　　今天是我实习那么久的第一次上课，早上的时候就开始很紧张，连早餐都吃不下……到了学校，指导老师关老师问了我一些情况，自己讲的很没有底。后来老师知道了我的紧张，就跟我聊天，消除我的紧张感，希望我表现好点。确实在聊天的时候我忘记了我要上课的紧张，可是一停止聊天，我就想到了要上课，心又提到了嗓子眼！

　　终于，第三节来临了，自己心里直打鼓，还是告诉自己：不要怕，随便上就好！一看到老师和同学坐在后面，心又紧张起来了，脑海里一片空白，紧张得语无伦次了！自己设计好的语言什么的，全都忘了！也因为今天是补课，学校的上课铃声没有响，学生都在操场上玩，叫了几个学生去叫他们回来上课都叫不回来。最后，幸亏铃声还是响了，不过已经过了上课时间好几分钟了！

　　可能是同学第一次看见我上课，刚开始的时候他们还是有点没有纪律，不过也算给我面子了，很快的就和我配合很好了！一整节课下来，觉得学生跟我还是有蛮好的互动，老师也说这是我的亮点，是我上课的风格！不过到了后半节，自己有点乱了阵脚，学生也就开始乱了起来！不过经过调整，大部分学生恢复了状态！

　　现在，来总结这一节课：

　　1、学生学习热情虽高，不过自己的提问不够好，使得学生“放得出去，收不回来”

　　2、自己的课堂设计有问题。这主要体现在课堂时间分配不合理。导入花费的时间太多，还有过多的互动浪费了很多时间，使得还有一个知识点没有讲透！（虽然其他老师也没有讲完，可是，本来自己的设计的要讲完的，出现了意想不到的情况，自己处理不好！）

　　3、重点抓到了，可是难点却没有突破！

　　4、板书设计不好，擦了又擦，把自己的例题板书都擦去了！

　　5、太过于口语化，如：快点算，快点，我跟你讲……显得随便，学生可能会不重视，也不利于班级管理！

　　6、提问语不够准确，过渡语不够自然！

　　7、强调不够多，学生的错误没有细讲！
