在参与社会实践活动的过程中，我深刻体会到理论与实践相结合的重要性。通过亲身体验和观察，我认识到了理论知识的局限性，同时也发现了自身能力的不足。这次社会实践让我更加明确了自己的发展方向，也激发了我继续学习和探索的热情。我相信，通过不断的实践和反思，我能够更好地将所学知识运用到实际工作中，为社会的发展贡献自己的力量。

　　今年暑期，我感觉生活非常无聊，于是决定去打工，来充实自己的暑假，丰富自己的生活。经妈妈推荐，我走进了一家离家不远的晶都书店。这是作为一名大学生以来，我第一次参加工作，虽然很短暂，只有一个月，可我真正体会到了工作的艰辛和不易。我所从事的是书店的导购员工作。看起来似乎没有太多的技术含量，我以前也是这么想的。而现在我知道我错了，任何一个行业都有他内在的技术含量和工作技巧，不是随随便便都可以，马马虎虎的就能完成的。大学生社会实践是引导我们学生走出校门，走向社会，接触社会，了解社会，投身社会的良好形式；是促使大学生投身改革开放，向工农群众学习，培养锻炼才干的好渠道；是提升思想，修身养性，树立服务社会的思想的有效途径。通过参加社会实践活动，有助于我们在校大学生更新观念，吸收新的思想。

　　导购不像想象的那么简单。要注意措辞，尽量让每个人都能懂。在工作中让自己成长，在实践中让自己成熟，很书面的一句话在不知不觉中就已经贯策执行了。实践中增长见识，锻炼自己的才干，培养自己的韧性，学会自己照顾自己的同时证明自己的能力能否被社会所承认，更想通过社会实践，找出自己的不足和差距所在。

　　8月20号,我开始了打工生涯,我是从早上八点到中午十二点,下午从三点到晚上七点。接触工作的第一件事是认识一下同事,熟悉自己的工作。我的老板是一对四十左右的夫妇，有着温柔的面孔、活力的心态和善良的心灵。每天忙着周旋与很多人之间，有着丰富的经验和非凡的眼光。在她的身上，我学到了不少的为人处世之道，也学到了社会需要隐忍和奋斗。环境是恶劣的，我们只有在风霜中站立不倒，才只能算是有可成功的基础。能否在恶劣的环境中有能力依靠自己的双手和大脑维持自己的生存，能力是最重要的。所以，一个人在他的学生时代最重要的是增长见识，锻炼能力，尤其在大学学习时候，要能抵制住玩乐的吸引力，不断地充实，不断地提升自己，再大的本领都是一点一滴积累起来的。

　　虽然书店有两层，房间也不大，但是它却包含了高中以下几乎所有的教学辅导资料，甚至涉及到大学人生故事小说等等众多书籍，在二楼的北墙还有一处专为儿童设立的漫画，故事等的读书角。书店的顾客来往不绝，来到书店的学生们哪一位不是怀着对知识的渴望？哪一位家长不是报着信心和对孩子的殷切希望？有时，我不禁自问，好不容易走进大学，我做了多少追求知识的努力，又读过了多少本该读的书？那份在大学前的豪情壮志现在还有多少？

　　在实践中，我看到了老板的乐于助人，有一次晚上下班，我刚刚走出书店门口，就看到了一位衣衫褴褛行乞的老爷爷，他拿着许多零碎的皱巴巴钱，与老板兑整钱，老人坐在收银台傍边，乐呵呵的数着手里的钱，脏兮兮的老人在整齐洁净的书店里显得异常刺眼，购书的人们的眼睛里流露出和我一样的不解与排斥，而老板娘的脸上显现的依然是往日不变的慈祥与温柔，而且还叫老人数清楚，老人离开时还亲切的道别，这件事叫我很震惊，她就不担心脏兮兮的老人影响了他的生意？另一个导购员告诉我说老人经常来，别人谁肯跟他换钱啊，有些人甚至连门口都不让他待，而善良的老板娘每次都会帮他。我不禁又看看老板娘的脸，那份慈祥从没有消退过，反而愈加美丽。

　　记得刚来书店的时候，我对书店很陌生，无法分清书的位置，尤其是有的顾客在台阶门口就会直接问有没有xx年级xxx书？在哪里？等等。有时候紧常就什么都忘了，幸好二楼的导购员还有一位，多亏了她的帮忙我才有更多的勇气和信心，努力记住各个书所在的位置。渐渐的也就熟悉了。有时候看到顾客满意的笑容，自己真的很开心。那就是我努力的结果。

　　老板对我们就像亲戚一样关心，有时候会给我们提供每人一瓶矿泉水，有时候给我们分发水果，如桃子，龙眼等等有时候还会大把大把的给我们分糖，那份欢愉与感动几乎从来没有想过。

　　书店几乎每天下午都会有一批新书，需要我们搬到固定位置统计分类。炎炎夏日，空调在劳动的时候似乎都无济于事，但是书店的每一位员工都是开朗的，幽默的，在劳动的时候开着玩笑，似乎轻松的丝毫不觉得累，虽然工作劳动的时间很少，甚至还吹着空调扇着冷风。但我却想到了那些在屋外顶着骄阳辛苦劳作的人们，我同情他们，可怜他们，更多的是敬佩！我想到了父母想到了亲人的辛苦，钱来的不容易，那些大把花钱的孩子们，你们是否知道你们父母的血汗正被你们无情无义的.挥洒呢，你们忍心吗？

　　书店对于其他的工作要轻松的多，要容易的多，最终结束时候我很开心的捧着老板给的800元报酬，我的开心不仅仅是得到的人生的第一份报酬，更多的是在书店的点点滴滴的感动和他们相处的欢愉，这才是我一生受益的回报。

　　通过亲身体验社会实践，自己更进一步地了解了社会。通过与社会零距离接触，把自己从校园带到社会中，亲身体味社会生活，使我学到了真本领，让我明白了社会并不像我们在校园里所想像的那样美好。社会是残酷的，到处充满了激烈的竞争。

　　总的来说，我认为这次社会实践还是很成功的，很有用的，对我以后的学习和工作有很大的帮助。这次社会事件所经历的，已经清晰的刻在了我青春岁月的壁廊里，成为生命中的财富，在以后的生活中发挥着潜移默化的作用当今社会就业的压力很大，在校大学生都愿意在暑假的时候深入社会去体验生活，从中获取一点工作经验，从而可以在以后的就业时有一定的基础，可以减少就业的压力。并且老师们也鼓励学生们深入到社会去参加社会实践活动。为了拓展自身的知识面，扩大与社会的接触面，增加个人在社会竞争中的经验，锻炼和提高自己的能力，以便在以后毕业后能真正的走向社会，并且能够在生活和工作中很好地处理各方面的问题记得老师曾说过学校是一个小社会，但我总觉得校园里总少不了那份纯真，那份真诚，尽管是大学高校，学生还终归保持着学生身份。而走进企业，接触各种各样的客户、同事、上司等等，关系复杂，但你得去面对你从没面对过的一切。我也从工作中学习到了人际交往和待人处事的技巧。在人与人的交往中，我能看到自身的价值。人往往是很执着的。可是如果你只问耕耘不问收获，那么你一定会交得到很多朋友。对待朋友，切不可斤斤计较，不可强求对方付出与你对等的真情，要知道给予比获得更令人开心。不论做是事情，都必须有主动性和积极性，对成功要有信心，要学会和周围的人沟通思想、关心别人、支持别人。

　　打工的日子，有喜有忧，有欢乐，也有苦累，也许这就是打工生活的全部吧。

　　我不知道多少打工的人有过这种感觉，但总的来说，这次的打工生活是我人生中迈向社会的重要一步，是值得回忆的。

　　现在想来，一个月的打工生活，我收获还是蛮大的。我所学到的生活的道理是我在学校里无法体会的，这也算是我的一分财富吧。经过假期短暂的社会实践，虽然很是疲惫，但当每天的工作得到周围工作人员的赞赏我还是多开心的，也感觉自己变成熟了好多．在校期间只有学好专业知识，这次实践让我了解更多就业信息，注重组织及人际关系能力的锻炼，为以后就业做好充足的准备，也不至于面试时没有信心和敢于挑战高薪的勇气了．

　　在书店，浩茫的书本，让我觉得自己知识的匮乏，激发了我对知识的渴望，和对人生的思考。人，要不断充实自己， 用知识改变命运，用经验丰富生活，拓宽未来的道路！这一次实践我要学到的不仅仅是那么一点,我还在不断的成长中找到了更多的知识和经验。虽然我赚不多的钱,但这不是最重要的,我要做好的事情就是要把自己能做好的事情做到最好,把自己做不好的事情,也要通过慢慢的学习了解社会,我相信我会做好的。

　　我们都知道我们的时间是宝贵的，也知道，每一次暑假都是一次难得的机会，我没有浪费这次暑假时间，我在暑假期间做了很多工作，在酒店做过服务员，发过传单，做过销售，一个暑假感到过得非常充实非常快乐，我见识到了很多，学了很多。

　　通过实践我知道了学习的重要性，很多人在学习的时候不用功，不知道努力，把时间浪费在了游戏娱乐中，通过这次实践发现知识文化水平越高，越会受到其他其他人的重视，尤其是那些有名的大学出来的学长学姐们，和我们做同一份工作但是他们直接就是管理层，成为的中层人员，但是更多的是一些三流大学的学长学姐们做着基层员工，很多时候，基层员工没有学历要求，以前我认为来到是会每个人都能够找到自己的位置，都能够轻松的找到工作就算是酒店也不例外都需要高学历，高学识，因为现在我们国家不缺的就是大学生，缺的是那些有真才实学的有用之人，我们以后也将面临外出找工作，不想和他们一样在外面碌碌无为就必须好好学习，学好知识，我们现在是高中，即将面临的是高考，高考也是我们第一道人生关卡，以前并不认为考个好大学很重要，但是经过了这次的实习让我知道了好大学的重要性，所以以后我要好好学习科学文化知识，让自己在高三的时候考一个自己满意的好大学，为自己的未来打下坚实的.基础，让自己有更高的起点，因为地点高起步早，最会比别人走得更远，看到的风景更多，我不想做一个底层碌碌无为的小职员，我要去实现我的梦想，实现我的抱负。

　　通过这次事件检验自己的学习概况，虽然我做了很多和专业不相关的知识、工作。但是从中都运用到了学校学习的知识，虽然并不是很广，但是一样让我知道的只些知识，与我们在学校时的用法完全不同，在学校，我们只要能够把这些知识记住了记牢了就行，但是到了工作中如果还抱着这样的心态会被淘汰的，因为基础理论是要用在实际工作中的，无法把理论用在实际工作中，那只是白学，根本不管用，社会是一个注重实际能力的地方，有能力的人才能够更好的生存，才能够走出一片天地，我在学校中学了很多知识，等我运用的时候发现我居然很多地方没掌握，根本不能够很好工作，还多亏了我在实习工作中的同时帮助我才让我能够顺利工作下去。

　　通过这次的社会实践我个人得到了成长，学会了很多的知识，让我明白了自己的努力方向，更知道以后学习要努力，这是我过的最充实的暑假。

　　为期一周的实践教学马上就要接近尾声，首先我想感谢院长和各位老师为我们打造的“黄金实践周”，在短短的实践期内给我们安排了如此丰富的教学实践：校内课堂理论+企业老总讲座+实地考察参观。如此含金量十足的实践安排可见各位老师在策划和安排这场实践活动中付出了不少心血，真的非常感谢亲爱的院长和老师们对我们的重视和关怀，同时还要感谢师兄师姐们的大力支持，谢谢你们的倾情付出。

　　我想，这次教学实践将成为我人生中弥足珍贵的一次学习经历。在美好的事物面前总感觉时间过得太快，但是这次实践真的让我受益匪浅，期间的每一个画面都感觉历历在目，充实紧凑的整个过程同时不乏精彩生动的细节。那么我的心得也将围绕实践的进程来展开。

　　1月3、4日为实践的第一阶段------培训测试阶段，由刘同老师负责。刘同老师采用理论加实践的方式把第一阶段分3个部分展开：

　　一、系统讲解农村社会调查的相关知识。其中讲到五个方面的内容：

　　1、农村社会调查的3个作用和3方面的取材。

　　2、农村社会调查的6项基本原则。

　　3、农村社会调查的一般程序。

　　4、农村社会调查的3个主要类型及3个主要方法。

　　5、3个访问技巧。内容充实全面，老师讲解的也很有条理，使我们对社会调查有了一个整体上的了解。令我感受颇深的有3个细节问题：

　　1考虑到调查对象的文化程度，提问方式尽量通俗化。

　　2为了防止统计过程出现错误数据，最好记下调查对象的联系方式方便校正。

　　3不要误导调查对象，这要求调查员对调查问卷中涉及的所有问题要有充分的了解。

　　二、提供十个课题让同学们自己试着做调查问卷，然后上台展示制作问卷的目的及思路。不仅锻炼了我们制作问卷的逻辑思维能力，而且给了我们一次上台展示自己的机会提高了自信心，同时认识到自己的不足并学习到其它同学的闪光点。

　　三、学习SPSS和ORANGE等统计分析软件 。虽然没学会，但是认识到统计分析的重要性，所以我准备在寒假好好学习一下SPSS。、

　　1 月5、6、7日为实践的第二阶段-------问卷设计阶段，由张建杰老师负责。 第一天以张老师授课为主，张老师提出了“是什么？为什么？怎么样？”的三步走战略。重点讲解了调查报告的背景问题 ，强调高素质的调查员是保证数据真实性的必备因素， 输表时用数字代替选项易于分析整理，还讲了背景信息要站在不同的角度分析取材等一些问题。让我们对社会调查有了进一步的认识 。课堂上我以“在对调查对象的基本情况不了解时，如何让调查对象能均匀分布，让调查结果更具代表性 ？”向老师提问，老师从宏观和微观两个方面来解答了我的问题，并举了一些实例，令我醍醐灌顶。同时认识到分析问题一定要学会变

　　通，换个角度便是柳暗花明。除此之外老师还给我们讲了一些学长们的创业经历，和自己的在创业路上的一些个人见解。让我颇有感悟，我也曾想做一些独特的东西，但是总感觉无从下手，于是每天只是按部就班的学习做事，但我不想安于现状，我想在毕业的时候可以有一些拿得出手的东西，那么，是时候该做些改变了。

　　第二天，小组自找专题做一份儿调查报告。对我个人而言，作为小组长我需要负责整个过程的安排，多操一份心自然收获的就更多。对于小组而言，虽然大家在制作过程中表现出的积极性有谢差距，但整体还是很好的，我始终认为团队的力量是非常重要的。

　　第三天，听了鼎优朱总的讲座，看到了农业的大好前景，也对自己的专业更有信心。朱总把企业的运营之道搬到了我们的课堂上，加上诙谐的语气，让我们在快乐的气氛中潜移默化的学到了很多。之后的调查问卷汇报各个小组各有千秋，也都有不足的地方，因此要相互学习。

　　1月12、13日是第三阶段--------实地调研阶段。

　　第一天，载着满心的喜悦，大家一起乘车去开封县兴隆乡做农户调查问卷。一路上老师和同学们的的才艺展示让车厢里笑声不断。使我深深的感受到农经八班大家庭的温馨和老(转 载 于: 小 龙文 档 网:历史调查报告的心得体会)师们的亲切。在马老师的带领下我们小组圆满完成了对李大河村的调查任务，原本以为调查任务开展起来会比较困难，好在农户们都很配合，所以感觉调查进行的很顺利。这一天我们收获的不仅仅是调查数据，更重要的是对整个问卷调查过程的体验，在对调查流程熟悉的同时，自身在沟通能力方面有了一些提升，对问卷调查技巧也有了一些切身的感悟。

　　第二天，我们先后参观了长葛县众品实业有限公司鲜易股份有限公司、许昌天和现代生态农业示范园区、许昌学院农耕文化博物馆、许昌县菌类生产基地、鄢陵县建业生态苑。感受到了现代化农业的魅力，了解了众品从农产品种植、养殖基地源头到加工过程，从物流配送到终端营销的一体化运营模式，其中我比较感兴趣的是众品的温控供应链，经过参观当天的学习和回来搜资料，我发现冷链物流是一个复杂的系统工程，在技术、资金、管理等方面的要求都比较高，建设现代化的冷链物流体系，完善的资讯系统、先进的物流设备、标准的作业流程都至关重要。笔者就此总结了如下经验：首先，物流配送中心每天要接受大量来自内部和外部、来自各个动作环节的`资讯，如不进行及时的处理，就不能保证整个物流配送中心的高效运转。 其次，先进的物流设备也不可或缺。物流设备的采用一定要适应所配送商品的物流特点。越是先进的物流设备维护费用越大，十分考验企业的资金实力，由此可见产业链的整合确实需要涵盖方方面面的实力。在对生态园区的参观中，我认识到现代网络将引导农业的未来，农业将在科技的带动下呈现一次时代的变革。在许昌学院的农耕博物馆里我看到了许多以前只能在历史书中看到的农具和历史文物，走进了历史的长廊，仿佛亲眼看到了我国的农业发展历史，不禁惊叹古代农民无穷的智慧，也对未来的农业发展充满信心。

　　回想这次社会实践活动，我学到了很多，从我接触的每个人身上学到了很多社会经验，自己的能力也得到了提高，而这些在学校里是学不到的。

　　一，善于沟通。尝试与不同的人沟通，作为学生我们更多地是与同学和老师进行沟通，这次与农户进行沟通，使我的沟通能力有了一些提升，沟通是我们生活、学习、工作的桥梁，因此以后要继续培养自己沟通能力。

　　二、注重知识的积累。知识是我们走向社会的通行证，掌握扎实的知识基础方能游刃有余。很多时候往往感觉自己掌握的知识太少，看问题的观点太狭隘，因此在今后的学习中我决定着重培养自己全面的学习角度，拓宽自己的视野。

　　三、注重的细节的学习，真正的技巧和奥秘往往是存在在细节中的，只有善于发现细节的人，才有很好的学习能力。无论是在自己观察学习的过程中还是别人的讲述中都多要很好的把握细节性的东西，才能有多的收获。

　　四、团队的力量是强大的。无论是在平时的学习中还是在今后的工作岗位中都要注重团队合作精神。

　　五、培养良好的人际关系。广交良师益友，此次实践如果没有校领导和老师们的人际关系方面的支持恐怕实行起来就没这么顺利了。所以说人际关系也是成功道路上不可或缺的因素。

　　以上是我对此次实践的真实感悟，在我看来这不仅是一次实践，还是一次人生经历，是一生宝贵的财富。在今后我要参加更多的社会实践，磨练自己的同时让自己认识的更多，使自己未踏入社会就已体会社会更多方面。

　　在此爱心募捐活动中让我印象感到最深刻的是为期三天的徒步爱心义卖募捐活动，背后的'艰苦与不容易我也是深深的感受到了在这三天里我一向担任分队里的队长，带领队员去各个路段进行徒步爱心义卖募捐资金而用于那些疾病缠身而又家庭贫困的救助对象，经过我们这第三方平台而向救助者带来一份来自社会的温暖，减缓外物给他们带来的负担。

　　这个寒假，我来沙坪坝回龙坝镇帮一个教育机构招生，然后在这里上课。作为小学教育的一个专业，班级的主要对象是小学儿童。具体来说，我负责的班级是高一高二语文数学，高三高六数学。工作大概就是这样。计算前后时间差不多是二十一两天。虽然时间很短，但是一旦投入到这个看似短暂的时间里，不难发现学习和生活的很多相关知识都在其中，很多人就在我们身边。

　　首先，孩子的成长不仅需要父母和亲戚的陪伴，还需要社会各界的关心。

　　当队员们坐上了龙泉开往家乡的汽车，渐渐消失在我的视野里，这次的活动就这样结束了，我感受到不曾有的不舍。还清楚记得刚去小梅镇的那天太阳很大，我们拖着行李箱却依旧很期待的样子。在参加活动之前，除了两位同伴的队员，对于其他的三位队员和指导老师都不曾有过多的接触，然后我们就在一间小小的宿舍里，一件不算宽敞的教室里生活学习了一周的时间，慢慢熟悉直到最后难说再见，这种变化很奇妙，可是我很喜欢。

　　一周的小梅镇的日子让我又成长了许多，支教活动本就是与我的专业相吻合的一项时间活动，所以从一开始我就对这项活动就充满了期待。我很珍惜这个机会，我第一次走上讲台上完四十分钟的课程的机会，虽然之前在自己的学校已经有过很多次课前演讲、课堂展示、试讲，也参加过小学见习，但这毕竟是我第一次真正做授课老师，还是有些紧张。我听取了指导老师的建议，尽量将每一句将要在课堂上说的话都写在备课本上，写的满满的，然后不断的熟悉课堂教学的流程。
