  一、挂职锻炼期间体会

  从施官镇来到xx街道,两地经济社会发展水平相距甚远。就财政而言,xx街道XX年财政收入6.2亿,今年的目标是8.3亿,到十二五末达到20亿。xx街道的经济和社会等各方面发展迅速,我个人认为,成功经验所在:

  (一)目标明确,布局新颖

  xx街道发展的指导思想明确,始终围绕“三争一创”,即科学发展、改革创新与和谐稳定争第一,创建先进党组织的奋斗目标,具体赶超目标是栖霞街道,以八大行动,推进27个重点项目发展,力争在XX年南京市评比中获二等奖。发展规划具体,布局新颖,主要是以xx街道、中山科技园和沿江科创中心三驾马车为核心齐头并进,增强经济发展的实力。

  (二)重点突出,发展先行

  工作绩效奖惩机制,在绩效工资兑现方面,还采用风险抵押方式,接受工作任务时,工作人员按规定上交风险抵押金,在规定的`时间内完成目标任务,不仅退还抵押金,同时按照一定的比例兑现配比奖金,提高了工作效率,激发了工作热情。

  选人用人机制。三大板块除了正式编制的100人外,另有聘用人员200人,采用聘用制,聘用人员工资与经济利益和工作实效直接挂钩。结合实际工作需要,将所有人员分配到xx街道、中山科技园和科创中心从事专门工作。

  二、下步工作打算

  (三)加大招商引资力度,加快施官经济发展。找出与xx街道的差距,找准自身定位,在强化服务上下功夫,充分利用自身优势,全力实行招商引资和人才兴镇的战略,加快镇域经济发展。

  (四)统筹城乡发展,建设美好家园。加快商贸城建设力度,改变集镇面貌,以建设美好乡村为目标,重点打造贾龙村示范点建设。加快农业产业结构调整的步伐,积极发展一村一品特色农业。利用大塘风光互补和东寺港旅游开发项目,加快发展第三产业。通过这次挂职锻炼,使我们看到了两地之间的巨大差距。这种差距的形成有历史、地域、条件等方面的原因。我们既要看到不足,更要增强信心。学习主要是学习他们解放思想、与时俱进、锐意进取的精神,目的是把我镇的发展搞上去。我们要认真总结自身的发展经验,看到拥有的发展潜力和优势,鼓舞斗志,振奋精神,加快发展,努力构建和谐施官。

  两千八百多名学生,面积不宽的校园,但每次下课、出操,却看不到拥挤而追逐打闹的现象,看不到满地乱扔纸屑、包装袋的现象,他们轻声慢步下楼梯,互相谦让走在校园里;出操时按班级井然有序地按队形走出去,返回来,给我们展示了一个文明守纪的良好形象,这是拥挤校园内的一个文明管理。学校成立少先队大队部来履行对学生出操、清洁卫生、行为规范等方面的管理,星期一升旗时,大队部代表对上一周同学们的'表现好坏进行小结,学校给表现好的班级颁发小红旗,以示奖励,这在很大程序上提高了学生自我约束、追求进步的积极性。因此,我们每天看到的都是一群天真活泼、文明、守纪、努力向上的学生身影,校园窄而不挤,学生多而不乱。

  当然,这一切得益于学校具有完善的各项规章制度,从而有效地规范了师生的行为,保证了学校按“创百年名校,育百年人才,争百名强校”的办学目标发展。

  今天,观摩了晋江实小明媚老师的两节英语课,明媚老师在英语课堂上没有刻意追求语言的华丽、课件的精美,更没有摆那些好看而不实用的花架子。她完全是站在学生的角度去考虑,呈现在我们面前的是真实的.、常态下的高年级英语课。没有很多浮躁的、形式上的东西,让人感觉自然、亲切,让我们真正体会到英语课堂教学的朴素与扎实。 当然,她精心独到的教学设计更是不在话下,从她的课堂教学中,我们能感受到教师的准备是相当充分的:不仅“备”教材,还“备”学生。她的课,设计精巧,能最大程度地调动学生的学习积极性,充分挖掘学生的潜力。今天的学习,可用两个字来概括:惊叹!

  我有幸参加景山小学为期二个星期的跟班学习。这次跟班学习,真的很感谢景山小学的领导和老师,他们满足了我们跟班学习教师提出的需求。让我们体会了学校一日常规,班级一日常规及学校丰富的业余兴趣活动。有幸参加了学校的每周一至周五的英语教研活动及课后的课堂教学评价活动,收益多多。最深印象就是工作环境好,同事之间关糸和谐,大家相互学习、相互帮助、相互尊重、相互勉励。特别是课后的教学评价上,他们毫不保留地交流课堂教学过程中的优点、存在的问题及改进建议。这种激烈的评课氛围让我内心深受鼓舞。

  这次跟班学习不仅自己能亲身体验课堂教学,还听了许多班级教师的优质课,在这些教师的热情、细心、耐心指导下,我觉得自己无论是在课堂教学设计上还是在重点把握上,心中都有了一杆秤。这里的老师们都具有丰富的教学经验,个个是教学能手,在很多方面都有自己独到的看法和见解,看问题也比较全面、细致。在每次听课结束后的评课中,教师们都进行广泛交流,这给了我深入了解他们教学设计思路的机会。让我更深刻地体会到了“合作学习”的重要性。

  这次跟班学习,我感触最深的一节课就是五年级四班黄老师讲的课,她那扎实的英语学科功底,广博的学科知识,游刃有余的课堂驾驭能力,无不让我叹服。课堂上她微笑着面对每一位学生,使用一些鼓励性语言激发学生参与课堂的积极性。师生互动成分比较多,学生在课堂教学中不在是听众,而是整节课的'主要参与者。她在评价学生时,使用的语言贴切、适时、到位。别说孩子了,就连我都觉得内心深受鼓舞,倍受激励。

  本学期我跟学校信息教师吴喜旺同志跟班学习。她是三到六年级的信息教师。在吴喜旺老师的课堂教学中教学,教学方法灵活,富有情趣,启发引导学生快乐的去学习。在我跟班学习的这段时间里,她不仅时时以自己独有的教学风范,在课堂里为我树立了高师的楷模。还耐心的指导我学习。双语教学是学校的主要教学工作之一。我校从20xx年开始就开展了双语授课,学校也培养了好多双语教师。汉语是对我们少数民族来说第二个语言。为了提高双语教学质量促进自己的双语教学水平,我在“跟班学习”中不断提高自己的汉语水平,一边钻研教材,一边认真备课后在进行了授课。备课中按照新课程改革的要求来认真备课,不断改善了自己的教法和学法。

  为了提高自己的专业水平还跟结对老师学习,向她学习备课、说课,评课,怎么抓住教学重难点。教学中先听她的课、后邀请他们去听我的课,课后进行了评价,请她指出优点和不足点来帮助并引导我教课。改善了自己的教学方法并激发了学生兴趣。一个月最少听汉族老师的八节课并认真地做了听课记录。在听课和评课的过程中不断找出自己的不足点并积累了她的教学经验。为了提高自己的口语表的能力找汉族老师学习了朗读教材中的课文,文章和报纸来纠正了自己的`正音正字。结对老师廖建平还抽时间来帮我备课,分析教材,讲课,怎样导入新课,怎样解决问题,批改作业等方面进行了教导。

  这学期我不但积极参加了学校安排的各项双语活动,积极配合结对老师参加各项经验交流活动。

  通过这学期的不断学习我有很大的收获,无论上课,还有评课,备课,教学方法,汉语普通话等方面有了很大的进步。在学校的公开课当中也取得了较好的成绩。今后为了更加提高自己的汉语水平和业务水平多向汉族老师跟班请教,多听他们的课,从听课中取长补短,把学到的知识应用到自己的教学实践中。除了上课,评课,备课以外我还要多抽时间跟她交流一些怎样能提高教学质量和怎样搞好师生和家长的关系等问题。这样能提高自己的汉语水平和业务水平。

  为提高员工素质,从今年7月份起,管理处开始分批委派员工到县林业局对口科室跟班学习。本人被安排在第三批,跟班岗位主要在文印室和档案室。通过这段时间的学习,本人在思想觉悟及工作技能等各方面均有了不同程度的提高。以下是本人的一些心得体会。

  一、凡事从小抓起。

  1、本人这次在文印室跟班,发现该科室的同志均能按

  时上下班,严格遵守单位规章制度,有事外出必须先先请示办公室,组织纪律性很强。我们作为林业系统的成员之一,就应以林业局为榜样,不能因为地处偏僻就自甘落后,散漫无形,而应从严要求自己,加强本身的组织纪律性,随时随地树立“我代表管理处形象”的大局意识。

  2、“加强效能建设”当中,有一项是“艰苦朴素勤俭节约”。在这一点上林业局文印室做得很好,只印了单面的纸,他们会存起来留作下次打印试稿时再用。相比之下,我们管理处行文时用纸就比较随便,不注意节约,在工作当中,也时常由于粗心等原因而存在“点长明灯,开长流水,开长转空调”的不良毛病,这是我们每个工作人员都应注意的。

  二、工作上存在不少差距。

  1、行文上差距还很大。自打单位改制后,本人岗位在行政计财科,一个人身兼几职,“文书”—“文印”——“档案员”。工作状态从原来管理处的“整日无所事事”到现在自以为是的“任重”而行,本人一开始很不适应,也曾经大发牢骚过。通过这次学习,本人接触了林业局办公室的公文,这才领会了什么是“小巫见大巫”,他们不仅公文写作水平高,而且拟写的公文数量浩大繁多,应对的方方面面很多。相比之下,管理处的行政工作量是少之又少,想要胜任本人目前的岗位,只要在今后的时间里多加练习和培训,注意积累经验,增进自己的行文能力,工作效率即可提高。

  2、小兵也能干大事。文印工作一向给人以枯燥乏味烦琐重复的印象,其实不然,在文印室跟班学习的这段时间,本人学到了很多文印工作技巧,以前要自己摸索很久的东西,一经别人指点马上就通了,真是“行家一席话,胜读十年书”。文印工作里头的学问其实大着了,只要你潜下心来学,能学的东西还真多,当中还能收获不少的乐趣。

  3、员工基本操作还待提高。在林业局,几乎各科室的工作人员,都会最基本的现代办公操作技能,电脑办公、传真机、数码相机、复印机等都会使用。而目前,我们管理处各科的很多工作,都是由行政计财科来代办。这就在无形中增加了行政计财科的工作负担,工作效率又从何谈起。因此,要抓机关效能建设,转变干部作风,管理处各科人员首先必须学会办公基本操作。

  4、县里下达文件的渠道不甚畅通。我们管理处虽说是一个县直单位,但由于地理位置原因,县里许多的文件并没送达管理处,管理处也就无法知晓县里的形势和动态,落实和执行就更无从谈起。本人这次在县林业局档案室学习,更加深切体会到我们资讯的落后,他们办公室已经执行完毕可以销毁的文件,我们管理处甚至都还没有接收到。

  有一个深刻的例子就是,元月初,县档案局下文,要求各单位以后的文件按新档案管理条例来归档,但由于没收到该文(至今仍未收到),行政计财科就按旧的归档办法来进行整理,可想而知,投入的工作量不只白费了,要返工的人力物力更是加倍,这就是信息不畅通所带来的后果。因此为避免以后再发生类似情况,建议管理处在县行政办公中心,同其他县直单位一样,设立一个交换柜,以便县委县政府存放下发的各种文件,管理处可以不定期上去取回。

  三、团结协作,人少力量大。

  1、县林业局在县里应该算得上大单位,它内设近10个科室,每个科室有几人到十余人不等,人员多机构庞大,但整个单位动作起来却有条不紊,秩序井然,各科室之间也是相互帮忙团结协作,工作氛围很是融洽。而我们管理处人员少,内设机构也较为简单,论起规模来,充其量也就林业局一个下属科室,要管好应该是比较容易的。我们人少,但只要团结起来,人人尽其所能,身兼几职,也一样能产生大力量,从而推动保护区事业更好更快更强发展。

  2、改制后,森林旅游这一块发包给外商经营,这对管理处来说可谓是发展的黄金阶段。因为沉重的债务,人事相对简单得多,终于可以放开手脚,全力以付地投入到保护工作当中。大家也看到,改制后不到2年时间,保护区的资源保护、科研宣教以及社区管理工作均取得了突破性的进展,并正在步入正轨。因此,天时、地利加上人和,我们保护区一定会乘上发展的双翅,在不远的将来,跻身广西乃至全国先进自然保护区典范。

  经过两周在海口市实验中学紧张而有序的跟班学习后,让我感触很深,无论是学校的师资力量,还是我们学员的学习态度,都让我受益匪浅。

  首先,是学员们的.热情感染着我。每天按组长的通知,我们八点十分在校门口集中,按之前分配好的三个年级小组选择要听课的班级,上课之前在该班门口守候,事先告诉要被听课的老师,以表示尊重。每天放学的时候,集体讨论,然后才一起离开。小组之间凝聚力强,谦虚的向老师们学习。每次听完课,都以授课老师及时的沟通,反馈信息,起到很好的互助作用。

  其次,该校教师的师德师风让人敬佩。无论是年轻教师还是年长教师,他们上课的精神和面貌都很好。每天预备铃响之后,每位教师都进入课堂,在正式上课铃响之前有的甚至都已经讲课了,所以每节四十分钟的课都无形中上到四十五分钟。老师们课前都会认真的备课。第一周周三学校数学组活动中,我发现他们的教案写得非常工整与详细,作业与练习批改也很积极、认真。在上课的时候,老师们都会把知识讲细、讲精,不仅让学生们学会,更要学通。

  在学习过程中,印象最深的有三位老师。其中两位是初三级组熊富霞老师和吴广益老师,他们都是资历深厚的老师,上课非常的风趣幽默,课堂气氛也非常的活跃,可以很好的掌控整个课堂。并能将知识延伸到课本之外,让学生体会趣味生活、趣味数学。

  另外一位是初二级(6)班的雷忠平老师,他上的是平方差、完全平方公式让我学会很多知识,以前八年级我最怕这两个公式,学生屡学不会,更不要说灵活运用。通过老师的就一反三,可以让学生很好的区分的同时,也可以灵活的贯穿到实际解题过程中去,让学生更深刻的认识,更好的应用。

  做为一名年经教师,我自身的教学经验,肯定是有不足的地方,此次跟班听课,我发现某些老师的历史课给我带来了很多的企发。他们在上课时,与学生的互动性很高,不在是那种传统的老师讲、学生听的单一模式,通过采取互动授课的方式,让学生对历史课感到兴趣,调动了学生的积极性,也强调要让学生亲自动手实践。因为只有这样,学生才不会觉得历史课枯燥无味。也只有这样,才能让学生在快乐中不自觉地记住很多知识,而且在这样的学习环境下,学生所记住的东西往往是很多的`,并且能深入的理解其中的精髓。我觉得这是我最应该向其它老师们学习的地方,我作为一名新教师,由于我的课堂控制能力还感不够,所以大部分上课时间都是我在讲,学生在听,一味地向学生灌输,而忽略了让学生通过自学去发现,去寻找,去领悟。另外,在这一周中,下午的时候我们比较有空,然后大家就会聚在一起讨论,交流一下各自学校的教学和管理方式,我想这也是这次跟班学习的目的之一吧,来自不同学校的教师聚在一起,交流一下各自上课和处理问题的方式,取长补短,肯定有利于我们今后的教学工作。特别是在后来我们要上汇报课时,大家聚在一起讨论,都发表了自己的看法,,出谋献策,充分体现了“人多好办事”的古训。

  在区工商局法制处跟班学习期间,正好赶上单位开展“转作风强责任勤学习善作为”主题活动,我也主动参与到每周阅读一小时活动中,利用下班时间到阅览室翻阅各类书籍,扩充知识面的同时保持良好的学习习惯。此外,我还在领导同事的帮助下,快速掌握了本处室的基本业务,熟悉了相关的法律法规,并学会了合同审查、拟写复函、制作工商执法证件等具体业务。也许区直单位的工作不像基层那样繁琐,但我从领导同事的身上,依然看到了亲力亲为、兢兢业业的敬业精神,依然感受到了他们对工作的那份热情和负责,于我而言,无论是书本上的知识,还是领导同事的言传身教,都让我学到了很多,很是感激。

  按照组织的统一派遣,自今年5月3日至今,我在六合区xx街道跟班学习两个月。六合区和我县地域相邻,同处南京经济圈核心圈,其管理体制机制创新理念和经济发展模式很值得我们学习借鉴,县委组织部选派我们12个乡镇主要领导到六合区4个街道挂职锻炼,主要学习乡村建设、招商引资、文明创建、维护稳定等方面先进理念和经验、工作机制和工作方法,在新的实践平台上取人之长、补己之短,不仅有利于推动我县城镇经济、文化和社会各项事业发展,还有利于在六合区深度宣传来安。通过两个月的跟班学习,深入走访、调研企业、座谈交流、查阅文件资料等方式,学习他们解放思想、与时俱进、锐意进取的精神和发展经济的魄力,收获颇丰。

  一、挂职锻炼期间体会

  从施官镇来到xx街道,两地经济社会发展水平相距甚远。就财政而言,xx街道XX年财政收入6.2亿,今年的目标是8.3亿,到十二五末达到20亿。xx街道的经济和社会等各方面发展迅速,我个人认为,成功经验所在:

  (一)目标明确,布局新颖

  xx街道发展的指导思想明确,始终围绕“三争一创”,即科学发展、改革创新与和谐稳定争第一,创建先进党组织的奋斗目标,具体赶超目标是栖霞街道,以八大行动,推进27个重点项目发展,力争在XX年南京市评比中获二等奖。发展规划具体,布局新颖,主要是以xx街道、中山科技园和沿江科创中心三驾马车为核心齐头并进,增强经济发展的实力。

  (二)重点突出,发展先行

  街道工作,可谓是千头万绪,错综复杂。而xx街道发展的实践证明,没有中山科技园、沿江科创中心和紫金(六合中山)科技创业特别社区的建立,就没有xx街道经济的高速增长。xx街道以“项目为王、税收为要”突出经济工作为重点,组建专业的招商队伍,搭建专门的招商平台,在巩固好和服务好现有企业外,依托中山科技园,科创中心,发挥人才和技术的特长与优势,重点抓好、抓实招商引资工作和税收工作,将招商项目和税收任务分解到街道各部门,村、社区以及中山科技园、科创中心。各部门积极建言献策,心往一处想、劲往一处使的团队合作精神和干劲,确保招商引资和税收任务的完成。

  (三)机制灵活,成效显著

  xx街道的发展采用三驾马车竞争机制,将xx街道、中山科技园和科创中心分为三大板块,各板块任务分工明确,分管责任清晰,自成体系,开展工作。每各板块由一名班子成员牵头,专项负责各板块具体任务。

  xx街道的发展还采用了321人才引进机制,就“资本、智业、人才、资源”四个方面,打造人才工作创新创业服务平台,提供人才方面的保证。工作绩效奖惩机制,在绩效工资兑现方面,还采用风险抵押方式,接受工作任务时,工作人员按规定上交风险抵押金,在规定的时间内完成目标任务,不仅退还抵押金,同时按照一定的比例兑现配比奖金,提高了工作效率,激发了工作热情。

  选人用人机制。三大板块除了正式编制的100人外,另有聘用人员200人,采用聘用制,聘用人员工资与经济利益和工作实效直接挂钩。结合实际工作需要,将所有人员分配到xx街道、中山科技园和科创中心从事专门工作。

  (四)重视基层,统筹发展虽然xx街道经济发展实践证明了中山科技园、科创中心和紫金(六合中山)科技创业特别社区的重大作用,但是它的发展也同样离不开xx村、社区的紧密联系。村、社区的建设按照“四有一责”即持续稳定的集体收入、功能齐全的活动阵地、先进适用的信息网络和群众拥护的双强带头人,深化党组织领导责任的工作思路,将“四有一责”纳入统筹城乡科学发展大局,以集体经济实力、功能综合服务、信息网络覆盖、农民工作组织、村庄环境治理、村级干部素质等“六项提升工程”为重点,明确提出建设目标。明确目标后,进一步细化、强化基层服务工作,大量日常的农业、社会等事务由村、社区直接承担,如计划生育、社会保障网络直接建到村和社区,群众可直接去村、社区的服务大厅办理相关业务,不需要到街道办理,节省了办事的时间,提高了办事效率。作为村级干部,在一心一意为民谋福利的同时,不担心自己的工作待遇问题,村级干部的基本工资按照当地农民收入的1.5倍,绩效工资按收入的0.5倍发放,街道为其办理保险,这样,解决了村级干部的后顾之忧,极大的促进了村级干部的工作热情。

  二、下步工作打算

  学习回来后,我们将进一步借鉴xx街道的工作经验,结合我镇实际,理清工作思路,注重从以下几个方面,进一步发展镇域经济,实现富强、繁荣、和谐新施官。

  很荣幸能有这样一个机会让我参加了第二批赴xx跟班学习。我们所到的学校是xx五中,这个学校办学时间不算长,却有着丰富的教学内含。一个月来聆听当地教育专家和特级教师的讲座,跟班听了近40节课,每天过得忙碌而充实,因为经常能听到或参与到不同类型的讲座、上课、微格教学、教研活动、质量分析、心理辅导、班主任培训指导工作坊等,每一天都能感受到思想火花的冲击。这是我人生中最难得最重要的一个月,不仅仅是能通过跟班学习了解了本学科的教学方法和先进理念,更重要的是通过学习我们获得了一种精神的力量,因为在五中有一个团结协作凝聚力很强的领导班子,有一个勤奋敬业的教师队伍。

  在五中我们每天都能感受到以校长许小华为代表的教师队伍他们的教学规范、理念超前。引领着我们如饥似渴的跟他们学习,下面是我发现的同是中学的教育,他们就是与我们不同。

  一、教材不同,足见五中教师功底深厚。

  在xx五中,他们用的都是浙江出版的教材,科学是一门课程包括物理、化学、生物、地理,社会是一门课程包括历史和社会,思想品德。科学、社会都是由一位老师从初一教到初三。科学课初一主要是生物和地理,也含有少量的物理和化学,有的知识分章节,第一章物理,第二章化学,第三章地理,第四章生物,有些知识点可能牵涉科学的所有科目。例如初二第一章讲水。习题也是可能物理题中涉及地理知识,化学题中涉及生物知识,这要求教师必须是全能者,教师在大学里学习都是学物理专业、或化学专业、生物专业,可在五中当科学老师,大学里没有学的非专业知识都得自学掌握,否则就无法完成教学任务,xx五中学习的练习册全是xx市自编。

  二、研讨不同,不谈课改每周都有活动。

  四、大型活动、经常开展地域优势明显。

  在五中一个月内,我们参加了大型的国培班心理辅导科技活动,素质教育专家水力老师大型的讲座活动,廖丽娟教授的大型家长会,由区政府在周末举行的成长心连心大型公益活动等,这些活动请来的专家学者给孩子上课给家长们上课均为免费,这是我们xx很难能遇上的。

  五、校园十景,校长理念超前。

  六、学后反思,深刻体会:

  1、做教师是一件幸福的事。这是我的第一个感想,在我们的物质待遇不断提高的同时,精神世界更丰富。从事教师职业,与人打交道、与人沟通,经常感受人的智慧、情感,在这个过程中,不断丰富自己的精神世界,可以提升自己的人生品位。所以,教师应当以开阔的心境、愉快的心情看待自己的职业。从对工作目标的不断追求中培养自己的职业情感。而每一次的成功,都会带给你快乐、喜悦和成就感。在工作中保持信心,端正态度,这样就能化沮丧、挫败为乐观、自信与成功,有效地克服倦怠心理。在这个物欲横流的时代,要守住一份清贫,是多么的不易,特别是当看到城市林立的高楼,自己却无立锥之地,别人开着宝马奔驰,自己却不得不骑着自行车来回奔波,心中,难免失落。但通过这次学习,了解了xx五中的教师们在教育上不以为苦,反以为乐的精神,于是我明白,人生的意义并不都是通过金钱来衡量,人有不同的活法,“三千弱水,我只取一瓢饮”,只要我们“愿意做事,用心做事,真心做事”,只要我们对社会,对家乡发出一点点光和热,哪怕渺小,但我们活得坦荡,活得充实。通过这次培训学习,我感受到作为一个教师崇高,更明白的这份职业沉甸甸的责任。面对未来平凡而漫长的教学生活,我不再茫然,不再麻木。

  2、专业观念的转变。这次培训,使我提高了认识,理清了思路,学到了新的教学理念,找到了我们教师自身的不足和差距。以前,我们的教师都认为对指导学生的自主探究也有一点的认识,但苦于无法摆脱旧的“以教师为中心”的教学模式。虽然知道要发展学生的能力,要让学生体验发现知识的过程,但在课堂上却仍然走教师讲、学生听的老路。不学习,不研究,闭门造车,坐井观天。不知道别人是怎样教的,别人在教什么,也不知道自己应该怎么做。每天守着学生,对着教参,照着练习试卷,凭着自己读书时老师给自己上课的'感觉来上课。就我目前的教学而言,最看重的就是学生的分数,简单的说就是学生的考试成绩,它是老师的生命,所以老师们整天围着学生转。课内效益不高,就利用课外补——学生戏言星期日为星期七。花了大量时间,反而出现了学生烦老师累的痛苦局面。忽视了学生的心理特点和已有的学习经验。常常以我们成人的眼光审视学生,用成人的标准要求学生,并以自己多年习惯了的“题海”教学方式要求学生。“问渠那得清如许,为有源头活水来。”这次跟班学习,我体会到了清水出芙蓉天然去雕蚀的美丽,指导教师、大学教授、名师专家从不同的角度给我们展示了涉及中学各种教育教学多方面领域的精湛讲座,让我从全新的视角了解了当今教育教学中最前沿的理论和研究,更让我在今后的教学和研究得到了方法上的指导和方向上的指引。五中许小华校长的“真实课堂”——“真想改、真要改、真在改、真实改”理念构建,让我眼前豁然一亮,茅塞顿开。
