现实中，青少年吸毒已成为一个触目惊心的严重问题。来自国家禁毒委员会办公室的数字表明，我国最近几年青少年吸毒的比例始终在吸毒人口中占80%左右。据不完全统计，16岁以下的少年吸毒人数有所增加，青少年已成为最易受到毒品侵害的“高危人群”。
至于如何搞好学校禁毒教育，我认为：
一、领导到位，加强对学校禁毒工作的组织领导，多渠道开展形式多样的毒品预防教育活动。指导学生开展禁毒知识宣传、自护教育、志愿帮教等工作，并负责具体活动的组织和实施。
二、加强教育，增强青少年拒毒防毒能力。
1、大力宣传，营造良好的禁毒氛围。少先队可以充分利用广播、宣传栏、手抄报、主题班队会、演讲、征文等形式宣传毒品的种类、性能、危害以及远离毒品的方法和知识，使100%的学生都能深刻认识毒品犯罪的社会危害性，自觉抵制、远离毒品，从而自觉增强防毒的意识和决心。
2、抓好“国际禁毒日”宣传。每年6月26日的“国际禁毒日”，要充分运用各种方法宣传禁毒法律法规知识，揭露毒品的`危害。
3、请公安局负责禁毒教育的警官到学校做报告，以案例分析的形式让学生了解毒品的危害，提高自我保护能力。

早在100多年前，民族英雄林则徐满怀强烈的爱国热情和民族责任感，排除万难，虎门销烟，打响了中华民族反侵略和禁烟的第一炮。改革开放的今天，一些我们并不欢迎的东西也涌了进来，境内外毒贩里外勾结贩卖毒品，把魔爪伸向了未成年人，对社会、对学校、对家庭构成了极大威胁。据不完全统计，目前我国登记在册的100万人吸毒人口中，青少年占总数的74%，这一惊人的数字，让我们深深感到肩上担子的份量。而艾滋病又是当今世界危及生命，发展迅速、死亡率极高的传染病，目前尚无预防疫苗，又无有效治愈办法，预防艾滋病工作尤为重要。
学校是学生群体的学习生活场所，学生年轻，缺乏艾滋病预防知识，为此，我们把加强预防毒品和艾滋病保健工作视为重点，采取多种形式开展预防艾滋病健康教育活动。
为了进一步加强禁毒与预防艾滋病宣传教育工作，增强学生的禁毒、预防艾滋病意识及自觉抵制不良习气的能力，我把禁毒、预防艾滋病教育与思想教育相结合。
1、全面开展毒品宣传预防教育工作
我积极响应有关部门的号召，把“禁毒、防艾”教育列入教学工作计划，将“禁毒、防艾”教育与学生思想政治教育结合起来，与学生日常行为规范结合起来，与学校法制教育结合起来，与培养青少年树立良好的道德观结合起来。
2、认真分析学生、学生家庭及所处的地理位置，青少年的身心尚未成熟，世界观、人身观尚未形成，可塑性强，也容易受环境的不良影响。“近朱者赤、近墨者黑”。就是对青少年来说的。青少年本身具有很强的模仿力，也有比较强的猎奇心理，有时髦心理，还有自我炫耀的心理，这些都是青少年的特点。所以，青少年对毒品的预防意识十分薄弱，是一个易感高发人群。已经染毒的青少年，其中有很大一部分都是由于无知而引起的，如果说他事先就能知道毒品的严重危害性，那么他们染毒的可能性就会少得多。所以，了解到自己的身心特点，了解到自己的无知，就可以最大程度的减少染毒的可能性。青少年作为毒品预防教育的重点，我们国家党和政府以及有关部门想了许许多多的对策，也设定了许多的防线。未成年人都处在求学的年龄，所以从现实角度来说，预防未成年人染毒，家庭、学校和社会应该组成一个立体的、联合的防线。
3、加强宣传教育，增强学生预防毒品和艾滋病的意识
“禁毒、防艾”关键在于预防，预防关键在于教育。青少年之所以成为最易受到毒品侵害的“高危人群”，其主要的'原因是缺乏对毒品的认识，缺乏对毒品危害性的了解，往往受到环境的影响，被居心不良者误导而走上不归路。我们针对学生的心理、生理和认知特点，切实做好超前预防工作，让学生“识毒、明毒、拒毒”。
4、开展丰富多彩的“禁毒、防艾”教育活动，增强学生拒毒的内在动力。
(1)、上好一堂课。充分发挥课堂教学的主渠道作用，从而不断增强学生“毒品、艾滋脖预防教育的科学性、针对性和实效性。让学生了解“毒品、艾滋脖形势和国家有关法律法规。(2)、读好一本好书。让学生到校图书室借阅或者购买与预防毒品和艾滋病相关的书籍，进行阅读。让学生切实掌握预防毒品和艾滋病的常识。
5、与心理健康教育整合。
我们分析青少年吸毒的原因，可以发现许多青少年吸毒是因在心情烦闷、彷徨无助等情况下被社会不良分子利用而吸毒。心理健康教育不但能帮助少数学生解决心理问题，而且能提高学生的心理健康水平，培养学生的健康人格。
6、与学生的日常行为规范教育整合。
“毒品、艾滋脖预防教育是学校行为规范教育的重要内容，其根本目的是要培养学生良好的生活方式和行为规范。因此，在行为规范教育中要加大教育的力度，并同培养学生正确的“三观”，提高学生是非观念和审美情趣结合起来，同引导学生交友谨慎，不盲目猎奇，不涉足电脑网吧等未成年人禁入场所，养成健康、文明的生活习惯结合起来。

(2)加强法制宣传教育。学校的法制教育可分为两个层次，第一个层次，即从生活知识、生活规则、生活礼节这样一些初级生活准则的教育入手，来培养青少年的法律意识的基矗这也是青少年自我防范的最重要的第一步。青少年吸毒犯罪，并非都是有意要藐视法律，而主要是缺乏生活准则的修养，不能对自己的行为做出合乎生活准则的判断。第二层次，是加强青少年生活准则和社会公共道德的修养的'教育。这是增强青少年法律意识的关键，也是青少年自我防范的一道最直接的屏障。许多青少年在这方面的修养，大大低于他们的文化知识水平。如果我们的学生不懂得和不遵守社会生活准则，没有和缺乏社会的公德修养，就会在客观行为上出现偏差。

XX年度以来，我校按照本区禁毒委、区教育局的安排部署开展禁毒工作，把禁毒工作作为学校工作中的一件大事，及时落实上级部门的文件精神，顺利完成本年度的各项禁毒
一、建立了禁毒工作专门组织机构：成立了学校禁毒工作领导小组、禁毒工作宣传小组、创建无毒学校领导小组、涉毒人员帮教小组等组织机构。学校禁毒工作领导小组由校长任组长，其他行政人员任副组长，所有班主任为成员的禁毒工作领导小组，确保各项禁毒工作扎实、有效地开展。
二、及时传达各次禁毒会议精神，及时组织全体教职工学习禁毒文件，并按文件精神对学校的禁毒工作作出具体安排。
三、禁毒工作有计划、有落实，制度健全，措施有力。学校根据上级文件精神，结合我校实际制定了《南陈集中学禁毒工作计划》等方案、措施，并严格按方案开展工作。
四、签定责任状，落实责任制。学校与教职工签定责任书，与家长签定责任书，与学生签定责任书，做到禁毒工作，人人有责。全校师生员工人人知禁毒。
