杂志中有一篇文章写到:不少孩子在面临多项兴趣活动课的选择时不知所措、满脸茫然,不得不由老师代劳;孩子选择意识薄弱、选择能力缺失的问题凸显。不由得感叹,这与自己的孩子多么相似啊,在面临选择时也或多或少有犹豫不决、依赖家长的情况发生。
孩子不会选择是谁之过?作为家长,不得不反思、自省。孩子不会选择,不是他们的错,而是家长的.问题。很多家长总是习惯给孩子拿主意,不知不觉中用言行和行动捆绑孩子,干预过多、事事包办,剥夺了他们选择的权利,当孩子面临问题时不仅不知道如何处理,还会产生迷茫感,或是过分依赖于家长。
孩子是一个独立的个体,在当下和未来的生活和学习中会遇到很多选择的机会,怎样做才能让孩子学会选择?首先,家长可以帮助孩子树立信心,鼓励、引导他们学会独立思考、分析问题,相信自己的判断;其次,给孩子一定的自由空间,根据自己的意愿做出选择,给他们最好的体验;再次,在选择过程中家长学会放手,可以提供建议,但不为其做主,维持和经营亲子间的相互信任与尊重。

现在的家长往往有点急功近利的心理,且还有一些世俗认为孩子能考上一个重点大学成为博士能出人头地就是成功。读了那篇《成长比成功更重要》的文章后我明白了孩子的健康成长和人格的培养比考上重点大学更加重要,所以在日常生活中更应该关注孩子的健康成长、人格的塑造,意识到要从小培养孩子有一个好的品德、有抱负有理想做一个善良懂得感恩的人的重要性这对孩子自己将来也是终身受益的,对社会也是非常重要的

《父母课堂》告诉我:“父母好好学习,孩子天天向上。”她以循循善诱的语言告诉我们,作为父母要和孩子一起成长。字里行间洋溢着指路明灯似的爱。从那时起,我便爱上了她。
《父母课堂》告诉我:儿童心灵的启蒙是从家庭教育开始的,“父母是孩子的第一任老师”即是如此。在家庭中,母亲的`主角是至关重要的,从孩子出生以后甚至于在母亲的身体里孕育开始,母亲就会在孩子的心中播下一粒粒语言的种子。当种子在孩子的心中扎根时,亲子之间建立起的亲密关系是无法切断的父母课堂。所以让语言,特别是带有感情的温暖的、生动的的语言,深植于孩子的心中,会促进孩子心智的健全发展,而不是机械的语言。直到此刻我都十分庆幸,如果我当时发了火,如果没有《父母课堂》,我的孩子会不会是这天这样的优秀……

比如这样一段话:在家庭教育中要积极倾听,让孩子知道你了解和肯定他所说的话、所表达的感觉。家长应该转变自己的表达方式,而不是用和哄骗的方式。每次和小孩相处时,我都不由自主地想到这段话。自己有时心情烦躁,又时时刻刻被小孩缠着问这个问那个,对待她就会有点不耐烦,一想到这段话,就提醒自己,要尊重孩子的情绪,积极和孩子沟通,与孩子建立起一个平等的`亲子关系,培养孩子健康向上的情感,这比课本知识更重要。
在辅导小孩做作业时,对待她做得不够好的地方,我也尽量避免下命令、警告、威胁的方式,而是让她自已意识到不妥当。比如写字,她常常写不匀称,我就会笑着问她:如果一个人鼻子眼睛和嘴巴挤到一起,大半个脸空着,你觉得好看吗?这样一说,孩子就立刻自己拿橡皮擦掉改正了。

灯下翻开《父母课堂》,孙云晓的一篇《关系好坏决定教育成败》映入眼帘,读着,读着,我的心里豁然开朗,我明白了作为家长一定要懂得尊重、懂得信任,才能让让孩子成功地接受教育。记得“知心姐姐”卢勤老师曾经这样说过:“我有一双爱的眼睛,5分钟之内就能发现这个孩子与别人不同的地方,发现他身上的闪光点,在我眼里所有孩子都是好孩子。”
父母的第一职责不是发现孩子的缺点,而是寻找契机去激发孩子的潜能、发现希望。我家孩子曾经很不爱学英语,特别是听读的时候很畏难,有明显抵触的情绪,劝说、呵斥对他也根本不起作用。有一次,我灵机一动,拿了个单词装作不懂的样子问他,他读出了这个单词,说这个单词是聪明的意思。我反问了一句:“那我可不可以这样说呢:you are aclever boy?”顿时孩子就开心的笑了,很主动的打开电脑跟着光盘学习英语。以后隔三差五,我就会向他“请教”,给他更多的自信。当他慢慢的对英语学习有了一些兴趣,我就送他去外教老师家里上课。现在他很喜欢外教老师,对学习英语的兴趣也越来越浓厚了。

我们都把自己的孩子当做宝贝,都希望自己的孩子德智体美劳全面发展。教育做人是父母的责任。孩子一生下来就跟随我们一起生活,孩子的健康成长也随父母的生活习惯,道德做人,所以孩子的品德好坏在于家庭,一个幸福的家庭才能教育出好的孩子。
教会孩子怎样去关心别人,学会做事做人,教育她尊老爱幼,百善孝为先,做事要有信心,不怕苦,不怕累,培养她的探索精神,谦虚勇进。同时培养孩子的诚实品质,一定要以诚信为主,老老实实做人踏踏实实做事。
作为家长,我们在教育孩子的时候都要遇到难题,由于我当过兵,所以经常用部队的一些条例条令,规章制度来教育女儿,教她一切行动听指挥,父母说的话就是命令,安排的工作必须完成,而且无条件服从。没有顾及她的感受,让她总觉得委屈和伤心。通过学习《父母课堂》,让我明白了很多道理:父母应该多与孩子交流,了解她的心声,让她在一定范围内自由安排学习和生活。
我的宝贝女儿,自从生下来我们就很爱她,从上幼儿园开始,她就很坚强,很热爱学习,我们的工作很忙,很少陪她一起学习,交流,很少全家一起出去参加户外运动,与其说自己没时间其实都是在自欺欺人。
通过这段时间,我学习了《父母课堂》得出几点结论:
一 加强与子女交流:
我们应该多与女儿交流,把自己当成她的朋友,陪她一起去户外运动。和她在一起的时候,多让她讲讲她遇见的趣事,说说她的想法。
二 增强家庭共同学习:
让孩子多花时间进行一些有益的课外阅读,抒发孩子的求知兴趣,同时我们自己也要多阅读有关教育孩子的书籍,正所谓书籍是人类进步的阶梯。
三 增加父女互动
了解孩子的心理,真正掌握她的需要,多陪她做做游戏,带她多参加她喜欢的活动。
四 培养学习自觉性
女儿做作业很认真,但有时就是粗心大意,我们应该让她学会自己检查,首先与她进行讨论约定,只要她觉得自己做得好,完成得出色,我们也可以允许她提一些小小的要求,随着她的正确率提高,小要求就逐渐减少,直到不允许提任何要求。
五 培养自理能力和爱劳动的习惯
我计划逐步培养她的自理能力和爱劳动的习惯,形成她主动为他人服务和参加家务劳动的意识。我会帮助她,要求她从自己的房间开始,折叠衣物,每周周末,打扫自己的房间和书房,有空就把客厅物品摆放整齐。让她自己做父母的清洁工小助手。

Teach the child how to care for others, learn to do things as a human being, educate her to respect the old and love the young, filial piety first, do things with confidence, not afraid of hard work, not afraid of tired, cultivate her spirit of discovery, humility and courage to progress. As parents, we have to encounter problems when educating our children. Since I have been a soldier, I often use some of the army's rules and regulations to educate my daughter, teaching her that she should follow the command in all actions, and that what her parents say is the command, and that she must complete the arranged work and obey unconditionally. 翻开杂志,犹如置身在充满教育知识的海洋,每一篇文章都值得我细细品味。这里面既有普通家长的心声,也有孩子们的心声;既有专家针对性的指导,还有生动感人的案例。它是一座搭在家长与孩子心灵之间的桥梁。
我读了《没有犯错的要惩罚》这一篇文章,它震撼了我的心灵,引起我的反思。在没有读到这篇文章之前,如果我的孩子做出了那些玩皮的`事情,我不会像史密斯先生那样幽默睿智地去处理,一定会一边唠叨,一边收拾。然后把孩子叫到眼前,狠狠地批一顿,会在不知不觉中,扼杀掉她许多探索和创新的热情跟欲望。好在这篇文章点醒了我,以后不能再犯这样的错误了。要用爱心、宽容去包容、允许孩子犯“错误“,要正确引导她,涌向知识的海洋。

My daughter came home from school and gave me a magazine - Parenting Classroom - saying it was recommended for parents to read at school. I didn't expect to be captivated by it.
Turning the pages of the magazine is like being in an ocean full of educational knowledge, and each article is worth savoring. There are both the voices of ordinary parents and children; there are both targeted guidance from experts and vivid and touching cases. It is a bridge between parents and children.
I read the article `No Mistake to Punish' and it shook me to my core and caused me to reflect. Before I read this article, if my child did those playful `things', I wouldn't handle it with humor and wisdom like Mr. Smith, I would definitely nag and clean up at the same time. Then I would have called my child in front of me and criticized her severely, which would have killed a lot of her enthusiasm and desire to explore and innovate without even realizing it. The good thing about this article is that it woke me up to the fact that I can't make that mistake again. 翻着本期《父母课堂》的首页,一篇温馨的小诗歌“春天,在妈妈背上”是我对《父母课堂》这本书的感觉。每期看书都会在不知不觉中,有种莫名的力量和精神引导着我去正确的看待孩子们的问题和家长们的问题,这种力量是温暖的,这种精神是可靠的。我是一位妈妈,这本书像一位学者一样引导我去感悟人生,用正确的思维去客观的看待问题,我真的很想像这段诗歌上描写那样,妈妈给孩子带来春天的感觉,是在轻轻柔柔中,是在不知不觉中,让我的孩子成长在温暖的、安全的、自由的环境中。
孩子因为家庭环境、父母工作性质、自身性格的关系有着不同的成长经历。在这个过程中,我作为家长对她的关注自然而然应当是最多的,但是我没有那么尽职的做到,只是在工作之余去用尽可能多的时间弥补。但是在这段时间对于我和孩子来说总是不够用的,为了能把这段有限的宝贵时间有效率的分配好,自己也是想尽办法的让孩子跟着自己安排走,但是结果不总是好的,孩子也不是总是开心的,我们不仅身心疲惫而且还没有达到预期的效果。所以《父母课堂》是我的引路石,让我在迷茫的教育中找到方向。
我很喜欢开卷的文章,总是给人启迪,例如“给每棵草开花的时间”。每位当家长都是望子成龙,望女成凤,随之而来的就是严格的教育,孩子们在童真的年龄,其实也有自己渴望的.爱好,我们当父母的是否有真正去体会到孩子们的需求和特质,有的放矢的去引导他们呢。面对当下的种种特长班、学习辅导班,我们又是否真正的去分析我们的孩子需要这些吗?作为成年人的我们,用自己所谓的前瞻性,为孩子们铺垫的路,他们走的快乐吗?当孩子们要为自己争取证明自己价值的机会的时候,我们又是否冷静客观的面对?是否定孩子还是让我们更加接近孩子,我想我是需要反思的。正像那句话:“给每一棵草开花的时间,给每一个人证明自己价值的机会。不要盲目地去拔掉一棵草,也不要草率地去否定一个人,那么,我们将会得到多少人生的“蜡兰”啊!”

读了《父母课堂》后,我真实感受到了孩子的需要,也发现了我们家长的不足之处。到底需要怎样改变对待孩子的态度和教育方式方法?我经过考虑后得出以下几个结论:
一、增强家庭学习氛围
让孩子多花时间进行一些有益的课处阅读,激发孩子的求知兴趣。同时我们也要从自己做起,多进行阅读,家庭的学习氛围好了,孩子也会跟着静心学习。
二、加强与孩子的沟通
我们应该了解孩子的心理,真正掌握他的需要。一旦孩子的学习态度和成绩产生波动,我们不能一味地责备,而是要平和细致地问清原因。
三、培养学习自觉性
孩子做作业拖拉,学习自觉性较差。对此我们将采用循序渐进的办法加以改善:首先与他进行讨论并且做出约定,只要他能自觉并出色地完成学习任务,我们允许他提出适当附加条件。随着他自觉性的提高,附加条件将逐渐减少,直到不允许有任何条件,他也能自觉进行学习。
总之,对孩子的教育,是一个长期的过程,作为父母,要常抓不懈,持之以恒,在平时的每一个阶段,都要仔细观察孩子的言行,多与孩子沟通,了解他的思想活动,让他能够健康、快乐的成长。我们相信,在家长和老师的共同努力和精心浇灌下,我们的孩子一定能茁壮成长,成为对国家、对社会有用的栋梁之材!

近几年我执教初中地理,尽管我每次备课时在教学目标的设立,教材处理,教学方法,学法指导等诸方面都有自己的设计和安排,但是在真正的教学过程中还是存在生怕自己讲的不够多,学生不够明白的思想,有时一堂课下来,满堂灌,原定的教学目标很难完全实现。反思以往教学上的不足,思考今后如何提高教学质量尤显的紧迫而必要。以下是我教学工作中的几点体会,我把它写出来,希望它能时刻提醒自己,在今后的教学过程中不再走同样的弯路,调整和改正教学方法,提高教学质量。
浓厚的学习兴趣是地理教学的主题,只有提高他们的兴趣,让地理课堂成为他们的乐园,让他们每天盼望着上地理课,这样才会有惊人的效果。例如初一地理第一章上来就讲地球和地图部分,对于刚上初中的小学生而言确实有一点难,而且一旦学不会就会彻底磨灭了他们学习地理的兴趣,所以应该调足他们的胃口,提高他们的兴趣,使得他们对接下来的知识产生热切的期盼。在第一节了解地球部分如果像下面这样导入,学生就会充满探索的欲望:“古往今来曰宇,天地四方曰宙。人们对地球形状的认识,经历了一个漫长的过程。1969年美国阿波罗11号宇宙飞船,带着太阳女神的问候和祝福,成功地登上了月球,印入船长阿姆斯特朗上校眼帘的地球是一轮蓝色的圆圆的星球。人类是怎样逐步地认识到地球的形状的呢?”另外许多学生都想了解一些有关恒星、行星、流星、彗星、外星人等方面的知识,如果教师授课后稍微多加介绍一些,不仅提高了学生学习地理的兴趣,而且还为下一节课的学习做好了铺垫。
在关于天气与气候的教学中,我在实践中使用了好几次新方法,最初我认为天气预报符号很简单就先让学生背天气符号,再让他们读天气预报图;第二次是让学生看书后自己画天气符号;第三次是我指导学生边讲含义边画天气符号,赋予简单的符号以生动的内涵然,让学生根据看到的天气符号发挥想象力,思考为什么用这种特定符号来表示某种特定天气?同学们大胆想象,议论纷纷,各抒己见。通过这一想象活动,一方面变学生被动学习为主动学习,变机械记忆为理解记忆,另一方面拓展了学生的思维空间,丰富了学生的想象。然后再让学生以天气播报员的身份进行播报天气,开展选秀天气播报员的活动。前后对比发现,第三次学生参与学习积极性最高,而且掌握得又牢固又灵活。课堂上,在老师指导下同学们刚刚将天气符号简笔画画完,便纷纷举起手要求进行天气预报表演,学习的兴致非常高昂。在这项知识的学习上,学生似乎没有优劣之分。这件事看起来很简单,但它正是我们反思和感悟课堂教学的切入点。我感到我们教学的一项重要的任务就是培养学生学习的自主性,而自主性的产生来自明确具体的目标和浓厚的兴趣。而兴趣的产生来自知识内容和教师教学的直观、形象、生动以及学生已有知识本身的实用性。天气预报人人关注,这是学习的动力,不必再说。我们仅从学习积极性的角度来分析,学生在学习过程中为什么对画天气符号简笔画那么投入。我想一是关注,但更多的是多种感觉器官同时参与学习,这几项加起来就折射出老师教学的形象、直观、生动,教学方法的切实和灵活,因此学习效率也就非常好。
教学的细小环节注意不好会引起学生,特别是学的不是很好的学生思维中断和对新知识的疑惑不解,从而失去信心,放弃学习。在教学气温年变化曲线时,要求学生分析某地气温年变化特点。课后一部分学生反映不太清楚如何描述一个地方的气温的年变化特点,而我觉得这部分知识并不难,学生为什么会不理解呢?耐心寻问才知道,学生不清楚“高温、温和、低温、寒冷”等在描述时有什么标准,回顾教学过程才发现我在教学这部分知识时忽略了细小环节,于是给学生界定了有关与“高温、低温、寒冷”等评价词相对应的月均温标准,学生的疑惑顿消。同样还有看降水量柱状图判断某地降水的季节变化特点时,世界不同气候区的降水季节变化分为常年多雨、常年少雨、夏季多雨、冬季多雨、常年湿润这几种情况,一部分学生仍然是不明白界定的标准而犯疑惑,而我在教学过程中只是指图大致的讲解,模糊的以为清楚答应自己的那部分学生清楚,就等于全体学生都理解啦,这恰恰是忽略了教学过程中的细小环节。我们都知道,在教学过程中,那一少部分聪明的学生,和老师互动得最好,而恰恰是他们的一应一答和齐呼齐应使我们疏忽了认知水平较底的学生,在教学中一个高明的教师高就高在能把教学的细小环节把握好,即做到细微之处。这里的细小环节指的是知识的细小环节、学生认知的细小环节、教师注意不到的细小环节。把握好细小环节是大面积提高教学质量的需要,是素质教育的需要,是引导认知水平较底的学生树立学习自信

那天,儿子从学校带回来一本《父母课堂》,嘱咐我一定要认真看,我也很听话的认真读了每一篇文章,每篇文章都非常好,尤其是其中有一篇《教育孩子,心态要平》,读完后,有醍醐灌顶的感觉。我前面种种的不满和气急败坏,也许问题就在心态上。
培养孩子首先应该有一个目的,我个人认为,这个目的就是让孩子生活得比我们还要幸福,赵文忠老师的这句话说的.非常好,难道他不是那个自己最爱的宝贝吗?难道最大的希望不是他能幸福吗?
