  十月中旬我到上海参加了《上海市著名幼儿园名师主题教学与特色发展高级研修班.》活动,在这一周的时间里,我先后参观了上海市比较有特色的五所幼儿园,学习了几位著名教师的讲座,特别是上海特级教师应彩云老师的讲座与教育活动,使我受益匪浅。

  参观上海的幼儿园给我总的印象是很大气。幼儿园的硬件设施很好,园内设施齐全,教室和活动区相分离,宽敞明亮。幼儿园的教师学历较高,研究生占多半,环境布置突出创新,师幼合作,充分发挥幼儿的主体地位,目标明确,主题突出,区域活动突出随意性,社会性区域设置较多,幼儿可在区域活动中更好的表现自己,教师可以很好的完成区域目标。

  在教师教育活动中,感受到上海的课改非常好,题材突出上海的地方特色,观摩了上海名师应彩云的活动后,真是深有感触:应老师在整个活动中表现的`很随意但趣味横生、寓教于乐。应老师的表情、手势、眼神在与孩子们的表现与互动中,将快乐自然地流露,老师创造性地教,孩子创造性的学,真是心领神会、默契配合。

  充分的体现了尊重孩子的教育理念。例如:教育活动《你快乐,我快乐》中,教师利用上海电视台主持人拍摄的公益广告作为题材,活动中出现东方名明珠,外滩等等。所有教育活动都给人耳目一新的感觉,教师的驾御能力教高,幼儿的接受能力也很好,真正作到师幼互动教学,达到了很好的效果。

  观摩后,我针对自己的教育行为进行了反思。认识到:在今后的教育活动中,教师应灵活运用多种组织形式,为幼儿提供更多的活动空间和充足的时间,大胆放手让幼儿去探索,使幼儿的主动性和创造性得到最大的发挥。我会将这次学习的经验体会运用到实际工作中去,使自己的教研水平不断提高!

  幼儿园这次也是让我们老师参与了培训,在培训里面也是感触到做好幼师工作的确不轻松的,同时也是和自己的教学工作去做对比,感受到的确还有挺多的方面可以去改进,得到提升,我也是要继续的去努力,到下学期回到幼儿园之后,把教学做的更好才行,而此次暑期的培训也是有一些心得感触。

  对于孩子们的关心要平等的,不但是只去关心那些优秀主动的孩子,或者调皮捣蛋的孩子,其实对于比较沉默,在班级里面普通的孩子也是需要多一些的关心,不能说他们认真的上课,没有犯错,也是没有特别优异的表现,就不去关心了,其实并不是如此的,而是只有都平等的去对待每一个孩子,去关心他们,才能让班级变得更为融洽,也是能更好的带好班级,孩子们其实也是有很多的想法,我们作为老师,爱也是不要偏心,要都好好的.对待才行的,而培训里面也是对于这份爱给予了很多的讲解,让我也是知道,之前自己的工作其实也是有挺多的方面做的还是不够好的,特别是对于这些表现一般的孩子没有太多的关心,他们不需要我们老师操心,也是没有什么亮眼的表现来让我们表扬,但是其实依旧是有一些闪光点的,我们老师也是要去挖掘,去发现,从而让他们得到更多的关爱和肯定,让他们在幼儿园的活动之中去表现的更加积极,得到更多的成长。

  同时培训里面也是讲了很多关于教学方面的技巧,如何的组织活动,如何的去和孩子们交流,虽然我们也是工作过的老师,但是再次来听,来和自己的日常工作做对比,还是发现有些地方的确做得还不够好的,也是要去改变,提升才行。教学方面其实也是多和老师的沟通中可以相互的探讨彼此的经验,更好的去把孩子们带好,幼儿园的工作有好多的细节要去做好,同时教育孩子的方式也是不会一成不变的,更是需要我们多一些的掌握,特别是此次培训的老师经验也是非常的丰富,拿一些实际的例子告诉我们,也是让我们感受深刻,更是懂得要去做好,自己也是要把培训讲解消化好。

  虽然天气炎热,但是我们依然每天顶着酷暑去培训。首先分段学习奥尔夫音乐,4天的分段学习让我进一步感受到奥尔夫音乐是强调艺术教育的综合性。它把语言、律动和音乐教学相结合,通过节奏朗诵、拍手跺脚等人体乐器、音乐游戏、歌唱、舞蹈、绘画、演奏奥尔夫乐器等多种形式,使孩子不仅兴致勃勃地参与音乐活动,而且综合提高语言能力、理解力和表演能力。其次刘华教授的讲座《走进儿童》让我知道“走进”儿童和“走近”儿童的区别。前者是把成人自己当成儿童,承认与儿童在本质上一致,这样才是平等。后者只是手段上从强制变成怀柔,本质上不承认与儿童是平等的。而永嘉书院的拓展活动让我明白了一个道理:人心齐泰山移,团结就是力量。无论什么事都要有明确的目标,有了目标确定了方向,一切就不是问题了。
