　　由宿豫区组织部、区劳动和社会保障局共同组织的20xx年新选聘大学生村官创业培训班圆满结束了。这三天的培训让我对创业又有了更新更深刻的认识，创业这条路的深刻意义在于村官是一个钮带，他上联系上级党委政府，下联系着群众百姓，一个村的安定和谐、经济发展、农民增收，都与村官的工作分不开的，所以做为一名大学生村官，要提高认识，扑下身子来为农村的建设、和谐发展贡献自己的力量，奉献自己的青春，而通过创业这条路能更快更好的实现这样的目的。

　　这次培训内容丰富全面，除了有关于创业的专业知识，让我们了解如何把握商机和选择创业项目，还给我们分析了创业与创新的关系以及当前的创业环境和企业家应具备的创业精神；创业是一项充满挑战的事业，一个具有创业愿望的大学生能否最终走上成功创业之路，与他是否相信自己可以在激烈的挑战和竞争中胜出有着直接的关系。实践创业是大学生村官通过发现和识别商业机会，组织各种资源提供产品和服务，以创造价值的过程。实践创业活动的主体是大学生村官，客体是商业机会和各种为达到目的而需要和可以得到的资源。同时，大学生村官实践创业也是一个不断探索的过程，在这个过程中可能会遇到挫折和失败，所以我们是否自信、能否在挫折和失败中重新振作，对于创业能否成功至关重要。我们实践创业阶段的主要任务包括了解经营常识、把握经营方向、提高商业能力。

　　培训期间各位老师通过他们从各个角度对能否创业成功，为我们提供的`几点思考，我们都感受到，要想创业成功，我们必须努力学习，提升自己的个人方方面面的素质，依靠超于常人的努力，我们才能够最终取得成功。成功之中个人所需的几点素质能力，我思考为以下几点。

　　一、凡事豫则立，不豫则废

　　要想创业，并且取得成功，前期的准备一定要充分，所谓“凡事豫则立，不豫则废”，前期的准备非常重要。首先，我们要找到适合自己的创业项目。创业项目的选择取决于个人和环境两方面因素，第一，我们必须思考自己的专业知识背景和各方面的能力，看自己适合经营什么样的项目，是农业还是工业或是其他之类。这个是最基本的前提，做什么事情都要先认识自己，只有先认识自己，才能更好地认识其他事情，才能准确地把握创业的脉搏。第二，在确定创业项目方向之后，我们要根据自己所处环境，利用环境优势，进一步来明确我们的创业项目。那么，如何才能做到真正地利用好我们的环境有时呢？首先我们得发现优势，比如地理优势、资源优势、知识优势，还有人脉关系优势等等。其次就是根据这些优势点，来进行我们的创业了。

　　二、艰难困苦，玉汝于成。

　　李源潮部长曾经送给我们大学生村官一句话，“艰难困苦，玉汝于成。”只有经历了艰难的环境，吃得千万辛苦，我们才能最终锻炼自己，取得成功。现在讲到创业，我想这句话也可以很好地指导我们。创业是一个艰辛而繁琐的过程，在创业过程中，我们需要处理许多事情，涉及方方面面，有许多事情要我们处理解决，有可能是很繁琐的小事情，也可能是关系创业成败的重要问题。我们只有不怕繁琐，不畏艰难，一步一步地走下去，我们才能成功。也可以说，只要我们能坚持，一丝不苟做事，认认真真做人，在创业的道路上抓住一切锻炼自己的机会，就是一种成功。

　　三、长风破浪会有时

　　在我们正确选择创业项目，并能够成功解决创业过程中遇到的一个又一个困难之后，我们等待的只剩下成功了。我们创业在取得成功之后，我们还应继续保持优良作风，不忘创业艰辛，一个成功不是终点，我们需要的不只是这一点点，还有很多。只有做得到坚持，我们才能取得更大的收获，并在这些收获中得到锻炼自己。创业这条路对我们来说不仅仅只是为了响应号召之类，也是目前的形式提供给我们的大好机会，更是我们锻炼自己，实现自我的一条充满挑战的道路，让自己的青春充满奋斗和拼搏的印迹，我们更需要把成功看成一次旅途，努力去看到更多更美丽的风景。这次培训让我深刻认识到创业不仅仅是一个成功创办企业的过程，同时也是一个锻炼我们自己，提升个人素质能力的过程。

　　我现任蔡集镇施圩村的副书记，通过调研走访了解到我们村其实有一定的项目机会，就是荷兰豆的种植，我们村是种植荷兰豆的大村，如果我在这上面做文章，可能比较容易。所以，我上网查阅了关于荷兰豆的一些资料，了解了它的植物生长特性和种植方法等，总的说来宿迁的气候和地理条件还是比较适合荷兰豆的生长，但是我们不能满足于现在这种传统种植的状态，我们要实现高效农业，生产绿色无公害蔬菜，提高收益，这样才能达到致富的目的。我的计划是先找几个大种植大户交流经验，并提出我的想法，可以成立一个荷兰豆合作社，拉拢所有有能力有想法的农户进行荷兰豆的种植，我们不满足于种豆，我们还可以种豆苗什么的，总之向着共同致富的目标去努力。

　　作为一个刚刚走上社会的学生，我要学习的东西很多，首先是考虑问题的方式和角度要多多学习和锻炼，要去掉身上太浓的书生气，一切从实际出发，清楚的认识到创业过程中遇到的各种问题，并且认真努力的去学习，去应对，去拼搏。培训的结束也意味着我们要走的路要开始了，许多考验和困难等待着我们，在锻炼和提升自己能力的同时，我们也要想老村官学习经验，勇敢尝试，努力走出属于自己的创业道路，带动村民共同致富，实现创业富民的目标。

　　为期六天的研修即将结束，有一丝不舍，但更多的却是收获。研修让我进一步明确了，要培养具有创新意识和创造能力的人才，首先必须实现真正意义上的教育教学观念的转变，以全新的教育理念指导课堂教学改革。

　　一、建立平等、和谐的师生关系

　　要彻底打破“我讲你听”、“我教你学”的陈旧的教学观念，就要真正树立学生为主体的教学观念，学生是课堂教学的真正主人，教师要实现角色转换，由指挥者变为指导者，要建立平等和谐的师生关系，实现与学生平等交谈、平等对话。

　　建立平等、和谐的师生关系，学生能够在轻松愉快和谐的氛围中，通过自己读书、自己动脑、自己体会来了解课文内容，教师的指导作用是潜移默化的——学生忽然间觉得自己把书读懂了，但没觉得是老师在帮助自己。全国著名特级教师于漪老师曾说：师生是平等的，求知不存在尊严，谁说得对，就听谁的，服从谁，这就叫伙伴关系，这就叫合作关系，这就叫和谐发展。

　　教师与学生，学生与学生建立一种平等和谐的关系，学生才有可能对知识产生兴趣，才有可能去愉快地学习，才有可能产生创造性思维的火花。

　　二、确立面向全体的教育思想

　　初来××，就感受到了领导对我们的关心，一切都给我们安排的妥妥当当的，让我们心里有了一种更加想奋斗的斗志。来这边遇到的`困难就是语言障碍，这边的××话我还不是很能听得懂，但是领导每次跟我们说话的时候都是放慢语速，争取能让我听得懂。还记得第一天到镇里的时候，领导都跟我讲的普听话，我觉得好感动！现在好多了，已经开始慢慢听得懂大部分××话了，谢谢领导谢谢××的同事们！

　　这两个月来，我们基本都适应了这边的生活了，不管是生活上还是工作上，这么长时间的工作生活也给了我一些体会：

　　1、要调整好自己的心态，努力把握每一天。

　　可能到了这边之后有的同学会有这种感觉，就是眼前的跟自己想像中的村官生活跟想像不一样，有一定的落差。但是我们当初既然选择了走这条路，那就什么都不要说，既来之则安之，努力的去过好，去充实每一天，你会发现这边的生活也是如此美好，如此充实。还有工作中我们可能会遇到一些意想不到的困难，但是我们需要摆正心态，努力去面对它们，这些困难我感觉是难不倒我们的。

　　2、给自己正确定位。

　　首先我们是一名村官，也是刚毕业的大学生，也是一个小领导，也是对农村生活抱着很大热情和求知欲望的学生……能给我们自己定位到这一步，那么我们就可以以100%的激情投入到工作中去了。

　　3、要努力向周围的人学习。

　　初来这边，一切都不熟悉，所以身边的每一个人都是我们的很好的学习对象。从领导到当地的村民，他们身上都有很多值得我们学习的地方，我们必须放下学子的架子，认认真真地去向他们学习，你会发现会学到很多很实用的东西。

　　首先，应该迅速进入村官助理这个角色，不能再把自己当做父母翅膀底下的雏鸟，也不能把自己当做刚刚出了校门的菜鸟，不能将村内干部的宽容当做自己懈怠的理由。应该尽快地对村务上手，记忆一些基本流程，了解任职所在村的`基本情况，例如人口状况，经济状况，卫生状况等。在了解的同时，想一想是否可能将一些不好的情况改善，将一些不尽人意的状况进行完善。

　　第二，由于自己非常的年轻，在人生阅历上面存在着很大的不足，在处理事情上如何更加合理，遇到纠纷怎样能使各方满意，在一些不能打破原则的情况下，如何使村民消除心中的不适，等等等等，都应当向任职所在村的干部学习，学习他们为人处事的一些态度和方法，听听他们如何运用自己的一张嘴，将一些话不强硬，也不软弱的说出来，并且能够说到人们的心坎里。我会抱着多学，多看，多问的态度，尽量弥补自己在为人处事方面的不足。

　　根据 “走帮服”的相关要求，xx区要求全体机关干部都参与到这次活动中来，社区工作人员就更要认真负责，落实到实处。在这次“走帮服”中，我感悟颇深，在与县机关干部的协调工作中也学到了很多。

　　我是在农村长大的，怀抱着一颗服务乡村的心，本科毕业时参加了省大学生村官的选聘，最终通过考试，但却被分配到了城区。做为一名农村学生，对于城区的了解，对于城区社区工作的了解，都远远不够。通过这次“走帮服”的认真参与，我收获了很多。城区也有和蔼可亲的老人，善解人意的妇女。大部分的家庭都过着和睦幸福的生活，但同时也有少部分家庭存在生活困难。

　　在走访中，我发现家住xx区西大街的.xxx家，现在面临拆迁，但一家8口都依附这所老房子做点小生意，平时做馒头、春卷皮，年底帮助邻居加工包子等维持生计。如果房子拆迁，那必将会影响家庭收入，我了解情况后也很着急。我与拆迁工作组进行交流，并协助工作组带着xxx一家去找店面，最终找到了合适的店面。

　　在走访中，我遇到人民西路80号的一户居民，他前年家里因邻居火灾受了影响，今年老太太又多次住院，花费了不少医药费，最终却人财两空。我了解情况后，进行了汇报，经社区会议讨论，给了该户居民一笔慰问金。

　　经过走访了十几家后，我发现有好几户居民对社保工作存在误解，或一知半解。有的居民反映说自己贫困，应当享受社保补贴；有的居民反映目前收入不高，想要暂停社保的缴纳；还有居民反映，自己缴纳了相关医疗保险，但却没能按比例报销。种种问题，种种现象，我也不能一一解答，最后我向社区劳保工作的小朱请教，并在社区微信上进行发布。

　　多日走访下来，我的感触颇深。我认为要把群众说的都应该牢记在心，要把群众反映的问题及时帮助解决。只有把事情做好了，把工作做踏实了，把责任都落实了，才能真真正正的做好一名为群众服务的大学生村官。

　　今年，我有幸参加了信息技术应用能力提升工程培训。回顾培训期间的点点滴滴，纵观本次培训活动安排，既有发人深省、启迪智慧的专题讲座、讨论互动、观摩研讨、案例评析的理论培训，也有实践锻炼。一段时间的培训学习，让我重新接受了一次系统的理论和实践提升的机会，对我既有观念上的洗礼，也有理论上的提高；既有知识上的积淀，也有教学教研技艺的增长，以下是我的体会。

　　首先，通过这次研修，自己进一步明确了信息技术运用对教师个人成长的作用，自己在教学中多了些反思，我们很多时候考虑问题的时候都是说学生的多，很少能够从自身出发，多问问自己究竟做了些什么，那些还需要改进等等。在教育这块热土中教师的职业道德对教师起着决定作用，也许态度决定一切就是如此吧。我努力把学习的理论知识转化为实践动能，使之有效地指导平时的教学工作。并在课例跟进后，用新的练习设计理念指导我的教学，在不断总结的基础上重新发现，如此用心的循环往复，是因为培训班的课例研究让我从有力，变得更加有心。同时，我学会了变换角度审视自己的教育教学工作，在新理念的引领下，不断反思、调整我的教育观，正是这种换位思考，让我学会了信任学生，并不断地感受到信任带来的惊喜和力量。

　　其次，专家们的讲座，内容既深刻独到又通俗易懂、既旁征博引又紧扣主题、既发人深省又生动有趣。他们对小学音乐的前沿引领，让人耳目一新、心生敬仰。让我经历了一次思想的`洗礼，享受了一顿丰盛的精神大餐，他们的讲座为当前的语文指明了方向。培训的内容都是当前所关注的热点、难点问题，都和课堂教学、教师的专业成长有紧密联系，针对性、操作性很强，很有实用价值。

　　第三，我非常认真的听看专家老师的报告，认真做读书笔记，力争重要的内容记在笔记上、领会在心里、落实在教学实践中。关于师德的讲座，通过学习，我更加认识到新时期应该怎样做才能成为一个真正的好老师。我努力提高自身的职业道德修养，努力提升自己的专业素质，爱岗位、爱学生、爱教育，把教育事业作为自己毕生的追求，积极探索，勇做一名默默无闻的耕耘者。以前在教材的处理上，我发觉自己以前还仅仅停留在表层上，甚至只是在教教材，还有很多的东西没有真正研究透。通过学习，我受到了启发，今后教学时必会真正研究透教材，敢于质疑，敢于挖掘，敢于挑战常规，并且教学中会运用多媒体教学教给学生思考问题的方法，让学生学会思考，敢于挑战，不盲从，不迷信。

　　在这次研修中，我受益匪浅。通过专家教授的讲解，视屏教学案例，在渭南高级中学的观摩课以及课前学友们的教学经验分享，我领略到了研修的魅力，有幸聆听到了各位学友们不同的课改心声；通过完成提交作业，我锻炼了表达，增长了个人智慧；通过阅读班级和课程简报，我分享到了学友们的研修成果和专家们的课改成果；特别是熊晓丽老师的多媒体课件制作提高了课件制作水平以及微课录制水平。最后，通过撰写提交研修总结心得，思想和认识又得到了进一步的升华。现在我把自己研修陪训的体会总结如下：

　　课改必须更新信息技术教师观念。随着新课程的推行，教师要调整自己的角色，改变传统的教育方式，这对每位老师而言是痛苦的蜕变。新课改让教师从知识的“权威”变成学生学习的促进者、组织者，从“以教师为中心”到“以学生为中心”，每位老师心理都承受着巨大的心理落差。首先我们必须接受课改新理念，为失去平衡的心理寻找支点，真正走进新课程；其次努力建树并在实践中贯彻新理念，明确教师在教育教学活动之中的角色，做有思想、有远见的实践者。

　　大家好！我是xx镇的选调生xxx，繁花似锦，绿树成荫，沐浴着我党90周年生日的阳光，泸溪县显得更加生机勃勃、活力四射，一项项重点工程陆续开工，一件件喜事频传。处处洋溢着热情的气息，奏响着和谐的旋律。

　　来到xx镇也有了半个多月的时间，现就这半个多月以来的工作和生活情况作个简要的汇报：

　　一、转变观念，坚定信心

　　我从小在城市里长大，对基层工作不是十分了解，总觉得基层工作应该很好做。但是来到xx镇之后，就发现做基层工作远不如自己想的那样简单，基层工作包含极大的复杂性、矛盾性，作为xx镇的基层干部，必须具备能让群众公认的高素质和强能力。说实话，对于我这样一名刚走向社会的大学生来讲，缺乏实践工作经验，工作困难的确很大。但就在我一点点的学习摸索中，我觉得困难并不能阻碍我干好工作的信心。我亲身感受到做基层工作的神圣与伟大，因为他直接关系到广大农民的生产生活，影响我们国家的和谐稳定与社会进步。作为一名新时代的年轻人，既然我把自己定位在基层工作的岗位上，就应该真正扑下身子，放下架子。在就业形势日益严峻的今天，面对城市人才饱和的现状，我们也许很难成就一番事业，但在基础设施相对落后的农村地区，我们拥有一定知识文化的年轻人，恰好给自己找到了一个平台，可以竭尽所能地为建设新xx贡献自己的一份力量。

　　二、身体力行，学以致用

　　这半个多月来，我通过与镇干部以及我驻村的xx社区村干部的交流与沟通，了解了xx镇现阶段的工作任务、村民的生活情况，在做好这些准备的基础上，积极参与了乡镇各项事务的处理。

　　1、协调群众之间的矛盾。在做低保工作的时候，有许多村民包括村干部都不是很了解最新的低保政策，也有小部分群众对自己现在的补贴档次、补贴人数不满意，导致在低保补帖问题上出现了矛盾，我和民政干部对这一矛盾进行了调解，虽然我大部分的时间还是在旁边听，但我也从中学到了如何和群众打交道，如何处理群众之间的矛盾，学会了晓之以理，动之以情，才能更好的做好基层工作。

　　2、实地考察了20xx年国务院副总理回良玉亲自视察的xx村、xx村等重点灾区，了解当地“灾后重建”的情况，并做有关总结记录。8月3日与书记等镇干部一起陪同州、县的各级民政领导来到了xx村、xx村重建”特色民居，并向各级领导汇报xx镇“灾后重建”工作，得到领导的好评。

　　3、协助办公室主任处理一些文件和文字方面的事情，完善各种资料，并做好政府的卫生打扫工作。

　　其次我觉得作为当今社会的老师，我们要有一颗公平的心。作为一名老师，对于孩子我们必须要公正地评价，一视同仁。不能因为孩子的家庭条件，父母职业而有所不同。要在公正的前提下来评价孩子，实事求是的把一些情况向家长汇报。孩子的一切表现并不是衡量他们好坏的唯一标准，反而一些老师眼中的“坏孩子”，长大后更加感恩老师，因此平等对待每个孩子才是真正爱他们。

　　一、开阔视野，学习新思路

　　通过学习，让我明白了教育的真谛，教育是需要远见卓识的。培训中，专家老师分别阐述了他们对教学的独特见解，对新时期教育教学的各种看法。

　　二、理论、实践二者缺一不可。

　　作为一名小学数学教师，课堂教学实践中不断总结经验，联系理论知识，让理论找到检验它的舞台。网络培训中，把自己的困惑和经验在平台上交流，让困惑得到了解答，经验得到了传递，并在课例跟进后，运用所学应用的最后的教学中，不断的发现和解决所出现的'状况，培训让我的头脑得到了更好的武装。

　　通过讲课，听课，视频学习，能够多维度的审视自己的教育教学工作，先进的理论剔去了陈旧的观念，教育教学也随之调整姿态，这让我把自己的位置摆得更端正，改变了一些教学方式、方法，懂得亲近自己的学生，让课堂变成一个多元的舞台。
