我心中的思政课,也是我所期望的就是让我们的思政课成为国家精品课程之一。正所谓十年树木,百年树人。育树,在于建筑可造之材,让才有所用;育人,在于塑造可用之人,让学生有所长,能所用,而这也是我对我们的思政课给予的要求。
国家对精品课程的定义是具有一流教师队伍、一流教学内容、一流教学方法、一流教材、一流教学管理等特点的示范性课程。但我认为打造精品课程不一定需要一流的教师队伍和一流的教材,反而应该打破这种界限才能在教学上有所突破,理由有以下几点
一、打造不是一流教师照样教出一流课程的概念。
作为大一新生,思政课学习生涯的起点,我很荣幸能够受教于黄老师,她上课呢有种特别的魅力,可以调动全班同学的情绪,营造一种你问我答、积极发言的热烈气氛,富有明显的节奏感。她在上课前,有时会先给我们讲一些生活中刚发生的事情,并让我们各抒己见,有的时候甚至会引起同学们的激烈辩论,有时会播放一段音乐或者有教育意义的短视频,有时讲个笑话等等。
总之用不同的形式吸引我们,给我们时时刻刻一种好奇、新颖的感觉,让我们带着好奇心和探求新知识的欲望进入课堂。此外,在黄老师的课中,热烈而又轻松的气氛,师生关系融洽、相互尊重、相互信任、畅所欲言,我认为这才是每一个学生所期待的课堂。
让我印象最深的一件事是,在大一上学期我参加了一个演讲比赛,要用到翻页笔,但我没有,想到黄老师有,就给她打了个电话,电话接通后,和老师说明来意,但老师说她那个已经借给其他老师了,就在我失望之际,黄老师说她可以替我借借其他老师的,但那时已经是午睡时间了,黄老师也回家了,就在我说不用麻烦的时候,老师说她立即来学校帮我借,让我等她消息,说完就挂了电话。二十几分钟后,老师打电话跟我说已经帮我借到了,让我去办公室拿。当我来到办公室时,老师正在梳妆,我才知道,老师为了我的事情脸啥的都顾不得洗就来了,当时真的特别感动,只有不住地说谢谢。我想,黄老师不仅是我学习上的老师,更是我生活里的导师,在这里再次向黄老师说声谢谢您,老师,学生让您操心了。
同时,我觉得,这才是一流课程的真正含义,共勉共进,师生情厚。
二、不拘泥于教材,打破课本限制。
我在大一的下学期思政课老师是张新刚张老师,他这个人呢一上课就给我一种焕然一新的感觉,打扮青春干练,上课时那时时刻刻风趣俏皮的格调,无不在调动着学生们的兴趣,还有那略显撇腔的普通话给人一种亲切温和的错觉,没错,就是错觉,因为他在学术上是很严格的哦,对我们要求很严。
还有就是他那别具特色的讲课内容,很容易让作为学生的我们记忆深刻,很长时间之后还能想起他说的话。每次他都会找一些重点题作业,让我们制作PPT并上台讲课,这样每一次上台讲课之前我都会精心筹划,自己规划重难点,有时为仅仅上台的十几分钟会在台下准备一星期,更是深刻体会到了老师备课的辛苦。而且,张老师每星期的固定时间都会让学生去办公室,悉心指导,帮助学生备课,及时了解学生动态。这样学生全身心投入这门课中,积极参与课堂教学,约束自身,当好导演和听众,并在听课后积极回答老师提问。
让我印象最深的一节课是我上台讲资本主义侵略对中国的影响时,为此我准备了一星期,期间查阅各种论文,甚至在要上台讲课的前一天晚上熬夜到两点,但最让我兴奋的是我备的课和老师所讲的重合相似率相当高,后面老师讲课时被多次引用,有时还会抢老师的要说的话,导致那堂课老师只能退而其次讲详细内容(本应是老师讲大纲,学生就某一事件详讲),虽然很尴尬,但我想这正是对我努力之后的肯定。这节课给我最大的亮点就是打破了传统的老师教,学生听的教学模式,有利于确立学生的主体地位,培养学生参与竞争、共同合作和刻苦钻研的意识,活跃课堂气氛,培养学生听说读写能力,提高学生学习能力。
但是,一个事物不可能是完美无缺的,有优点,必然有缺点。
而在现阶段,对于思政课不是专业课的一类学生的我们,很多学生认为思政课对我们的作用无非就是在某一方面对自身的行为习惯和思想观念进行指导。至于所说的思政课开展的.目的在学生学习活动中提升学生成绩,没有效果,只是效果较微,没有达到预期。其主要原因与现阶段高校思政课存在的问题有关。
主要就是学校重视不足,甚至说不给予重视。
思政课主要是培养学生的思想修养,学校重视不足,自然无法调动学生在课上的积极性,可能导致某些学生在学习思政课抱有听听就可以了的不良心态。甚至一些高校为节省经费,采取思政课大课教学模式,更有甚者可以一个老师教几十个班级,导致教师没有时间批改作业,没有时间与学生交流,了解学生学习动态,没有时间完善自己的教学方法和教学模式,只能一复一日地重复着相同高度水平的教育方式,这样老师又怎能提高自己的教学能力呢?
学生在久而久之地学习这一老师上的课之后会不会感到厌倦呢?就像夫妻之间,丈夫面对一个毫无性冲动的妻子时,第一次还会有新鲜感,但第二次,第三次,无数次之后呢,还会有兴趣吗?久而久之,就会有小三的介入了,而我们学生在课上的小三就是开小差了玩手机,说悄悄话,睡觉等等,各种花样百出,总之是无心听讲了。而经费的缩减也使得教师始终处于一种教学压抑的状态和精力高度负荷运转的状态,进而影响教学效果。导致现在许多高校年轻教师任教不久就跳槽其他行业等等。
高校思政课要成为精品课程,要的不仅是学生在学习成绩上的提高,更要的是学生在生活中通过思政课的引导,挖掘自身潜力解决问题,进一步认清问题实质,进而改变自我,完善自我。我想,这才是高校思政课精品课程要达到的目的,也是我心中的我们的思政课所要达到的境界。

“一方有难,八方支援。”的场景再现,在郑州地铁五号线水位接近漫过胸口时,漆黑的隧道中出现一道光亮,突然一声“妇女,孩子先行!”这展现了河南人的大义和责任。当妇女和孩子一起被困在路口中心的车中时,保安群众数十人纷纷前来支援,用锤子砸开了天窗营救了受困的祖孙三人。就像那句话平日里的陌生人,在灾难来临时可能就是我们的英雄。还有奋不顾身拯救女同志的校长等等。这样的事例在河南暴雨期间数不胜数,在洪水的冲击下个人的力量或许微不足道,但洪水不会冲垮我们众志成城齐心协力的坚毅。

作为社会交往活动中的成员,不管是成人,还是孩子,都有强烈的发自心底的需要,需要别人的尊重、关怀、帮助、信任,偶犯错误时,还需要别人的原谅。王毓珣老师在《德育培育与生成》一书中也说到师生关系具有无选择性、平等性、合作性、人道性和履约性的特点,其实这些特点综合起来就是一个词语:尊重。学生是一个个鲜活的个体,他们拥有的是发展的灵魂,所以,我们的尊重是要尊重每个学生的个性。
本着尊重和爱护学生的前提,我在教育教学实践中坚持做到以下几点:
一、信任学生,尊重他们的自尊心。
教育在履行职责的过程中,首要的一点,应该相信学生。要善于发现深藏在每个学生心中的“宝贵财富”。苏霍姆林斯基提出一个著名的口号“让每个学生都抬起头来走路”。这个口号形象的说明,必须尊重学生的自尊心。我认为我们的每一个学生都有进取心,都想争上游。在帮助学生转化的过程中,主要是帮助他们树立自尊心和自信心,激发他们积极进取,追求进步。我在担任初一年级的任课老师时,有一位学生不爱学习,成绩较差,自由散慢,早自习经常迟到,最要不得的是,这个学生早自习要迟到了,也不是紧张地走进教室,而是优哉游哉地踱步进教室,对于学习,这位学生抱着的是一种无所谓的态度。为此,我多次找他谈话,在班上也公开批评过他,可是效果不佳。直到有一次,我在课堂上提出一个关于历史的生僻问题,全班同学全都一头雾水,完全回答不出,只有这个学生,非常自然地说出了答案。当时,全班哗然,大家都不敢相信,一个平常不愿意读书的同学竟然有这么丰富的知识。经过了解,我才知道,他不爱读书只是因为他的家长不管他,每天晚上只知道自己出去玩牌,他的厌学是出于对家长的不满,而他自身,是非常喜欢看课外书的一个学生,知识面非常广。第二天,我在班上表扬了他平常的积累,也去他家家访,和他家长说说孩子的情况,加强与家长的沟通,让家长了解孩子的内心想法,家长也深刻反思自己的行为。之后的一个月,这位学生的早自习迟到情况有了明显的改善。他的转变说明,教师对有缺点错误的学生,要尊重爱护他们的自尊心,理解学生的心,因势利导,才能达到教育转化的目的。
二、因材施教,尊重学生的个性。
教师对学生有管理的权力,有按照社会主义教育塑造学生的权力,但在人格上我们与学生是平等的。所以对于做错了事的学生,我们若居高临下,简单粗暴的训斥,禁止学生申辩,就势必会损伤学生的自尊心,导致学生的自我教育能力下降。教育心理学研究表明,自尊心是促使学生自我教育的前提条件,一个人有了自尊心,才会自爱、自重,做错了事才会自责。因而转变学生常常要以尊重人格为前提,激发他们奋发向上,真正收到以理服人的教育效果。一位教育家说:“训斥和咒骂一个对自己的错误已经认识的孩子,只能损坏他的自重心,甚至使他的悔改之意荡然无存。”
三、认识自己,成为一个实诚的老师

我心中的思政课,也是我所期望的就是让我们的思政课成为国家精品课程之一。正所谓十年树木,百年树人。育树,在于建筑可造之材,让才有所用;育人,在于塑造可用之人,让学生有所长,能所用,而这也是我对我们的思政课给予的要求。
国家对精品课程的定义是具有一流教师队伍、一流教学内容、一流教学方法、一流教材、一流教学管理等特点的示范性课程。但我认为打造精品课程不一定需要一流的教师队伍和一流的教材,反而应该打破这种界限才能在教学上有所突破,理由有以下几点
一、打造不是一流教师照样教出一流课程的概念。
作为大一新生,思政课学习生涯的起点,我很荣幸能够受教于黄老师,她上课呢有种特别的魅力,可以调动全班同学的情绪,营造一种你问我答、积极发言的热烈气氛,富有明显的节奏感。她在上课前,有时会先给我们讲一些生活中刚发生的事情,并让我们各抒己见,有的时候甚至会引起同学们的激烈辩论,有时会播放一段音乐或者有教育意义的短视频,有时讲个笑话等等。
总之用不同的形式吸引我们,给我们时时刻刻一种好奇、新颖的感觉,让我们带着好奇心和探求新知识的欲望进入课堂。此外,在黄老师的课中,热烈而又轻松的气氛,师生关系融洽、相互尊重、相互信任、畅所欲言,我认为这才是每一个学生所期待的课堂。
让我印象最深的一件事是,在大一上学期我参加了一个演讲比赛,要用到翻页笔,但我没有,想到黄老师有,就给她打了个电话,电话接通后,和老师说明来意,但老师说她那个已经借给其他老师了,就在我失望之际,黄老师说她可以替我借借其他老师的,但那时已经是午睡时间了,黄老师也回家了,就在我说不用麻烦的时候,老师说她立即来学校帮我借,让我等她消息,说完就挂了电话。二十几分钟后,老师打电话跟我说已经帮我借到了,让我去办公室拿。当我来到办公室时,老师正在梳妆,我才知道,老师为了我的事情脸啥的都顾不得洗就来了,当时真的特别感动,只有不住地说谢谢。我想,黄老师不仅是我学习上的老师,更是我生活里的导师,在这里再次向黄老师说声谢谢您,老师,学生让您操心了。
同时,我觉得,这才是一流课程的真正含义,共勉共进,师生情厚。
二、不拘泥于教材,打破课本限制。
我在大一的下学期思政课老师是张新刚张老师,他这个人呢一上课就给我一种焕然一新的感觉,打扮青春干练,上课时那时时刻刻风趣俏皮的格调,无不在调动着学生们的兴趣,还有那略显撇腔的普通话给人一种亲切温和的错觉,没错,就是错觉,因为他在学术上是很严格的哦,对我们要求很严。
还有就是他那别具特色的讲课内容,很容易让作为学生的我们记忆深刻,很长时间之后还能想起他说的话。每次他都会找一些重点题作业,让我们制作PPT并上台讲课,这样每一次上台讲课之前我都会精心筹划,自己规划重难点,有时为仅仅上台的十几分钟会在台下准备一星期,更是深刻体会到了老师备课的辛苦。而且,张老师每星期的固定时间都会让学生去办公室,悉心指导,帮助学生备课,及时了解学生动态。这样学生全身心投入这门课中,积极参与课堂教学,约束自身,当好导演和听众,并在听课后积极回答老师提问。
让我印象最深的一节课是我上台讲资本主义侵略对中国的影响时,为此我准备了一星期,期间查阅各种论文,甚至在要上台讲课的前一天晚上熬夜到两点,但最让我兴奋的是我备的课和老师所讲的重合相似率相当高,后面老师讲课时被多次引用,有时还会抢老师的要说的话,导致那堂课老师只能退而其次讲详细内容(本应是老师讲大纲,学生就某一事件详讲),虽然很尴尬,但我想这正是对我努力之后的肯定。这节课给我最大的亮点就是打破了传统的老师教,学生听的教学模式,有利于确立学生的主体地位,培养学生参与竞争、共同合作和刻苦钻研的意识,活跃课堂气氛,培养学生听说读写能力,提高学生学习能力。
但是,一个事物不可能是完美无缺的,有优点,必然有缺点。
而在现阶段,对于思政课不是专业课的一类学生的我们,很多学生认为思政课对我们的作用无非就是在某一方面对自身的行为习惯和思想观念进行指导。至于所说的思政课开展的目的在学生学习活动中提升学生成绩,没有效果,只是效果较微,没有达到预期。其主要原因与现阶段高校思政课存在的问题有关。
主要就是学校重视不足,甚至说不给予重视。
思政课主要是培养学生的思想修养,学校重视不足,自然无法调动学生在课上的积极性,可能导致某些学生在学习思政课抱有听听就可以了的不良心态。甚至一些高校为节省经费,采取思政课大课教学模式,更有甚者可以一个老师教几十个班级,导致教师没有时间批改作业,没有时间与学生交流,了解学生学习动态,没有时间完善自己的教学方法和教学模式,只能一复一日地重复着相同高度水平的教育方式,这样老师又怎能提高自己的教学能力呢?
学生在久而久之地学习这一老师上的课之后会不会感到厌倦呢?就像夫妻之间,丈夫面对一个毫无性冲动的妻子时,第一次还会有新鲜感,但第二次,第三次,无数次之后呢,还会有兴趣吗?久而久之,就会有小三的介入了,而我们学生在课上的小三就是开小差了玩手机,说悄悄话,睡觉等等,各种花样百出,总之是无心听讲了。而经费的缩减也使得教师始终处于一种教学压抑的状态和精力高度负荷运转的状态,进而影响教学效果。导致现在许多高校年轻教师任教不久就跳槽其他行业等等。
高校思政课要成为精品课程,要的不仅是学生在学习成绩上的提高,更要的是学生在生活中通过思政课的引导,挖掘自身潜力解决问题,进一步认清问题实质,进而改变自我,完善自我。我想,这才是高校思政课精品课程要达到的目的,也是我心中的`我们的思政课所要达到的境界。

不屈不挠、超越自我,是“中国精神”自强不息的的铿锵表达,状态不佳但仍坚持拼尽全力,他们在比赛当中所展现出的这种勇于拼搏的,不服输的精神,正是”中国精神”的具体体现。即便在疫情最严重的时候,运动员们也始终没有放弃过梦想,一直为前途未卜的东京奥运做准备。这种坚定信念支撑着他们疫情初期在异国辗转“流浪”,在简陋条件下恢复日常训练。花样游泳黄雪辰为了回归泳池,毅然减重六十斤。历经磨练和困难,她们的目光依旧向前。
