　　十月中旬我到上海参加了《上海市著名幼儿园名师主题教学与特色发展高级研修班.》活动，在这一周的时间里，我先后参观了上海市比较有特色的五所幼儿园，学习了几位著名教师的讲座，特别是上海特级教师应彩云老师的讲座与教育活动，使我受益匪浅。

　　参观上海的幼儿园给我总的印象是很大气。幼儿园的硬件设施很好，园内设施齐全，教室和活动区相分离，宽敞明亮。幼儿园的教师学历较高，研究生占多半，环境布置突出创新，师幼合作，充分发挥幼儿的主体地位，目标明确，主题突出，区域活动突出随意性，社会性区域设置较多，幼儿可在区域活动中更好的表现自己，教师可以很好的完成区域目标。

　　在教师教育活动中，感受到上海的课改非常好，题材突出上海的地方特色，观摩了上海名师应彩云的活动后，真是深有感触：应老师在整个活动中表现的`很随意但趣味横生、寓教于乐。应老师的表情、手势、眼神在与孩子们的表现与互动中，将快乐自然地流露，老师创造性地教，孩子创造性的学，真是心领神会、默契配合。

　　充分的体现了尊重孩子的教育理念。例如：教育活动《你快乐，我快乐》中，教师利用上海电视台主持人拍摄的公益广告作为题材，活动中出现东方名明珠，外滩等等。所有教育活动都给人耳目一新的感觉，教师的驾御能力教高，幼儿的接受能力也很好，真正作到师幼互动教学，达到了很好的效果。

　　观摩后，我针对自己的教育行为进行了反思。认识到：在今后的教育活动中，教师应灵活运用多种组织形式，为幼儿提供更多的活动空间和充足的时间，大胆放手让幼儿去探索，使幼儿的主动性和创造性得到最大的发挥。我会将这次学习的经验体会运用到实际工作中去，使自己的教研水平不断提高!

　　对于孩子们的关心要平等的，不但是只去关心那些优秀主动的孩子，或者调皮捣蛋的孩子，其实对于比较沉默，在班级里面普通的孩子也是需要多一些的关心，不能说他们认真的上课，没有犯错，也是没有特别优异的表现，就不去关心了，其实并不是如此的，而是只有都平等的去对待每一个孩子，去关心他们，才能让班级变得更为融洽，也是能更好的带好班级，孩子们其实也是有很多的想法，我们作为老师，爱也是不要偏心，要都好好的.对待才行的，而培训里面也是对于这份爱给予了很多的讲解，让我也是知道，之前自己的工作其实也是有挺多的方面做的还是不够好的，特别是对于这些表现一般的孩子没有太多的关心，他们不需要我们老师操心，也是没有什么亮眼的表现来让我们表扬，但是其实依旧是有一些闪光点的，我们老师也是要去挖掘，去发现，从而让他们得到更多的关爱和肯定，让他们在幼儿园的活动之中去表现的更加积极，得到更多的成长。
