一、 履行职责,做好自己该做的事
首先,我们应该明确定位,找准方向。能够理解公司的目标指标以及本职工作的职责范围,并紧紧围绕其开展工作,是我们的首要目标。而本人作为一名部门负责人,必须配合分管领导全面负责起本部门相关工作的策划和执行。这就需要我们能够全面掌握部门的运作情况,深刻理解公司下达的目标指标,同时对其进行分解、细化到各个岗位甚至每位员工身上,从而带领部门确保目标指标的完成。
第二,我们应该认真负责,积极主动。自己的工作职责和目标或公司临时交办的任务,我们应责无旁贷的、不折不扣的去完成,必须付诸于行动并注重结果,要讲究时效性,不能拖拉、推诿。工作任务的完成率,是衡量员工责任性和业务水平的一把标尺。这不仅需要提高自身业务水平,还要能够集思广益,充分利用本部门甚至相关部门人员的智慧和能力。

二、 认识自己,查找自身不足之处
通过对“转变工作作风,推进各项工作”讲话精神的学习,结合自身岗位的职责和以往的工作情况,发现了很多不足之处:
1、思路不够清晰。主要体现在两个层面。一是对于部门整体工作的把握上,不能做到合理分工,把握工作重点,推动部门工作的有序开展,比较明显的就反映在计划安排的合理性和可操作性的不足上面;二是对日常或临时性工作的策划上,不能切实的掌握工作目标,抓住实现目标的重要环节,并制定合理的计划去实现工作目标。例如去年实施的除臭项目,在前期策划过程中就发生了比较严重 的思路偏离情况。简单点说,实施除臭项目就是为了解决总泵站臭气挥发的问题,而我在策划时,却将问题集中在设备选址、管路安装等问题上面,却忽略了污水井的臭气浓度监测和处理方式的选择这些关键问题,直接导致了前期大量工作时间和精力的浪费。虽然在后续实施过程中仍因方案细节不够合理周全,但结果证明,在总体思路正确的前提下,工作的成功率将大大提升。
2、方法不够有效。工作方法是知识和经验的综合,我在这两方面都十分欠缺。首先是知识方面,专业技能、知识不足是制约我工作开展的一大阻力。比如对工程方面的知识匮乏,就无从掌握工程开展进度或对具体问题进行应对,十分被动。其次是经验方面。在排水管理处工作已两年有余,但很多事情的处理上还不够老道,甚至是有些稚嫩。对于一些应急的问题,处理起来显得手忙脚乱,犹豫不决。
3、标准不高。在做工作的过程中,还存在类似做过了就好、过得去就行了这种错误的心态。例如一体机管路安装,实用美观是基本要求,但在实际实施过程中却连这点基本要求都没有达到,造成返工,不仅浪费人力物力,还影响了整体进度。
4、大局观意识不强。对于影响公司整体目标的事件或现象敏感性不够,不能站在较高的角度去考虑问题,在工作安排上就会十分被动。例如出水数据异常的情况下,不能立即对进水水质的情况进行综合考虑,采取相应措施避免因进水水质影响运行管理的总体安排。

1、加强学习,从书本和实践中充实、锻炼自己。多利用业余时间学习相关的专业知识和管理能力,避免书到用时方恨少的情况,同时抓住日常工作的机会,多从实践中吸收经验,学习他人的长处和技能。
