作为一名大学生，平日在学校的日子里，学习是我的头号任务。而今年的暑假，我参加了学校的暑期三下乡活动，这次活动让我真正的从实践中学习到知识，也把我所学到的知识应用到实践中。进入到农村，体会到和大城市不一样的文化，在下乡的日子里，我感受到了很多，也体会到了很多，这次三下乡的收获对于我来说，是受益匪浅的。
20xx年7月2日，骄阳似火，但是我们并不惧怕炎热，那天上午，我们顶着烈日，踏出了我们三下乡的第一步——前往高州市大坡镇第一中学进行我们的三下乡支教。直到现在，我还清晰的记得我们第一天到达学校后的样子。下车后，我们开始先吃午饭，接着在队长的安排下开始有序的整理宿舍内务，打扫卫生，与学校领导、老师接触，准备学生接受工作，那一幕幕的场景，深深的印在我的脑海里，难以忘记。
我们这次三下乡活动，可以说是策划已久，而我作为财务组组长，安全组队员，也早早的开始了三下乡的准备工作，从一开始的远赴千里同队长去考察学校基地实际情况，到到中期的各种活动安排策划，场地安排，物资购买，小组分工情况，到三下乡活动实际开展中的经费调用，安全巡查等等一系列工作任务。不得不说，兵马未动粮草先行，在三下乡活动开始前，我就得到了充分的锻炼，各种各样的准备工作虽然有时候会让我忙的焦头烂额，但是我并没有抱怨和放弃，因为我知道，有付出就会有收获，我所付出的努力，在三下乡活动的过程中终究是有回报的。
在暑期三下乡活动的过程中，我们举办了许许多多的特色活动，从一开始的开班仪式，到紧接着的安全知识宣讲会，到中期的师生篮球赛，到最后期的文娱汇演。不得不说，在这短短的十二天的时间里，让我们一下子成功举办这么多活动，还要管理好200多名学生，这对于我们团队是一个不小的挑战，但是，多亏与前期充分的准备，我们的活动才能按照计划有顺序，完美的进行。
在三下乡的这十二天里，除了给山里面的孩子们举办特色活动丰富他们的课外生活外，我们最重要的就是我们的三下乡支教，以及处理好和他们的人际关系了。不得不说，在这次活动中，我们的支教组取得了非常大的成功，在这短短的十二天里，我们与孩子们的关系发生里翻天覆地的变化，学生们从一开始的好奇，反感，到后面的不舍，友好之情，我这个幕后人员，可是看的请清楚楚。在三下乡过程中，我曾去旁听过我们小老师上的课，课堂上，我们的小老师们按照早已准备好的'备课方案，给我们的学生们讲着课本上的内容，但是不同于平日课堂那本死板，我们的小老师在讲课的过程中还加入很多的现代化的知识，使课堂内容变得丰富有趣多彩，很多学生从一开始想法的：放假了我为什么还要呆在学校上课?到：小老师们的课真有趣，真是太好玩了。他们对我们的看法发生了巨大的转变，特别是在我们的DIY实验课上，学生们第一次接触到把课本上的理论知识转换到现实操作中，这对于他们来说，是前所未有的，正是因为如此，在实验课上，我们小老师实验课上的的每一步骤他们都觉得新奇无比，以至于在让他们自己实际操作的过程中，整个实验课的气氛到达了潮。在此次社会实践活动中，我积极参加了各种活动，精心为学生准备了历史课，手工课，并担任文艺汇演的主持，在各项活动中不断锻炼自我，提升自我。在本次暑期社会实践活动中，我得到以下一些认识：
1、提高了认识，明确了责任。通过参加社会实践活动，同学们的思想认识水平有了相当程度的提高，深化了我们对新农村的思想。经济落后，一切都免谈。社会应该给予不发达地区以更多的关注，让雨露惠及农村。我们大学生应该加倍努力，为祖国的强大多出力，多流汗，多动脑。实践活动还促进了我们对国情、民情的认识，增强了适应现代化建设的历史使命感和责任感。
2、增长了才干，发现了不足，激发了热情。社会实践活动给广大同学提供了一个学习社会知识和展示自我才华的舞台，通过参加社会实践活动，锻炼了广大同学的才干。同学们一起努力做了很多事情，我们一起做问卷调查，一起上街进行宣传，一起表演节目……在合作中锻炼了我们分工协作的能力，交际能力，组织能力等等。在这次下乡实践活动中我们充分发挥了专业知识在经济活动中的作用，既为地方教育的发展带来了新的思维、新的活力，又培养了我们的吃苦耐劳精神，使书本知识在实践中得到了进一步消化，让大家在实践中学到了很多宝贵的、在书本中无法学到的社会经验。而社会实践，作为一种把理论知识运用于实际的重要形式，又能够很顺利的让我们做到了校外实践与校内实践相结合，达到两方面平衡的发展的理想目标。
3、展示了形象，发扬了学校作风，体现了专业特色。通过参加大学生社会实践活动，充分展示了青年大学生的风采。我们都展现出了良好的精神风貌，不怕苦、不怕累。

在活动中，同学们都很积极的参与，看到的'都是一滴滴真实的汗水。虽然我们是被动去参加活动的，但对于我们这一时代的青少年来说可谓是一场锻炼的好机会，所以大家都没有什么怨言。在班长的带领下，我们互相帮忙共同努力完成了这次集体扫大街的活动。
这次活动虽然没有干什么大事，但是在这个过程中，我们不光在环保问题上有了一个深层次的理解，与此同时我们大家学会了合作互助，大家能够在这活动中自觉地分配任务，并且能很好地完成自己的任务，既提高了工作的效率，也提高了工作的质量，很好地发辉了集体的力量。在整个活动中大家发挥个人的积极性，饱含热情地完成了这次活动。我觉得这次活动的意义非凡，大家不仅亲身体验了劳动，而且认识到保护环境刻不容缓，最重要的是我们第一次深刻认识到珍惜我们的环境，珍惜我们的家园，珍惜我们身边的人是多么重要的事情啊！

张瑞敏曾说过：“把一件简单的事做好就是不简单，把一件平凡的事做好就是不平凡。”这次的社区志愿者活动中有难度的事情并没有，只是做问卷调查，发传单以及为人们测血压，但就这几件小事也没有让我们很省心。
就问卷调查的事来讲。刚开始，我们上街或到社区附近让人们填写的，但人们的戒备心似乎很强，并不愿意配合，所以当我们归来时，所完成的问卷并不多。之后，我们在社区门口摆好了桌子，测起了血压，并且随着时间的推移，街道上走动的人逐渐增多，我们的问卷才有了明显的进展。
我所负责的是最前的一个步骤，就是向路过的行人介绍我们这次活动的目的。这项事情看似简单，却也让我吃了足够多的'闭门羹。有些路人似乎并不喜欢与陌生人交谈，当我在为他们介绍的时候，他们或者表现出不耐烦，或者匆匆走开并不搭理你。但是我想这件事却足以锻炼我的忍耐力，以乐观和微笑对待别人是我今天最大的收获。
我觉得，在每一次活动中，帮助他人特别是帮助弱势人群的公益活动过程中，会有痛苦也会有快乐，会有挫折也会有成就，但这都是难得的教育资源，在我们未来的人生道路上，都会是一笔宝贵的财富。

5月22日下午，我们小组奔赴朝阳区寸草春晖敬老院开展了本次义工活动。这是我第一次去敬老院，我们组的大多数成员也都是第一次去敬老院，所以在奔赴敬老院之前大家都很紧张，害怕我们准备的节目老人们不喜欢，害怕到了没有事情可以帮忙。但是当我们到了那里以后，发现我们的紧张时多余的。
到了那里我们马上就开始帮忙打扫卫生。我观察到老人们都在自己做自己的事情，只有几个老人在观察我们做事情。我心里略有失落，觉得可能是我们还没能让老人们感受到我们的真诚，于是更加卖力的干活，努力帮老人们多做一些事情，并且希望他们能感受到我们的诚意。
打扫卫生的工作告一段落后，我们为老人们奉上了我们事前准备的'节目，包括小合唱和民族韵律操。由于时间紧张我们的节目没有排练的很好，但是我观察到老人们还是有所触动，其中一位老人还哭了出来。值得一提的是，一位精神上有问题的老人尝试要学习民族韵律操，然后郭天亮和其他几位同学就耐心的教老人跳，老人也很认真的学，所有人都觉得这幅画面真的很温馨。
我观察到，一位老人坐在轮椅上在麻将桌前，于是我就和刘秋伊一起陪老人打麻将。老人玩的很开心，最后我们要走的时候还一再挽留。我们真的想再陪老人玩一会，老人们可能真的是太缺少关爱了，他们可能得不到他们子女的关爱，这就需要社会能给老人们更多的关爱，这就需要我们这些年轻人给老人多一些关爱。
本次义工活动不仅让我感受到了实践的必要和劳动的价值，更多的是那种做了一些事情然后能帮助到其他人的感受，那种温暖的感觉。我们应该力所能及的为社会奉献一些力量，帮助社会上的弱势群体，为构架和谐社会贡献青春和力量。

中午两点十分，大家准时在五舍门口集合，整装待发，全体11人到齐后，每个人领取了三个垃圾袋，向目的地出发。大中午的太阳晒着有些炎热，但在同学们的欢身笑语中，很快就到达了光明社区。
两点半，在约定了结束后的集合地点之后，大家开始分头行动，前往各个大街小巷，像寻找敌人一样寻找着地上的垃圾。烟头、塑料袋、卫生纸、烟盒等等各式各样的'垃圾不断增加着大家手中垃圾袋的体积。每个人都尽心尽力，引来了当地居民的询问后的由衷赞美之情。尽管感到了一丝疲乏，尽管那样肮脏的街道有些让人不适，但终归还是为当地民众做了一点事，我们都感到了一丝欣慰。
四点整，集合的时间到了，大家将手中满满的垃圾袋纷纷扔进了垃圾箱，到达了约定的地点，一起回到了学校。

城关街道位于房山区中东部，是房山新城组团的重要组成部分，是原房山区xx所在地，辖区总面积51平方公里，丘陵约占三分之一。下辖22个行政村，20xx年末，全街道户籍人口为71471人，其中农业人口17805人。近年来城关地区恰逢新农村建设的机遇，依托工业园区优势，心得体会新农村建设步伐加快，工业化进程提速，两栖并进，加快了城关城乡一体化的脚步。
一、新农村建设成果显著，农村城市化进程加快
20xx年下半年，社会主义新农村建设号角的吹响，给城关地区农村发展带来了契机，特别是进入到20xx年以来，市级重点村明显增多，市、区两级xx、资金倾斜力度加大，政策更加系统、完善，可操作性越来越强，并确定了全面实施以道路建设、安全饮水、污水处理、厕所改造、垃圾处理、村庄绿化等“五项基础设施”和“三起来(亮起来、暖起来、循环起来)”及其它公共服务设施为主要内容的`新农村建设体系。
城关地区新农村建设的主要成果
四年来，共投入资金28349.56万元，用于发展新产业，建设农村基础设施及公共服务设施，培育新农民。进入到20xx年，根据市、区新农村建设总体部署，结合“四年任务两年完成”的总体要求，城关地区其余12个村将全部成为市级重点村。这样22个村将全面覆盖，集体享受到市级公共财政的阳光，整体面貌会有极大改观，农民收入持续增加，农村基础设施及公共服务设施将进一步完善。
1、22个村庄规划文本编制基本完成，为村庄发展提供科学依据。
经过几个年度对重点村实地测量、心得体会范文锦集座谈、组织材料、初稿征求意见、再次入村调研等多个环节的大量工作，村庄规划文本初步完成。此次度9村村庄规划编制完成后，城关地区22个村将都有村庄规划，将为各村科学发展提供有力的依据。
2、农村基础设施趋向完善，村民生活和出行更加方便。
四年来，各村尤其是10个市级重点村、5个区级重点村着力建设村庄基础设施，硬化、美化、绿化、亮化村庄，大大方便了1200余户、近30000村民出行。
新建、整修主、支路面123.6261万平方米;新铺设或整修输水管线470005米，铺设排水管线317313米;新增垃圾箱94个，垃圾清运车46辆;新建公厕32个，面积800余平方米;户改厕完成4605个;完成村庄绿化面积344140平方米;拆除私搭乱建30000平方米;清除垃圾10万吨;整理残墙断壁60000平方米;粉刷墙面121700平方米;
3、农村公共服务设施日趋完善，村民生活质量明显提高。
根据市、区新农村建设部门的相关要求，城关街道加大了对公共服务设施的建设力度，并取得明显成效。22个村共有10个卫生服务站，12个卫生室;新建、扩建健身场所(地)41处;22个村都建有文化图书室;有线电视村村通，入户率80%左右;农村电脑教室3个，数字俱乐部22个，数字家园2个;国际互联网村村通;
4、新能源利用使村民生活更加方便，洁净，更加节能。
自20xx年至今，安装太阳能路灯、庭院灯2682盏，覆盖18个村庄;安装太阳能热水器3522个，涉及东瓜地、田各庄、羊头岗等10个村，3000多户家庭、万余农民受益;安装500铺吊炕;安装37台生物质燃料取暖炉。

经过了半个小时的跋涉我们来到了目的地，从一处地方拿了打扫卫生用的扫帚铁夹等，我们二三十号人两人为一组，四散开来去打扫卫生，在社区里面的一些草坛，等地方到处都是垃圾，果皮纸屑等随意可见把原本美丽的社区弄得一团糟，为了在规定的时间打扫干净我们相互配合积极展开了清扫工作，经过了两个小时的奋战终于把这次的卫生清扫干净，重新让社区回复了美丽整洁。
通过这次活动让我有很多收获，首先就是垃圾，无论我们是在外面游玩还是在家里面垃圾都应该丢到垃圾桶里面，在社区到扫中，虽然有好几个垃圾桶但是可惜却很少有人把垃圾扔到垃圾桶里面更多的是随意丢弃在地面上，哪怕是垃圾桶离自己只有几步远但是就不愿意走这简单的几步，这让我知道了垃圾一旦遍地只会让我们的.生活变得灰暗，我不希望自己生活的环境如同社区一样成为一个到处都是来及的地方，所以在今后学习中看到随意丢来及的人我会及时制止，避免这些人随意把垃圾丢在地上，一定会把这些垃圾放到垃圾里面，看到垃圾也会及时弯腰捡起垃圾，避免垃圾污染。

还记得我们学习制作创意笔筒的时候，老师先讲了注意事项和要点，然后让我们动手去做，起先我并不想得有多难，毕竟已经学过了一次，但并没有那么简单，把木板放在机械上它会来回的跳动，所以要扶稳。经过同伴的帮助我也制作出一个笔筒，虽然没有想象中那么好，但是我还是很开心，毕竟那是我亲手做的。经过这一节课我明白了：在做任何事时，我们都要认真努力。
接下来是攀岩，对于攀岩我的认识并不大。上次来的时候我们还是在室内，这次却是在室外，面对高难度的挑战，我的心里就一直在打退堂鼓。看着别人一点一点的爬，又几经危险的边缘，我就更加对此有了强烈的恐惧。就还剩三个女生了，当高小妮爬完后，就立即把攀岩设备给我的时候，我就一直在退缩。面对着同伴们说：“你快上啊!你快去啊!”我就更加紧张了。这时，一丝信念从我心里涌出，信念告诉我：不要怕，勇于去探索，即便是自己怕高，也不能做缩头乌龟。这股信念支撑着我走上了岩壁，旁边的老师告诉我不要害怕，但内心的恐惧还是出来了，它让我开始害怕，开始手臂没有了知觉，开始麻木，最后我放弃了。通过这节课我明白了：勇于去探索是好事，但在事情发生之前，要有坚定的信念，要不然事情发生了，我们却不知道怎么去面对。

打扫街道社会实践心得体会 篇15
为培养学生公识，参与意识，社会责任意识，按学校安排，全校师生在节假日前进行了社区服务。暑假几天，全校同学开始了社会服务活动实践。我参与了卫生大扫除，还有卫生宣传，这一活动就是提高社区居民的卫生习惯、提高人居生活环境空间质量的最有效方式和途径。以后我们会继续对社区文化进行更有力的宣传，是为其深入人心。
我带上了垃圾袋及一些工具，到怡康医药，进行打扫以及清洁，为的生活提供了良好的公共环境。这段社会实践虽然时间不长，可是比起在家里呆几年却要受用得多。正如书中所讲：“实践是理论的源泉”。一个人经历得越多，那么他对社会和生活的熟悉和体会就会越深刻。通过这次社会服务实践活动，我对很多事物有了新的熟悉，同时也有了自己的看法，可以说我是受益匪浅，使我深深体会到我们自身能有多大的价值，为社会做出多大的贡献，社会也同样回给予其多大的回报。相反，我们对这个社会没有多大的价值，社会给予我们的只有少得可怜的回报和同情。
今后，我要努力好好学习，做个对社会有价值的人；同时在校期间，我要多进行些社会服务实践活动，让自己毕业后能够很快溶入这个鱼龙混杂的社会里实现自身的价值，为服务，为社会服务，用自己的力量为社会做贡献今天在学生团支部的领导及组织下，我积极参与了学校的义务清扫活动。主要负责怡康医药的清扫。清扫过程中，认真清理残留下来的垃圾，相互帮助，积极参与到此次的清扫活动中。在我们一个多小时的努力下，面貌焕然一新，将为市民们提供一个干净、舒适的环境。
