;选择了教师,我们就应该乐于奉献;选择了教师我们就应该把学生的发展和提高放到自己工作的最高位置。
三、立求达到道德要求的最高层次
由于职业劳动的特殊性和社会的高期望值,从总体上说,教师道德总是处于当时社会道德较高的层次上。首先,是社会对教师道德的期望和要求的高层次性。教师的劳动影响着人类社会的发展,没有哪个职业比它更受社会众多对象的关注。汉代扬雄说“师者,人之模范也”我国封建社会把教师与“天、地、君、亲”共排次第。英国最近把社会分成十七个阶层,而教师是排在第一位的。如此等等,都说明了人们认识到了教师工作的特殊的社会作用,将它视为一种神圣的职业,因此成为普遍受到人们爱戴和尊敬的职业。因此,在道德要求上,自然也就提出了更高、更严格的要求。其次,是教师职业的特殊性,要求教师具有较高的职业道德。教师肩负着培养人,塑造人的重任,不仅要用自己的丰富学识教导人,更重要的是要用自己的品格教育人,以自己良好的德行和习惯去影响学生。教师的片言只语,举手投足,时时在自觉或不自觉地将信息传递给学生,影响着学生。因此,教师在道德修养上不仅要具有一般公民应有的'道德意识,体现全民范围的道德建设要求,又要体现先进分子的道德建设要求,要把道德建设的广泛要求和先进要求统一于一身。因此,我既然选择了教师这一职业,必将竭尽全力达到道德要求的最高层次。
四、做一个合格的教师
1、确定一个符合实际的发展目标。
2、用研究者的眼光和心态审视自己的教学行为。
3、唤醒对自己的教学行为的不满足状态。
4、学习合作,在同伴互助中提高自己。
5、树立良好的学习意识。
6、勤于积累,善于反思。
7、孜孜不倦地奋斗追求。
在今后的工作中,我将谨遵教书育人的历史使命,忠于祖国的教育事业,把自己的的青春和汗水,无怨无悔的洒在祖国勃勃生机的花园里,在祖国蔚蓝色的天空下守望孩子们成为祖国的栋梁!

First, we must love our profession

首先要热爱本职工作,对幼儿教育事业的执着追求。我认为即然选择了幼儿教师这个职业,就应当热爱自己的事业。竭尽所能,做好本职工作。
其次,是对孩子的博爱,大爱。爱永远是第一位的。爱要与责任同行,对孩子微笑,宽容、欣赏,让自己的学生成为最幸运的人。必须对每一个幼儿一视同仁,不能偏爱一部分幼儿,而冷淡或歧视另一部分幼儿。我深深的懂得:只有热爱幼儿,尊重幼儿,真正从生活和学习等各方面去关心他们,做到晓之以理、动之以情、导之以行。深入到孩子中去,关注他们的举动,观察他们的言行,了解他们的心理动态,很好的为幼儿服务。
第三,以身作则,恪守承诺,做真诚的朋友。要求孩子做到的事,老师必须做到。对孩子承诺的事情一定要兑现。努力成为孩子们和家长们的好朋友。

爱岗敬业:就是对事业要有责任心,我们应该把教师职业当成事业来做。我们只有把教师职业当事业来追求,才能静下心来教书,潜下心来育人,才能用事业精神支撑自己,努力体现自己的职业价值;才能忠诚人民教育事业,勤勤恳恳,兢兢业业,甘为人梯,乐于奉献;也才能在长年累月的坚守中享受教师职业的幸福感,不至于因压力过大而造成教师职业倦怠。
关爱学生:就是对学生要有爱心。师德的'核心问题是“爱”,这种“爱”必须是排除了私心和杂念的父母般温暖慈祥的爱,恩师般高尚纯洁的爱。对每一个学生一视同仁,不能偏爱一部分学生,而冷淡或歧视另一部分学生。

“德高为师,身正为范”。教师作为人类灵魂工程师,其必备的首要条件就是要具有高尚的师德。从古至今,国内国外,人们都把师德作为衡量教师素质的第一杆标尺。可以说,教师的职业道德素质不仅直接关系到大中小学德育工作状况及亿万青少年的身心健康,还对整个国家和民族的精神风貌产生深远影响,所以说师德建设的重要性无论提到怎样的高度都不为过;随着我国市场经济改革力度的不断加大,社会开放程度的不断加深,我们教育所面临的社会环境和文化氛围也在不断地发生着巨大的改变,学校教育和师德建设面临着许多新情况、新问题和新挑战。同时,随着人民大众对于优质教育需求的日益增长,人们对教师素质及师德水平提出了新的更高的要求。因而作为一名教师,不断提升新时期自身的职业道德修养是直接关系到教学效果的头等重要的大事。现就我个人对师德修养的理解谈一点肤浅的看法:
一、师德的重要性
德是做人的灵魂和根本。一个人的道德水平如何,直接决定着这个人的行为准则和人生方向。甚至影响着周围的人和事。因此,做人德为先,育人先育德。教师只有率先垂范,注重师德修养才能以德育德,铸造学生健康人格,才不愧为人类灵魂的工程师。
二、贯彻以德育人的思想
首先要尊重学生,用爱的力量来教育学生。教师不仅是知识的传播者、智慧的启迪者,更是精神的熏陶者、人格的影响者和道德的体现者。确切的说教师要爱孩子。若教师连起码的爱孩子的心都没有,那严格地讲就不配做老师,没有爱就没有教育。高尔基说过“爱孩子那是连母鸡都会做的事”,如何教育孩子才是一件大事。爱是教育的基础,而了解学生、理解学生、尊重学生和引导学生又是爱向正确方向发展的保证。任何学生都有其闪光之处,都有自己的志向,有自己的热情,有自己的人格。都渴望得到老师的理解信任和尊重,这就要求教师以极大的热忱和父母般的胸怀关心学生的全面发展,用高尚的道德情感浇灌学生的心田。教师要经常深入到学生中间去,和他们打成一片,做他们的知心朋友建立最有亲和力的师生关系。要多发现学生的成绩和优点,并及时的给予肯定和赞美,最大限度地满足他们的人格要求。激发他们奋发向上的满腔热情。其次教师要重视人格力量的震撼力,培育高尚的职业人格。所谓人格力量,是指教师个人的政治品格治学态度,道德情感意志作风等,即通过教师的言传身教,对学生产生一定的教育功能。人格的力量是巨大的,教师要改进工作作风,以育人为己任,刚直不阿,廉洁从教,并以此塑造学生高尚的人格。怎样对待自己,怎样对待他人,怎样对待社会这些为人处世的道理教师不仅要讲给学生听,而且更要做给学生看。教师本身就是一部活生生的育人教材。德的功能是巨大的。但这种巨大的作用又是以教师的才学为基础的,没有才学的德是苍白无力的。这就要求教师除了不断提高自身的道德水平外,还必须重视和加强自身的才学修养,全方位地充实自己,完善自己。只有德才兼备的教师才能培养出德才兼备的学生。为此,教师应该深刻认识自身职业的重要性,热爱本职工作,努力学习现代教育理论,改革教育思想,创新教育观充分利用现代教学手段。用精湛的学识赢得学生。
三、在业务上要注意不断提高自己。
如进行教学反思,是教师自觉地把自己的课堂教学实践,作为认识对象而进行全面而深入的冷静思考和总结,从而进入更优化的教学状态,使学生得到更充分的发展。如果说备课、上课等基本教学实践是元研究的话,那么教学反思就是次研究。如果你想在三尺讲台上开启一片蔚蓝的天空,那么你会觉得不断地教学反思不仅是个人的思想需要,而且是一种高尚的精神活动,是精神产品的再生产,你会发现生命就像每天升起的太阳一样是新的。教学反思需要跳出自己,反思自己。所谓跳出自己就是经常地开展听课交流,研究别人的教学长处,尤其是要研究优秀教师、特级教师的教学思想。他山之石,可以攻玉,通过学习比较,找出理念上的差距,解析手段、方法上的差异,从而提升自己。当然,无论是运用行动研究法还是比较法,我们都需要学习先进的教育教学理论,提高自己的理论水平,达到“会当凌绝顶,一览众山小”的境界。走进新课程,要求教师转换角色,从教材知识的传授者和学生的管理者转变为学生发展的促进者,为此,应该做到以下方面:一是教师应当离开讲桌,到学生群体中来,与学生距离更近一些,态度更加温和一些。特别是过去教师眼中的个别落后学生,教师在他们身边多看一点,多关注,多指导,多鼓励,调动他们的.学习情感,对全体学生来说,教师每节课都能面对面了解他们一次,都能有一次学习上的对话,都能有一次学习上的评价,都能有一次当面指点,学生的学习态度会显得更加积极,课堂将呈现出一种师生融洽合作学习的气氛。二是教师应把课堂学习的时间和空间更多的让给学生,课堂是学生的,是以学生为中心的,讲的过多,学生即使听的津津有味也不会全记住。引导学生更多地参与学习体验学习探究学习,通过师生和学生之间的互动、交流、讨论经历求知的探究和能力锻炼的过程。三是教师要欢迎学生个性的张扬。过去教师喜欢学生服服帖贴,对爱说爱闹的行为不予鼓励,抑制了学生个性的发展。因此,教师必须转变这种居于学生之上的管理者的做法,调动学生展示学习的个性,鼓励学生敢于讲话,敢于提问,敢于评价教材内容和评价别人,敢于把自己获得的有关信息应用学习之中。这样调动学生是开发学生个性资源的基本表现。四是要唤起学生自主学习的意识,让学生产生自己能学的意识,要调动起这种意识,就要让学生自己读书,自己体会内容和乐趣,要让学生在同伙伴们的讨论、交流中学。自己体会大家在一起研究学习的乐趣和收获;要让学生在玩乐中学习,通过很多方式的快乐活动,把教材知识内容引入活动,会有很好的收获。学生自主学习意识是在兴趣中调动起来的,是在认为自己能学的情感中形成的,有了一种自主意识,学习的品质和精神就得到了提升。五是要引导学生走出教科书,走出教室,充分利用校内外、体育课的各种学习资源给学生感性刺激,激发学生爱祖国、爱家乡的情感,形成健康的审美心理,不仅会丰富学生的生活与学习内容,而且会使实践学习的过程成为人文素养形成的过程。六是教师要当学生发展的促进者,就要用高度的热情和能力把学生引入自主发展的新天地,着眼学生的发展,着力教学创新,这应是我们每个教师的追求转变的一种表现。
正如教育部长所说的,没有爱就没有教育,没有责任就办不好教育,要把责任的教育放在师德建设的首要位置。振兴民族的希望在教育,振兴教育的希望在教师。高尚的师德是成为“人师”的最重要的素质,人类优秀的文明成果和高尚的道德品质正是由教师薪火相传,传递给了一辈又一辈的莘莘学子,使民族和人类具有更加美好的未来。

一、师德修养方面
爱的教育,是教育力量的源泉,是教育成功的基础。夏丐尊先生说过:“教育没有情感,没有爱,如同池塘没有水一样;没有水,就不能称其为池塘,没有情感,没有爱,也就没有教育。”未来的教育家应该投入全身心的力量去爱学生,爱教育,只有爱才能赢得爱,你爱教育事业,教育事业也会爱你,你才能获得事业上的乐趣。你爱学生,学生也才会爱你,也才会让你在和他们的交往中忘记外面的世界,忘记生活的烦恼。朱和新先生也讲过:教育是一首诗,诗的名字叫热爱,在每个孩子的瞳孔里,有一颗母亲的心。教育,需要母亲般的爱,但是教育的爱,更需要尊重,更需要赏识,更需要宽容。

新一轮课程改革在为整个基础教育改革提供新的动力的同时,也在改变着教师传统的教学观念。教师必须改变以教师为中心为学生为中心的教学理念,一切以学生为主体,而教师却是扮演探索者、学习者、合作者、引导者、倾听者、欣赏者、支持者的角色,使课堂教学过程成为一个师生情感共融、价值共享、共同创造、共同成长、共同探求新知、共享生命体验的完整的生活过程。在新课改的理念下,一个好的教师必须具备三个层面的素质:深厚的文化底蕴,教育的理想和信念,教育的智慧,包括批判性地使用教材的能力以及教学机智等。其中文化底蕴是最重要,最难做到的,也是教师最为缺乏的。因为只有具备深厚的文化底蕴,教师才能内源性地生长出教育的理想与信念。此外,教师必须要养成读书的习惯,经常参加教育科研活动,参加各种教师培训活动,提高自己,充实自己。
三、教师专业发展方面
学校要发展,教师是关键。在课程改革逐步推进的背景下,教师的专业发展被提到了前所未有的高度。作为年轻教师来说,教师专业发展要经得住学习关、实践关、职业倦怠关的考验。
专业知识是一位教师外在美的依托!教师的专业知识包括通用知识、学科知识、教育知识。社会、历史、天文等知识既有涵养人文素质的价值,又能在一定程度上满足学生多元化的需求。教育学、心理学等教育知识和学科知识则是教师专业化的必然要求。新课程中有不少新知识、新实验、新方法。不学习,不重构学科知识体系就会落伍,所以教师应该对这些知识进行粗读、细读、摘读、丰富自己的专业知识。
教育是一门艺术,教学本质上更是一门实践的艺术。大凡成功的教师都是很注重学习基础上的实践。教师专业成长的第一步是把书教好,让学生喜欢你。要做到这一点,就要研究课堂教学实践。课堂是教师的试验田,教师务必立足课堂,立足学生,立足教材。若没有研究,就不能提供贴近学生需求的教学方法,使教学成为一种“无效“的教学;没有研究,也就没有教师个性化的教学特色;“教师即研究者”是教师专业发展中的一个重要理念,有条件的教师要进行教育科研。

一、教育伦理与职业道德

二、高校教师职业道德的特点与功能
