作为一名新员工，就我个人来说，我是非常喜欢xx这个车间的工作环境的。起初，在我还刚刚来到xx的时候，就受到了班长的细心关照。从工作到休息吃饭，班长总是会及时的提醒我，并告诉该怎么做。这让我很轻松的度过了最开始几天的工作，并在短时间内较好的适应了工作。
此外，各老同事也一样非常的`照顾我。就如在我身边一条生产线上的x叔，在一开始的工作的时候，我还没能习惯工具的用法，甚至因为自己错误的使用在第一天就起了水泡。但很快的，x叔发现了我工作中的问题，并对我进行了及时的纠正。不仅让我在工作上有了提升，更减少了让我受伤的错误习惯。
此外，还有技术部的几位师傅，在工作中，我这边总是出现很多问题，甚至有些是因为我的操作不当导致的！但好在这几位师傅总是会耐心的帮我解决问题，并教会了我的一些简单的处理方式，减少了我出现问题的原因。

进入六院一直不是很满意，工作方面总是提不起劲，加之又被分到了一个不太好的版块，自己的工作态度不好。总觉得领导对自己有歧视，不重用自己。由于近期的工作态度不端正，做事不够认真，以致今天受到领导的批评。今天自己画得图实在是太差劲了，简直是错误百出，别说领导看不过去了，我自己就看不过去了，领导给我审改的时候我都有点不好意思。
别以为自己是个研究生，过了二注。这都没什么了不起的'，让我去搞设计我还是什么都不会。领导交给我一个两层的小楼都搞不好，怎么让让人放心给你更大的工程，自己还老是抱怨不受重视。画的图连个本科生都不如，更重要的是自己的工作态度和积极性远差于人家本科生，这怎么能不让领导看不起啊。走上了工作岗位，领导不看你是什么学历，不看你有什么证书，就看你的工作态度和工作积极性，看你的工作结果是否令人满意。
