2017年6月23日,由本人带领宋德肖、吴冬梅、黄小燕、容丽、黄慧贤、陈静等一行7人到达南宁。24日早上8:30分在广西轻工产品检测站报到后,开始了为期5天的检验员资格证培训学习。具体学习时间、内容等总结如下:
对所培训的内容认真听课并主动向老师请教,课后大家相互进行学习交流和总结。特别是在各种质量指标的检测方法操作演示课上,每个人都对自己平时检验操作的不全面、不规范有了进一步的认知和改进。在此,我们对今后的检验工作提一些建议和意见:
1、按国家标准,白度改为亮度;
2、胶版印刷纸、纸杯原纸的抗张强度用抗张指数这个指标表示,而不是裂断长。只有单面书写纸1997年版沿用至今是引用了裂断长;
3、对裂断长这个指标的计算方法作一点更正:
4、对一些原始记录的要求:原始数据不能修改,计算结果可以修约。比如,我们检测平滑度时,平滑度仪显示的是一位小数,我们原来就只取整数,计算结果时再保留一位小数。正确的做法是,平滑度仪显示一位小数,我们就取一位小数,计算结果时在修约到整数。
5、对仪器读数的规范:比如挺度仪的刻度分值是1cN,读数不允许出现小数像40.6那样的数值,如果指针正好在两个刻度值之间,就取最接近的那个刻度的值。
6、胶版印刷纸的横向伸缩率,试样的泡水时间按标准是2个小时。我们现在是15分钟。
7、食品包装用纸生产许可审查时,产品出厂检验必检项目:耐破度、撕裂度、荧光性物质。建议购买一台撕裂度仪。(在培训现场使用的电脑测控撕裂度仪型号是DCP-SLY1000,四川长江造纸仪器有限责任公司)
8、荧光性物质的检测结果的判定作以下更正:
A、 未检出
B、 小于5cm2(星点状,星点的面积不累计,按最大面积为准)
C、 大于5cm2
D、 大于100cm2
以上A、B项都符合标准要求,判定为合格;C、D项都不符合标准要求,判定为不合格;
9、 卫生纸柔软度测定方向的更正:现在检测方向跟正确的方向相反了;另外检测湿强这个指标时,因为湿强剂效果要在10天达到最高值,所以按老师说的.,建议烘试样的温度在80度比较合适。现在我们烘的温度是105度左右,温度太高,纸会发脆、老化。
10、咨询了有关纸杯原纸客户提出纸碗渗油的检测方法。将95±5度的油加入试样内,油加至离试样口平面约6mm处,然后放在一块干玻璃板或平板上,30分钟后,观察玻璃(平)板上是否有渗出的油印。同规格测试5个样,其中若有一个试样出现渗漏现象,判该项为不合格。
老师也指出纸碗渗油与原纸关系不大,主要是淋膜,膜的克重对纸碗渗油影响较大。

如果在工作中我们失去了细心,那么在布局及陈列当中就不能很好的抓住顾客的购买欲。及顾客的购物动向,巨大磁石点也将达不到理想的效果,失去应有的价值;另外货架的陈列要求我们了解:怎样的陈列才能利用好货架的每一层,从而创造出更大的价值及效益;然而色彩的对比也能很大程度点亮顾客的眼睛,吸引并留住顾客的脚步。

二是勤奋,有条理,头脑清醒。三是要有一定的管理能力。四是要能干,深受到领导以及客人的喜爱。如果真的能做到以上几点,我想你也许就是一位优秀的初级管理者了,还有人生存于社会上,也不能太过于表现自己。其实,只要用一颗炽热、真诚的心去对待你身边的每一个人或是每一件事,那就可以问心无愧了。
酒店里要学到的东西很多,比如说餐桌上的礼仪,和客人打交道,还有就是做为三星级的服务员该怎么面对客人的不同要求。在中餐厅,接触这方面的知识相对于其他部门而言还是比较多的。

现在内向性格的人比较多,而工作中的关注点绝大多数只是在于尽善尽美地想法子完成领导交给他们做的任何事情,其实在酒店待了这么长时间,我觉得不仅要完成领导交给自己的事,还应该积极地站在领导的.角度考虑问题,这样不仅解决了领导想到的问题,而且还主动帮领导想好答案或解决方案,所以说,要想真正的在社会上立足就要懂得学会积极主动。在实习的过程中,看着那些被动的人被领导看不起,就像酒店里或者一些大型企业里组织和带动的一些活动,除了积极地响应和号召之外,更重要的就是结合于实践,马上实施起来,而有些人吩咐干什么就干什么,一点主见意识都没有,这样的人就永远得不到领导的重视,而且也没有多大的出息。

今年8月17日,暑假才刚刚开始,我和章兴敏校长、文海生副校长、文东海副校长同全县的其他中学正、副校长、各中心小学正副校(站)长以及县教研室的相关领导81人在麻江县委、县教育局的精心组织和安排下于当天下午4:00在县教育局五楼会议室集中开会准备前往重庆市西南大学进行校长培训。在会议上葛玉兰副局长传达县委、县教育局的良苦用心,并再三强调培训学习的重要性和必要性,杨斌主任对培训活动进行了具体安排,5:00我们准时了出发。

5、继续教育基地(西南大学继续教育基地,原三江职业技术学院,四川省水产校,这里住着部分自考成人考生,还有少部分川农实习生,在校生约1500人),总在校生70000余人。其次,龙国胜副县长讲话,他要求我们在培训期间要当好学生,认真学习;学会交流,共同进步;洁身自好,遵守纪律。
第三,胡晓平局长在会上讲话,他强调我们每个学员要珍惜本次培训机会,要认真学习,用学到的知识指导我们今后的工作。胡局长说“有什么样的校长就有什么样的学校,要想提升麻江县的教育,首先要提升校长们的素质!”这句话,更是增强了我们“做一名好校长,办一所好学校”的使命感和紧迫感。
在接下来的培训中,翟时雨教授给我们解读了《学校领导的语言艺术与人格魅力》(翟时雨教授生于1930年,1954年毕业于西南大学(原西南师范学院)汉语言文学系,留校任教。1957年毕业于中国科学院语言研究所语音研究班。1992年评聘为教授。曾任汉语言文学系主任、校对外汉语教学中心主任、校学术委员、校学位委员、校语言文字工作委员会副主任、校工会副主任。重庆大学顾问教授、重庆联合职业技术大学名誉校长、中国语言学会理事、汉语方言学会理事、四川省语委委员、四川省语言学会副会长、重庆市社科联理事、重庆市语言学会会长。1992年被国家语委评为"全国语言文字先进工作者"。1993年获"曾宪梓教育基金奖"。1993年起获政府特殊津贴。)。已经80岁高龄的翟教授鹤发童颜,思维十分活跃。在讲座过程中,翟老利用从自己丰富的人生阅历中提取的大量事例材料,深入浅出地为我们讲解了关于语言表达艺术在教育教学中的作用。他声情并茂的讲说不时地引得全场听众开怀大笑,使大家在愉悦的氛围中获得了知识。讲座结束时,全场响起了此起彼伏的掌声,我们用掌声表达了对翟老先生的敬佩,不仅敬佩他拥有渊博的知识,更敬佩他有着一种积极乐观的生活态度和不屈不挠的探索精神,而这也是我们的校长领导们必须要学习和掌握的。
通过此次讲座,翟老师让我们意识到,作为未来的教师,语言是我们必须具备而且善于掌控的一种能力,只有拥有良好的口才,老师们在综合素质上才会有进一步的提升和发展。
在李达武教授《快乐国学与师德修养》的讲座中,我们本以为一个老教授可能又来唠叨一早上了,其实不然,李教授引用《诗经卫风硕人》《周易》等国学名篇,“四书”、“五经”、“二十四史”、“三玄”等国学经典,以及李白、王之涣、苏轼、李清照等名家诗词为我们解读了“快乐国学”的要义,“以古鉴今,启迪人生;拓展学识,净化心灵;丰富感情,提高能力;边走边唱,健康上进;心存感激,奉献爱心”。积极倡导大家要善于发掘内在美,要以充实的生活、简单的快乐、健康的身心装点自己的人生。讲座历时3个小时,我们在国学文化的熏陶与李教授“边走边唱”的特色讲学中充分品味了“国学”的真谛,现场不时传来阵阵掌声。李达武,女,61岁,又名达五,当过知青、丝厂工人、曲艺演员、展览馆解说员等,1978年恢复高考后考入大学,1982年毕业留西南师范学院任教,现为西南大学文学院副教授,主讲中国古代文学、中国古代诗歌艺术研究等课程。是西南大学“十位最受欢迎教授”之一。
在重庆市朝阳中学校长饶英《虚实相生优化管理》的讲座中,她列举了很多化解学校与老师,老师与老师,以及老师与学生(或家长)矛盾的典型事例给我们,为我们今后处理此类事件的提供了有效的处理方式与方法。如在教师评价方面,她的方法是多元化评价方式,教学成绩占60%(人均分、极格率、优良率等),其他评介占40%(包括学生评介<所有学生>、教师评介、学校评介等),尤其是评优秀教师更是公开化,让全校师生来共同评价,效果确实不错。其目的就在于把矛盾分解,使人信服。我们提出“是否会有的老师为了得到学生的好评价会不会有意去讨好学生,不严格去管理学生了,这样学校的管理会不会失控?”她的回答是:不会!我们要鼓励教师去搞好师生关系,师生关系好教师才乐教,学生才愉学。有这样好的前提教学成绩怎么不会好呢?这难道不是一件好事么?我们经过认真反思,道理确实也是这样。在抓教研教改方面,她们的做法是鼓励教师参与课题研究(给予适当的考核加分),学校积极为教师提供展示平台,如与出版商联系,不惜花钱买版面等,让老师在评优晋级中真正得到实惠。在谈到校长修炼时,她指出作为一名优秀的校长必须是一个有思想、有理想、有追求的人;要积极规划自己,及时反思自已,尤其是已有名气的校长,面对荣誉,更要勇敢地超越自己。饶校长还结合自已学校的实际,向我们介绍如何做一名校长,如何抓好常规管理,如何与教师沟通,如何与孩子们交流……,平和的语言,平实的讲解,让我们受益匪浅。
垫江县委常委,西南大学兼职教授徐兴旺教授《学校突发事件与校长维权》为我们讲解了有关教育政策的法律法规。本来是枯燥无味的法律条文,徐教授却能结合自身经验、学识,在讲解中不时插入几句幽默的语言,竟使得整个会场,充满了轻松愉快的氛围。在这种氛围里,我对教育法规有了更深一层的认识,作为一名校长掌握一定的法律法规是很有必要的,尤其是教育方面的法规。他说一个不懂教育法规的校长如何去谈依法治校?在谈到校园安全时,徐教授通过几个触目惊心的实例,让我们切实感受到抓好安全教育的确重于泰山,我们在抓好教育教学的同时,一刻也不能放松安全防范工作。毕竟,生命不保,何谈教育?他说教育安全无小事,天有多大它就有多大,要求我们千万千万不要忽视它,要做到时时讲,时时防,认真履行好学校和教师的职责才能避免校园安全事故的发生,同时也才能很好地保护好自己。
王牧华教授从实用主义的角度上,结合自身实际,为我们讲解了校本教研,校园文化,以及如何在“纪律和自由中实现双赢”等我们日常所接触到的,看似平常却不知从何下手或难以干出实效的工作,无疑为我们今后的工作提出了完美的参考。
在培训过程中,我们有两个下午是听电教报告,内容是《阳光心态》,由清华大学博士吴维库教授主讲。他说心态影响人的能力,能力影响人的命运,不能改变环境就适应环境,不能改变别人就改变自己。不能改变事情就改变态度,不能向上比较就向下比较。人就是要活在当下,塞翁失马就是一个典型的事例。做人难,做事难,一百个人中,就有九十九个人会这样感叹。其实,大家之所以有如此想法,主要是由于缺乏一种阳光心态。他举了一个很有趣的例子,从前,有两个秀才一起进京赶考,在路上看到了一口棺材。一个秀才说:“可真够倒霉的,赶考的路上竟然会碰到棺材,看来这次考试我是没希望了!”另一个秀才说:“棺材,棺材,是升官发财之意。看来我的运气来了,这次我一定能高中状元!”在两种不同心态的影响下同样的.考题,由于他们的心态不同,所以当他们答题的时候,他们的努力程度也就不一样。结果正如他们对自己的预测,第一个秀才名落孙山,第二个秀才则高中状元。之后。他们都对自己认识的人说:“那口棺材可真是灵验啊!”

怀着感恩的心吃菜比怀着眼泪吃牛肉香!一条条再朴实不过的道理都说到了我们每个学员的心坎上,所以报告厅不时传来阵阵掌声。
学院的李森教授、博士导师同样从宏观出发,为我们介绍了教育理论、实践报告的发展走向及如何更新教育观念,如何走向优质教育,以及在几次重大教育变革中到我国教育发展的利与弊、得与失。在下午的讲座中,李教授又从微观角度为我们讲解了基础教育的一些教育模式和教学方法,让我们进一步明白了如何评课,如何备课,如好上好课这些日常具体得不能再具体的工作。
7月30日,是整个集中培训的最后一天。在这一天,西南大学培训学院书记张国镛教授、硕士导师为我们解读了《统筹城乡教育改革发展的几个问题》。在讲座中他阐述了统筹城乡教育发展缘由,从党的十六届三中全会的六个统筹规划到十七大的十个规划统筹,为我们阐释了最新的教育理念及治校策略。他告诉我们,当一名校长要有自己的思想,要让学校处处充溢书香,要让学校成为一个友情的天地,校长不要当处处灭火的消防队员,要做一名布道者,让师生们认同你,要把教育当作自己的人生追求,要每天都有创意地去努力工作、幸福工作。
十二天的培训结束了,但专家学者精彩的讲座仍不时冲撞着我们的灵魂,给我们鞭策,催我们奋进。近半个月的学习,领导、专家、名师,他们为我们擦亮了迷茫的双眼,他们为我们点燃了思想的火把,他们为我们注入了前进的动力,他们为我们指明了今后努力的方向。

一、 培训开展情况
(一)项目级培训情况:主要由项目副经理张庆负责。主要培训内容包括:1.本项目施工特点及施工安全基本知识;2.本项目安全生产制度、规定及安全注意事项;3.特种作业人员安全技术操作规程;4.高处作业、机械设备、电气安全基础知识;5.防火、防毒、防尘、防爆知识及紧急情况安全处置和安全疏散知识;6.防护用品发放标准及防护用品、用具使用的基本知识。其中参与培训新员工5名,考核合格5名。
(二)班组级培训情况:由于我项目部不存在生产班组,故这一级的.培训由办公室负责。主要培训内容包括:1.各工种作业特点及安全操作规程;2.安全工作纪律;3.安全防护装置(设施)及个人劳动保护用品的使用方法;4.安全生产中易发生事故的不安全因素及其防范对策;5.安全生产中作业环境及使用的机械设备、工具的要求。其中参与培训新员工5名,考核合格5名。
二、 存在的问题
由于参加培训的新员工,都是刚从学校毕业的大学生,理论能力都很强,实际动手能力都较差。比如灭火器的正确使用,所有新员工都知道使用方法,但是实际操作时,大部分都不知道什么是保险栓,哪里是上风口,哪里是下风口;钢筋切割机、钢筋拉直机等他们也是初次见到。
此次培训所有新员工积极配合,热情也很高,培训完成后,大家积极向项目递交心得体会,提高自身的安全生产意识。
安全培训工作是安全监管过程中重要环节之一,也是增强企业自身防范事故能力重要途径之一。因此,首先要通过安全培训教育提高所有关公的安全意识,营造安全生产氛围,促进项目自身加强安全管理,增强项目事故防范能力,遏制生产安全事故发生。我项目部充分认识到安全培训教育工作重要性,加大安全培训工作力度,为保质保量完成全年安全培训工作目标而努力。

一、树立起为学生服务的思想,有强烈的责任心
魏教授说:“有什么样的班主任就有什么样的班级,学生是班主任的影子,班主任是学生的灵魂”。一个班几十个学生性格特点不同,兴趣爱好不同,家庭教育也不同,如何形成良好的班风学风呢?作为班主任要传递一种正能量,用自己的实际行动去感染学生,凡是要求学生做到的自己首先做到,而且要比学生做得更好;要求学生不做的自己坚决不做。在日常工作中事无巨细、率先垂范:自觉捡起地上的一片废纸,坚持提前三分钟候课,坚持陪学生早读,坚持陪学生跑操,坚持每个自习在班内辅导学生,坚持每周和三名学生谈心……虽然很苦很累,但是看着学生一点点改变,一点点进步,对我来说就是莫大的快乐。
二、对待学生有爱心、耐心和信心
要做一个合格的班主任,就要对学生有一颗爱心,多一份耐心,给学生一点信心,对每一个学生都像对待自己的孩子一样来关爱。101班的学生成绩两级分化严重,尤其这次期中考试两级分化现象更加明显。我不愿放弃每一个孩子,给学生制定了详细的学习计划,可是学生的两级分化现象越来越严重,我找不到症结所在。听了魏教授的课后,我深受启发。我不再严格要求学生什么时间必须去做什么,而是努力去发现学生的闪光点,及时表扬学生,用榜样的力量去带动其他学生,现在班级的`学习氛围浓厚,收到了良好的效果。
在学生出现问题时,班主任要做到一视同仁,公平对待,不能歧视任何一个学生。要多思考事情发生的来龙去脉,正确把握学生行为的性质,分清是故意的,还是无意的,是恶意的,还是善意的,要从有利于学生的健康发展出发,选取合理的解决问题的方式方法,不简单粗暴,不去伤害学生。在课余时间,走到学生中,到学生休息的课间中去,到宿舍中去,到学生食堂去与学生平等交流,营造一种平等气氛,让师生关系更加融洽。
三、让学生学会自主管理,对学生要放心
“自主管理”就是一切能交给学生的让他们自己来做。在班级做到“事事有人干,人人有事干”,培养学生的动手能力、独立意识和合作意识。例如:每周的大扫除,做到明确分工,责任到人;早读后的值日,由各组长互相监督量化打分,班干部负责评比;语文老师布置的课前的演讲从主题、素材、选材都让学生独立完成,培养学生的自信。

四、做好家校联系,要有一颗细致心
孩子的进步,离不开教师,也离不开家长。要教育管理好学生,做好自己的班主任工作,除了做好学生的教育、管理外,还要做好家长的工作,要与家长联系,取得家长的支持与配合,例如:孩子在学校的一些有意义的活动,孩子的点滴进步,孩子的闪光点都可以通过家长群分享;安排家长进校园,体验和孩子一起上课、就餐,参加活动;在班级管理中,经常和学生家长进行沟通,根据需要不定期地进行家访等。

在学习的这几天中,收获很多。首先,学习到了跟本职工作相关的知识,这些知识也正是我所需要的。虽然学习的时间短,但对所学内容有了深刻的了解和认识。这次的培训课程目标是:对ITIL框架的基本理解、ITIL如何帮助组织加强IT服务的质量、描述和区分IT服务管理实践的核心指南,包括:服务战略,服务设计,服务转换,服务运营,持续服务改进。老师讲的很好,在讲课中间和我们分享了很多的案例,用实际的案例来给我们分析和讲解课程的内容,使我们很快就能理解学习的内容。特别是在课程的最后,通过一个设计的案例来进行分组演讲讨论,把前面讲过的内容基本上都运用到了案例中,如:问题管理、变更管理、建立配置管理流程的步骤与其它流程间关系等知识都充分的在所设计的案例中进行运用,让我们知道如何把学到的知识运用到实际的工作中。在和其它学员分组进行沟通讨论的同时也分享了在各自工作中的一些经验和方法,以及各自单位在IT运维和IT管理的实施情况及好的经验,彼此都获益匪浅。
其次,通过几天的学习,让我深刻感受到自已的不足,由于讲课的课件中有部分是英文或是英文的缩写,对于基本没有英文水平的我来说就无法理解这些英文或英文缩写所表示的`意思,只能集中精力听老师的讲解,才能勉强理解。在以后的时间里尽可能的学习些英文,以提高自己的英文水平,搞IT的没点英文水平是不行的。

在“穿越电网”,这个项目要团队中的每个人在规定的时间内从大小不一的网孔中钻过去,身体不能碰网,且每个网孔只能使用一次。我们团队中身材魁梧的队员比较多,如何能够安全得穿过电网大家都很担心。于是部分队员开始为自己找个最大的孔,部分队员各自提出自己的方案,并且开始尝试,场面有点乱。等开始决定用哪种方案时时间已经过去三分之一了,由于一开始的忙乎,我们没有做好准备,衣服头发等容易碰到电网而失败。时间就这样流逝,还剩下五名队员时时间已经到了。我们以失败结束了这次挑战。失败了,但我们意识到了不管做什么事情应当先计划、再开展行动。所谓好的计划就是成功的一半。其实,一个团队在现实当中经常面临“电网”问题,能否在最短时间里,既集思广益、群策群力,又充分发挥领导作用,果敢善断,快速形成有效决策并加以实施,是一个团队成败的关键。同样,在日常工作中,我们每个人也应该找准自己的位置,做适合自己的工作,要有目的,有计划的安排好做事程序,稳扎稳打,踏踏实实,才能从容自如地做好每一件事。
在后面的“七巧板”、“信息传递”等每一个活动都给我们带来了深刻的反思。
短短一天的拓展训练已经结束,而内心依然为之澎湃,激情依然因其延续。训练场上各队角逐、组内的竞争与合作、全体参训队员的通力合作、个人的自我挑战等等,都上演了“成功”与“失败”。“项目已经结束、思考永不停步”,训练的完结,不是思考的停滞,将是思考的延续。思考的延续就给我们的实际工作学习指明了方向。
