时间很快,转眼这期的骨干教师培训已接近尾声。通过学习收获颇多,其中印象最深的是黄教授的简约式教学,如何实现简约式教学,作为教师的我们要想上好一节课,课前必须做充分的准备。即备课,所课备课一备教材,二备学生,三备学法。备教材就要钻研教材,本节课需要学生学会哪些知识,具备哪些能力,有什么发展前景,这些都是老师提前要预想到的。老师的文化知识、培养能力、对待人生的态度等都影响着学生。原来有一种说法是“要想给学生一杯水,老师就要有一桶水”,有人说这种说法已经远远不能满足时代的'需要,因为学生的思想、知识也是时刻在变化的。于是有人说:“要想给学生一杯水,自己就得变成一个永不干枯的泉水。”也就是说老师要时时刻刻在学习。所以说要实现课堂高效,必须下足课前准备功夫。短短11天的学习,不仅提升了我的教学理念,开阔了视野,更使我在合作交流中得到了实实在在的收获。在今后的教育教学实践中,我将静下心来采他山之玉,纳百家之长,慢慢地走,慢慢地教,在教中学,在教中研,在教和研中走出自己的一路风彩,求得师生的共同发展,求得教学质量的稳步提高。

这一次培训,首先聆听了xxx师范大学教育科学学院副院长xx所做的《对学前儿童美术教育若干问题的思考》专题报告,她告诉我们,幼儿美术活动重结果更重过程,教师应给幼儿创设宽松愉快的氛围,开展具有游戏倾向的美术活动,这样才能调动幼儿的积极性。
活动中一句“谁正被造就,陶工还是陶壶”,让我印象深刻,我的理解是:老师和幼儿都在被造就,老师通过给幼儿上课,各方面都有所提高,反过来,幼儿在活动中也学到了各种技能,形成了各种习惯的养成。
xx现代儿童美术馆执行馆长xx为我们做了《幼儿美术教育新概念与方法》的专题报告,并在现场示范美术水粉画的操作过程,讲解了他自己创新的借形想象美术创新方法。
中国早期儿童教育音乐舞蹈教育研究中心主任xx为我们做了《音乐教学游戏化与幼儿学习品质培养》的专题报告。她的报告幽默风趣,通俗易懂,她给我们具体讲解了如何通过音乐领域的有效教学,更好地帮助幼儿养成良好的学习习惯。
虽然只有短短三天半的时间,我却收获了许多。在美术方面,要多给幼儿欣赏作品,无论是幼儿、老师或是大师的好的作品;在绘画过程中更注重幼儿的绘画时的兴趣,将游戏融入到其中,给幼儿创设宽松愉快的氛围,我想这样的过程产生的结果一定是预想不到的。在美术的教学方法中,我也可以借鉴薛老师的借形想象,让幼儿在想象中创作出不同的作品。
在音乐方面,回顾原来的教授方法,有很多不足的方面。有的时候给幼儿预设的目标太简单,不知道怎样一层一层加难度;有的时候给幼儿预设的目标又太难,幼儿根本完成不了。回顾许卓雅给我们的培训,我深刻的理解了音乐游戏每次教学都是在学习者认可前面一难度层次的学习已经通过的'情况下,才进行新的难度挑战;并且在各种音乐教学活动中,如果教师能够经常有效地创设情境,让幼儿能够被合理的教学目标所激发,通过自己的努力,在各不同种学习情境中都能够不断获得新的成就,那么,在不断获取新的自我实现高峰体验需求的驱动下,全身心投入学习自然就会成为他们自己主动追求的事情!同时,老师也培养了幼儿们的各种学习品质,如注意力,观察力,思维力,原有经验应用能力,自我管理能力……在培训中,看了xx幼儿园和xx幼儿园的音乐课,她们主要就是让幼儿自发地去感受音乐,去理解音乐,幼儿在享受音乐的同时提高了感受音乐的审美情趣和审美能力,同时也满足了幼儿的求知、求成的需要,通过成功的学习经验又增强了幼儿的学习自信心和自我效能感。

在工作之前,我也在实习中认识到了自己不少的问题,尽管在学校老师们的带领下我们这些新教师都重新的学习了一遍,但是我们还是有太多的不了解和不明白。这些不明白需要太多的实战经验去解决。但是我们并不能用学生去做实验,作为老师,我们必须在工作前努力的提升自己。就像那句老话:“想要给学生一碗水,自己就必须有一个池塘!“并且在这次的学习后,我更是认识到,自己的这个”池塘“,必须连接”大海“,自己必须要不断的进步,不断的提升!
x月x日,我们有幸参加了学校准备的培训课程。在这次的课程中,我们和其他的新任教师一起去学习、讨论。并且在培训老师的辅导下,学会如何去做好自己老师的职责。
这次的培训中,我们听了xx以及xxx等老师的课程。他们给我们讲解了教学的心理,以及对课堂的把握技巧。他们在实战中累积下来的技巧,真的让我们很受用。而且在真正的参观了他们的课程之后,我才明白,就算是听起来很完善的技巧,也必须要根据时宜的进行灵活的改变,这样才能更好的将课堂的节奏掌握在自己的手中。
之后,对课堂的节奏方面我们也学习了很多,尤其是在备课方面。过去的老师们常说“一节有准备的课,比一节有纪律的课更有意义。”除了在培训中我们学习的备课技巧,我们还和其他同行的新老师们共同讨论,并在之后听取骨干老师们的意见。在这里,我就差不多在思考之后该如何去做好自己第一堂课的教学。为此,我听取了很多的意见,对自己的第一堂课的备案做了很多的修整,希望自己能给未来的同学们留下好印象,也能给自己带来信心。
这次的培训其实很短,不过寥寥数天。在参观完老师们的课堂后,我们更是感觉到自己现在的水准并不能打到老师们的水平。但是,相对的,我们在这里的收获也是非常的丰盛!即使现在还不行,但是我们也会慢慢的进步。现在还是要脚踏实地的一步步前进,为自己的进步打下坚实的基础!

一、独具匠心的课堂设计。
第一次活动是孙**老师的大班音乐活动《春姑娘来了》,在活动中,孙老师独具匠心的用水袖来舞出春天的美丽,《春天来了》这首曲子共有4段音乐,孩子们用水袖舞出了春姑娘来了,春姑娘飞到了花园里,春姑娘飞到了森林里等。孩子们大胆用自己的肢体语言表达自己的愉快情趣,同时也激发了幼儿对水袖的认识和兴趣。教师独具匠心的设计使课堂显得十分和谐。
二、生活气息的课堂。

二、更新了我的教学观念
网络培训是一门全新的方式,里面包含的都是最新的教学资料、方式、理念。经过学习,更新了我的教育观念丰富了我所教学科的知识资料。培训中教学方法和本学科中的教学资料的详细解读是我在培训中最为感兴趣的培训资料,感到学完后受益匪浅。
三、重视交流与沟通
除了自我学习之外,尽可能地与同学、教师进行交流沟通,探讨与学习生活有关的各种问题。当遇到自我难以解决的困难和问题时,多与同学交流学习心得和体会,并从网络上寻找相应的解决方法。

一直喜欢音乐教学的我当然也是特别喜欢浙江省特级教师陈宴,聆听过她的一个报告,也总想感受她的课堂,感谢陈凌峰老师帮我实现了梦想。23日,我们一行来到了桐乡崇德艺术幼儿园,开始了又一天充满期许的培训。
第一个活动是大班歌唱活动《小兔跳跳跳》,陈宴老师对音乐自身的感悟,自然流畅的教态,语气语速的运用都是那样地恰到好处。简单而有步步深入难点的引入环节让人耳目一新,简短的提问、动作和音乐的配合让孩子们一下子融入了音乐,抓住了歌曲的精髓,而音乐课堂中如何让孩子把适合的情绪带入歌曲中,一直是我的困惑之一,通过师幼共解歌词,闭眼用心聆听等细节的引领下,这些难题迎刃而解。而在以往教学中,我们一向不采用分句学歌词,但陈老师针对特殊教材运用创新方式让分句学变得那样有味,也让孩子深入体会了歌曲的内涵和每一句歌词所表达的'情感,让歌唱活动不再仅仅停留在“会唱”,而是“喜欢唱歌,学会歌唱”。而衬词的加入和孩子的配合又让我们耳目一新,我想在我接下去的活动中也会去尝试。
她为我们带来的第二个活动《节奏乐:加油干》,有趣的情节,特殊的身份让孩子一下子投入活动,也让我们在场每一位老师感受到没有音乐的音乐课也可以如此精彩!
下午的《走向有效——幼儿园音乐教育活动案例剖析》讲座,还是带给我很大地震撼,她梳理了歌唱教学、韵律活动、节奏乐、音乐欣赏活动的相关教学总目标、有效组织,一下午的讲座,老师们听得是意犹未尽,更领略了陈老师多年来丰富的教学经验和教育智慧,感受到了音乐教学的特殊魅力。
我想我也会继续我的音乐教学探寻之路,让我的孩子们一起在每日活动享受美好的音乐之旅!

这十天,我认真地聆听了邹寿元、黄牧航、闫德明、邓云洲等多位教育专家的讲座,学习了很多有关教育教学的理论知识,了解到很多先进的教育理念与方法,思想火花受到了碰撞、冲击。在培训过程中,几乎每位专家都会提到的就是“多读书,勤写作”。闫德明专家说“一个优秀的教师必须具有‘精深的专业知识、开阔的人文视野、深厚的教育理论功底’”,工作汇报《骨干教师培训汇报》。专家鼓励我们要多读一些有关教育教学理念和实践的书,并且在读书时要学会思考,在思考中进步,把科研和教学结合起来,做一个“科研型”的教师。同时,专家还希望我们享受教学的过程,“做一个幸福的教书人”,要在不断的教学实践中通过“三读”(读书、读人、读事)、“三有”(有想法、有做法、有说法)形成自己的教学风格。

德育工作是学校工作的重中之重,但往往是费尽苦心,效果甚微。而邓云洲校长的讲座让我明白:做学生的德育工作不应只停留在认知层面上的'说教,而要通过各种各样的活动去创设情景,培养学生的情感,锻炼学生的意志,把一切的规则要求融于各种各样的活动中,让学生在活动中去体验、去感知、去感动,从而形成自觉行为。

我参加了园内教师培训,培训我们的老师是我们学校资深老人,已经有十多年教学经验,他来教导我们让我们真正的了解到了教学的美丽。
以前我们教学从来都不知道该如何去掌握,很多时候讲课都容易让我们脱离教学的接触,使得我们教学出现严重的问题,不知道该如何学术自己的学生,也不知道该怎么吸引学生听课,因此教学的质量一直都不高,导致自己教导的学生很多都不合格,让我们的教学基础出现了很大的问题。这也导致了我出现了明显的问题。就是不能带动学生。
经过了这次培训,我明白虽然幼儿年级小,但是却值得我们去照顾去关系他们,只要我们重视这一点我们就能够完成教学的安排,把教导学生的上课过程变成一种教学方式,让学生不断的去学习,不断的去提高,加大对于课堂课程的热爱读才是重点。在上课中,不能够如同教导小学生高中生一样,而应该,缓慢灵活,让他们慢慢接受。
把课堂变成一场游戏,把知识当做一个个小故事,让幼儿去认真学习,这才能够让我们的学生有更大的发展和提升,毕竟这样的学习此时我们必然需要的发展。把课堂办成真正的上课地点这样更有利于我们的教学,不能够一直催促幼儿去学习,更应该给他们更多的安排给他们更多的机会,不能只照顾他们的生存和发展,永远都不要忘记自己的责任和义务。
虽然我们教导的学生很多都是调皮捣蛋的。但是同样他们都有一个共同点,那就是他们对于娱乐和故事没有任何抵抗,把课程转变一下形势,让幼儿园的学生们接受这样的上课方式,不能死板的教学,毕竟他们还小,和他们讲道理,批评都没有什么用,因为他们不知道,很多人都没有认识几个字,批评会让他们感到害怕,与其这样,不如投其所好,让他们接受我们的教导,让他们去接受我们的领导学会更多知道更多。
这也给我们揭露了学生的内心世界,他们不是不好教导,而是没有了解他们每个学生都有共同点,用有趣的教学吸引更多的学生去接受,去听课,这才是我们今后上课的方式,不能过于僵硬,应该要灵活的教导学生,应该用更加优秀的学习方式,让学生们沉浸在学习的乐趣中,体会不一样的学习,我们主要的目标就是让他们知道学习的快乐对学习产生爱好,对我们的学习任务更加好这才是最重要的。

是新教师培训的第二天,天气格外晴朗,可以说有点热。新教师们陆陆续续地来到了实验小学虎山校区。其实我没去过六小,因此今天起得特别早,到新教师培训心得了新车站一路往前走,我就跟着小走,我知道他们一定去六小的,所以跟着他们走就对了。可是我一看手表还只有7点半,是不是来的太早了。心想其他老师可能都还没来呢,人生地不熟的,正好这时看到一个小小的身影,原来是胡佳。于是就和她一起走进去了。
进入校园,首先映入我眼帘的是学校优美的校园环境,新调入上岗教师培训心得我被深深地吸引了,心情一下子舒畅了许多。到了阶梯教室忽然看到了金敏峰,原来他今天要上公开课,都是同一年毕业的,如今他们都是骨干级教师了,而我刚初出茅庐,此时,心想我一定要好好努力,做一名好教师,说得容易做起来难,不下苦功夫,哪有这么容易成功。接着开始了今天的第一节课,是金敏峰的科学课,虽然我没上过科学课,不过各门学科都是有共性的,我或多或少有些自教师培训己的感受和想法。例如学生的.课堂常规上,调动学生的积极性上,如何引起学生的注意力等等,金敏峰老师在这些方面都有值得去肯定和学习的地方。另外一节英语课时陈彬彬老师的课,一节课听下来,我觉得不错的地方时她能用多样的方法使学生去学习单调的内容,把课变得生动有趣了,而且也十分注重学生的发音,通过和学生对话来提高学生的口语,对于三年级的学生来说要达到比较好的口语水平是比较难的。
最后是评课阶段,两位老师分别阐述了他们的课程理念把自己的知识经验传授给了我们。使我们收获颇丰。平常我也不太喜欢写反思,但是正是这平常点滴的积累才能使我们知识经验更加丰富,更加能够看清自己的缺点,有反思才有进步,对于我们新教师多写一些教学感悟或随笔都是大有裨益的。在教师们的讨论过程中,大部分老师都非常积极、评课活动也开展地如火如荼。
