20xx年9月1日是我进入老店完小开始正式上班的第一天,陌生的同事,陌生的同学让我突然间不知所措。六月的时候还在大学里面忙着自己的毕业论文,九月就已经踏入工作岗位,从一名习惯在下面坐着听课的学生转变成一名站在讲台上的教师,这个角色的转变之快也让我无法适应。尽管几年前选择报师范的时候就已经知道自己未来从事教师的职业,但是踏上工作岗位的那天我似乎还是没有做到充分的准备。面对着五年级二班46个新面孔,心里是喜悦的但更多的是忐忑,当时想一定要让他们喜欢我,不过到后来自己慢慢才发现,第一要树立一个威严的形象。
开始上课几天以后,就发现班级里一个严重的问题:作业不按时完成。针对这个问题专门请教了学校里的老教师,他们一般都说罚写作业,或者留校补作业。我也学习他们用了一次这个方法,但是发现效果不好,因为如果长期这样下去孩子们会不会厌恶我的语文课,厌恶写语文作业。于是我就想出一个办法:个人作业积分。每天来到学校以后组长检查作业,根据作业完成的好坏加分,我上课抽查作业。一周一总结作业完成优秀的学生,班级前十名周末的.时候不用写日记,十一到二十名写一篇日记,依次类推,最后每周完成作业不好的学生慢慢的也养成了一种习惯,班级里不按时按成作业的情况基本上没有了。针对进步较大的学生会在班级里口头表扬,微信家长群里表扬。今年升入了六年级,孩子们又长大了一岁,班级里有个叫赵瑞佳的女生,这学期期中考试的时候成绩进步很大,我就特地奖励她一个日记本,还在讲台上拍照发到了班级群里,她的家长看见以后特意私信我说:“谢谢你,李老师。你对她的表扬太及时了,这个孩子也让做家长的头疼,不知用什么方法才能更好地鼓励她,还好你一直没放弃她。”听了家长的这番话当时心里是喜悦的,自己平时的付出没有白费。从期中考试以后我也发现这个孩子有了明显的改变,上课发言积极,作业完成的效率高了,这个“种子”终于要萌芽了。
班级管理中纪律也是一个问题。我本身在孩子们面前不是那种严肃的形象,而是喜欢跟他们玩。可是渐渐的发现一定要让自己有严肃的一面,于是就要学会“装”。上课的时候发现纪律差就要震慑他们,每周评出纪律之星拍照发到班级群里面进行表扬,渐渐地孩子们就养成了习惯。
今年是参加工作第二个年头,而对于班级里的孩子从最开始的头疼逐渐转变成喜爱,喜爱这帮孩子们的调皮捣蛋,喜爱这帮孩子们懂事可爱,更喜欢他们一个个小眼睛呆呆的望着我,等着我给他们讲故事。六二班的小精灵们继续加油!

小学的管理需要班主任的耐心和细心,同时又要去适当的放松,因为这个阶段的学生还是比较好玩的,大部分的学生都比较调皮,不太好去管理,这时候就不能去压迫,还是要适当的放宽松,只要学生不涉及到违规违纪的事情,还是可以让他们进行尝试的。一个班级是由班主任、班干部和学生构建成的,因此班主任如果说是管理者,那么班干部就是班级里的为班主任分担责任的人,而学生就是被管理的这个主体。这样看来每一个部分都必须要齐全才能够对班级的管理发挥作用。
我在管理这方面比较提倡我是作为他们的指导者,而学生则是班级里自主发挥自己作用的人,所以我一般都会把权利分散下去,让他们自己去管理班级。首先就是选好班干部,班干部发挥的作用是很大的,因为班干部也是学生里的一部分,他们相处时间要长过我这个班主任,自然是更加了解彼此的,有什么事情也比较好商量,解决不了的`事情再来找我去帮忙,这是比较好的管理方式了。通过他们自主的管理,才能最大效益的让班级被管理好。这样不仅能够去锻炼学生在管理方面的能力,还能增加他们之间的感情,也是为这个班集体提供更有利的帮助。
我在多年的班级管理上,逐渐的摸到了以学生为主体的重要性,因为学生是班级的主人,虽然我是个班主任,但是我也只是他们人生路上的指导者,并不能一直陪着他们走下去,因此只有在小学时让他们学会自我管理,才能让一个班级更加团结起来。我们大部分的老师都习惯去干涉很多班级的事务,实际上只要做好自己班主任的职责,其他我们是可以去放权的,这样也就不会过多的干涉而造成学生们的反感,以至于让一个班级分散了。

xx年9月毕业入职至今,今年担任了一年级4班的班主任工作已是第二年,现将我的工作情况汇报如下:在我的信念中针对刚入小学的学生来说,最重要的便是习惯的养成!因为习惯的培养是一件任重而道远的事情,有句话说得好无规矩不成方圆。接手的第一件事,我就先立下了规矩并和同学一起制定了班级未来努力的方向。经过一个月的熟悉后,我便宣布了每位同学的职务和岗位,也就应了班级事务人人做,人人都有事务做!在今后的日子里,告诉了他们每个人分工不同做的事情也不一样。但你们有一个共同目标,一切都是为了我们的班级好。期间我对每一个小干部进行了手把手的辅导。例如,一年级的小朋友不会扫地,只用嘴告诉他这样那样学生们还是不懂,你就必须得手把手教。同学们倒挺争气!各自负责着自己的领域分工明细做的尤其细致。

刘院长的讲座让我们明确了班级管理的启示是:少用消极性、破坏性言语,多用积极性、建设性言语让人接纳,改变成长。让我深深地体会到,教师的语言如钥匙能打开学生心灵的窗户;如火炬能照亮学生的未来;如种子能深埋在学生的心里。
教师语言水平的高低、表达能力的强弱,直接关系到教育教学工作的成败优劣。许多特级教师之所以能感染每个学生积极主动地参与到教育教学中来,是因为他们高超的语言表达深深地打动了每一个孩子的'心。

下课时,经常有小学生跑到我这儿来告状,大多是些张三打了李四一下,王五骂了刘二一句之类的小事,对这些小事应怎样处理呢?我觉得很有必要探讨一下。以前我总是有求必应,无论什么事,总要审判一下,来表明自己对学生的关心,无非是甲先说说,乙再讲讲这种模式。
但这里有一个问题:甲一张嘴则自己是十足的冤枉,而乙则是十二分的无赖;乙一张嘴则自己永远都没错,错全在甲。麻烦就在这里,班主任并不清楚责任到底在谁,想弄清就要去实地调查研究。而结果常常是这样:班主任虽弄清了这件事,但却耗费了大量的时间、精力。而学生看到老师愿为自己作主,于是信心愈壮,大报告、小报告层出不穷,结果班级成了法院,老师成了院长,如此下去又哪有精力来搞其它工作呢?于是有时侯怕费时费力,就采取推诿法,来个一刀切:回去!回去!看不到我正忙着吗?或是,你先回去,等一下我去找他!但结果是学生望穿秋水,而班主任却早把它抛到了脑后。这样做的后果是学生缺乏对老师的信任感,师生之间的危机感与日俱增。
如此,班主任以后又怎样去管理学生?又怎样去管理班级?之所以会出现以上结果,我认为,关键在于班主任认为自己是一班之主,始终从“我”出发,而忽视了学生的自主权,要想既处理好这些事,又不影响工作,我觉得,班主任应改变一下观点,换一种思维方法,从学生的角度考虑,把权力下放,学生自己的事自己去解决。
1、学生管学生。为此,我就特地培养两个班长做为我的小助手,学生的小老师。我对学生是这样说的,同学之间有了矛盾,应以和为贵,如不能解决,请去找班长。对两个班长我则这样交待:鸡毛蒜皮一类的小事,要尽量公正处理,如不能处理,再来找我。那么,班长处理不了的事,我又怎么办呢?

Conclusion: In the course of participating in the Primary School Class Team Management Program, I have gained a deep understanding of the responsibilities and challenges of being a classroom teacher.
