“以情育人,热爱学生;以言导行,诲人不倦;以才育人,亲切关心;以身示范,尊重信任”。尊师爱生,是一种理性化的高尚情感,对待学生,管而不死,严而不厉,爱在其中。教育是爱的共鸣,是心和心的呼应。教师只有热爱学生,才能教育好学生,才能使教育发挥最大限度的作用。可以说,热爱学生是教师职业道德的根本。对学生冷漠,缺乏热情,决不是一个有良好师德的好教师。教师爱学生体现在“严”和“慈”上。常言道:“严师出高徒。”当然,严要得法,严要有度。慈,就是对学生要关心、爱护、宽容、尊重。充分鼓励学生的自尊和自信,关心学生的学习和成长进步,使学生全面发展。教师要与学生平等相处,尊重学生、信任学生、爱护学生、保护学生。教师对学生的爱,即是敬业精神的核心,又是教师高尚品德的自我表现,既是育人的目的,又是教师教书这个职业的具体表现。

教育部部长周济在庆祝第二十个教师节大会上指出:学高为师,德高为范。中华民族素有崇尚师德,倡扬师德的优良传统。师德是中华优秀传统文化的精粹,也是优良革命传统的重要组成部分。教书育人,教书者必先学为人师,育人者必先行为世范。教师的职业特点决定了教师必须具备更高的素质,而师德是教师最重要的素质,是教师之灵魂。师德决定了教师对学生的热爱和对事业的忠诚,决定了教师执著的追求和人格的高尚;另一方面,师德直接影响着学生们的成长。教师的理想信念、道德情操、人格魅力直接影响到学生的思想素质、道德品质和道德行为习惯的养成。高尚而富有魅力的师德就是一部活的教科书,就是一股强大的精神力量,对学生的影响是耳濡目染的、潜移默化的、受益终生的。人们回忆起自己的成长经历时,经常不约而同地想到的就是教师的启蒙和榜样作用。当前我们深化教育改革,全面推进素质教育,全面提高教育质量,不仅需要教师转变教育思想和观念、更新知识结构、提高教育教学水平,更需要教师有良好的思想素质和高尚的师德,并在与时俱进的伟大实践中不断提高师德水平。他还指出:光荣的人民教师是师德建设的主题,这个主题突出了师德建设的奋斗目标。人民教师有两层深刻内涵:一是为人民服务的教师;二是让人民满意的教师。
“学而时习之,温故而知新”:做人民满意的教师,必须与时俱进,不断加强自身的师德修养。
那么师德包含有哪些内容呢?所谓教师者,自古就是“教书育人,为人师表”。但“育人”随着时代的发展,不断有新的内容,在我看来,师德师风应包含两方面的内容:一要具有一定的政治素质、思想素质;二要有过硬的业务素质。具体到教师个人,应做好以下几个方面:
(一)要志存高远、爱国爱教。
要始终牢记人民教师的神圣职责,爱祖国、爱人民,忠诚于人民的教育事业,以培育人才、发展先进文化和推进社会进步为己任。把个人的成长进步同社会主义伟大事业、同祖国的繁荣富强紧密联系在一起,并在深刻的社会变革和丰富的教育实践中履行好自己的光荣职责。要有事业心。有事业心才有动力,不论碰到什么困难,始终站在教学第一线,全面贯彻党的教育方针,坚持为社会主义教育事业奉献毕生的力量。
(二)要热爱学生。
要真正做到教书育人,没有爱心是不可能做到的。教师对学生的爱是一种只讲付出不记回报的、无私的、广泛的且没有血缘关系的爱。这种爱是神圣的。爱学生是教师职业道德的核心,也是教师忠于党的教育事业的具体表现。不爱学生的教师决不是好教师。教师爱学生就要了解他们。了解他们的爱好和才能,了解他们的个性特点,了解他们的精神世界。对一名好教师而言,只有了解了每个学生的特点,才能根据他们的不同特点因材施教。除此之外,要对所有学生一视同仁,不厚此薄彼,不凭个人好恶或成绩好坏偏爱、偏袒某些学生或冷落、歧视某些学生。不侮辱学生人格,不讽刺、挖苦学生。对那些有生理缺陷,自卑心理强的学生要特别关心,帮助他们增强信心和勇气。只有这样,才能得学生的尊重与信任,从而保障教学的顺利进行。
(三)要身正为范,为人师表。
教师是青少年学生思想道德教育的组织者、实施者、引导者。青少年正处于长身体、学知识、立志向的重要时期,他们的可塑性大、模仿力强,极易受到他人和环境的影响。教师的一言一行,无不对学生发挥着教育引导作用,既影响一个人的学生时代,又影响一个人的一生。所以教师应率先垂范,以自己的模范行动影响和带动学生,以自己的学术造诣和优秀品格赢得学生的尊重和热爱。模范履行师德规范,以身作则,为人师表,以自己高尚的人格和品德去教育、影响学生。
(四)对自己所教的学科,要精益求精。
培养高水平的学生要求教师学识渊博。俗话说得好:教师给学生一杯水,自己要有一桶水。在知识经济时代,知识的更新速度越来越快,每个人都会面临落伍的危险。在未来社会中,无论从事哪种职业,都将存在终身学习的需要,更不要讲教师是一种“传道、授业、解惑”的职业。事实证明在科学和技术发展速度很快时,如果不经常学习,人们的知识结构很快就会落后于社会的要求。作为教师,我们应该紧跟当代知识和技术的发展步伐。熟练掌握现代教育技术的操作及应用。对所教专业,要常教常学,加强同行间的信息交流,了解掌握本学科的最新信息和科研成果,以满足学生广泛的求知欲。终身学习是时代发展的需求,也是对教师最根本的要求。目前,小学语文正处在新课改的关键时刻,作为语文教师的我们更要注重不断学习,不断充实自己,以跟上时代发展的需求。
(五)要团结协作。

一、心灵关怀的无知——比比皆是的伤害
教师对于学生思想和情感的影响价值是不言而喻的,教师的一言一行、一举一动,都将直接或间接地影响到学生心灵的成长和发育。然而,许多教师至今却还并未明确地意识到这一点,以致于对学生心灵的关怀一直以来漠然而无知,由此所引起的心灵伤害也就断然不可避免了。曾经有一位探索教师对学生心灵的伤害问题的探研者,对325名教师和653名学生就教师伤害学生一事进行了调查。在调查中表现,年龄越小,年级越低,学生受到的伤害越大。有的学生被老师骂,有的教师甚至随意举手打学生;还有的教师不顾学生的颜面,故意贬损学生的人格,等等。在学生遭受的伤害中,被调查者认为,体罚是表面的,而心罚所受到的伤害则是长期的,甚至是终身的。
曾经有一位这样的学生,他的英语成绩很差,他自己很想学好,但又不知道怎样学,有一天上课时,英语老师按顺序叫学生站起来回答问题,眼看就要轮到他了,他心里很激动,因为那道题他能做出来,但还是有点紧张,然而,英语老师却没有叫他,而是叫了他后面的同学,这时,这位学生感到侮辱,后来升高中时,英语才考了48分,使他进不了重点中学。这是一个极其普通的例子,尤其是在老师讲公开刘课、观察课、优质课、示范课的课堂上更为多见,客观地讲,英语老师没叫他回答问题是无意的,而是认为英语老师可能一时疏忽,但对于这个学生来说却不是无意的,他认为是英语老师看不起她,嫌她英语太差才不让回答问题。从此例中,英语教师的无意伤害极大地改变了这个学生的学业发展和心理状况。她不仅放弃努力学习英语的动机,而且发展到害怕上英语课。这直接导致了她升学的失败和对未来的焦虑。当然,引发无意伤害的根本原因也应归之于这个学生,归之于她的无中生有和过度自尊。但是,这并非说老师没有任何责任,从心灵关注的角度来看,老师的言行任何时候都应是教育的一个组成部分,不能随心所欲,更不能漫不经心。
二、心灵关怀的前提——了解学生的心灵
事实上,许多教师行为偏差,也正是由于不了解学生的心理特点而造成的。
我们常说,教学要获得应有的实效或效果,必须依赖于我们对教育的两条基本规律的.遵循。一条是,教育的内容符合社会的要求。这是从教育与社会的关系来看的,教育首先是一种社会现象,它必须为社会的政治、经济服务,才会有安身立足之本,因此,教育要紧紧地随时代的脉搏,时时关注重社会的发展和需求。另一条就是,教育还必须遵循儿童身心发展的规律。即,教育的.内容与方式都要符合儿童的年龄特征,这样,教育才会成为儿童自身的需要,并为儿童所接受。而这一条主要是从教育与人的关系出发来看的,这就是说,教育还是一种培养人的实践活动,如果教育脱离了人的身心实际,那么,就很难言人的身心发展了,因此,教育中的有关年龄特征的问题,是不能被忽视的。在这两条规律中,就教师的工作性质而言,主要应该是对第二条规律的把握。原因有两点:第一,教育与社会的关系往往是被子政府部门的大政方针所决定的,教师并无权利随意更改教材的内容,但怎样把时代精神、教育的方针政策以及教材内容中的规范与要求有效地落实到学生身上,却是教师义不容辞的责任,这就离不开教师对学生本身的研究了;第二,教育为社会服务的最终目标,还是为了促进人本身的身心素质的发展,是为了人类的生存幸福而服务的;同时,社会的要求也只有凝聚为人的个体的一种内在的,永恒不变的身心素质之时,教育的效果才会真正显露出来,我们才可以说教育是成功的,而教育要有效地促进人的身心发展,外在教育影响要凝结为人的内在素质,则又都离不开教师对学生现有身心发展水平与特征的了解和遵循,也就是说,以人为本,以人的身心素质为本,这不仅是教育的出发点,而且也是教育的最终归宿,对此,任何人都是不能忽略或轻视的,否则,就无真正的教育效果可言!因此,从心灵关注的角度来看,儿童的心灵具有可塑性,同时也是一颗脆弱的心灵,一颗向上的心灵,一颗善于学习的心灵。所以教育的效果,并不在于教育内容本身的正确与否,而主要在教育内容与教育方式是否贴近和符合受教育者的身心实际。同时,符合儿童身心实际的教育,又首先是建立在对儿童年龄特征的尊重与了解基础之上的,要关注学生心灵的成长,要使教师真正具有一种富有实效的教育行为,教师就必须认真研究和了解学生的心理特点与年龄特征,并以此作为教育的起点。
三、心灵关怀的策略:掌握教育的方式与艺术
心灵关怀在了解了学生心灵发育的特点之后,还应注意掌握一些具体的的教育方式与艺术,这是教育怎样更好地防止教育伤害,避免无意伤害,根除有意伤害的又一重要的前提条件,在学生心灵成长的道路上,需要教师的辅助,教师对学生的帮助要得体,爱学生,还要会爱学生。爱,不仅仅只是一种付出和给予,它包含了丰富的内涵和灵巧的艺术,爱是奉献,爱也是理解;爱可以通过满意而传达,爱同样也可以通过不满意而流露;做为教师,就要体察学生心灵的变化,学会附耳细说,学会正面暗示。据说韩国有个官员在微服私访,路过田间时,看到一个农夫驾着两头牛正在耕地,就大声问:“你这两头牛,哪个更棒?”农夫看着他一言不发,等到了地头,牛到一旁吃草去了,农夫才附在官员的耳边小声地说:“边上的那头牛更好。”官员很奇怪问:“你干嘛用那么小声地说活?”农夫说到:“牛虽是畜类,但心却是和人一样的,如果我大声说这头牛好,那头牛不好,它们能从我的眼神手势、声音里分辨出我对它们的评论,那头虽然尽了力,但仍不够优秀的牛心里会难过……”试想,一位农夫对待一头牛尚且如此讲究方式、方法,那么,我们做教师的在对学生进行评价时,不是更应该加以注意吗?尤其是教师的评价性语言,其意义对于学生而言,不是终生的,也是短期内难以忘怀的,无意伤害是无心的结果,但无心之过变有过,归根到底,还是与教师的素质有关。
教师不仅承担着教书育人的责任,对于教师本身来说,他们学识渊博。教师是一个伟大的职业,他带个人们无限的潜力,没有教师,就没有国家源源不断的人才,所以,我在这里郑重的说上一句:“我为我是一名教师而感到自豪。”

xx月x日,我们进行了师德培训,本次培训的主题是践行为人师表,争做人民满意好教师。近一段时间以来,男教师猥亵女生、教师体罚学生的新闻一向接连不断,这不得不让社会公众对教师的人格、人品进行质疑。可是小部分的害群之马不能推翻这整个的教师群,我相信大部分教师还是能够践行为人师表的。在教育教学过程中,我们总会碰到一些让我们又可气又可恨的孩子们,如果处理不好,就会被冠以体罚等罪名,那我们该怎样去做一个让人民满意的教师呢?
第一、要赏识自己的学生,给学生信心:
