  子曰:“学而时习之,不亦说乎?有朋自远方来,不亦乐乎?人不知而不愠,不亦君子乎?”小时候,我便能将这一句话倒背如流,却从未想过,有朝一日,我能来到孔子的故乡——曲阜。所以当我得知周末要去曲阜进行研学时,我的心情久久不能平静,我迫不及待地想要去看看孔圣人的家乡,去接受圣人的熏陶。

  我们这次研学旅行是两天一夜的,虽然只有短短的两天一夜,但我还是学多了很多知识。我们参观了孔府、孔庙、孔林,这里规模庞大,合称为三孔。导游说过孔子的出生地在尼山,他的身世坎坷,他3岁丧父,17岁丧母,家境贫寒。但他却崇尚和平,推行仁义治国平天下的思想。他有门徒三千,深通六艺者七十二人。在此后的几十年中,形成了一个影响华夏千秋的儒家学派。

  我们去的第一个地方就是孔庙,一到达孔庙,我就被它的宏伟与肃穆所震撼。孔庙主要的建筑有五殿、一阁、一坛、两庑、两堂、17座碑亭,分别建于金、元、明、清和民国时期。那高大的殿门、高高的门槛、显示出历史斑驳却仍散发魅力的木梁,都让我体会到孔子的高尚德行。

  我们从孔庙游学至孔府。孔府有“天下第一家”之称,是孔子嫡系长期居住的府第,也是中国封建社会官衙与内宅合一的典型建筑。孔府中令我印象最深的是内宅的宅门,宅门内壁上面有一幅状似麒麟的`动物像,名叫“贪”。据说是一种上古的神兽,传说它生性贪婪,能吞金银财宝。尽管在它的脚下和周围已全是宝物,但它并不满足,还想吃掉太阳,结果却被太阳所融化。把”贪”画在这里,是在警示后人莫贪多无厌,要做官清廉。我以后也要牢记“莫要贪”。因为人一旦有了贪念,就可能会做出一些错误的事情。

  我xx年月份来到xx工业园工作,担任土建技术员。这对我来说既可以说是机遇,也可以说是挑战。因为我以前在小建筑公司工作,从来没有在像咱们这样的大公司工作过,对我们公司的工作流程、工作模式、工作方法等都不是很清楚,一开始时工作压力很大。在这种情况下,为了搞好工作,我不怕麻烦,向领导请教、向自己同事学习、自己摸索实践,在很短的时间内便熟悉了工作,完成了角色转换过程,明确了工作的程序、方向,提高了工作能力,在具体的工作中形成了一个清晰的工作思路,能够顺利的开展工作并熟练圆满地完成本职工作。在一年多的时间内,我本着“把工作做的更好”这样一个目标,开拓创新意识,积极圆满的完成了公司布置给我的任务。

  1、结构部分

  1)开工前,施工单位按设计图纸要求,严格编制本专业施工方案,对关键点编制作业指导书,监理单位确认后执行。同时在施工准备过程中对班组进行技术交底,班组对所施工内容做到心中有数,按施工规范严格要求。施工过程中,做好班组自检、复检、专职检“三检”工作,同时做好分部分项质量检验评定记录、隐蔽记录及相关质保资料;

  2)施工过程中我方严格控制成品、半成品及原材料,必须有出厂合格证及产品说明书。合格证为抄件的,要由原件存放单位的资料负责人加盖转抄章方能有效。有复试要求的必须按规范要求见证取样做复试报告,合格后方可使用;

  3)钢筋加工过程中,如发现钢筋焊接性能或机械加工性能显著不良,还必须做化学成分检验,如有问题及时处理。所有钢筋焊接接头及机械连接接头应严格按照相应规范做好检验工作;

  4)施工过程中我严格按照图纸、设计变更要求施工,钢筋绑扎、焊接、成型、支模和混凝土的浇灌工艺均符合《钢筋混凝土结构施工及质量验收验收规范》以及工程监理部门的`要求;

  在7月份杭州高级人才交流会上认识了杜总,我拿到的第一份资料就是介绍新厂画册,当时只是觉得企业规模很大,和杜总交谈后,感觉老板很平易近人。对其它方面就不太知道了,特别是对化纤行业几乎一无所知。通过三个月的亲身体会,对化纤行业和公司有了一定了解。公司的理念被杜总通俗的解释为五个发,确实是很恰当,本人对这一理念非常认同。公司发展不忘回报社会的壮举,令人敬佩。公司以人为本、尊重人才的思想在实际工作中贯彻,这是大发能发展壮大的重要原因。在十一年时间实现跨越发展的确很不容易,争做全球第一是大发的雄心壮志,也是凝聚人才的核心动力。现在xx在涤纶短纤行业起到了举足轻重的地位,今后还将更加辉煌。

  二、遵守各项规章制度,认真工作,使自己素养不断得到提高。

  爱岗敬业的职业道德素质是每一项工作顺利开展并最终取得成功的保障。在这三个月的时间里,我能遵守公司的各项规章制度,兢兢业业做好本职业工作,三个月从未迟到早退,用满腔热情积极、认真地完成好每一项任务,认真履行岗位职责,平时生活中团结同事、不断提升自己的团队合作精神。一本《细节决定成败》让我豪情万丈,一种积极豁达的心态、一种良好的习惯、一份计划并按时完成竟是如此重要,并最终决定一个的人成败。这本书让我对自己的人生有了进一步的认识,渴望有所突破的我,将会在以后的工作和生活中时时提醒自己,以便自己以后的人生道路越走越精彩。

  三、认真学习岗位职能,工作能力得到了一定的.提高。

  跨入公司这个平台一年多以来,我觉得自己成长了一部分,也感觉自己滞留了一部分。其实很多时候成长和退步都是同时进行的,我们每个人的精力都有限,在一个仅有的空间里,我们所能提升的也只能是一部分,还有一部分如果我们自己不去想方设法的提升的话,也只能局部停留了。所以这次谈起自己的成长,我还是觉得有那么一些感触的。

  一年多,对于我这个刚刚毕业的青年人来说,或许并不长,很多人依旧在社会上彷徨,也有很多人依旧没有目标和目的地,其实对于我来说,对于这份工作而言,我认为自己是很满足的,但是也有一些不满足的地方。比如说自己的野心得不到实现,自己的目光不够长远等等。这些在我的生活里也制造了一些困扰,但是面对这一份自己比较擅长的事业,我还是很满意自己这一年多的表现的。

  在这一段时光旅途之中,我认为自己成长了的部分主要表现在自己的逻辑上,以前自己的行动力和想象力并没有这么强,处理事情的逻辑也不是很强,这一年多,让我感觉到最为明显的就是自己在语言表达以及写作顺畅度上有了一定的提升,或许很多时候文笔并没有很好,但是我认为不管我在一个什么样的状态里,我的逻辑起码是对的,并没有辜负这一次行动。

  但我比较缺乏的还是一个进步的决心。因为对于这份工作,我们还是会有一个过渡期,在这个过渡期里,我曾经一度感觉到麻木,所以对自身的提高也是比较少的。一开始我还会想着去提升自己,但是慢慢的,我发现在每日工作完毕之后,自己的身心都是比较疲惫的,再执笔时也感觉自己的思维有些跟不上了,或许这就是我在这份事业上的一个疲惫期吧。

  着让我感受到了工作的几个特点,就是团结,准时,和保值。因为在工作中一个人根本做不完工作,大家一起配合工作才能够把工作做好,任何一点都会影响到我们工作,并且想要把工作做好做快,分工是最有效的办法,因为每个人都有着自己的想法都有着自己的长处,在岗位上发乎出自己的工作长处,利用长处工作,保证质量和数量。

  在岗位上想要不断的学习,以前认为到了岗位上就不需要学习,但是没有想到的是,到了岗位之后反而要被在学习上学的更多,需要付出的努力也更加多,如果要做好工作就要靠我们一点点的去提升,去整理,把学到的技巧及时的用到工作上面,一边学一遍连,学的多练得多才能偶在工作中做好,每天我都坚持着做好自己的学习任务,把学习的东西学好了之后我发现自己的能力才得到了提升,这是后我发现原来工作也不是非常难。

  而我在刚进入工厂实习的时候,因为掌握的东西不够,需要学习的`很多所以经常感觉自己做的不够好,要加强学习和努力,我也经常给自己提醒要自己努力学习,可是重视不认真,当被工作难住之后,我开始逼迫自己学习我才取得了不错的成绩,我时长告诫自己要认真要努力,不能有丝毫的松懈和怠慢必须要为自己的工作付出。每天都在岗位上加强锻炼,都在不停的做好自己的任务,我认为一个人想要发展考的是自己的努力更靠的是一股不屈,愿意前进的心。

  来到盐城中学已经整整一个月的时间了,在这一个月内,虽然不敢说自己兢兢业业,但是至少自己是刻苦努力的了。把以前在大学中学的教育的理论现在搬到时实践中来,学然后知不足,教然后知困,正是知道自己不足和困的地方了。发现不足只有努力弥补,进一步学习,学习之余便是反思,这样才能有所突破。

  在学哲学的时候学习了矛盾的理论,现在在教育中用矛盾的理论分析,有所小得,所以写出来,不怕贻笑大方。

  教学中也有矛盾,教学的矛盾可以从两个方面来讲,一个就是教的矛盾,一个是学的矛盾。教的矛盾实际上也是教师的矛盾,学的矛盾也多是学生的矛盾。

  一、博与专的矛盾。

  博大精深是一种完美的理想的境界,在现实生活中,两者相互依靠也相互排斥着。对于一个体育教师来说,博就是了解各种相关的知识,如地理学、人文学、历史学、社会学等等,专就是在专业领域内有深刻的认识和独到的见解。譬如说是民俗体育,民俗体育本来就是体育的一个部分,属于体育的范畴,但是民俗属于社会学的内容,一个体育教师想要透彻地了解民俗体育就必须对社会学有所了解,不同地域的民俗体育有不同的地方,又要求体育教师有相关的地理学的知识。就是有个专业内容,要求博的积累。这是博和专的统一。但是对于一个体育教师来说,专业出色,必然要经历千锤百炼,花大量的时间训练才能提高自己的专业水平,而一个人的时间和精力是有限的,无论博和专的知识都是无限的,这样的一个矛盾就出来了。解决的方法只有教师个人勤学苦练,赶在时间的前面。

  二、师道尊严和融入学生之间的矛盾。

  师道尊严是在中国古代儒家思想中特别重视的一个部分,所以又说天地君亲师这样的排序。在我们现在的社会里,还要不要提倡师道尊严?当然要,这是促进教学工作的一个良好的条件,当一个教师在学生的心目中有恶劣威信感,学生会不由自主地模仿教师的行为和活动,这样我们的教学目标就很容易实现。但是同是也提倡教师融入学生的生活中去,只有融入到学生中去,才有恶劣对学生的了解,了解以后才可能会因材施教。师道尊严是在融入学生的生活中实现的,但是矛盾就是过分融入学生的生活,可能就很容易失去师道尊严。尊严在一定的意义上讲也是在一定的神秘感上产生的,除非是圣人,但是教师的职业是神圣的,不代表每个教师也是神圣的,教师是有血有肉的鲜活的人。解决这样的`问题的关键就是在一个度的问题上,如何把握这样的一个度,就是要求教师在实践中渐渐地摸索了。

  三、师逸和师勤的问题。

  我们知道有各种不一样的风格的教师,有的`教师的风格偏向逸型,这里的逸不是懒惰,而是对学生采取一种相对来说是让学生感觉能够比较自由发挥自己的特长,就是教师的控制少了。而令有种教师是师勤型的,这样的教师勤勤恳恳地工作,一丝不苟,不会有丝毫的懈怠,对学生的培养尽心尽力,这样的教师的风格当然也提倡,那么什么样的风格更适合学生,恐怕也要看学生的整体风格了。

  四、人格力量和社会陋习的矛盾

  往往教师很辛苦地教育学生,尤其是道德教育,学生在学校的学习效果也很好,但是社会的一些非主流的思想的影响,使学生的概念发生了碰撞,这样学生选择了怎样的一种概念教师却很难有办法控制,这就是教师的人格力量和社会的一方面陋习的矛盾。

  五、主课与非主课的矛盾

  这次暑假在医院的实习我主要就是负责照顾一名白内障患者,一对一帮助照顾,在这样的一次实习活动中让我学到了特别多,也看到了很多,是一次特别有意义的实习。通过这次在医院的实习,我了解到了工作和学习是有本质差别的,学习只是单纯的学习书本上的知识,有点纸上谈兵的意思,但是工作就不同了,工作是通过实践,把理论知识与实践操作相结合,积累社会经验,所以二者既有差别,也有相同点,是相辅相成的,不管对待学习还是工作,我们都要以一颗诚实好学的心去对待,去面对。

  一谈到“会长”之类的有关领导管理的名词,我自然地想到初上任的我应该去查阅一些管理应用的书籍。于是我经管理学院的李华君老师的推介,找来了三本书———行政管理学(张永桃著)、公共关系学(王乐夫)、组织行为学(彭和平)。一段时间后,我从中找到一些值得自己借鉴的方法,并以之联系社团的工作去实践。

  当上会长后,自己跟别人的交际明显增加了,因此,如何提高交际技巧是值得探究的。这其中就涉及到说话的艺术了。要把一句话说得让对方清楚明白,是要注意自己的声调和发音的正确性;还要注意语速,如果说快了对方会听不到就结束了,说太慢对方会不耐烦;有时适当地加些身体语言,有助于对方了解自己的意思和活跃气氛。而在听对方讲话时也要注意自己的仪态,这时一边看着对方一边聆听是一种礼貌,对吧!

  总之,说话的艺术在于我看来,就是一个左右兼顾,上下负责的说话要求,有时候也是协调全员公共关系的一个很好的途径。而在我们这个社团的品牌活动([迎新生]、[送旧生])中,大家共聚一堂,我与新生、老生们的相互沟通,就是要在这方面下功夫!

  在我未担任这个职务之前,我留意到其他同类的社团,他们一年下来都比较少活动,除了会长被广泛认识之外,其他人员之间是很少认识的,或印象不深,或知其人不知其名。因此我计划在任期间尽量多办些活动,借此来拉近大家的距离,联络大家的感情,欲达到双向沟通的效果。而自从开学以来,我们已成功举办了“鹤山农庄一日游”、“重阳节登山”、“男生节晚宴”,后续的活动还计划在元旦去探望毕业的学长(江门就业的),下学期的活动还陆续有来。总之,感情是需要投资的!

  当上会长,是不能高高在上的,是要时时“体察”下面的“民情”。例如,天气转冷时需要添棉被,就带他们去购物,顺便带他们去看看周围的市场环境;要借书的,帮他联系熟悉的同学,看能否找到所需之书;想回去复读的,听听他的意见是否合理?等等这一切都需要发费时间,尽管你当时是白忙交加,也要抽出时间来先处理这些“民情”。这就要求我们能敢于牺牲自我利益,正确对待特殊人物!

  不管是搞活动还是处理“民情”(学习与生活),归根到底都要加强自我修养。因为其中都会涉及个人的言行举止、思想个性的问题,只有从自己做好开始,严律自宽待人,让自己变得聪明、勇敢、豪爽、热情,才能把其他事情做好,与其他人相处好。

  俗话有说:“以人为镜,可明得失。”那么,要加强自我修养,我们身边的人就是很好的典范。林老师经常表现出来的从容不迫和执着;虽只给我们上过一两节课的李林英老师,但我就能感受到她的.循循善诱;还有我的小组各位成员所表现出的认真态度、善解人意、健谈、思维敏捷、管理理念等。这些,都值得我这个会长去学习的。

  说到这里,不禁让我想起王力宏的歌[改变自己],在这里跟大家谈如何当好会长,其实我觉得这是一个认识自己、改变自己的过程。在重新认识自己的过程中,我又发现自己不太适合当这个会长,因为前面所谈到的所需素质,我大部分都不具备。但我不是一个容易放弃的人,现在我已认识到自己的一些不足,那我去改变自己的时候就有目标可寻了!一个人能够不断发现自己,改变自己,这才是一个进步的人!我认为。
