  二、幼儿教师要培养终身学习的理念。

  作为一线老师,我们常常疑惑于如何平衡“教和玩”的难题。我们通常只是植单一的插入一些游戏。为什么在教学活动中孩子的'兴趣缺缺,为什么孩子不愿意学。通过培训我了解到,课程游戏化是要站在质量的高度去考虑,幼儿动用多种感官探究、交往和表现的机会更多一些,幼儿的自主性和创造性更充分一些。

  结合讲座来反思自身发现,在以往的教学实践过程中,虽然在教学过程中年也能注重体现游戏化,但是在活动中并不能体现幼儿为主体的自主性游戏,由于害怕孩子“不会玩”“玩的不好”“玩的有危险”通常在玩的过程中没能体现孩子的自主,所以往往在玩的过程中孩子没有自我的意识,孩子游戏中的自由自主和创造就会失去,因此要合理指导游戏,应该融入课程文化,形成习惯。课程游戏化的关键在教师,焦点在幼儿,幼儿行为总能折射教师的思想和作为。课程游戏化的核心追求是幼儿积极投入活动过程并充分探索、交往与表现,是幼儿不断丰富和发展新经验,在这个过程中,主要的不是教师说什么和做什么,而是幼儿说什么和做什么。

  虽然现在是寒冷的冬天,外面的寒风也一直在吹的呼呼作响,但是我激动的心情却让我丝毫不觉得寒冷,因为我马上就要从一名学生变成了一名幼儿园的教师了。就在昨天,我们才结束了我们新幼儿教师的岗前培训,这次的培训总共十天,虽然十分短暂,但是却让我有了非常大的收获,让我给自己身上欠缺的经验得到了一定的补充。

  培训刚开始的时候,看到幼儿园给我们培训的老师那慎重的态度的时候,我知道了我们现在已经可以算是一名幼儿园教师了,已经可以说是一名上班族了,不能再用曾经再学校里面的那种态度来对待工作了。所以在培训的时候,我就变得仔细对待培训的领导给我们的培训,生怕错过一点东西。这次的培训的主要内容是让我们了解所在幼儿园的各项课程安排和工作要求,让我们增进对幼儿园的了解,还有就是培训幼儿园教课的一些知识,虽然上幼儿园并不会讲什么特别难的东西,但是还是会有一些知识会讲。其实开始培训的时候,我都是比较轻视的态度的,觉得幼儿园都是教几岁的小孩子的,肯定都特别简单,就算不学我应该都懂。事实上培训中也确实是我想的那样,都是十分简单的内容,但是除此之外还有教学技巧的培训,这才是这次培训的重点。培训里面就是前一天给我们讲知识,晚上让我们回去根据老师的讲课内容和方式,做一个自己的讲课教案,然后第二天的时候上台自己模拟考试讲课。其实这就是相当于正式的上课了,不过台下面对的是自己的同龄人。知识很简单,可是讲课的方式却十分考验能力,面对的是小朋友,我们要学会用他们的角度去问问题,学会引导性的去让小朋友参与上课。

  这一次的培训,让我学会了一定的写教案的能力,写教案就是对自己后面上课内容的安排,而我之前是没有写过教案的,所以让我对上课的安排有了一定的心得,直到要从小朋友的角度去设置课程,活动与讲课参杂,既考虑上课知识又帮助同学们在幼儿园里玩的开心;还有就是让我增加了自信,我们岗前培训结束就是要正式给幼儿园的小朋友上课了,所以我们上课的时候是不能怯场的,这次培训的多次天上台模拟让我有了一定的教课经验,面对十多双同龄人的注视都能够自然的讲课,我相信之后正式上课也应该能够不怯场!

  时间转瞬而过,这次幼儿园的教师岗前培训也将完结了。这次有幸跟着前辈学习做好一名教师,我的心境豁然就开朗了,收获不少,受益也匪浅。小时候就有一个当老师的梦想,现在我成为幼儿教师中的一员,我颇感荣幸。

  培训前我就有一定的专业的知识技能,这次培训就是为了能够在正式上岗时能够更好的适应幼师这工作。在培训过程中,从其他前辈那学习怎样做一名优秀的教师。我们一行人每天定点定时上课,学习如何帮助幼儿学习,在教学的时候要尽量从幼儿的角度想问题,不能以成年人的标准教,一定得要把自己融入孩子里面,要进到他们的世界中,才可以掌握小孩子的心里,教学也就简单多了。

  再一个我们学习的要点就是要有职业道德和职业素养,认真教学,备好每一天要上的课的教案。教学过程中,要注意幼儿的整体情况,把他们当初自己的孩子对待,万分之小心。家长把孩子交到我们手上,我们就得负起所有的责任,不能有半分的懈怠工作。工作之中,要充分有耐心、细心,还要有一份爱心,才能够对他们重视。在幼儿犯错的时候,不能直接就教训,要以包容的心态去开解他们,要他们知道自己犯的什么错,从而改正自己,从源头抓起。幼儿还是处于一个特殊的.时期,所有的行为都要从他们自身出发,一开始就要教给他们正确的观念。

  培训开班仪式上,市教育局张少先主任就农村学前教育工作提出三项要求:一要加强学习,提高认识,切实增强使命感和责任感;二要明确目标,积极开展规范化建设;三要遵循规律,纠正小学化倾向。首先,建立幼儿园乡村一体化管理模式,园长要转变办园观念,把乡镇中心幼儿园办成在当地有影响的示范园;其次,要家园共育,积极调动家长的积极性,争取多方面配合,努力提高保教质量;第三,园长要与教师一同实践,科学制定保教计划,合理安排和组织幼儿的学习生活,让幼儿健康、快乐成长。

  为保证培训质量,市教育局对培训的整体设计、课程安排、方式方法、培训考核等工作,做了周密安排。这期培训班共学习了《3-6岁儿童学习与发展指南》解读、《幼儿园管理质量提升的有效策略》、《农村幼儿园课程资源开发与利用》等6个专题,由省内知名园长、专家为我们授课。此次培训的特点是针对我们乡镇中心幼儿园园长的需求,注重理论与实践的紧密结合,既有6位专家、园长的理论引领,又有3所省级十佳幼儿园的跟岗实践,让我们取得了很大的收获。

  袁霞园长在《3-6岁儿童学习与发展指南》解读时说,《指南》从五个领域描述了幼儿学习与发展,分别是:健康、语言、社会、科学、艺术。每个领域按照幼儿学习与发展最基本、最重要的内容划分为若干方面。每个方面分为两个部分。一是学习与发展目标,分别对3—4岁、4—5岁、5—6岁三个年龄段末期幼儿应该知道什么、能做什么,大致可以达到什么发展水平提出了合理期望,共32个目标。二是教育建议,根据幼儿的学习与发展目标,针对当前学前教育普遍存在的困惑和误区,列举了一些能够有效帮助和促进幼儿学习与发展的教育途径与方法,同时也指出了错误做法对幼儿终身发展的危害,为广大家长和幼儿园教师提供了具体、可操作的指导,共87条教育建议。《指南》的出台对于有效转变公众的教育观念,提高广大幼儿园教师的专业素质和家长的科学育儿能力,防止和克服“小学化”倾向,全面提高学前教育质量具有重要意义。

  徐立明教授在《幼儿园管理质量提升的有效策略》中指出,乡镇幼儿园在物质支持和师资力量上均处于劣势,怎样用二流的团队打造一流的业绩,关键是管理。如何提高农村幼儿园的保教质量?他给出了六个方面的建议:从教师实际出发,多渠道提高教师队伍素质;以教研带动教师的专业技能提升;常规管理要常抓不懈;加强保教质量监控体系的建设;家园共育,形成联手机制;立足园所实际,凝练特色。

  王萍教授在《农村幼儿园课程资源开发与利用》中强调幼儿园课程是“活动”,是帮助幼儿获得有益学习经验的活动,是各种活动的总和。课程设计要以幼儿幸福为本,以经验积累为本。乡镇幼儿园课程资源开发要具有鲜明的乡土特色,要依据乡镇优势,构建综合主题教育,构建生机盎然的自然角,开展自由开放的户外活动,组织富有新意的区域活动,开展百玩不厌的民间戏。

  在培训中,多数专家对幼儿的管理和发展作了明确界定与深刻解读。作为一名管理者,应首先领会幼儿园科学发展的内涵,切实转变教育管理理念,努力营造科学发展的氛围,为幼儿园走上科学发展之路,积极创造条件。在教育理念方面,要进一步系统学习《纲要》精神,特别是《3-6岁儿童学习与发展指南》,树立全新的幼儿素质观念;在管理方面,要摈弃传统的监督、检查者的观念,切实树立为家长服务、为教师服务的观念,甘心情愿当好家长平等的合作伙伴,当好教职工开展幼教工作的支持者、合作者与助手,放下架子,深入教职工中,深入家长中,研究问题,解决问题,同心同德,促进幼儿教育科学发展。

  经过这7天的学习,我收获很大,规纳了以下几点:

  1、因区域环境的问题,有很多东西只能借鉴,不能照搬的。就像衣物一样,不是所有的都是适合自已的。

  2、要因地制宜,充分利用自已身边的自然资源。废物利用也很重要,既节省了资金,又美化了环境。

  3、改变自已的教育模式,不能小学化,幼儿应以游戏活动为主,开发和引导他们的潜能,发挥他们的想像力,让幼儿感到轻松快乐!

  4、多开展园内教研活动,多听课、评课,这样有利于提高教师的教学质量。

  5、想要办好自已的幼儿园,就必须规范管理。走出自已的特色,才能有更好的发展。

  因此,结合我园实际,为使我园成为有影响力的幼儿园,做好如下工作:

  1、加强培训力度,全面提高教师队伍的整体素质。

  我园教师的实际情况:教师老龄化突出,专业知识人才匮乏,教师数量少,任务重,这对幼儿园的发展来说是不容乐观的。幼儿园科学发展的关键在师资。在现有条件下,我们只有坚持以人为本的原则,加快教师专业成长的步伐,提升师资队伍的整体素质,才能为我园幼儿教育科学发展提供强有力的保障。因此,通过各种形式的各级培训、园本教研等,帮助教师在业务上成长起来,通过传帮带的形式,发挥骨干教师及老教师的示范作用,使所有教师在思想业务方面尽快成熟起来,鼓励老师们积极参与教育科学研究,锤炼组织教育活动与开展班级管理工作的艺术,不断提升业务素质。

  2、完善考核、评价等制度,促使幼儿园科学化、规范化管理,增强教职工的凝聚力。完善班级管理制度,增强班级精细化管理力度。

  3、加大园本课程开发的科研力度,办出特色。继续开展农村园本课程的开发,多研讨,多实践,多积累经验。争取做到,每周一交流研讨,每班一特色,每学期开展一次成果展评。

  4、注重养成教育,培养幼儿良好的行为习惯,为幼儿一生奠基。在幼儿养成教育方面,要制定幼儿园的总体方案,月活动主题,周活动安排,还要制定班级养成教育评比方案。班级要制定相应的活动方案及相关的教育内容,将无形的知识,实施到有形的教育中。

  5、规范一日生活,提高保教水平,确保幼儿安全健康成长。要按照幼儿身心发展规律,促进每个孩子在原有基础上健康、和谐、快乐的成长。为实现这一目标,强化细节管理,在幼儿一日活动各个环节加大教育、引导力度,让每一个幼儿实现科学发展。

  6、多与家长沟通,转变育儿观念。我们要以平等的态度对待家长,耐心、诚心听取家长的一些合理化建议。通过开展家长会、亲子活动等活动;利用家长接送幼儿的时间,家访等多种形式与家长进行交流和沟通,争取营造和谐、自然、轻松、愉快的家园共育的氛围。通过开展育儿交流主题会,耐心告诉家长要运用科学的育儿方式,肯定孩子的成绩,强化孩子继续努力的心理,争取每个孩子都不断地提高成长。

  7、做好幼儿园资料的积累和活动的宣传工作。幼儿园日常的教育教学内容是幼儿园成长的宝贵资料,它不仅记录着幼儿园本身的'发展,也记录着孩子成长的每一步,我们幼儿教师要及时整理教学内容和孩子的成长作品。通过孩子的作品,我们教师了解到孩子的特点,走进孩子的内心世界;家长直观看到孩子的成长,内心无比欣慰;孩子积存作品财富,更是长大后永远美好的回忆。我们幼儿园的资料积累工作成就的是多人的梦想与未来。另外,开设育儿专题栏,不定期的进行科学的育儿经验知识更换,让家长在来园接送孩子的过程中就能育儿有所获。在六一、每月的亲子活动中充分展示我们办园的实力与理念,增强家园共育,力争我园在各方面达到实质性的提高。

How to improve the quality of rural kindergarten education?   学习一周下来感触最多的是幼儿园工作并不像自己想象中的简单看好孩子就行了。幼儿园的孩子年龄小,不懂事,来园之后的吃喝拉撒睡我们都要管,既要管平安,还要有效的开发幼儿的智力。幼儿阶段是智力开发的黄金阶段,因此也备受家长及各部门的重视。由此看来幼儿教育工作的重要性、紧迫性,对于刚成立的幼儿园工作,我们将面临更大、更多的挑战。

  教书是手段,育人是目的。因此,我们教师在任何时候都不能忘记,自己不单单是为教书而教书的“教书匠”,而应是一个教育家,是人类灵魂的工程师。

  “以情育人,热爱学生;以言导行,诲人不倦;以才育人,亲切关心;以身示范,尊重信任”。尊师爱生,是一种理性化的高尚情感,对待学生,管而不死,严而不厉,爱在其中。教育是爱的共鸣,是心和心的呼应。教师只有热爱学生,才能教育好学生,才能使教育发挥限度的作用。可以说,热爱学生是教师职业道德的根本。对学生冷漠,缺乏热情,决不是一个有良好师德的好教师。教师爱学生体现在“严”和“慈”上。

  四、用奉献的人格,塑造每个学生的心灵

  没有无私奉献、爱岗敬业的.精神,就不可能成为一名好教师,也决不可能为人民的教育事业创造业绩,作出贡献。教师是园丁,学生是花朵,只有靠园丁辛勤无私的浇灌,花朵才能茁壮成长,芬芳世界。还有人将教师比作蜡烛,燃烧了自己,照亮了别人,默默地牺牲了自己,却给人类带来了光明,因此教师应该是无私的。

  身为教师,我们不能把教书育人降低到只传授知识的层面上。我们有责任、有义务从现在做起,从自身做起,通过学习不断地在思想上、政治上、文化上充实自己,努力提高自己的从教素质。以无私奉献的精神去感染学生,以渊博的知识去培育学生,以科学的方法去引导学生,以真诚的爱心去温暖学生,以高尚的师德去影响学生,用健全的人格塑造一切学生的美好心灵,影响一代又一代的学生,真正成为一名优秀的人民教师。

  本期幼儿教师课件制作培训班应到人,实到人,全体学员按时报到,无一人请假、迟到。在世纪学校培训的这几天,采用封闭式管理,教育局领导和学员一样,吃住在世纪学校,领导以身作则,每一位学员自觉遵守培训学习纪律和作息时间,以积极的态度、扎实的作风投入到培训学习之中,使培训学习更加顺利、圆满。

  二是学习积极性高:

  暑期干部教师培训教育局投入了大量的人力和财力,世纪学校也为学习提供了便利和很好的服务,加之我们大多数幼儿教师平时参加学习培训的机会少,全体学员倍加珍惜这次学习机会,因此学习积极性都非常高。很多学员没有到上课时间,就早早来到教室,下课了,却还是觉得意犹未尽。还有很多老师在微机室里一坐就是半天,连休息地时间也不出去一下。

  三是培训效果好:

  本次培训学习我们在王庆华、李益庆、王瑞波三位教师地辅导下,采用讲练结合地学习方式对办公软件、动画制作、网页制作等知识进行了认真地学习。本次教师培训学习的内容质量高,形式灵活实用,对于我们今后的教学有很大的指导和帮助作用,同时借助全市的幼儿教师汇聚之时把平时教学中遇到的困惑交流一下,相互取长补短,对提高个人的'业务水平十分有益。

  总之,通过这次培训不仅学到很多计算机方面的知识更重要的是增进了和其他人员之间的交流,大家坐在一起畅所欲言互相讨论交流把自己不理解不明白的地方提出来让老师来帮助解决这样使得相互之间都得到了学习巩固知识的机会提高了学习的效率。当然,学习计算机不是一两天就能完成的事,它就像一个永远游不到边迹的大海,“师傅领进门,修行在个人”只有在平时不断的学习中慢慢积累知识,才能使之更加灵活的运用于我们的工作中,这就需要有一个好的学习心态和比较科学的学习方法,继续认真学习掌握好计算机的功能,为今后的实际工作打下良好的基础。

  回想起“七巧板”游戏,我们幼师国培2班的老师们积极参与游戏的场面还清晰得浮现在我的脑海里,在游戏当中,一个小小的七巧板却诠释了团队的整个含义。在大家齐思共想、争先恐后、齐心协力下,终于完成了游戏。但是游戏当中诠释的团队精神令人思虑万千。我明白团队的力量无坚不摧,没有完美的个人,只有完美的团队!没有规矩不成方圆。一个成功的团队造就无数个成功的个人。

  在这个游戏的环节中,最初不明白这个游戏是一个什么概念?通过这个游戏,在骆老师的分析与引导下,最终明白:游戏过程中有很多人发现了问题,却不能抓住问题的核心。有时过分的`强调成功反而达不到想要完成的目的。

  通过次此培训使我明白团队精神就是要互相配合,互相关爱,这些都是我们把平时大家都很了解的道理实践化,也就是说我们是通过一个小小的游戏,通过各位老师的讲解,把团队思想挖掘出来,和以前的“纸上谈兵”有着很大的不同。通过实践的总结,让我们充分感受到了这些“鲜活”的道理。这样的印象可能是一生都无法抹去的……
