01、正确看待“家”
文章对单位进行了明确定义,单位是我们显示自己存在的舞台,是我们美好家庭的后台,是我们提升身价的增值器,是我们安身立命的客栈。认真想想,的确如此。我们在单位待的时间最长,这里是我们个人能力提升所在地;单位给予了我们赖以生存和生活的基本物质保障,这里是我们回报收获主要来源地;单位给予了我们有尊严的社会身份,这里是我们社会支持所在地。如果没有单位,自己就没有体现价值的平台,就没有锻炼成长的舞台,就变得什么都不是!
02、真心爱护“家”
文章说,“如果你是小草,单位就是你的地;如果你是小鸟,单位就是你的天;如果你是一条鱼,单位就是你的海。”既然我们认识到单位如此的重要,那么我们就更应该真心地去爱护单位,爱护“家”。
如何爱护“家”?我认为最重要的就是要有“归属感”。“归属感”是一个人对我们所在单位的从属感觉,也就是一个人在思想上、感情上、心理上对单位产生的认同感、公平感、安全感、价值感、使命感、成就感。我们对单位有了“归属感”,才会把单位当成自己的“家”,单位的每一件事情都与自己相关,真心地关心单位、热爱单位。我从2003年参加工作到今天,换了好几个单位,但无论在哪个单位我都把单位当成自己的“家”,把自己当做“家”的一分子,我总是骄傲地说我是县一中的,我是县纪委的,我是县委办的,我是发改局的……作为单位的一个分子,要始终做到听从指挥、服从领导,遵守纪律、维护团队,要以自己最大的努力为单位增光添彩!
03、努力建设“家”
如何建设好单位?我认为:首先要做好本职工作。一个单位之所以存在,是因为职责所在,而单位的职能发挥需要靠单位的每一个人去努力工作来实现。所以,我们作为单位一分子,都要认真负责地做好自己的本职工作。商务局承担着对外开放、招商引资、对外贸易、商业管理、电子商务、成品油监管等多项职能,如果没有人去管,没有人去做,那么这些职能就不能发挥,单位也就失去意义;也正是靠着商务局每一个科室、每一位职工的担当负责、努力工作才换来全县商务工作的发展进步。
其次要珍惜在一起的缘分。商务局在职员工40人,下岗及离退休职工1500余人。这么多人能在一起工作,真的是一份难得的缘分,我非常珍惜与他们在一起的时光。我经常与年长者一起谈心,征求他们对工作的意见建议,从他们身上学到了很多宝贵的人生经验;我也常到特困职工家中,了解他们的所需、所盼,力所能及地帮助他们的生活,也动之以情、晓之以理取得他们的理解和支持。单位因为历史遗留问题多,的确比较困难,但单位的同志无论年长者还是年少者,都始终保持着团结协作的优良传统,相互补台、和谐融洽,如同一家人,每每让我感动不已。

一、坚持:
坚持执行学校领导下达的任务,而且是不打折扣的执行下去,要超前保质的完成任务,绝对不能拖领导的后腿。
二、忠于:
1、要忠于自己的教育事业。既然选择了当老师这个看似没有“钱途”的职业,我们就应该把它做好,就要对国家负责、就要对学校负责、就要对家长负责、就要对学生负责、就要对自己的良心负责。
2、要忠于做好老师、学生服务工作。当老师、学生有困难的时候,我们要第一时间冲上去,为他们排忧解难,提供帮助。
