一、爱国守法

因材施教是教学必备条件之一。事实上,许多教师行为偏差,也正是由于不了解学生的心理特点而造成的。
我们常说,教学要获得应有的实效或效果,必须依赖于我们对教育的两条基本规律的遵循。

在信息爆炸、知识爆炸的时代背景下,教师这项工作也赋予了更丰富的内涵。教师工作既有着传统性、继承性,也有其创造性。
教师要学习历史沉淀的知识,但仅仅如此,是远远不够的,因为知识在不断的更新,学生个体也在不断发生变化,所以教师更要不断更新自己的知识,以适应不断变化的学生和社会的需要。
所以,随着社会的变迁,教师必须要有终身学习的观念,并付之于实践中。我经过暑期的师德师风学习中,体会到教师应具有以下几种主角:
一、博物学家
教师要有精深的本专业知识。“要给学生一杯水,自己要有一桶水。”中国一向就很重视教师的专业技能,师范大学按学科来分系就充分体现了这一点。教师必须精通所教学科的基础知识,熟悉学科的基本结构和各部分之间的内在联系,了解学科的发展动向和最新研究成果。
教师有了宽厚的知识,才能透彻的理解教材,灵活的处理教材,准确的教授教材。同时,时代的发展对教师渊博的知识提出了新的要求。
新时代教师不但要有本专业精神而博大的知识,还应有更为广泛的文化修养,这是因为,各学科的知识联系日益紧密,自然科学与社会科学之间不再有鲜明或者绝对的界限。
很多时候,缺乏一方面的知识会限制另一方面知识的理解和深入,比如,物理知识的缺乏就会限制语文或外语教师对科普文章的理解。
其次,教育的`对象也不再是过去的“单纯”“天真”的年轻一代,他们经过现代化的各种信息渠道了解到许多新知识,他们往往能提出许多形形色色,五花八门的问题,而这时若教师的知识较为狭窄,就会有碍于其“高大”形象的树立。知识在不断的更新,所以教师还应像海绵一样不断地汲取知识,不断地拓展自己的知识面。
二、心理学家和艺术家
有人认为教师所掌握的学科知识越丰富,越全面,越系统,专业素养就越高,教学就越好。这其实是另一种对教师工作的较狭隘的看法。在现实生活中,我们经常碰到这样的教师,知识渊博,学富五车,对专业知识的精深的了解令人叹为观止,但可能这样的教师却并不受学生的欢迎,经常是,教师只管自己授课,学生只管自己玩乐。
这是为何?因为这一类教师无法将自己所掌握的精深的专业知识形象地传授给学生。所以教师还必须了解学生的兴趣、心理、思维方式等方面的知识,仅有这样才能构成师生间的有效互动。新世纪的教师必须具有必须的教育科学(教育学,心理学,教学法等)的知识,具有将所掌握的教育理论转变成教育教学的实际能力。
北京师范大学最新的改革一“4+2”就充分研究到了这一点,所谓“4+2”就是4年本科专业知识教育加2年的教育管理的学习。这样,既巩固了专业的知识,同时又学到了许多教育心理及教育艺术等必不可少的知识。
因为教师并不是被动理解和贮存他人知识的容器,而应是一个个鲜活的生命个体和创造主体;真正制约影响教师行为的不是外显的理论,明确的知识,外显的理论和明确的知识仅有内化为教师的信念时,才能真正对教师的教育行为产生影响;外界他人或古人的研究成果仅有与特定的教育情景相吻合,进而发展成具体的教育学策略时,才能对教师的教学起作用。而这一切都离不开教师个体的理解力,领悟力和创造力。
所以,在新世纪要想成为优秀的中小学教师,还应具有较强的悟性,表现力和创造性。有教育知识而无表达能力的教师在新世纪中只能是不合格的教师。

这一点对刚踏进教师这一行业的新教师而言,更为重要;要从教学技术,教学策略和手段上进行反思,要思考怎样最大限度地将所拥有的知识传授给学生。同时也要反思教学理论和道德,教学目标和价值,使教师真正实现教书育人两方面的职责和义务,此刻很多教师都忽略了“育人”这一职责。
其实,从某种角度来讲,要学生学会做人比单纯传授给他们知识更重要。在此,还要对教学过程本身进行反思,要反思教学所依靠的社会背景,因为有时候,同一知识点在不一样的背景下,会有不一样的理解,仅有这样才能对教学过程更为有效,更为准确,更为全面地反思。相信教师仅有在不断反思中才能不断取得提高。

一、德高为师,身正为师
教师要具有素质教育的能力。从我们的民族传统上讲,当教师最重要的就是要诚信、守礼,这也是人的品德的形成。受教育者要得到的不仅仅是知识,更重要的还是品德。教师在传播知识的过程中的性格、品德包括价值观,都会影响到学生的成长。
另外,教师要做到:平易近人、严中带慈、公平待人、勤奋好学。严厉并不是苛刻,老师也是有七情六欲的,但不能把学生当作发泄的对象,这不是教育学生。传统中的师德师风与新时期的师德师风都应该是一致的,以前的学生对教师要绝对服从,但现在则要求教师对学生也应尊重,这是个进步。因此,新时代的教师在关爱和严格要求学生上要提出新的'标准。
行动实践远胜于说教。师德,不是简单的说教,而是一种精神体现,一种深厚的知识和文化品位的体现!其实,在常规的教育教学工作中,许多教师都在用行动诠释着师德师风的真正。师德需要培养,需要教育,更需要的是——每位教师的自我修养!让我们以良好的师德,共同撑起教育的蓝天!
二、学高为师。
曾经有位大学教授说过:现在我国的中小学教师存在三个主要问题:不读书、不研究、不合作。
读书学习 ——丰富的知识是教师生存的本钱。只有不断汲取营养,大树才能旺盛葱郁。课程改革需要教师有广博的知识,因此我们要多读书学习,少批判。

另外,充满激情是做好教学工作的前提。一堂好课,如果没有老师的激情,难以在课堂上营造出一种充满活力的氛围,学习没有积极性,教学效果是达不到的,要充满激情,首先必须热爱教师这份职业,并且要爱学生。正如教与学是互长一样,教师与学生之间应该达到心灵的共鸣。
研——反思与研究,踏上教师专业成长的快车道。
教师的专业成长过程分为四个阶段:
准备期、适应期、发展期、创造期。
在繁琐的教育教学中,教师的职业倦怠感不时的向我们袭来。也许防止或降低教师职业倦怠的主要途径就是增教教师工作和专业发展的自主权。
三、教师要有正确的教育理念。
教育的责任在于把每个学生身上蕴藏的独特的强势智慧挖掘出来,发扬光大,以不断提升生命的意义。
报告中老师展示了四种育人境界:

反思我们在教育教学中都采用了哪种境界呢?

暑期师德培训已结束,短短的几天学习,使我受益匪浅。我,作为一名青年教师,从那崇高的人生追求、高尚的师德情操、无私的奉献精神中,学习了知识,得到了启发,也受到了鞭策。
刚刚走上讲台的时候,常常回忆起自己上学时的情景,那时曾因喜欢一位老师而喜欢一门功课,同样,也曾因讨厌一位老师而讨厌那门课的学习。我想一个被学生喜欢的教师,其教育效果总是超出一般教师的。
教育事业就是爱的事业,没有爱就不会有教育。作为一名教师,就应关爱每一个学生,在生活上关心学生,在学习上帮助学生,让学生在感受爱的过程中,理解爱,学会爱。教师对学生的“爱”应是真诚的、无私的、广泛的、一视同仁的。尽管学生情况不同,但要相信每个学生都能在老师爱的教育下长大成才。对每一个学生的关爱,都应该是毫无保留的,无论是对品学兼优的学生,还是对顽皮、学习成绩不理想、需要心理疏导的学生,教师都要主动去亲近和关爱他们,让学生感到老师是自己最信赖、最尊敬、最亲近的人。其实,每一个学生都是好学生,他们身上有不同的闪光点,只是有的没被发现。这就需要我们教师在平时的工作中善于捕捉学生的闪光点,夸奖学生,激励每一个学生上进,赏识每一个学生的才华,让每一个学生积极参与,期待每一个学生获得成功。我常常把更多的爱,倾注在那些后进学生的身上,倾注在那些需要帮助的学生身上。
作为一名教师,要更新观念、努力创新,担负起教育下一代的责任,主动思考,虚心求教,肯干、实干,不断在实践中摸索总结,尽全力把工作做得细致、扎实。同时,细心总结工作经验,在摸索中前进。
“昨天的孩子,课本是他们的世界;今天的孩子,世界是他们的课本”,身处课改大潮中的一名普通教师,该以什么样的态度来面对今天的`教育?我想,我应该快乐地迎接每一天,以正确的态度面对自己的事业,面对自己的工作,面对自己的学生,全身心去研究课程、教材、学生、教法等,让自己的教育教学水平得以提升,做到德才兼备。抓住“课改”带来的发展机遇,树立较强的科研意识,走进新课程,刻苦钻研课堂教学艺术,争做善于吸收的学习型教师,善于研究的反思型教师,敢于探索的创新型教师。

Summer teacher moral training has ended, just a few days of learning, so I benefit greatly. I, as a young teacher, from that noble pursuit of life, noble moral character of teachers, selfless dedication, learning knowledge, get inspired, but also by the spur.
When I first took the podium, I often recalled the time when I went to school, when I liked a teacher and loved a subject, and likewise, when I hated a teacher and hated that subject. I think a teacher who is liked by the students will always be more effective than the average teacher.
The cause of education is the cause of love, without love there will be no education. As a teacher, we should care for every student, care for students in life, help students in learning, so that students in the process of feeling love, understand love, learn to love. Teacher's "love" for students should be sincere, selfless, extensive, equal treatment. Although the situation of students is different, but to believe that every student can grow up under the teacher's love education. Care for each student, should be unreserved, both for students with good character, or naughty, unsatisfactory academic performance, the need for psychological counseling students, teachers should take the initiative to get close to and care for them, so that students feel that the teacher is their own most trustworthy, the most respected, the closest people. In fact, every student is a good student, they have different flashpoints, just some have not been found. This requires our teachers to be good at catching students' flashpoints in their normal work, praising students, motivating every student to get ahead, appreciating every student's talent, letting every student actively participate, and looking forward to every student's success. I often pour more love into the backward students and those who need help.
As a teacher, we should update our concepts, strive for innovation, take up the responsibility of educating the next generation, take the initiative to think, be open-minded to seek advice, be willing to work, do real work, constantly feel and summarize in practice, and do our best to do the work in a detailed and solid. At the same time, carefully summarize the work experience, and move forward in groping.
"Yesterday's children, textbooks were their world; today's children, the world is their textbooks." What kind of attitude should an ordinary teacher, who is in the tide of the curricular reform, have to face today's `education'? I think I should greet every day happily, face my career, face my work, face my students with the right attitude, and study the curriculum, teaching materials, students, teaching methods, etc. with all my heart and soul, so that my education and teaching level can be upgraded, and I can achieve both virtue and talent. 结语: 随着2024年师德师风学习活动的深入,我深刻体会到作为一名教师的责任与使命。通过不断的学习与反思,我更加明确了作为一名教育工作者应持有的道德标准和职业操守。在这次的学习中,我不仅增强了对师德重要性的认识,也对自己的教学行为进行了深刻的自我审视。我相信,只有不断提升自身的师德水平,才能更好地履行教书育人的职责,为培养更多优秀的人才贡献力量。
Conclusion: As the 2024 Teacher Ethics Learning Activity deepens, I deeply appreciate my responsibility and mission as a teacher. Through continuous learning and reflection, I have become clearer about the moral standards and professional ethics that I should hold as an educator. In this study, I have not only enhanced my understanding of the importance of teacher ethics, but also conducted a profound self-examination of my own teaching behavior. I believe that only by constantly improving my own teacher ethics can I better fulfill my duties as a teacher and contribute to the cultivation of more excellent talents.
