　　一、心怀感恩、珍惜工作。

　　01、正确看待“家”

　　文章对单位进行了明确定义，单位是我们显示自己存在的舞台，是我们美好家庭的后台，是我们提升身价的增值器，是我们安身立命的客栈。认真想想，的确如此。我们在单位待的时间最长，这里是我们个人能力提升所在地；单位给予了我们赖以生存和生活的基本物质保障，这里是我们回报收获主要来源地；单位给予了我们有尊严的社会身份，这里是我们社会支持所在地。如果没有单位，自己就没有体现价值的平台，就没有锻炼成长的舞台，就变得什么都不是！

　　02、真心爱护“家”

　　文章说，“如果你是小草，单位就是你的地；如果你是小鸟，单位就是你的天；如果你是一条鱼，单位就是你的海。”既然我们认识到单位如此的重要，那么我们就更应该真心地去爱护单位，爱护“家”。

　　一、坚持：

　　坚持执行学校领导下达的任务，而且是不打折扣的执行下去，要超前保质的完成任务，绝对不能拖领导的后腿。

　　二、忠于：

　　1、要忠于自己的教育事业。既然选择了当老师这个看似没有“钱途”的职业，我们就应该把它做好，就要对国家负责、就要对学校负责、就要对家长负责、就要对学生负责、就要对自己的良心负责。
