  一周的幼儿园培训在不知不觉中度过了,尽管有些累,但我觉得这一周过的很充实。我很感激教育局和海伦国际幼儿园给我们提供了这样一个学习的机会。通过一周的学习,我对幼儿园的一日常规活动、保健、保教工作、财务管理及后勤工作都有了一定的了解,收获颇多。

  学习一周下来感触最多的是幼儿园工作并不像自己想象中的简单看好孩子就行了。幼儿园的孩子年龄小,不懂事,来园之后的吃喝拉撒睡我们都要管,既要管平安,还要有效的开发幼儿的智力。幼儿阶段是智力开发的黄金阶段,因此也备受家长及各部门的重视。由此看来幼儿教育工作的重要性、紧迫性,对于刚成立的幼儿园工作,我们将面临更大、更多的挑战。

  在第一天的跟班学习中,我体会较深的是老师和保育员的辛苦以及伟大。幼儿园的每个教室里都有幼儿一日生活常规时间表及主班配班老师的工作分工,她们要严格按照时间表,认真做好一日生活常规工作。作为一名幼儿教师,幼教工作是繁琐而又辛苦的,需要幼教工作者耐心、细心、爱心、责任心并重,缺一不可,平时的日常生活工作中一点都疏忽不得,更需要有专业的幼教技巧,了解幼儿的生理、心理特点,掌握幼儿的年龄特点、性格差异,因人而异,因材施教,寓教于乐,在调动幼儿情绪的同时,让幼儿欣然接受新鲜事物。保育员要负责孩子在幼儿园的生活,简单说就是照顾孩子。例如,孩子什么时候喝水、吃饭及入厕;杯子清洗后放进消毒柜的时候应该杯口朝下;观察孩子在园期间有没有不舒服;要清楚的记得家长说的`注意事项等细节问题;消除对幼儿存在的各种安全隐患;每天必做的清洁卫生等等。保育工作在幼儿身心的健康发展中占着举足轻重的作用。尽管老师和保育员的职责不同,但要做到并做好“保教并重”、“保中有教,教中有保”却不是一件简单的事。这也是我们今后工作的重点和努力方向。

  保教工作是幼儿园的重头戏,但也绝不可忽视幼儿园的保健工作。如入园前要对所有的孩子、老师进行体检(到指定机构体检),一年一次,学期末进行汇总分析等;每天都要对来园的所有幼儿进行晨检、午检、晚检三次各方面的检查;幼儿园还要有专业的医护人员,负责简单病伤的处理,传染病的预防,幼儿园的消毒等事情。这些好像都是医院或防疫站的工作,但在幼儿园这些工作同样重要。幼儿免疫力、抵抗力较低,如果消毒、卫生工作做不好,遇到传染病的高发期,结果如何,可想而知。

  这次学习我最感兴趣的是幼儿园环境的创设。海伦国际幼儿园,那么大的一个园,环境创设很有特色。她们创设环境的理念是:美观且实用。如楼道内的交通厅,里面张贴有交通规则,自制的交通安全手抄报(文字形式),有交通标志、标志指示(图示形式),有各班自制的车站牌(正面是公交车线路,背面是简单的交规),还有停车场,交警等。活动时孩子们可以自己当交警指挥交通,这无形中给孩子渗透了有关交通安全方面的知识和常识。我还留意到:每到一些节日,如端午节,父亲节,母亲节,每个班的门口都会有相关布置,而且这些几乎没有现成的东西张贴或悬挂,都是老师和孩子发挥他们的聪明才智,利用废旧物品自己制作的。这样让孩子从小对我们中国的一些传统节日的习俗有所了解,还让他们懂得了感恩。还有楼道死角的合理利用,可以布置成音乐小屋,宝贝秀等。总之环境布置不仅要结合幼儿、幼儿园的实际特点,还有美观、实用,这种理念是值得我们学习的。

  海伦国际幼儿园环境有特色,管理有方法,保教并重,值得学习的地方确实很多,以上是本次培训学习我感触较深的几方面,当然收获不止这些。本次培训我还有一个较大的疑惑:民办园和公办园在财务管理方面存在差异,那么公办园在财务方面应该如何管理、操作?希望在下次培训中能将这方面作为重点。再次对局领导和海伦国际幼儿园给我们提供的本次学习机会表示诚挚的感谢!

  最近我园组织全园教师学习了《浙江省学前教育保教管理指南》,同时在09月19日,我还很荣幸得参加了由瑞安市教育局主办,市滨江幼儿园承办的瑞安市幼儿教师“我与指南同行”论坛活动。刚开始我对指南的了解并不多,通过这一系列的学习,我对指南有了初步的了解。《指南》分为课程管理、保教常规管理和教师专业发展管理三方面的内容,总共三十六条。

  在学习的过程中,我对《指南》第十九条“教师要根据本班幼儿的年龄、活动需求以及教室空间布局等实际情况,在师幼互动中共创个性化班级小环境,使环境成为幼儿展示创意、与人交往、获得认同的重要场所。关注主题环境的创设和活动空间的利用,积极利用乡土资源、家长资源、生活资源,创设适合本班幼儿自主活动的区域环境,将班级(区域环境)与教学主题有机融合。”感触很大。以往在创设环境时我们总是很少考虑到“在师幼互动中共创个性化班级小环境,使环境成为幼儿展示创意、与人交往、获得认同的重要场所。”我们总是存在着这样或那样的误区:

  1、老师策划设计的现象普遍;

  2、主题墙面语言过于简单;

  3、主题墙面固定的多变化的少。

  幼儿在环境创设的.过程中变成了“外人”,他们没有机会参与创设,只能算是一位欣赏者。我开始认真的反思自己平时的主题墙创设,反思该如何才能做的更好,环境主题是应该为教学服务,主题靠环境而深入,让幼儿在与墙饰的真正互动中,得到真正的发展。我认为我们应该转变我们的评价理念,让教师在主题墙创设中体验幸福与成功;让幼儿成为主题墙创设的真正主人,视家长为主题创设的重要合作伙伴,而教师只是主题墙创设的艺术整合者;注重主题墙创设的多样化、个性化和动态化。

  结合指南,反思自己平时的各个方面发现在《指南》中还有很多值得我们去挖掘的东西,我会继续努力去学习《指南》,将其中的知道思想大胆的运用到自己的教育教学实践工作中去,积极、大胆实践,认真全面反思,不断提高自己的教学水平。

  我从小学教师转岗投身于幼教育事业已经快5年了,可是还从没有机会参加幼儿保育、教育的系统培训。这次有幸有机会参加了教育局组织的专家对我县全体幼儿教师进行学前教育培训。经过3天专家的集中培训,我受益匪浅,感受颇多,对我今后在幼儿保育、教育工作上有很大的帮助。

  通过幼儿专家、老师系统的、深入浅出的讲解《3-6岁儿童学习与发展指南》,让我懂得了3-6岁学龄幼儿的身心发展规律,从理论上懂得了幼儿保育、教育工作应怎样科学的进行,而在实际的工作中,应该怎样地去科学保育、教育幼儿。我们在以前的学前保育、教育工作中,虽然在认真努力地去做,而且有的在表面上看来效果还挺好的,但通过这次培训方知,我们有的幼儿保育、教育方式是不符合幼儿身心健康发展规律的,我们在实际的幼儿保育、教育工作中把自己老师的位置给定偏了甚至搞错了,老师在整个幼儿的活动学习过程中占了决定性的作用,这不利于幼儿健康快乐地的成长。我们以前在幼儿保育、教育中还有“小学化”教学趋向,重幼儿知识技能的培养,为了迎合幼儿家长的“口味”,我们一味的给幼儿灌输太多机械的东西,这可以说影响了幼儿身心健康的发展,不利于幼儿健康的成长,也不利于幼儿智力的开发。

  根据《3-6岁儿童学习与发展指南》要求,我们应该在幼儿教学中采取游戏化的教学模式。医学科学研究表明,孩子的各种肢体活动能帮助幼儿开发大脑智力,所以我们应该主张幼儿在活动中去学习,让幼儿直接参与、经历活动,使他们的大脑在活动中得到健康发展。为什么我们说幼儿教育就是游戏教育呢,原因就是这医学科学依据。在幼儿教育中,让他们在玩中学,这远比幼儿死记硬背一些东西更有利于幼儿大脑的发育。我们应注重幼儿好的学习习惯和生活习惯的培养养成,让他们学会讲卫生,具有自理能力,具有自己保护的意识,生活上、学习上具有独立性,做任何事情能专注,动作协调,在公共场所能遵守公共秩序,做一个公共场所的小文明人。我们要培养幼儿的自信,与幼儿建立互相信赖、互相依赖的伙伴关系。

  在这次培训中提到了教师与幼儿家长沟通与交流对幼儿保育、教育工作的重要性。在我们幼儿园做得比较欠缺的是教师与幼儿家长的沟通与交流工作。幼儿教育是一个系统工程,不仅涉及到教师,还有家长、社会对幼儿的教育也起着非常重要的作用,甚至幼儿身边的自然环境与社会环境也对幼儿的教育起着至关重要的作用。实际上,幼儿身边能够感受到的、听得到的、看的到的一切,都与幼儿的学习与发展有很大的关系。我们每个幼儿的生活环境、家庭情况、个性特点都不尽相同,我们幼儿教师需要与幼儿家长经常交流、沟通,做到尽量了解孩子的一切,老师才能做到对幼儿教育时心中有数。幼儿保育、教育工作要有针对性,因幼儿而确立具体的教学目标方法,我们在教育上不能搞“一刀切”,一种教育“样板”,社会上需要的人才是多样的,我们在培养幼儿才能时也要多样化,教学模式也不能搞传统的“统一”教学模式,这才符合个人的自然发展。所以我们幼儿教师要想做好幼教工作,首先应该做好幼儿家访工作。

  这种教学法的最大特点就是以儿童为主,尊重幼儿身心发展规律,抓住幼儿的认知规律进行教育。在我们的幼儿保育、教育工作中,也有些幼儿保育、教育思想是与蒙特梭利教育思想是一致的,我们主张“不教”的幼儿教育,但这种思想没有彻底,在实际教学中还顾忌幼儿家长的'反应,怕幼儿家长抱怨孩子少学了知识技能,于是教师在执教过程中无形的受到了幼儿家长的影响,在保育、教育过程中有一种“拔苗助长”的举动,或多或少的在保育、教育工作中有以成人为本位的教学观点,在执教中就难免有填鸭式教学的出现,忽略了以儿童为中心的教育。这说明我们教育思想革命得不够彻底,教育改革不够坚定、执着,今后我们在幼儿保育、教育工作中要敢于创新,不要在革新中瞻前顾后,我们要有一种自己牺牲的精神去奉献幼教事业,不要因一点点自利而动摇幼教创新的思想,只有这样,我们才能真正的把孩子当成一个“自然人”来教,否则我们将“扼杀”幼儿的天性,换来的将是一个个头脑里装满知识、单板的机械人,缺少了“人性”。另外,我们在幼儿保育、教育工作中,也重视幼儿学具的准备,但有些似乎太形式了,我们今后在这方面做准备工作时,要尽量结合社会实际,尽量贴近幼儿的生活,让他们感受到切切实实的现实世界。

  这次培训我知道了当一名幼儿教师不容易,幼儿教师并不是一名简单的保姆,幼儿教师也有很高的专业性,对于我们小学教师转岗当幼儿教师的,是需要不断学习、培训才能成为一名合格的幼儿教师的。这次培训,我知道了幼儿的学习特点是游戏化,懂得了幼儿园家幼联系的重要性,也了解了幼儿蒙特梭利教学法,使我受益匪浅。要使自己早日成为一名真正的合格幼儿教师,我还需要不停的学习、培训,抓住今后每一次培训机会,才能让自己早日成为一名合格的幼儿教师。

  培养幼儿良好的生活行为习惯与自己保护教育是紧密结合、相辅相成的。著名的学前教育专家陈鹤琴先生曾讲过:“习惯养得好,终身受其益。”

  一、幼儿园制度文化的建设

  在听了市二幼的园长兼书记铁艳红老师的《以规范的制度建设,保障园所可持续发展》和东城区二幼的园长李岩老师的《人文管理提升幸福指数》的讲座后,令我思绪万千,我认为:由此课题可以提升到幼儿园制度文化的建设。

  (一)幼儿园制度文化的建设首先表现在各种规章制度上。幼儿园制度文化首先表现为书面式的各种规章制度,这样的制度既有国家颁布的,也有教育主管部门制定的,还有幼儿园结合自身实际而制定的各项规章制度。这些所有的规章制度就是幼儿园中要求大家共同遵守的办事规程或行动准则,它是幼儿园制度文化中重要的物质财富。

  其次,幼儿园的制度文化也由每个教师的本身素质,转变为自身思想观念上的、道德认识水平上的、价值观上的、内隐的“规章制度”。它是幼儿园重要的精神财富。

  第三,幼儿园制度文化同样可遵循政策性、可行性、可操作性和教育性原则。

  其一,幼儿园制度文化遵循政策性,它符合党和国家的政策法规、符合党的教育方针;

  其次幼儿园的文化制度建设是体现在以人为本的基础之上的.。所谓人文管理,见着不同人的不同需求,有序的进行不同层次的管理,以促进人的全面发展。人文管理的精髓是人文精神,他要求激发个体的创新和创造能力,这是他的内核。要营造一种适宜的人文环境,这样对幼儿园的文化制度的建设也创造了氛围。环境是无声隐形的教育者,我们作为教师既是环境的营造着,也是环境的制约对象。作为园长的我,我的选择是从我做起,让自身具有人文精神,融入自身的言谈举止、一言一行之中,只有这样才可以起到很好的带头作用,把人文精神扩大到全园的教师队伍当中,是整个幼儿园都具有人文环境,对幼儿园具有人文精神的管理才会自然而然。

  (三)幼儿园的文化制度的建设也可以体现在:让制度建设具有人文精神。

  制度的建设设幼儿园正常运转的基本保证,文化制度的建设是幼儿园更上一层楼的先决条件。因此制度的建设对于幼儿园的建设和发展来说非常重要。制度是刚性的,人文管理是柔软的,两者在表现形式上截然不同的,但并不矛盾。好的制度是建立是人文管理更有利的保证,人文管理更有利于制度的实施。作为一个幼儿园的园长,更要合理的把握两者间的关系,让二者相融,这样在幼儿园的文化制度建设上会有一定成效的。第一,制度建设的起点是人文关怀,没有规矩不成方圆,制度的建设是对每个人的保护。第二,制度的建设渗透着人文关怀:刚性的制度同样可以具有柔性的温度,制度的执行过程中就可以体现人文的随机应变了。第三,人文的管理同样要抱我一个尺度:为人谦和,但不放纵;领导带头,但不强求;因人施教但不随波逐流。作为一个好的领导着,只有是文化制度的建设和人文管理有效和谐的融为一体,那么在幼儿园的建设和管理上那就得心应手了。

  二、探究张雪门的幼儿教育思想

  研读幼儿园室内美的装饰在听取了立新幼儿园的园长历春香老师的《研读张雪门教育思想,构建原本生活课程》后,回想起曾经看过张雪门先生写的关于幼儿教育思想的书籍,给我印象深刻,也曾经看过一位同盟朋友写的《张雪门幼儿教育思想,探究中国幼儿教育平民化路途》,给我印象很深,感受颇深。也看过张雪门先生的《幼儿园室内美的装饰》,写得很美,同时我也有很多关于此类的看法。

  张雪门先生认为一个人对自己周边环境的创设犹如自己人格、品性的名片,而幼儿教师正是通过环境的创设来迸发出自己对教育事业的热忱与否。环境所蕴藏的教育价值无限,环境带给孩子的仿佛空气般浸润,可见美的装饰、美的环境直接影响孩子们能否健康、快乐地成长!这句话是恰到好处的,幼儿园的室内装饰好与坏直接影响到幼儿的身心发展和一天的学习生活氛围。

  张雪门先生认为在幼儿园的环境装饰中讲究四件事:第一“活用”,第二“单纯”,第三“变化”,第四“调和”。

  第一,装饰上第一件事在于“活用”。幼儿园的每间教室都是真是给不同年里阶段的幼儿,那么室内的装饰也应该是截然不同的,再有每个人的观点也会不同,这就要因地制宜,因人而宜的来装饰教室,体现出了“活用”。

  第二,装饰上的第二件事在于“单纯“。课室中须有舒适的气象,这是极明白的事情。在装饰教室时,讲究的是简单明了,幼儿是特殊的群体,他们有着简单而又单纯的思维,如果在教室的装饰上繁乱而又冗杂,那么幼儿对教室的兴趣就会大大减弱,教室的装饰只有单纯明了了,幼儿易懂又舒适那么效果自然而然就不同了。

  第三,装饰上第三件事在于“变化“。小孩好新而厌旧,所以装饰须不时变换。无论怎样精美的雕刻品,如果永久搁在一处地方,非但视若无睹,且感到怪腻得生厌。何况有些装饰品,其质地上自有更换的必要。墙饰也一样,要根据季节的变化和课程的变化及时变更,那样幼儿的兴趣就不会减弱,会起到应定的效果。

  第四,装饰上第四件事在于“调和”。装饰最忌讳颜色单一,幼儿喜欢生活在五彩缤纷的世界里,如果生活的环境只是单一的颜色,他们会感到枯燥无味。教室的装饰一定要色彩搭配好,要鲜艳,同时不乱,不杂,能够吸引幼儿的眼球,给人以舒适感。

  三、注重情感投入,关心尊重教师

  在听取东城区二幼的园长李岩老师的《人文管理提升幸福指数》后,由此想到,在幼儿园的人文管理上注重情感投入,关心尊重教师。幼儿园是一个“处处充满爱心、时刻追求进步”的家庭:“孩子”是那些活泼可爱的幼儿,“母亲”是鞠躬尽瘁、辛勤劳动的教职工,而“父亲”则是指统筹安排、决策决议、劳心劳力的园务领导。作为一名园长,我觉得,抓好教师队伍建设,才能促进幼儿园良性的健康的成长。其中抓好教师队伍建设的重要一点就是尊重的需要,在交往中渴望别人的认可,不仅自尊,而且也期望别人尊重。幼儿园教师是由女性组成的特殊群体,感情细腻,上进心强,自信自尊是共同的特点。在工作当中,我们把自己定位在与其他教职工平等的位置上,以爱换心,真心实意地去尊重每位教师,关心和帮助她们解决工作和生活上的问题。如每年“三八”节和“教师节”,为全园教职员工庆祝集体生日,在每个教职员工生日当天,送上一幼儿园的一份礼物,让她们感受到大家庭的温暖。有句话说得好:“管人要管心,管心要知心,知心要关心,关心要真心。”这种真诚的关心,真诚的情感投入,不仅增进了与教师们的友谊,同时极大地调动了她们为教育事业发展创造的积极性。

  在《保教评价指南》中明确提出了“以幼儿为本”的理念与思路,教师要为幼儿提供平等的'学习与发展机会,学习内容要与幼儿身心发展水平相适应,要激发幼儿积极主动地去学习,要尊重幼儿发展的个体差异。作为后勤处就要做好后勤保障,在教育环境创设和材料上,提供适宜不同年龄段幼儿的需求,为教师解除后顾之忧,让老师能够全身心的投入到保教活动中,把更多的时间与精力给予幼儿,更多的关注每一位幼儿,使每位幼儿都能得到全方面的发展。

  在《保教评价指南》中指出对幼儿园环境创设与利用、与家庭、与社区的互动,师幼互动等方面也做出了明确说明。在于家庭、社区互动《保教评价指南》指出,应该鼓励家长通过多种途径积极参与各类活动,并支持幼儿园工作。我们幼儿园平时也是这么做的,在开展活动时,也会向家长说明主题内容,并说明在本次主题活动中所需材料,希望得到家长的提供与帮助,有些家长提供不了的,作为后勤处也应该提供给班级以保证主题活动的顺利开展。后勤处也会为幼儿每次的社会实践活动提供有力保障。

  在《保教评价指南》中也对我们的老师提出了更高的要求,使我们的老师不管是从课程管理、保教管理还是专业知识都挺要不断地学习充实自己,作为后勤处就要不遗余力的支持老师的外出学习培训,使老师不断地学习充电,才能更好的开展教学活动。
