作为一名新员工,就我个人来说,我是非常喜欢xx这个车间的工作环境的。起初,在我还刚刚来到xx的时候,就受到了班长的细心关照。从工作到休息吃饭,班长总是会及时的提醒我,并告诉该怎么做。这让我很轻松的度过了最开始几天的工作,并在短时间内较好的适应了工作。
此外,各老同事也一样非常的`照顾我。就如在我身边一条生产线上的x叔,在一开始的工作的时候,我还没能习惯工具的用法,甚至因为自己错误的使用在第一天就起了水泡。但很快的,x叔发现了我工作中的问题,并对我进行了及时的纠正。不仅让我在工作上有了提升,更减少了让我受伤的错误习惯。
此外,还有技术部的几位师傅,在工作中,我这边总是出现很多问题,甚至有些是因为我的操作不当导致的!但好在这几位师傅总是会耐心的帮我解决问题,并教会了我的一些简单的处理方式,减少了我出现问题的原因。
回顾来到xx以后的日子,我一直都在接受大家的帮助或指点。在xx车间里,我作为一名新人,面对着全新的环境和工作,心中难免有些不安的和焦躁。但在这个车间里,却有着一支非常出色且温暖的团队!在大家的帮助下,我很好的融入到了xx的环境中来,并且,如今已经顺利的适应了车间的环境和工作,能如其他员工一样顺利的完成自身的工作任务了!当然,我也明白,尽管现在掌握了的基本的工作能力,但在今后的工作中,我所需要学习的东西还有很多!为此,我要在工作中积极的改进自己,让自己有真正的成长,这样才能更好的面对今后的工作。

进入六院一直不是很满意,工作方面总是提不起劲,加之又被分到了一个不太好的版块,自己的工作态度不好。总觉得领导对自己有歧视,不重用自己。由于近期的工作态度不端正,做事不够认真,以致今天受到领导的批评。今天自己画得图实在是太差劲了,简直是错误百出,别说领导看不过去了,我自己就看不过去了,领导给我审改的时候我都有点不好意思。
别以为自己是个研究生,过了二注。这都没什么了不起的',让我去搞设计我还是什么都不会。领导交给我一个两层的小楼都搞不好,怎么让让人放心给你更大的工程,自己还老是抱怨不受重视。画的图连个本科生都不如,更重要的是自己的工作态度和积极性远差于人家本科生,这怎么能不让领导看不起啊。走上了工作岗位,领导不看你是什么学历,不看你有什么证书,就看你的工作态度和工作积极性,看你的工作结果是否令人满意。
