  今年8月18日至8月19日,我受县人力资源和社会保障局指派,有幸到关县党校学习。培训所学知识丰富而全面,涵盖了作为一名中青年干部必备的知识和能力,在短短的2天时间里,我抱着虚心、勤学、好问的态度从培训班学习了规定的各项课程,使自己的理论基础、党性修养有了提高;对国情、县情、县域文化、民族、县经济发展形势、干部如何成长等方面有了一定程度的了解;公文、外宣新闻等写作知识有了很的进步,既丰富了我的业务知识和理论知识,又开拓了自己的认识水平和理论水平,增强了对关发展战略的了解和把握,明确了今后需要进一步努力的方向。下面谈几点体会:

  一、培训期间学习体会

  (一)谦虚谨慎,态度诚恳,是学有所成的前提

  学习期间,我始终秉承“三人行、必有我师”的理念,树立“一人行、也有我师”的思想,抱着“外出学习、取经回家”的诚恳态度,虚心的学习、不懂的请教,通过两天的学习,使自己收获不小,也体会到,无论何时何地,只有保持谦虚谨慎、诚恳好学的态度,才会学到更多的知识,同时要树立终身学习的理念,创新学习方式才能获得更多的知识。

  1、学习方式要转变。当今社会发展日新月异,新知识和新信息层出不穷,需要学习的方面和内容很多,涉及面很广,如果在学习上心血来潮,杂乱无章的话,就很可能导致什么都想学,什么都学不好的结果。因此,必须在学习上结合本职工作,坚持不懈地有计划、有重点、有步骤、有目的搞好系统学习,这样才能起到事半功倍的.效果,达到学习和工作相互促进、相互提高的目的

  2、拓展眼界学识,完善知识结构。几位领导通过言传身教,深入浅出的给我们分析了我县的工业、农业、旅游、文化产业现状及发展思想,干部成长、等方面的知识,使我受益匪浅,感触颇深。

  通过此次培训,让我充分认识到只有拓宽知识面,完善知识结构,才能使我们建立创新理念,跳出思维定势,拓展思维视角,改变自己传统的一些思维习惯,用新的创新思维方法创造性的开展工作,对解决复杂多变的环境下产生的各种问题都是必不可少的。

  3、学习要从被动向主动转变。由于工作事务繁杂,自己老是借口忙而放松学习,即使学习了,也只是面上的学习,这实际上是学习上懒惰的表现,是学习主观能动性不够的问题。通过此次培训,使我感受到了在新形势和任务面前加强学习的重要性、必要性和紧迫性。我们必须广学博览,尽可能地获得各方面的知识和信息,以适应工作的需要,特别是要积极主动地接受新理念、学习新知识、掌握新技能,这样才能不断提高自身的`综合能力和素质,更好地完成各项工作。

  4、树立终身学习的理念。古人云:“吾生而有涯,而知也无涯”。当今时代,世界、中国、云南、乃至关都在飞速发展,新情况、新问题层出不穷,知识更新速度快,要适应不断变化发展的客观世界,就必须把学习从单纯的求知变成生活的方式,努力做到活到老、学到老,终身学习。

  (二)勤学苦练,广纳精取,是学有所成的保障。

  我深知“冰冻三尺、非一日之寒”的道理。在短短2天时间里,要想全面的掌握所学的知识,是不现实的,这就要求在平时要加强学习,在此次学习中,除了按时、按质、按量完成课业外、针对授课内容,有不清楚或者不是很明白的内容采取互联网上查阅资料、阅读杂志书籍,增强对相关知识的了解程度,提高自身的综合能力。

  同时主动和从事相关行业的同事了解实践,树立“不唯书、不唯上、只唯实”的思想,经常把自己对一些问题的看法同领导以及一些权威读物进行复对比,找准工作差距,吸收丰富营养。

  (三)善于思考,不耻下问,是提升综合素质的有效途径。

  古人说:不耻下问,可以为师。两天的学习,使我体会到了多思、多问的益处。学习中、工作中,对不懂的地方,要消除难以启齿的心理,做到敢于问、善于问,绝不能“打肿脸充胖子”、不懂装懂。

  当然,不是每遇到一个问题,都不加思索,“问”字当先。在问之前,要养成立思考的习惯,对不懂的问题,经自己查阅资料、复琢磨仍无结果时,方能向别人请教。

  (四)注重省,勤于总结,是提升综合素质的重要手段。

  要使自己综合素质得到快速、全面的提升,除了树立“笨鸟先飞早入林”的思想,勤学苦练,不耻下问外,最重要的还要注重省、善于总结。

  在学习和工作中通过省,认识到自己的不足,找准工作差距,才能促使自己去寻找、改进学习和工作方法;在学习和工作中不断总结,在实践中总结出经验和理论,也才能更好地把经验和理论运用在新的工作中,促进个人综合素质的全面提升。

  二、存在的不足和问题

  通过此次培训,也发现自身也存在诸多不足:一是知识面不广,视野不宽。对于部分领导所讲的课,存在一知半解,甚至不知道的情况。二是实践知识薄弱。所掌握的理论知识部分存在与实践相脱钩的问题。三是创造性思维不够,不能突破条条框框的约束,对待问题不能从多角度进行分析。

  三、下步努力方向

  一是加强学习。尽量减少一些不必要的活动和干扰,腾出时间,多学东西,多思考问题,拓展知识视野、打好知识储备,为今后担当更责任的工作打牢基础。

  二是加强实践的锻炼。继续干好本职工作,脚踏实地的工作,做到理论联系实际,达到学以致用。

  三是加强人交际能力的培养,取他人之长,补己之短。切实做到:“择其善者而从之,其不善者而改之”,要“先择而后交,不先交而后择”;有针对性的在今后实践中取他人之长,纠正自己的软肋,使之成为自己的强项。

  一、进一步明确了工作方向,养成了谦虚的处事态度

  一个人在前进的步伐上,必须设立明确的方向,这样成功的希望才有可能。如果一个人连自己的方向都没有了,那谈何工作和成功呢?我们这个班是20xx年秋季乡局级干部培训班,但是我深知所谓“干部”就是要事事为他人着想,尤其是我们作为班干部更要有明确的工作方向:使每位学生度过一期终身难忘的党校生活。

  除了具备明确的方向之外,要想取得更快地进步,我们需要持有谦虚的态度。毛泽东同志说过:“虚心使人进步,骄傲使人落后。”谦虚一直是中华民族的美德,是一个人应当具备的最基本的素质,更何况,要想获取更多的知识,更快的获得进步。我们更应该抱着“不耻下问”的谦虚谨慎的态度去学习。如果一个人总是目空一切,高高在上,总以为自己什么都会,总不把别人放在眼里,那这个人是不可能获得进步的,就算是进步也不会别人的认可。在现实生活中,如果我们抱着谦虚的态度去对人或对事时,往往会发现,我们的人际关系会更好,这样也会让我们更容易获得进步。

  纪委程书记主讲的“党风廉政建设专题报告”、曾晓娥老师主讲的“职务犯罪的预防”我感触很深,的确如此,在物质充斥的当代社会,作为领导干部一定要树立较高的政治立场及防腐敏锐度,这样才能抵挡各种“糖衣炮弹”的攻击,程书记、曾老师所列举的案例无一不是给我们敲响警钟,很多干部的`前期都是好的,可以说根红苗子正,但是在社会发展的进程中缺乏防腐敏锐度从而陷入腐败的泥潭,最终失去自由,追悔莫及。在现实生活的人际交往中,受到众人的欢迎,获得良好的人缘的同时一定要有一颗警惕的心,除此之外宽广的心胸起着至关重要的作用。宽广的心胸意味着你要用宽容平和的心态去对待你身边所发生的一切,很多腐败的干部都是看到周围很多能力不如自己的人都发财了,自己心里不平衡,从而将“黑手”伸向集体,因此树立较高的政治立场对于我们这些乡局级干部是很有必要的。

  何校长主讲的“管理者的素质与能力”我认为是此次培训班内涵最深的,它通过把中华民族特有的人性特点与现代管理理念有机的结合,通俗易懂地讲解了能力与本质。特别是讲到人际关系如何沟通,我们应该在日常生活和工作中善待周围的每一个人,尽管是曾经与你有矛盾的人。一个人,生活在世界上,必然要与各种各样的人交往,然而,在这人际交往的过程中,也必然存在着不一样的生活态度和生活方式,当这种生活态度和生活方式存在不一致的时候,我们应当如何处理呢?当用坦然宽容的心胸去面对时,那些矛盾或摩擦就会大事化小,小事化无。宽广的胸怀除了能很好地处理人际关系之外,还可以使个人的身心健康带来更大的好处,而且还可以让人生活得更快乐和长寿。美国的前总统罗斯福曾经就是一位心胸开阔的伟人。虽然他小时候是一个体弱多病而且残疾的人,但是他不放弃他对生活的追求,他之所以能当上美国的总统,除了他有超人的毅力和智慧之外,更重要的是他有一颗容纳四海的胸怀,同时,他具备宽广的心胸还可以使他能活到91岁。很难想象,一位曾经体弱多病的而且残疾的人能活到91岁几乎令人感到意外。但他用自己的行动证明了这个事实。

  三、学会管理自己,亮明观点履好职。

  班级是个临时的,是组织选任的,可以说是也是同学们认可的,在短暂的二个月内,感到的是压力、责任,收获的是理解、信任,不足的是服务不到位。要别人做到的自己先做到,我们班委会一班人团结一心和谐共事。做到牢记一个宗旨:全心全意为同学服务。确保两个落实:安全责任、学习内容。做到三个提高:
