第二,精益求精,提高自身专业能力。在社会信息化、生活全球化、价值多元化的时代背景下我们要勇敢的面对新的挑战,不遗余力的'提升自身的专业素养来满足孩子们对知识的诉求。八13班有个孩子从七年级开始就喜欢看世界历史,从第一次世界大战到经济大危机到美国罗斯福新政他都能说得头头是道,遇到问题就会与我一起探讨,而我为了能够很好解答,特意将世界史和全球通史仔细研究一番,探讨之后他总会十分开心,觉得自己像是一个侦探能挖掘历史事件之间的联系,而后就会特别有成就感。最近他又开始了解自由经济、计划经济以及今天的中国特色社会主义市场经济体制,经济史一直是我的短板,还是好好的看书研究吧,不然就糗大了。不过这倒也促进我不断进步,就应该就是教学相长吧,唯有严谨认真,与时俱进才能教好孩子。
