  其次,作为一名年轻的园长,对于当什么样的园长,办什么样的幼儿园正是我所面临的问题,讲座中很明确的给我们提出了现代园长应具备的观点和要求以及现代化的幼儿园应该达到的要求,明确了我们园长的.角色和幼儿园的发展方向,在此次学习中,让我们明确幼儿园的管理不容忽视,从师资、设备、环境、孩子、家长等各作为一名管理者,应首先领会幼儿园科学发展的内涵,切实转变教育管理理念,努力营造科学发展的氛围,为幼儿园走上科学发展之路积极创造条件。在管理方面,要摈弃传统的监督、检查者的观念,切实树立为家长服务、为教师服务的观念,甘心情愿当好家长平等的合作伙伴,当好教职工开展幼教工作的支持者、合作者与助手,放下架子,深入教职工中,深入家长中,研究问题,解决问题,同心同德促进幼儿教育科学发展。

  二、坚持以人为本,加快教师专业成长的步伐,全面提高教师队伍的整体素质。

  这次活动,让我认识到自身在教学中存在的问题,五位老师的展示给了我启发和引导。上午开展的是优秀课例教学活动。由王丹、李丹丹、王姝娜、何启亮、张婧五位老师给我们带来的精彩展示。五位老师的游戏设计结构很明显,符合幼儿的发展目标,游戏的环节紧凑,层层递进,由易到难,教具准备的也很充足。观看了五位老师的游戏展示课,我明白了开展游戏时要层层递进,由易到难。每玩一次,提一个游戏规则,游戏的关键是师幼互动,玩游戏时,还要给幼儿足够的空间和时间。同时,音乐游戏课,音乐的选择是很重要的,一定要选择清晰易懂的`音乐。

  今后我在开展规则性游戏活动中,第一要抓好这个游戏的规则点,第二在设定游戏领域时要考虑领域的特性,最后在游戏的设计上难度的环节要层层递进。观摩了这次活动,我想对自己真的是一个质的提升,相信今后的自己对此类活动的组织一定会更加得心应手!

  下午是5位老师的幼儿学习故事分享,没听之前对于幼儿学习故事一头雾水,在分享后我慢慢地体会并了解到了以下几点的重要性:

  1、幼儿园游戏的类型:一是幼儿自发生成的游戏,如角色游戏、建构游戏、表演游戏等,常见在区域活动或自由活动时间。一类是教师设计的游戏,如探索性游戏和规则性游戏。

  2、游戏中,教师的作用:幼儿学习的观察者和支持者。

  通过5位老师幼儿学习故事的分享,我对幼儿学习故事有了初步的了解。老师们的幼儿学习故事深深的感动了我,我们要有一双善于观察的眼睛,发现幼儿生活中的点点滴滴,学会记录幼儿成才的点点滴滴。

  4、活动形式丰富起来,为幼儿创造活动的空间。

  例如,在开展体育活动的时候,需要锻炼他们跑的技能。这时,我就会带他们玩“小孩小孩真爱玩”游戏,活动身体的各个部位,做好跑的准备。幼儿对整个游戏相当感兴趣,在游戏中幼儿自然而然学会了跑的技能,发展了追逐能力,同时还满足了他们游戏的需要。
