在参与这次国培计划中,我深刻地感受到了教育改革的浪潮。作为一名教师,我意识到了自我提升的重要性,并决心将所学知识运用到实际教学中。此次培训不仅拓宽了我的视野,更让我认识到作为一名教育工作者,我们肩负着培养下一代的重要使命。通过与同行的交流和反思,我更加明确了自己的教学方向和目标,这将激励我在未来的工作中不断进取,为教育事业贡献自己的力量。
In participating in this national training program, I have deeply felt the wave of education reform. As a teacher, I realize the importance of self-improvement and am determined to apply what I have learned in practical teaching. 初听说国培,很为自己平静的生活被打乱而恼火,认为这活动也只是要花样翻新的逼老师做无用功罢了。报名接受培训,也心里不是很情愿。几天的网上学习之后,我竟深深地喜欢上了这一活动。参加国培的这些日子,我感到紧张而充实。
首先,专家的点拨激发了我的创新意识和求知欲望。在听专家讲课的过程中,我感到自己根深蒂固的.一些认识受到了冲击,最初感觉专家是故作反语,继而深思,又觉专家所言很有道理。比如议论文关于论据、论题、论点的阐释,说明文关于说明方法、说明顺序的解读,以及一些传统篇目文章主题的探讨方面等等,都有一反传统的新的看法,自己足不出户能近距离聆听这么多专家的教导,而且还安排有在线答疑活动,实在很是难得。
其次,在这个平台里我结识了很多热爱语文教学的朋友。独学而无友则孤陋而寡闻。我在学习过程中产生的疑问,随时可以和身边的同事交流;在论坛区,提出自己教学中疑惑并积极和同行们探讨答疑;后来加了我们的班级QQ群,在群里我们围绕国培可以畅所欲言。大家交流心得,自己感觉不时碰撞出思维的火花。能汲取大家智慧,从而更好地指导自己工作学习,我感觉一段时间以来自己道德水平和专业知识似乎都有了很大进步。
第三、国培活动让我增强了投身语文教学的兴趣和信心。通过学习探讨,我对语文教学有了崭新的认识,学海无涯,教学相长,我要把自己所学的新的理念、知识运用到日常教学及班级管理之中,用科学的理论指导自己的言行,用科学的方法引导自己的学生。在国培教师的指引下,在众多同行们的帮助下,我相信自己通过自身的努力,会在语文教学中不断进步。
路漫漫其修远兮,吾将上下而求索。我要把握国培这个难得的机会,好好钻研教学业务,让自己理论水平更高、实践能力更强,发展进步更快。不再满足于做个教书匠,要把语文教学当作自己毕生的追求,思索语文教学中的问题,享受语文教学的快乐。

When I first heard about the National Training Program, I was annoyed that my peaceful life had been disrupted, and I thought that the program was just a fancy way of forcing teachers to do useless work. When I signed up for the training, I was not very willing to do so. After a few days of online learning, I actually fell in love with this activity. These days of participating in the national training, I feel nervous and full.
First of all, the experts' enlightenment stimulated my sense of innovation and desire for knowledge. In the process of listening to the expert lecture, I feel that my deep-rooted . Some of the understanding of the impact, the initial feeling of experts is a rhetorical, followed by deep thought, and feel that the experts say very reasonable. For example, argumentative essays on arguments, thesis, the interpretation of the thesis, illustrative essays on the method of description, the interpretation of the order of description, as well as some of the traditional articles to explore the theme of the article and so on, there are a new view of the traditional, I do not have to leave the house to listen to so many experts in close proximity to the teachings of the experts, and also arranged for the online question and answer activities, it is very rare.
Secondly, I have made a lot of friends who are passionate about language teaching on this platform. Learning alone without friends is lonely and little heard. I have questions in the learning process, at any time and colleagues around the exchange; in the forum area, put forward their own teaching doubts and actively discuss with peers to answer questions; later added our class QQ group, in the group we can speak freely around the national training. We exchange ideas, I feel that from time to time collision of sparks of thought. 课后感想:对高校老师这个新的工作,既有期待,又有忐忑,深感任重而道远,所要学习的很多。
1.身份的转变,不仅是简单的.由学生到老师,把所学像展示似的一股脑倒出来,而是要以不同的教学处境、教学对象,做到人本位,真正的教学,知识也要及时的更新,切勿固步自封;
2.心态最重要,不管个人是什么性格,在教学上,面对学生,都要以积极、向上、阳光、乐观的工作态度,传递正能量,以最饱满的状态去准备每一节课,想学生所需,思学生所问;
3.作为老师要有个人风格,寻找作为老师的发光点,人无我有,人有我优,人优我特,才能处于不败之地。

通过这次高中教师国培学习。专家们独到的见解引领着我反思自己的教育行为,更新着我的教育理念。许多困扰我很久的问题在听了讲座以后豁然开朗,在听讲座的过程中,我感到自己根深蒂固的一些认识受到了冲击,时时激发我的求知欲望和创新意识。其中有几位专家的课给我留下了深刻的印象:
xx教授让我了解了什么叫“高中教育的行动研究”,他以行动研究原理为重点,结合实际,巧妙的.利用案例对教育行动研究的原理、层次、过程等问题进行了详细的解说,他要求我们在教学工作中积极参与研究,在研究中反思,在研究中成长,从而提高自己的专业素质。其实在平时的教育工作中,隐含着许多的问题值得研究,但这隐含教育本质的问题却往往被我们忽略掉了,听了这个讲座,我反思了自己的思维习惯,使我认识到:如果想让自己的劳动从单调变得有趣的话,就走上从事一些研究这条幸福的道路上来。

Through this national training study for high school teachers. The unique insights of the experts led me to reflect on my own educational behavior and update my educational philosophy. I was deeply impressed by the lectures of several experts:
Prof. XX made me understand what is meant by "action research in high school education", focusing on the principles of action research, combining them with the actual situation and skillfully explaining the principles, levels and processes of educational action research using cases in detail. 首先,我明确了教学设计的含义.教学设计主要是依据教学理论、学习理论和传播理论,运用系统科学的方法,对教学目标、教学内容、教学媒体、教学策略、教学评价等教学要素和教学环节进行分析、计划并做出具体安排的过程。其主要环节包括:学习需要分析、学习内容分析、学习者分析、学习环境分析、确定学习目标、设计教学策略、选择教学媒体或资源和学习效果评价。
其次,我分清了传统教学设计与新课改理念下的教学设计之间的区别。反思我们传统的备课,强调的是教师的.“教法”,以完成大纲内容为目标,往往凭借教师的教学经验和主观愿望进行安排。故传统教学设计致力于备教法、学生、教纲目标,从而设计出合理的教学过程、教学计划、教学方案。而新课改理念下的教学设计是以系统论的方法,以传播学习理论、教学理论、学习理论为基础,通这分析学习者的需求,依据新课程标准,确定可行的教学三维目标,选择相应的教学策略,形成合理的教学评价,达成教学效果的优化。这种教学设计体现的是“以学生为本”,把学习者作为研究对象,促进学生发展。
再次,我感悟到要制定出准确性、科学性、前沿性、生成性的教学设计需要不断学习,需要提高自己的教学基本功和教学的艺术.反思自己在教学设计方面的不足,今后我要在以下几个方面努力:
第一.认真研究课标和教材,了解学生的学情。即研究学习者特征,了解他们的兴趣、对即将学习的内容知道多少、智力因素和非智力因素等等,针对不同阶段的学生采用相应的教法、学法。针对学生特征的相似性与差异性,备课时才能做到有的放矢.
第二.以学生为主体,努力钻研教材,对教材进行知识整合,充分利用各种课程资源制定适合学情的教学目标。

第四.教学设计要体现时代性,贴近生活,与现实相联系,引导学生主动参与,采用多种教学策略。如学习抗日战争历史中,我引导学生参观钟鼓楼,调动学生了解了身边的历史。

Secondly, I distinguish the difference between traditional instructional design and instructional design under the concept of new curriculum reform. Reflecting on our traditional lesson planning, we emphasize the teacher's . "teaching method", aiming at accomplishing the content of the syllabus, and often arranging by virtue of the teacher's teaching experience and subjective wishes. Therefore, the traditional teaching design is committed to preparing teaching methods, students, and syllabus objectives, so as to design a reasonable teaching process, teaching plan, and teaching program. The instructional design under the concept of the new curriculum reform is based on a systematic approach to disseminate learning theory, teaching theory, learning theory, through this analysis of the needs of the learners, based on the new curriculum standards, to determine the feasible three-dimensional objectives of teaching, select the appropriate teaching strategies, the formation of a reasonable teaching evaluation, to achieve the optimization of the teaching effect. This kind of teaching design embodies "student-oriented", takes learners as the object of study, and promotes students' development.
Once again, I realized that to develop accurate, scientific, cutting-edge and generative instructional design requires continuous learning and the need to improve my basic teaching skills and the art of teaching. Reflecting on my shortcomings in instructional design, I want to make efforts in the following areas in the future.
First. Carefully study the standards and textbooks to understand the students' learning situation. 十五天的“国培计划——xx小学语文骨干教师研修班”培训学习很快结束了。回头看这半个月的培训学习生活,真的是既紧张忙碌,又充实快乐。
半个月以来,由于课程安排得紧张,我无暇顾及上海这座国际化大都市的城市风景,无暇欣赏美丽而又充满人文文化底蕴的上海师大校园,连去食堂用餐、回宿舍休息都是脚步匆匆,甚至打破了多年养成的午休习惯。半个月来,内心里总是充满了收获的喜悦:十五天的培训,让我有机会聆听吴忠豪、吴立刚、徐家良、李振村等教授具有专业引领作用的讲座;有机会走进上海一师附小、上师实验小学这样的品牌学校考察学习;有机会和唐懋龙、沈大安这样的特级教师近距离接触;有机会走进特级教师徐鹄、薛法根的课堂,欣赏他们的教学艺术;有机会和来自安徽和山东各地的一流老师零距离交流;有机会集中精力系统的学习和反思。这些难得的机会收获将伴随着我走进今后的工作,成为我今后工作的新起点。结业之际静下心来梳理,此次培训给我感受最深的主要有以下几点:
一、更新了语文教育的理念
多年来,我们已经习惯了重文本内容分析、重思想情感领悟的语文教学思路。此次“国培”,我们可以说经历了一次语文教学方式教学理念的专业洗脑。教授们的讲座从深层次分析当前我国语文教学的现状及存在的问题,引发我们对自身语文教学工作的反思。短短15天,教授们站在一定的理论高度而又紧密与当前的教学实际相结合的讲座,让我明晰了今后语文教学改革的方向。语文教学是“教语文课程”而不是“教语文课文”,是“用教材教”而不是“教教材”。教材内容会不断更新,但语文知识、语文方法、语言的表现形式等等是相对稳定的,这些才是我们语文教学的着眼点。
二、解决了心中疑难
前不久,在宁夏银川观摩全国第八届青年教师阅读教学大赛,回来之后心中困惑——“淡化文本内容分析,语文课教学要有语文味”在教学中该如何操作、如何体现?多年来的语文教学似乎已形成定式——细读文本,分析内容,感悟思想感情,除此之外,似乎别无可做。我作为一名有25年一线教学经历走上教研岗位不久的教研员感到有些迷茫。短短的十五天培训让我从迷雾中走出。此次培训改变了以往拼盘讲座的培训方式,采取专家讲座加专题性行动研究的方式,让学员们从理论到实践,边学边用。在专家团队的引领下,组织学员以团队合作方式进行专题行动研修。六个专题研修小组让每个学员亲身参与其中:确定研究专题,选择研究课例,确定教学目标,讨论发现的问题,集体打磨教案,交流评议课例,听取专家指点,开发精典案例……通过艰难的实践过程让我们这些面对语文教学新理念有点不知所措的学员有了方向:在新课程视野下,语文教学终于回归到语文的原点,语文言字的积累运用才是我们语文教学训练的重点。这次培训,对我来说,真就是一场及时雨。
三、结交了良师益友
此次“国培”,我有幸接触了多位知名专家:吴忠豪、徐家良、吴立岗、……近距离接触了特级教师唐懋龙、徐鹄、薛发根……他们不仅学术上、专业上是我们的导师,也在做人治学上成为我们的良师益友。最让我感动的是首席专家吴忠豪教授。指导我们磨课的过程中,他从繁忙的工作中(他在四个国培教学点轮回讲座)挤出时间,从大的目标,到小的教学细节,与组员们共同研讨。没有一丝专家的架子,谦和、耐心、真诚,让我认识了什么才是真正的大家。
国培让我进步,国培让我成长,感谢国培,感谢上海师大,感谢此次培训的专家、老师们!

Half a month, due to the tight schedule of the course, I have no time to pay attention to the cityscape of the international metropolis of Shanghai, no time to appreciate the beautiful and full of humanistic and cultural heritage of the Shanghai Normal University campus, even to go to the cafeteria to eat, go back to the dormitory to rest are all in a hurry, and even break the habit of lunch breaks that have been developed over the years. I. Updated concept of language education
Over the years, we have been accustomed to heavy text content analysis, heavy thought and emotion comprehension of language teaching ideas. This "national training", we can say that we have experienced a professional brainwashing of language teaching methods and concepts. The professors' lectures analyzed the current situation of language teaching in China and the existing problems from a deep level, which triggered us to reflect on our own language teaching work. In just 15 days, the lectures of the professors, standing at a certain theoretical height and closely combining with the current teaching practice, made me clear about the direction of the future reform of language teaching. Language teaching is "teaching language courses" rather than "teaching language texts", "teaching with teaching materials" rather than "teaching teaching materials". It is "teaching with" rather than "teaching materials". The content of the textbooks is constantly updated, but language knowledge, language methods, language expressions and so on are relatively stable, and these are the focus of our language teaching.
II. Resolving doubts in the mind
Not long ago, in Yinchuan, Ningxia to observe the eighth National Young Teachers Reading Teaching Competition, came back to the heart of the confusion - "downplaying the content analysis of the text, the language class teaching to have a language flavor" in the teaching of how to operate, how to reflect? Over the years, language teaching seems to have formed a stereotype - read the text, analyze the content, feeling thoughts and feelings, in addition, it seems that nothing else to do. As a teacher-researcher with 25 years of front-line teaching experience, I felt a bit lost when I took up the post of teacher-researcher not long ago. The short 15-day training allowed me to get out of the fog. The training changed the previous training method of platter lectures and adopted the method of expert lectures and thematic action research, so that the trainees could learn and use from theory to practice. Under the leadership of the expert team, trainees were organized to conduct thematic action research in a teamwork manner. The six thematic training groups allowed each participant to get personally involved in the process: determining the research topic, choosing the research case, determining the teaching objectives, discussing the problems found, polishing the lesson plan collectively, exchanging and commenting on the case, listening to the experts' guidance, and developing the classic case. ...... Through the difficult process of practicing, the participants were a bit overwhelmed by the new concepts of language teaching and learning. Through the difficult process of practice, we, the trainees who are a bit overwhelmed by the new concept of language teaching, have a direction: under the vision of the new curriculum, language teaching has finally returned to the origin of the language, and the accumulation and use of language words and phrases is the key point of our language teaching and training. This training is really a timely rain for me.
III. Mentors and friends made
The "national training", I have the honor to contact a number of well-known experts: Wu Zhonghao, Xu Jialiang, Wu Ligang, ...... close contact with the special teachers Tang Maolong, Xu Biao, Xue Fagen ...... they are not only academic, professional mentor, but also a mentor and friend. Not only academically and professionally is our mentor, but also in the conduct and governance to become our mentor and friend. What touched me most was the chief expert, Prof. Wu Zhonghao. During the process of guiding us to sharpen our lessons, he squeezed out time from his busy work (he rotated lectures in four national training teaching sites) to discuss with the group members from the big goals to the small teaching details. 提高理论修养,提升管理水平
20xx年11月25日,本着提高园长专业素养,使园长们更好地把握国内外学前教育发展的趋势、掌握学前教育政策、了解幼儿园的发展规划以及儿童学习与发展的理论,学习学前教育领域的新知识、新理论和新方法,拓展园长专业知识结构的宗旨,我非常荣幸的与来自河北省邯郸市各县区的40多名幼儿园园长参加了由国家教育部幼儿园园长培训中心主办的“河北省国培计划(20xx)普惠民办幼儿园园长短期集中培训”项目,走进了东北师范大学这座美丽的校园。
在培训中心领导、老师们的精心安排下,为期十天的培训活动组织严密、管理严(转 载于: :)格,容量大、节奏快、培训形式多样,有专题讲座、经验交流、小组讨论、实地观摩考察等方式,专家教授和优秀园长们的讲座有如醍醐灌顶,充满着个性魅力,不时引发出学员们的思维碰撞和追问探究,也使我受益匪浅、感受颇深。
一、做好定位,找准我园发展的未来之路;
11月25日的开班典礼拉开了本次培训的序幕。接下来是紧锣密鼓的学习行程,首先是广州大学教育科学研究学院的叶平枝教授的讲座,使我对“什么是有价值的学前教育”有了进一步的理解,也激发了我对本园办园理念和特色建设的思考。
当天下午,教育部幼儿园园长培训中心主任柳海民教授为我们做了题为“幼儿园教师队伍建设与培养的实践对策”的专题讲座,柳教授用丰富的阅历、风趣幽默的话语,将当前学前教育的政策以及幼儿园管理中教师队伍建设与培养阐述得淋漓尽致,也使我们对学前教育的未来充满了信心,我想我县的学前教育三年行动计划已经启动,作为我县的一所农村公办幼儿园,如果要有大的发展,必须要大力抓好教师的队伍建设和教师的专业素质培养。
二、抓住幼儿园管理的核心,提升我园的办园质量。
只有立足于园情,抓准幼儿园发展的瓶颈;聚焦在教师,促进队伍的专业成长和自我发展;落实到孩子,确保孩子健康快乐成长这一核心,才能真正提高办园质量。26日,在对长春市金太阳幼儿园进行了现场参观后,该集团董事长孙磊与大家进行了现场教研,孙董事长生动形象的讲座,一个个真实的管理案例,使我进一步了解了现代幼儿园管理的发展的趋势,掌握了新的教育理念。
三、聚焦教师,找到园本教研的价值所在,以研促教。 只有立足于园情,
抓准幼儿园发展的瓶颈;聚焦在教师,促进队伍的专业成长和自我发展;落实到孩子,确保孩子健康快乐成长这一核心,园本教研的主体才会从园长、教研组长转为一线教师,才会成为全园教师自主学习、自觉提高的行为。听了东北师大教育学部陈坚教授深入浅出地讲解 “幼儿园园本教研的基本方法”,感叹于他们幼儿园园本教研的扎实有效,也增加了我对园本教研理解的深度和宽度,使我进一步了解了幼儿教育理论发展的趋势,掌握了新的教育理念。
四、依法办园、家园和谐办好园。
在“幼儿园的安全管理”讲座中,学术严谨的杨颖秀教授给我们讲授了关于幼儿园安全管理方面的相关法律及生动的.案例,使我进一步明确了依法律己、依法执教,也懂得了如何与家长沟通,如何用法律武装我们的专业和尊严。在我们幼儿园所在的农村地区,家长工作并不容易开展,需要一步一步扎扎实实地开展家长工作,我想我会努力去尝试的,我也相信,只要有科学的家长工作方法和技巧,在坚持一致和一贯地执行下去,我们也会获得家长的理解和支持,让家园更加和谐地发展。
无疑,东北师范大学为我们这次的培训提供了一个优质的教学团队,他们都是在不同的学科领域内颇有建树的专家、学者。各位专家、教授毫无保留的把自己在学习和工作中的经验拿出来与大家分享,深入浅出,可谓是异彩纷呈。我佩服他们的自信,佩服他们的敏锐,佩服他们知识的渊博。不同风格的老师讲课,让我们每一天都听到不同类型的讲座,每一天都能感受到思想火花的碰撞,每天的感觉是幸福而又充实的。专家们教给我的不仅是实实在在的理论知识,教给我的更是一种思想、一种境界、一种努力的方向。通过这次培训,我开阔了视野,学到了很多新的教育理念和理论,从思想上受到了很大的鼓舞,这将对我今后的教育教学管理工作起到很大的推动作用。回顾自己的学习历程,既洋溢着成功的喜悦,也充满着探索的艰辛;既是一个学习的过程,也是一个享受的过程。在这个过程中,我提高了认识,理清了思路,找到了自身的不足之处以及差距所在,我将以此为起点,让“差距”成为自身发展的原动力,不断梳理与反思自我,促使自己不断成长;十天来我们经历了太多的感动,经历了太多的激励。也很荣幸地结识了许多好姐妹,好朋友,好伙伴,在学习、探讨与交流中碰撞观点、激活思维,相互关爱、共同进步。

1、陈福祥副教授的《教师究竟需要什么样的培训————教师培训的理论基础》讲座。
我们一线教师一直在参加培训,可是教师究竟培训什么呢?听完陈福祥副教授的《教师究竟需要什么样的培训————教师培训的理论基础》讲座。了解到教师即需要理念的引导,更需要践行理念的技能。很多培训多停留理念层面,围绕理论知识设计课程的多,紧贴教师具体教学实践的少。讲座从八个方面来展开阐述:一、什么是教师培训?二、教师培训在本质上是什么?三、为什么要开展教师培训?四、教师培训的理论依据有哪些?五、教师培训有哪些核心要素?六、教师培训设计有哪些主要环节?七、教师培训有哪些主要方法?八、如何提高教师培训的有效性?通过培训让我明白我们为什么要学习,如何把培训变得有效性。
2、肖少北教授的《教师压力与心理健康》讲座。
无论做什么工作都会遇到这样或者那样的职业压力。教师心理健康现状不容乐观。大量研究表明:我国中小学教师的心理健康状况低于正常人群,心理疾病检出率高于正常人群。教师是“高强度、高风险、高负荷”的“三高人群”,是心理问题和心理危机的高危人群。肖教授从三个部分进行诠释:一、前言二、压力与身心健康,三、心理健康的'维护与减压术。肖教授通过讲座该告诉我们如何缓解压力。
3、谢利民教授的《卓越教师素养与教学能力发展》讲座。
一个合格的教师需要具备多方面的素质,而教育教学能力则是“教师专业化得核心内容,是教师教育的重要任务。教师如何提高自己的素养和自身的教学能力呢?谢教授从七个方面来分析:一、课程与教学改革过程中二、教师对现代教学理念的贯彻三、教师的实践性知识四、教师:知识播种者五、教师是研究者:“问题解决”为核心的教学研究六、教师教学能力的发展七、教研组功能与作用的发挥。作为教育教学主导的教师,必须发挥主动性、积极性,不断提高自身能力,完善自我。
4、邢益育老师的《有效教学理念与实践》的专题讲座讲座。
现在我们课堂上出现了两种概念,一种是“有效课堂”、另一种就是“高效课堂”。我们一线教师对这定义也是很模糊。邢益育老师的从三个方面分析:一、有效教学的反思二、有效教学的理念三、有效教学的实践。新课程基本定位:通过教学使学生获得发展。即能让学生获得发展的教学就是有效的教学。大容量、快速度不一定就是“高效课堂”。教学还处于低水平状态时,课堂追求应由无效或低效转向有效。只有教学有效了,才能谈教学高效的问题。要提高课堂教学有效性就要提升教师专业素养、培育学生学科素养上。
5、刘大春教授的《课堂管理的言语策略》的专题讲座。
刘教授围绕“课堂管理中的言语沟通策略”这一主题,分别从“言语沟通中的表达策略”和“言语沟通中的倾听策略”这两个沟通构成的必然要素入手,结合丰富生动的生活案例和课堂教学管理的实际案例,以风趣幽默的语言,对案例进行了深入浅出的剖析,提出了“让人接纳”“想法接近”“主动交流”三种积极表达的策略和“行为积极”“同理倾听”“把握情绪”三种用心倾听”的策略。本次专题讲座将引导教师在课堂教学中、师生交往中的沟通更专业,更艺术,更能深入学生心灵,引导教师专业地、艺术地提升自我的课堂管理效能。
6、翟立安校长的《课堂观察与评价》的专题讲座。
课堂听课可以反映出课堂气氛、师生关系、学生关系、相互作用以及教学效果。翟校长从课堂观察理论和课堂观察实践两大部分来阐述《课堂观察与评价》。LIcc范式将课堂分解成四个维度:学生学习、教师教学、课程性质、课堂文化。课堂观察的两大维度:1、关注知识传授高认知水平2、关注学生发展高参与度。
课堂听课观察评价是教师评价的重要方法,教师评价的最终目的是提高课堂的教学质量,课堂听课为评价双方提供了相互学习的机会;也为评价双方提供了探教学内容中教学方法的机会,也使得制定的教师发展目标更加切合实际。因此,课堂听课实际上成为教师评价的核心部分。
在以后的教学中,我要做的是:
第一,自我反思。从以往的实践中总结经验得失。
第二,不断学习。读万卷书,行万里路,读书是提高自我素养的良好基奠。一桶水早已不能满足学生的需求了,我要不断学习,成为长流水。

2. Lecture on "Teachers' Stress and Mental Health" by Prof. Xiao Shaobei.
No matter what you do, you will encounter professional stress in one way or another. The status of teachers' mental health is not optimistic. A large number of studies have shown that the mental health of primary and secondary school teachers in China is lower than that of the normal population, and the detection rate of mental illness is higher than that of the normal population. Teachers are the "three high groups" of "high intensity, high risk, high load", and they are the high-risk group of psychological problems and psychological crisis. 俗话说:“红了樱桃,绿了芭蕉,流光最易把人抛”。转眼间,陪我走过很多个寂静的乡村之夜的国培要和我说再见了。有一些收获,有一些感慨,还有一些不舍。记得很多个寂静的夜晚,我打开国培就可以向全国各地有名的英语教学资深人士学习交流,它赶走了大山里的寂寞长夜,带给我精神的食粮。我觉得,这次培训不但全面,而且细致,有编导对教材的精彩解读和分析;有课堂实录;还有耐人寻味无穷的经验之谈。让我得以聆听众多专家、学者乃至国内的数术界权威人士的讲座,倾听他们对英语教学的理解,感悟他们的英语思想方法等。几个月培训虽然很短暂,但却带给我思想上的洗礼,心灵的震撼、理念的革新。给我提供了一次很好的充电机会。
一、更新教学理念,领会新课程的要求
我按照上级的要求,学习有关文件精神,准确把握新课程标准的理念、目标和内容,运用教育学和心理学理论,研究英语思维教学的规律,根据教学目标、学生的需要以及当地客观条件,积极地和有创造性地探索有效的教学方法,同时加强中外文化修养,拓宽知识面,掌握现代教育技术,并能在自己的继续学习和实际教学之中加以运用。
二、关注学生的情感,营造和谐教学氛围
学生只有对自己、对英语及其文化、对英语学习有积极的情感,才能保持英语学习的动力并取得成绩。消极的情感不仅会影响英语学习的效果,而且会影响学生的长远发展。因此,在英语教学中我应该自始至终关注学生的情感,努力营造宽松、民主、和谐的教学氛围。
三、采用任务型的教学,培养学生语言运用能力
依据课程的总体目标并结合教学内容,尽量设计贴近学生实际的教学活动,要以学生的生活经验和兴趣为出发点,内容和方式要尽量真实,吸引和组织他们积极参与。学生通过思考、调查、讨论、交流和合作等方式,学习和使用英语,完成学习任务。促使学生获取、处理和使用信息,用英语与他人交流,发展用英语解决实际问题的能力,同时,积极鼓励学生把活动延伸到课堂之外的学习和生活之中。
四、提高自身专业素质,加快专业成长
教师的综合语言运用能力的高低,直接影响了学生相关的能力的提高和新课程目标的实现。因此,每一位教师都必须不断提高自身的综合语言运用能力。同时,教师还必须学习新的知识,发展新的教学策略,研究如何帮助学生形成有效的学习策略和文化知识,通过英语课程促进学生积极的情感和价值观的形成。
虽然培训结束了,但是,我将要带着国培给我的力量前行,针对本次培训认真做好反思,认真整理学习笔记,特别是在下学期开学时,有针对性地开展以上四个版块的教学实践与研究活动,把我们在假期中学习到的知识应用到教学实践中去,边实践边总结边反思,不断巩固所学知识,真正做到学用结合,联系实际,学以致用。
三、注重教学方法的生动性与合理度。
初中英语教师在实际教学中,只有多关联生活,多创造情境,多动手操作,多注重教学方法和学习方法,英语课堂才能变得丰富多彩。
新课标要求学生的学习内容是现实合理的,有意义的',富有创造力和挑战性的。从情境中引入要学习的内容,激发学生学习的兴趣和欲望,使学生体会到英语无处不在,通过与学生的互动交流,达到预期的教学效果。在七年级上册第五单元的课堂单词教学课堂设计中,我将在国培学习中总结到的教学经验和创设思维,将自己的全家福照片做成课件,先让学生来猜猜他们分别都是谁,然后再一一引入家人称呼的单词。这样一来,学生在一个真实贴近生活的情景中进入到课堂学习,整个课堂设计显得生动,富有趣味性,同时,这样做也符合初中生的认知规律,达到了预期的教学目的和较好的教学效果。培训活动虽然是短暂的,但无论是从思想上,还是专业上,对我而言,都是一个很大的提高。衷心的感谢此次培训中专家们给我们这些工作在一线中初中教学一线上的教师孜孜不倦的教诲;也对默默无闻一直在关怀和指点我们成长的辅导老师表示最诚挚的谢意。正因为有了你们的辛勤耕耘和无私奉献,我们才能在这么短的时间内教学水平得到全面的提升。在今后的工作中,我会继续努力学习,理论结合实际,在实践和学习中不断进步,提升自己的教学水平,为我国初中的英语教育教学添砖加瓦,贡献自己的绵薄之力。

As the saying goes, "Red cherries, green bananas, the flow of light is most easily thrown away." In the blink of an eye, accompanied me through many silent country nights of national training to say goodbye to me. There are some gains, some feelings, and some reluctance. I remember many silent nights, I open the national training can be to the famous English teaching senior people around the country to learn and communicate, it drives away the lonely night in the mountains, bring me spiritual food. I feel that this training is not only comprehensive, but also detailed, with the wonderful interpretation and analysis of the teaching materials by the editors and directors; classroom recordings; and intriguing experience. I was able to listen to the lectures of many experts, scholars and even domestic authorities in the field of mathematics and arts, listen to their understanding of English teaching, and realize their methods of thinking about English. Although the training was very short in a few months, it brought me a baptism of thought, a shock to the soul and a renewal of concepts. It provided me with a good opportunity to recharge my batteries.
I. Updating the teaching philosophy and understanding the requirements of the new curriculum
In accordance with the requirements of my superiors, I study the spirit of the relevant documents, accurately grasp the concepts, objectives and contents of the new curriculum standards, apply the theories of pedagogy and psychology, study the laws of teaching English thinking, actively and creatively explore effective teaching methods according to the objectives of the teaching, the needs of the students, and the objective conditions of the locality, and at the same time, I strengthen the cultivation of Chinese and foreign cultures, broaden my knowledge, master the modern educational technology and be able to apply it in my own further study and practical teaching. Second, pay attention to students' emotions and create a harmonious teaching atmosphere

Students learn and use English and accomplish learning tasks through reflection, investigation, discussion, communication and cooperation. Students are encouraged to acquire, process and use information, communicate with others in English and develop the ability to solve practical problems in English, while they are actively encouraged to extend their activities to their studies and lives outside the classroom.
IV. Improvement of own professional quality and acceleration of professional growth
The level of teachers' comprehensive language use ability directly affects the improvement of students' relevant abilities and the realization of the objectives of the new curriculum. Therefore, every teacher must continuously improve his or her comprehensive language use ability. At the same time, teachers must also learn new knowledge, develop new teaching strategies, study how to help students develop effective learning strategies and cultural knowledge, and promote students' positive emotions and values through the English curriculum.
Although the training is over, however, I will take the national training to give me the power to go forward, for this training seriously do a good job of reflection, seriously organize the study notes, especially at the beginning of the next semester, targeted to carry out the above four sections of the teaching practice and research activities, the knowledge we have learned during the holidays to the application of the teaching practice, the side of the practice and summarize the reflection, and constantly consolidate the knowledge gained to truly learn to use the combination of learning and learning to practical use. 非常荣幸能参加此次培训也感谢领导能给予我此次机会。在诸多优秀的教师中,我非常平凡,但在千里之外的家乡,我的学生心中,我却相当于一个世界。可以说,在祖国的各个乡村里,有千千万万个平凡的“我”在做着重要的事。
我们渴望给予孩子们更好的教育,但资源有限,所以参加这次“乡村教师访名校小学语文教师高级研修班”真的是意义非凡。我们聆听的不仅仅是教育专家高水平的讲座,更是优秀的灵魂对我们的启迪,令人受益匪浅。
首先,国培学习时的反思让我意识到自身的不足。
实施教育改革,观念指导很重要。通过专家的讲座我们学习到了许多先进的教育理念和方法,不一而足。北京教育科学研究院的汪xx老师课后分享心得的时候说:“世界上最美的风景是人的思想,也许我们成不了思想家,但不能不思考。再美的风景匆匆而过,美丽也只是浮光掠影。”此次国培为我们呈现的是思想的饕餮盛宴,我们求知若渴,但如果因为自己思维的局限而不能消化,无法将浓缩的精华进行拓展和内化,则是莫大的遗憾。坦白讲,在思维能力和专业素养上我还有很大的进步空间。
然后,通过培训我深刻明白了阅读的重要性。
我们要进步和发展,观念更新是前提,专业提升是基础。教育改革需革人的素养。我们有不足该怎么改进呢?专家给了答案。为我们授课的专家有白发矍铄的先生,有英俊儒雅的青年,有端庄优雅的女神,有智趣幽默的“喵呜”……准确来说,用简单的一个词来形容他们太过苍白,他们有着极丰富的个性和魅力,但素养上都有着一点共性——博学多知,底蕴深厚。这是极高的榜样,我们要进步,最好的方法就是广泛阅读,终身学习。读得少读得窄就容易偏听偏见偏信,不易辩证全面地思考。同样的,我们还要教会孩子阅读。我们教授语文,语文学科的基础就是阅读。在教学中我们培养孩子的听、说、读、写能力,但没有阅读作为基础,孩子的`其它能力也很难得到提升。阅读是没有止境的旅行,我们不仅要穷极一生去探寻,还要带动更多的人前行。
其次,反思探索后必须要理性践行。
教育需要思想与理念,更需要路径方法和行动。先进的教育思想和方法指引了我们前进的方向,但我们不能只是盲目地复制,我们要结合地区、班级及自身情况,去思考如何应用并改进自己的教学。
聆听了全国优秀教师、优秀班主任老师的课,再参观北京市丰台第一小学后,我受到了极大的震撼。从前只是主观认识城乡差距,如今眼见为实,教育资源、学生素养差距大得超乎想象。最近一则“当小学生遇到苏东坡”的新闻刷爆朋友圈,朝师附小的孩子们从小就培养了的探索精神,钻研精神,独立思考能力和拥有团体课题研究体会,起点已经高得令人望尘莫及。经过国培,我由震撼变得理解。城乡教育发展的不平衡确实存在,我们该如何实施适合农村的教育,让农村的孩子们也能领略和拥有别有洞天的天地呢?
我们的孩子也许上不了朝师附小、史家小学、丰台一小,家长和老师的素养也参差不齐,但我们也可以有适合自己的探索,化差距为差别,让不同的孩子都可以受到肯定和得到发展。培训只是开端,我们返乡后要持续提高自身素质,深耕教育教学,去不断满足人民日益增长的对优质教育的需求。
再次,通过培训我更坚定了传统文化是践行的重要内容。
游览博物馆令我们领略了中华民族悠久灿烂的文化,内心满满的自豪感,也开始重新审视和认识传统文化。多位教授讲到繁体字简化后文化的流失,郭振友老先生和姚计海教授不约而同讲到了“听”字的简化。“听”的繁体字是由“耳、壬、直、心”四字会意,整个字的意思就是声音通过耳朵直达于心,用心领悟。而简化后原本的“耳”字旁变成了与“听”风马牛不相及的“口”字旁,文化的流逝和异变可见一斑。我们祖国不仅是世界上的四大文明古国之一,文明传统也未曾中断过,5000年历史的淘沙筛选出优秀智慧的文化,我们要留住文化之根。新部编教材提升了古诗词文言文的比例,大受师生的欢迎。小学语文是根的工程,花的事业。培训之后我们内心有了一颗种子,我们要去影响更多的老师和孩子,传承国学优良传统,传承教育理念,播撒更多的种子,循环往复,生生不息。
最后,国家真诚的关怀照拂了我们的心灵,仿佛春雨滋润了心田,令我们有着满满的幸福感和获得感。
此次国培突显了国家教育改革对农村教育的重视,两周课程有着精心设置,不仅从思想和素养出发,还关注教师的心灵和职业幸福。感谢国家,感谢主办方的每一位成员,感谢同行的老师,您们辛苦了!祝愿大家身体健康,工作愉快,再会。

I am very honored to participate in this training and thank the leadership for giving me this opportunity. I am very ordinary among many excellent teachers, but in my hometown thousands of miles away, in the hearts of my students, I am equivalent to a world. It can be said that there are millions of ordinary "I" doing important things in the countryside of our country.
We are eager to give our children a better education, but our resources are limited, so it is really meaningful for us to participate in this "Advanced Training Course for Primary School Language Teachers from Rural Teachers to Famous Schools". What we listened to was not only high-level lectures by education experts, but also the enlightenment of excellent souls, which was very beneficial to us.
First of all, the reflection during the national training study made me realize my own shortcomings.
It is important to implement educational reforms and to be guided by concepts. Through the lectures of experts we have learned many advanced educational concepts and methods, to name a few. Beijing Academy of Educational Sciences, Mr. Wang xx teacher to share the experience after the class said: "The most beautiful scenery in the world is the human mind, perhaps we can not become a thinker, but we can not not think. Even if the most beautiful scenery passes by in a hurry, the beauty is only skimming the surface." This national training presents us with a feast of ideas, and we are thirsty for knowledge, but it would be a great pity if we can't digest it because of the limitations of our own thinking, and can't expand and internalize the concentrated essence. Frankly speaking, I still have a lot of room for improvement in my thinking ability and professionalism.
Then, through the training I gained a deep understanding of the importance of reading.
For us to progress and develop, conceptual updating is a prerequisite and professional upgrading is the foundation. Educational reform needs to revolutionize human qualities. We have deficiencies how to improve? Experts give the answer. The experts who taught us have white hair hale and hearty gentleman, handsome and elegant young man, dignified and elegant goddess, intelligent and humorous "meow" ...... Accurately speaking, it is too pale to use a simple word to describe them, they have a very rich personality and charms They have a wealth of personalities and charms, but they all have one thing in common in terms of education - they are knowledgeable and deep. This is a very high example, we want to progress, the best way is to read widely, lifelong learning. Read less narrow reading is prone to bias bias bias, not easy to dialectical comprehensive thinking. Similarly, we have to teach our children to read. We teach language, the foundation of the language subject is reading. Second, reflective exploration must be followed by rational practice.
Education needs ideas and concepts, but it also needs paths, methods and actions. Advanced educational ideas and methods guide our way forward, but we can't just copy them blindly; we need to think about how to apply and improve our teaching in the context of our region, our classroom and our own situation.
After listening to the lessons of national excellent teachers and excellent classroom teachers, and then visiting the first elementary school in Fengtai, Beijing, I was greatly shocked. Previously, I only subjectively recognized the gap between urban and rural areas, but now I believe that seeing is believing, and the gap between educational resources and students' quality is so big that it is beyond imagination. Recently a "when the elementary school students met Su Dongpo" news broke the circle of friends, Chao Shi attached to the primary school children from a young age to cultivate the spirit of exploration, the spirit of research, independent thinking and the ability to have a group of research experience, the starting point has been too high to be expected. After the national training, I was shocked to understand. Training is only the beginning, we return home to continue to improve their own quality, deep plowing education and teaching, to continue to meet the people's growing demand for quality education.
Again, the training reinforced to me that traditional culture is an important part of the practice.
Visiting the museum made us appreciate the long and splendid culture of the Chinese nation, and we were filled with pride and began to re-examine and recognize the traditional culture. Many professors talked about the loss of culture after the simplification of traditional Chinese characters. Mr. Guo Zhenyou and Prof. Yao Jihai talked about the simplification of the Chinese character "听", which is made up of the characters "耳" (ear) and "聽". The traditional Chinese character for "听" is derived from the four characters "耳、壬、直、心", which means that the sound reaches the heart through the ear, and is comprehended by the heart. However, after the simplification, the original character "耳" has become "口" (mouth), which has nothing to do with "听", which is a clear indication of the passing and changing of culture. Our motherland is not only one of the world's four major ancient civilizations, civilization tradition has not been interrupted, 5000 years of history of the sand sifting out the excellent wisdom of the culture, we have to retain the roots of culture. 德高为师,身正是范,师德是一个教师的灵魂。能否成为一个好教师,要有“捧着一颗心来,不带半根草走”的精神。热爱、尊重、理解幼儿是幼儿教师必须具备的职业道德核心。爱是儿童正常成长的必要条件,我们要学会理解、关爱幼儿,要实施创新教育理念,创新型教师必须具备以下几种业务素质:(1)有丰富的知识结构,这是教师发挥创造性的基本保证。(2)有较高的管理艺术。管理包括两方面,一是班级的整体管理,二是针对每个学生的个别指导。(3)有丰富的情感。教师声情并茂的朗诵,热情洋溢的赞赏以及在与学生接触时的仪态、表情和举止所表现出的积极情感能随时地激发、调动学生的热情,激发学生的学习动机,学生因“亲其师而信其教”,变苦学为乐学,单纯的知识传授变成了双向的情感交流,使教者亦乐、学者亦乐。中国早期儿童教育音乐舞蹈教育研究中心主任许卓雅为我们做了《音乐教学游戏
化与幼儿学习品质培养》的专题报告。她的报告幽默风趣,通俗易懂,她给我们具体讲解了如何通过音乐领域的有效教学,更好地帮助幼儿养成良好的学习习惯。虽然只有短短三天半的时间,我却收获了许多。在美术方面,要多给幼儿欣赏作品,无论是幼儿、老师或是大师的好的作品;在绘画过程中更注重幼儿的绘画时的兴趣,将游戏融入到其中,给幼儿创设宽松愉快的氛围,我想这样的过程产生的结果一定是预想不到的。在美术的教学方法中,我也可以借鉴薛老师的借形想象,让幼儿在想象中创作出不同的作品。
在音乐方面,回顾原来的教授方法,有很多不足的方面。有的时候给幼儿预设的目标太简单,不知道怎样一层一层加难度;有的时候给幼儿预设的目标又太难,幼儿根本完成不了。回顾许卓雅给我们的培训,我深刻的理解了音乐游戏每次教学都是在学习者认可前面一难度层次的学习已经通过的情况下,才进行新的难度挑战;并且在各种音乐教学活动中,如果教师能够经常有效地创设情境,让幼儿能够被合理的教学目标所激发,通过自己的努力,在各不同种学习情境中都能够不断获得新的成就,那么,在不断获取新的自我实现高峰体验需求的`驱动下,全身心投入学习自然就会成为他们自己主动追求的事情!同时,老师也培养了幼儿们的各种学习品质,如注意力,观察力,思维力,原有经验应用能力,自我管理能力……在培训中,看了扬州幼儿园和xxx一幼幼儿园的音乐课,她们主要就是让幼儿自发地去感受音乐,去理解音乐,幼儿在享受音乐的同时提高了感受音乐的审美情趣和审美能力,同时也满足了幼儿的求知、求成的需要,通过成功的学习经验又增强了幼儿的学习自信心和自我效能感。
通过这次培训,我理解了如何通过艺术教育的有效教学活动,更好地帮助幼儿养成良好的学习习惯,在“热爱学习”和“善于学习”两方面怎样促进幼儿学习品质的不断完善。在以后幼儿园的教学中,我本着这个目标,努力尝试培养幼儿的学习品质,更好的激发幼儿的好奇心,发挥幼儿的好奇心,让幼儿更好的在学中玩,玩中学。
本着要把握国内外学前教育发展的趋势、了解儿童学习与发展的规律,学习学前教育领域的新知识、新理论和新方法,拓展我们的专业知识结构的宗旨,非常荣幸的我与来自九个省、市的园长、教研员、保教主任、骨干教师培养对象等聚会在一起——武汉参加国培计划幼儿园骨干教师培训班。在为期10天的学习时间里,接受了来自省幼儿师范的专家团队专家的指导,感受颇多,既开阔了眼界和思维,许多疑问也在专家、教授那里得到了解决,收获很大。
省幼儿师范为我们这次的培训提供了一个优质的教学团队,都是在不同的学科领域内颇有建树的专家、学者。各位专家、教授毫无保留的把自己在学习和工作中的经验拿出来与大家分享,深入浅出,可谓是异彩纷呈。我佩服他们的自信,佩服他们的敏锐,佩服他们知识的渊博。
这次培训内容丰富,学术水平高,充溢着对新教育理念的深刻阐释,充满了教育智慧,使我们开阔了眼界。不同风格的老师讲课,让我们每一天都听到不同类型的讲座,每一天都能感受到思想火花的冲击。每天的感觉是幸福而又充实的,因为每一天都是面对不同风格的优秀教师,每一天都能听到权威专家不同课型的讲座,每一天都能感受到思想火花的碰撞。作为幼儿园教育教学管理者的我,有以下几点体会:
一、审视好幼儿教育的功能,做好定位,找准幼儿园发展的未来之路
给我印象最深的是袁爱玲教授的《对幼儿园教育活动的生态学研究》及王红教授的《幼儿教育的功能定位及幼儿教师专业发展:国际视野》的讲座。两位讲授都不是就题论题的,都结合了他人的旧论和新说,都借用了很多他人的间接经验和案例,这些经验和案例有的来自理论专著,有的来自报刊杂志,有的来自电视网络,这2位老师用一双慧眼看到它们的价值,用大脑对此加以分析,质疑,求异,打破,重建,再与她们的自我认识和经验互相融合,形成了她们崭新的理论。是“让幼儿走得更快,还是走得更远?”,“为何幼儿园?钟摆?现象严重?”、“幼儿园教育活动生态要如何发展?”这些无不引起我的深思。纵观整个幼教行列,近观我园的现状,意识到幼儿教育是为生命成长奠定基础,让生命成长得更为自然,不要加速,不要拔苗助长;进一步接受教育的基础不是知识的传授,更为重要的是呵护激发幼儿的好奇心、激发幼儿的学习兴趣和,培养幼儿的创造力;养成良好的生活与社会交往习惯。基于这一观点,那么在今后幼儿园教材的引进、课程的设置、幼儿园教育教学管理的模式我就要找准定位,不要偏失方向。虽然我只是一个人,但是千千万万个我,将会筑起幼教新的天地。
二、抓住园本教研的核心,找到园本教研的价值所在。
只有立足于园情,抓准幼儿园发展的瓶颈;聚焦在教师,促进队伍的专业成长和自我发展;落实到孩子,确保孩子健康快乐成长这一核心,园本教研的主体才会从园长、教研组长转为一线教师,才会成为全园教师自主学习、自觉提高的行为。教师们结合自己实践中遇到的问题进行交流,提出支持性策略,教师的注意力才会从形式引向过程,从内容引向发展,从虚幻引向自然,教师的目标意识才能增强,从而推动园本教研的进步及园内资源的共享化,达到园本教研的目的。这样才能创建“学习、实践、合作、反思”为特征的学习共同体。正如周燕教授在《园本教研与幼儿教师专业成长》讲学中所说的:“幼儿教师的研究是与其日常教学完全融入的,研究和教学是一体的。当教育教学活动不再仅仅是知识传递而是由于有明确、自觉的实现教育意义的意识和行动时,幼儿教师的教学才会拥有教育的根本价值和终极意义。“
三、要有多元的知识结构,有终身学习的思想。

本次培训给我许多思考,深刻的`体会到自己有很多东西要去学习。怎样成为一个受欢迎的数学老师呢?怎样才能在教学过程中给学生营造一个良好的氛围,建立平等、民主、信任的新型师生关系?怎样才能……?我认为要解决的问题还很多,还需要自己不断的积累,不断的去学习。
一,教育学生,从爱出发。钱志亮老师讲的对生命的认识,让我觉得每个生命都是珍贵的。我们对学生要平等的爱,理解的爱,尊重的爱,信任的爱,这些都是老师爱的真谛。老师不论在生活上,还是在学习上,都要给予学生必要的关心和帮助。只要有了问题时及时处理,处理的方法得当,注意和学生沟通,学生就会信任你,喜欢你。爱学生,还表现在老师对学生的尊重和信任,以及对学生的严格要求,又要注意对学生的个体差异,区别对待。对成绩比较差的学生,我们老师要采用不同的教育方法,因材施教。师爱要全面、公平。
二,如何使我们的数学课堂愈发显得真实、自然、厚重而又充满着人情味,作为数学老师的我更要关注的是蕴藏在数学课堂中那些只可意会、不可言传,只有身临其境的教师和孩子们才能分享的东西,要关注那些伴随着师生共同进行的探究、交流所衍生的积极的情感体验。我们不但要传授知识,而且要善于以自身的智慧不断唤醒孩子们的学习热情,点化孩子们的学习方法,丰富孩子们的学习经验,开启孩子们的学习智慧。让我们行动起来,做一位有心的“烹饪师”,让每一节数学课都成为孩子们“既好吃又有营养”的“数学大餐”!
三,通过听了孙颖老师和袁直老师关于数学方面的讲座使我认识到:一节好的数学课,新在理念、巧在设计、赢在实践、成在后续。一节好的数学课,要做到两个关注:
一是:关注学生,从学生的实际出发,关注学生的情感需求和认知需求,关注学生的已有的知识基础和生活经验……是一节成功课堂的必要基础。
二是:关注数学:抓住数学的本质进行教学,注重数学思维方法的渗透,让学生在观察、操作、推理、验证的过程中有机会经历数学化的学习过程,使学生真正体验到数学,乐学、爱学数学。此外,我认识到:一节好的数学课,不要有“做秀”情结,提倡“简洁而深刻、清新而厚重”的教学风格,展现思维力度,关注数学方法,体现数学课的灵魂,使数学课上出“数学味”!而教师的“装糊涂、留空间”也是一种教学的智慧和方法。
很长一段时间内“没有教不好的学生,只有不会教的教师”这个极端的教育口号像枷锁一样天天束缚着我,使我常常生活在自责和愧疚之中,使我天天怀疑自己的教育教学能力,我真的就认为我就是那个不会教的教师,否则为什么会有部分学生不会学习呢。听了后来通过学习相关理论及多方面的实践探索,我才知道,它只是一种浪漫主义的宣传鼓励口号,而绝不是评价教师工作的客观标准。
教育是一项繁琐的工作,在日复一日的教学生活中,面对一些顽劣的学生,恨铁不成钢的心理会左右自己的情绪,另外过于看重学生成绩,偏离了素质教育的轨道,有时候会茫然不知所从,不能坦然面对学生的错误,影响了与学生感情上的沟通和交流,也是存在的问题。因此怎样克服工作中的急躁情绪,尊重每一个孩子,真正做到蹲下来给学生说话,还需要在以后的工作中进行调整。

教育信息化是指在教育领域全面深入地运用现代化信息技术来促进教育改革和教育发展的过程,其结果是形成一种全新的教育形态——信息化教育。信息化教育,要求在教育过程中较全面地运用以计算机、多媒体和网络通讯为基础的现代信息技术,促进教育改革,从而适应正在到来的信息化社会提出的新要求,对深化教育改革,实施素质教育,具有重大的意义,将信息技术融入现代教育之中已成定势。
同时信息化教育对教师、对教育环境有了更高的要求,尽管许多教师都掌握了基本的信息技术,但在实际教学中还是有很多的困惑,如:教育技术给我们的课堂带来了更多的活力,怎样才能最大发挥教育技术在课堂上的作用,有效突破课堂的重难点,增大课堂容量,提高学生学习兴趣?如何应用现代化信息技术有效地进行电子备课,提高备课效率,减轻教师负担,丰富教学资源,实现教学设计动态管理,增进教师之间的交流和资源共享?在大多数学校里,只能在公开课或研究课上使用现代教育技术手段,如何解决学校硬件设施不配套的缺憾?
这次培训,为我们揭开了未来教育的美好前景。信息化教育极大地改变了传统的教学手段和教育方法,教师借助现代教育技术搜集、加工处理和传递教育信息,提高了课堂教学的知识量和信息量;学生借助现代教育技术查询,搜索,接收和加工教育信息,使学生全面参与到教学活动中来,在充满探究、富于乐趣和挑战的课堂气氛下学习,促进创新能力的发展。对提高教学效益、保证教学质量具有十分重要的意义。老师们过硬的信息技术水平,激发了我们求知的热情。而基于网络环境下的,集体协作电子备课形式,更是广大一线教师的福音。这种备课形式,可以提高备课的效率和质量,便于教案等相关资料的动态保存,便于交流和修改,便于使用多媒体课件辅助教学。

二、差异教学是真正的教育公平
追求教育公平是人类社会古老的理念,是和谐社会的基石。在教育权利平等的前提下,着重考虑的是经济的合理性,要求在资源配置和教学过程中,平等地对待每一个学生,让他们享受平等的教育;同时,我们必须承认个体差异即个体发展的不均衡是客观存在的,给每一个儿童提供不同的教育,可以促使其个性得到充分的发展。公平与效率难以兼得的冲突状态如何解决呢?师大郭要红教授为我们作了讲座:《公平教育背景下的小学数学差异教学》,为我平时教学中的一些体会提供了理论依据。
差异教学是指“在班集体教学中,立足于学生的个性差异,满足不同学生的学习需要,以促进每个学生在原有基础上得到充分发展的教学。”在班集体教学中,不仅要关注学生的共性而且要关注学生的个体差异,并在教学中将学生的共性和个性辩证地统一起来,从而促进学生优势潜能的开发;差异教学强调满足不同学生的学习需要,但不是消极适应,而是从个体的情况出发,引导学生学会学习,从而促进他们发展;为了满足学生的不同需要,教师首先要转变观念,教学中给每个学生均等的学习机会,尊重学生的差异,将学生的差异作为资源来开发,让学生有差距的发展;教学中既根据学生的差异设计一些动态的分层分类的学习活动,又要组织好合作学习,将“同质分层”与“异质合作”相结合。真正的教育公平就是使每个学生都能最大限度地获取知识,并突出学生作为个体所具有的个性。

著名数学家斯廷洛德说过:就整个数学而言,实际上只有一打左右的思想是人们一再使用的,一旦掌握了它们,你就可以“开张营业”了!然而在小学数学学习内容中,有哪些数学思想方法可以有效地渗透?应该以什么样的方式,有目的对孩子进行系统地培养?带着这些困惑,我们聆听了师大数计学院孙国正教授的讲座《小学数学思想方法研究》、郭大伟教授的讲座《小学数学教学中的建模》。
数学思想是对数学知识和理论的`本质认识,是在数学的认识活动中,提炼、上升的数学观点,它在认识活动中被反复使用,并带有普遍的指导意义,是建立数学理论及用数学解决问题的指导思想。数学方法是数学地提出问题、研究问题和解决问题的过程中,所采用的手段和途径,是数学思想的具体化形式。通过数学思想方法的学习,数学的能力素养才会有一个大幅度的提高,掌握了数学思想方法,就掌握了数学的精髓。

几天来,听了教授们的讲课,涉及的点很多。把握目前学前教育政策发展走向,有利于思考幼儿园发展的质量监管和内涵提升。
幼儿教育处于政治、经济发展的何种地位?经过这次培训,听了各位教授们的讲座,给出了答复——学前教育可以“构筑国家财富”。在人力资源日渐成为国家富强的重要资源时,孩子成为我们最宝贵的资源之一,教育也成为了消除贫困的最佳保证。
这让我们作为幼教人对自己从事的工作有了更高的认识,在我们看孩子的时候更要用一种敬畏的心情和发展的眼光去对待。学前教育的重要性让我们的政府需要把更多的目光聚焦在这里,保证在教育起点上的公平。
对于幼教工作者来说,树立一个正确的教育观和儿童观非常重要。我们怎样看待孩子?会影响我们对孩子的观察和判断,继而影响我们的教育行为。如果我们只是把孩子的学习当成我们教的结果,把孩子的行为看成是幼稚,需要我们用成人的规范来修正的,那我们就被蒙蔽了眼睛,看不到真正的儿童。我们就会用手中的各种资源或课程来变成加在孩子身上的负担,使孩子的成长变成计算机设计好的程序,造就不出灵动的人来。

对把握幼儿园阶段的孩子在各方面发展的具体要求有了明确的指导。此次培训教授们提出提高幼儿教师基本的专业素质要有理解幼儿的知识和能力,以及教育幼儿的知识与能力。要求全社会都要树立正确的儿童观,尊重儿童的天性和认知规律,珍惜童年生活的独特价值。
对这次培训教授们提出的幼儿园教育活动设计主题感兴趣。对幼儿园活动设计的特点,包括整合性、生活性、发展性、游戏性。这四个特点涵盖了对课程的整体把握和形式、内容上的要求。这方面是我平时没有思考过的,也是容易忽视的方面。特别是对于发展性。教授们提出:教学活动的设计目的是为了支持儿童内部的学习,也就是说任何教师组织的活动都是为了能帮助幼儿自身建构对所学内容的理解,任何卓有成效的学习经历都是孩子在自己原有的基础上发展起来的,而教师的任务就是帮助幼儿达到并完成这个卓有成效的过程。

游戏对于孩子有多重要?孩子生来好动,游戏是孩子的生命。
在孩子的生命成长中,无时不刻不充满着游戏。生活中能所被他使用的物品无不成为他的游戏材料。游戏所带给孩子的价值也绝对是不可用标准化的工具能测量清楚的。重视游戏本身的价值,又要防止形式的异化。披着游戏的外衣,把知识性的内容填塞进去,让孩子的学习成为在游戏掩盖下的重复练习,这是要引起我们重视的问题。很多游戏来自于孩子对自己生活经验的再现,这也是游戏的生活源泉,给孩子的游戏提供时间、空间上的保证,让他们童年更多自由的色彩。
教师的反思能力很重要,有多重要?它让我们在工作和生活中都应把自己的专业放在心中。孟子说:“五日三省吾身”这也是一种反思。作为社会中的人,我应日日反思自己作为女儿、妻子、媳妇是否尽到了自己的责任;作为教师,我应反思自己作为孩子身边一个很重要的个人,我有无在他们成长经历中施加过善,甚至是“恶”的影响。我们眼中看到的孩子,无论是早慧还是懵懂,都存在无限发展的可能,让他们幸福生活在当下,在他们生命前半段的最初几年时间里,给他们“爱不落”的影响,用以善至善的方式,帮助他们体验生命展开的过程,经历自由发展的阶段。这是我需要去做的。但如果没有一颗充满教育激情和坚定的心;没有一双善于发现问题,并能时时传情达意的眼睛,我就不会去反思自己的教育行为,对自己的惯习行为处于视而不见的状态,习而不察,缺乏批判性思考。
放松思想,调整状态,放慢教育的节奏。孩子,让我陪你慢慢来。十天来的学习生活就快要结束了。这次的国培让我有了很大的收获。

After this training and listening to the lectures of the professors, the answer is that pre-school education can "build the wealth of nations". This gives us as ECEs a greater awareness of the work we do, and a greater sense of reverence and developmental perspective when we look at children. It is important for early childhood educators to develop a correct view of education and children. How do we look at children?
