今年8月17日,暑假才刚刚开始,我和章兴敏校长、文海生副校长、文东海副校长同全县的其他中学正、副校长、各中心小学正副校(站)长以及县教研室的相关领导81人在麻江县委、县教育局的精心组织和安排下于当天下午4:00在县教育局五楼会议室集中开会准备前往重庆市西南大学进行校长培训。在会议上葛玉兰副局长传达县委、县教育局的良苦用心,并再三强调培训学习的重要性和必要性,杨斌主任对培训活动进行了具体安排,5:00我们准时了出发。
第二天中午我们准时到达重庆市西南大学培训的一个基地——北碚区海旭花园酒店,在那里得到了西南大学的热情接待。下午县委常委、副县长龙国胜,教育局局长胡晓平也亲自来到了培训基地看望我们,使我们更加坚定参加培训的信心。19日上午8:00,“开班典礼、入学教育”如期进行,与会的领导有西南培训学院院长陈时见、副院长林萍,麻江县委常委龙国胜、县教育局局长胡晓平等,大会由林副院长主持。首先,由陈时见院长介绍西南大学发展历史和现在的师资情况。西南大学始建于19XX年,原名川东师范学堂,几经发展演变,遂成今日之国家教育部直属、由国家教育部、国家农业部和重庆市共建的西南大学。西南大学由原西南师范大学和原西南农业大学于XX年7月合并组建而成,位于重庆市北碚区,是一所综合性全国重点大学,教育部直属72所高等学校之一、国家免费师范教育试点的6所高校之一,教育部与农业部共建的8所重点大学之一;国家“211工程”重点建设高校和国家“985工程优势学科创新平台”重点建设大学,是国家建设高水平大学公派研究生项目60所合作院校之一,国家“111计划”成员高校。

第三,胡晓平局长在会上讲话,他强调我们每个学员要珍惜本次培训机会,要认真学习,用学到的知识指导我们今后的工作。胡局长说“有什么样的校长就有什么样的学校,要想提升麻江县的教育,首先要提升校长们的素质!”这句话,更是增强了我们“做一名好校长,办一所好学校”的使命感和紧迫感。
在接下来的培训中,翟时雨教授给我们解读了《学校领导的语言艺术与人格魅力》(翟时雨教授生于1930年,1954年毕业于西南大学(原西南师范学院)汉语言文学系,留校任教。1957年毕业于中国科学院语言研究所语音研究班。1992年评聘为教授。曾任汉语言文学系主任、校对外汉语教学中心主任、校学术委员、校学位委员、校语言文字工作委员会副主任、校工会副主任。重庆大学顾问教授、重庆联合职业技术大学名誉校长、中国语言学会理事、汉语方言学会理事、四川省语委委员、四川省语言学会副会长、重庆市社科联理事、重庆市语言学会会长。1992年被国家语委评为"全国语言文字先进工作者"。1993年获"曾宪梓教育基金奖"。1993年起获政府特殊津贴。)。已经80岁高龄的翟教授鹤发童颜,思维十分活跃。在讲座过程中,翟老利用从自己丰富的人生阅历中提取的大量事例材料,深入浅出地为我们讲解了关于语言表达艺术在教育教学中的作用。他声情并茂的讲说不时地引得全场听众开怀大笑,使大家在愉悦的氛围中获得了知识。讲座结束时,全场响起了此起彼伏的掌声,我们用掌声表达了对翟老先生的敬佩,不仅敬佩他拥有渊博的知识,更敬佩他有着一种积极乐观的生活态度和不屈不挠的探索精神,而这也是我们的校长领导们必须要学习和掌握的。
通过此次讲座,翟老师让我们意识到,作为未来的教师,语言是我们必须具备而且善于掌控的一种能力,只有拥有良好的口才,老师们在综合素质上才会有进一步的提升和发展。
在李达武教授《快乐国学与师德修养》的讲座中,我们本以为一个老教授可能又来唠叨一早上了,其实不然,李教授引用《诗经卫风硕人》《周易》等国学名篇,“四书”、“五经”、“二十四史”、“三玄”等国学经典,以及李白、王之涣、苏轼、李清照等名家诗词为我们解读了“快乐国学”的要义,“以古鉴今,启迪人生;拓展学识,净化心灵;丰富感情,提高能力;边走边唱,健康上进;心存感激,奉献爱心”。积极倡导大家要善于发掘内在美,要以充实的生活、简单的快乐、健康的身心装点自己的人生。讲座历时3个小时,我们在国学文化的熏陶与李教授“边走边唱”的特色讲学中充分品味了“国学”的真谛,现场不时传来阵阵掌声。李达武,女,61岁,又名达五,当过知青、丝厂工人、曲艺演员、展览馆解说员等,1978年恢复高考后考入大学,1982年毕业留西南师范学院任教,现为西南大学文学院副教授,主讲中国古代文学、中国古代诗歌艺术研究等课程。是西南大学“十位最受欢迎教授”之一。

垫江县委常委,西南大学兼职教授徐兴旺教授《学校突发事件与校长维权》为我们讲解了有关教育政策的法律法规。本来是枯燥无味的法律条文,徐教授却能结合自身经验、学识,在讲解中不时插入几句幽默的语言,竟使得整个会场,充满了轻松愉快的氛围。在这种氛围里,我对教育法规有了更深一层的认识,作为一名校长掌握一定的法律法规是很有必要的,尤其是教育方面的法规。他说一个不懂教育法规的校长如何去谈依法治校?在谈到校园安全时,徐教授通过几个触目惊心的实例,让我们切实感受到抓好安全教育的确重于泰山,我们在抓好教育教学的同时,一刻也不能放松安全防范工作。毕竟,生命不保,何谈教育?他说教育安全无小事,天有多大它就有多大,要求我们千万千万不要忽视它,要做到时时讲,时时防,认真履行好学校和教师的职责才能避免校园安全事故的发生,同时也才能很好地保护好自己。
王牧华教授从实用主义的角度上,结合自身实际,为我们讲解了校本教研,校园文化,以及如何在“纪律和自由中实现双赢”等我们日常所接触到的,看似平常却不知从何下手或难以干出实效的工作,无疑为我们今后的工作提出了完美的参考。
在培训过程中,我们有两个下午是听电教报告,内容是《阳光心态》,由清华大学博士吴维库教授主讲。他说心态影响人的能力,能力影响人的命运,不能改变环境就适应环境,不能改变别人就改变自己。不能改变事情就改变态度,不能向上比较就向下比较。人就是要活在当下,塞翁失马就是一个典型的事例。做人难,做事难,一百个人中,就有九十九个人会这样感叹。其实,大家之所以有如此想法,主要是由于缺乏一种阳光心态。他举了一个很有趣的例子,从前,有两个秀才一起进京赶考,在路上看到了一口棺材。一个秀才说:“可真够倒霉的,赶考的路上竟然会碰到棺材,看来这次考试我是没希望了!”另一个秀才说:“棺材,棺材,是升官发财之意。看来我的运气来了,这次我一定能高中状元!”在两种不同心态的影响下同样的.考题,由于他们的心态不同,所以当他们答题的时候,他们的努力程度也就不一样。结果正如他们对自己的预测,第一个秀才名落孙山,第二个秀才则高中状元。之后。他们都对自己认识的人说:“那口棺材可真是灵验啊!”

学院的李森教授、博士导师同样从宏观出发,为我们介绍了教育理论、实践报告的发展走向及如何更新教育观念,如何走向优质教育,以及在几次重大教育变革中到我国教育发展的利与弊、得与失。在下午的讲座中,李教授又从微观角度为我们讲解了基础教育的一些教育模式和教学方法,让我们进一步明白了如何评课,如何备课,如好上好课这些日常具体得不能再具体的工作。
7月30日,是整个集中培训的最后一天。在这一天,西南大学培训学院书记张国镛教授、硕士导师为我们解读了《统筹城乡教育改革发展的几个问题》。在讲座中他阐述了统筹城乡教育发展缘由,从党的十六届三中全会的六个统筹规划到十七大的十个规划统筹,为我们阐释了最新的教育理念及治校策略。他告诉我们,当一名校长要有自己的思想,要让学校处处充溢书香,要让学校成为一个友情的天地,校长不要当处处灭火的消防队员,要做一名布道者,让师生们认同你,要把教育当作自己的人生追求,要每天都有创意地去努力工作、幸福工作。
十二天的培训结束了,但专家学者精彩的讲座仍不时冲撞着我们的灵魂,给我们鞭策,催我们奋进。近半个月的学习,领导、专家、名师,他们为我们擦亮了迷茫的双眼,他们为我们点燃了思想的火把,他们为我们注入了前进的动力,他们为我们指明了今后努力的方向。

一、做一名专家型校长,把学校建设成一个精神特区。
管理型校长要质量,专家型校长要的使学生的健康成长。我们以前的教育只是片面强调教学工作,只注重学生的成绩,忽视了学生的心理和生理特征,把孩子当成出成绩的机器,忽视了他们的快乐,忽视了他们的健康成长。
虽然教学工作是学校的核心工作,成绩是衡量学生好坏的重要参数,但不是唯一参数。学校应该是一个让学生安全、健康、快乐成长的地方;学校应该是一个让孩子的理想、品格、习惯朝着正常人的方向发展的地方;学校应该是一个让孩子知识、能力、情感都能快速增长的地方。
因此,作为校长一定要明白“学校如果不抓成绩不是学校,只抓成绩办不好学校”的道理。把学校建成精神特区,是优化学校环境的需要。学校要抓文化建设,抵御外来不良思想影响,营造积极进取,奋发向上的精神氛围。办好学校必须营造校园小氛围,必须满足教师的精神追求,让教师充满激情和力量。教师的人格魅力,职业态度和精神修养直接影响着学生的学习成绩。要优化育人环境,建立和谐的人际关系,充满激情的工作环境。校长要成为学校精神领袖,要培养教师热爱教育的情怀。
学校要全员发动,全面推进,全力以赴转变教师教育观念。教育观念的转变必须落实到课堂教学中,要坚持科研新校,组织教师通过学习更新教育理念采取拜师会等方式,促进青年教师成长。深入开展教育科研课题研究以解决教学中的难点,利用天平理论充分树立学生的自信,发挥学生的主体作用。素质教育的本质是解放学生,增强学生的学习主动性,变讲堂为学堂,变学会为会学。

在课堂教学中,学生是学习的主体,教师起组织,引导、参与的作用。因此,课堂中不是看教师讲得多么精彩,而是看学生学得是否主动,学得是否精彩。这就得有思想观念的转变,教育观念的转变。
三、让每一位教师都成为学校的动力之源。
点燃教师的激情,盘活整个教师队伍应是校长的职责之一。那么,要点燃教师激情,校长就要做好三件事:
一是放大教师的闪光点、优点与长处;
二是为教师提供成功的机会;
三是大力宣传教师的成果。
因为教师的成长一样需要得到学校领导的认可与肯定,一旦自己的工作得到了学校领导的肯定,家长的认可,往往就能爆发出前所未有的激情与冲动,并且不达目的誓不罢休,同时还能激发和鼓舞其他教师,形成你追我赶的良好竞争态势。

五、校长要树立以下几种意识
1、学习的意识
社会的发展寄托于教育,教育的发展关键看学校,学校看校长。校长要善于学习,有独特的办学理念,学校才有生机和活力。要当好一名校长,首先必须勤于学习,学习是进步的先导,不学习是落后的象征。作为一名合格的校长要认真学习党的大政方针和相关的教育法规,做刻苦学习的典范,才能做到工作有思路、有创新。
2、服务意识
一名好的校长首先必须要有良好的服务意识,当好师生的公仆,站起来能当伞,俯下去能做牛,耐得住清贫,忍得住寂寞,镇守住自己的学校,正确处理好班子间的工作、生活关系。当好主管而不主观,处事果断而不武断,充分听取大家的意见和建议,做到互相支持不拆台,做到思想同心,事业同干,做到层层分工,层层把关,层层负责。从各方面关心好每一位同志,建立好友谊。
3、教育质量意识
校长工作的核心是务必狠抓教育质量,质量是学校的生命线,是学校的立足之本,是师生的荣誉。一所学校质量的高低,是否有竞争力,关键看这所学校校长的管理能力。要全面提高教育教学质量,就必须提高校长的管理水平。
4、创新改革意识
