本次培训内容丰富,形式多样,组织了学员与专家交流互动,美术课堂教学观摩等活动。我感到,此次培训准备充分,教学理念新颖,对教师教学实际有很大帮助。我们不仅有幸领略了美术教育领域专家的风采,开阔了眼界,受益匪浅,更重要的是明确了培训的目的和意义,在聆听中感悟在观摩中学习。对我们思想上有很大的冲击,我们都用心的一一记录着,用我们的头脑吸收养分并认真思考。培训期间,每一次面授的学习感觉很充实,因为面对不同风格的讲师,能听到不同类型的讲座并能感受到思想火花的冲击。
通过骨干教师培训的学习,让我更进一步了解和掌握了新课改的发展方向和目标,我反思了以往工作中的不足,重新审视我的职业态度。本次培训还为我们与同行之间进行交流提供了有效平台。在与优秀同行们起学习交流相互探讨之余,我们交换了各自的教学经验,分享了各自的教育心得,为自己今后的教学积累了更丰厚的应用资源。

4月9日——4月11日在xx酒店举办了“陕西省校外联美术骨干教师”培训班,虽然只有三天短暂的培训学习,使我受益颇多。
1、首先有幸参观了首次xx美院和xx美院联合举办的水彩画展,在史涛老师的带领下我们欣赏了水彩画的各种表现风格和技法,让我对水彩画有了一个更深刻的了解,水彩画的表现手法多样化的发展让人惊异。
2、有幸聆听专业的'老师给我们授课,在欣赏和理解中,让自己的审美和认知能力有了进一步的提高,在史涛老师的理论课中,我对水彩也有了全新的认识,在中国画是研究课培训中,让我欣赏了大量的古今的优秀作品,对中国画的发展也有了深刻的认识,最精彩的一节就是屈应超老师的书法讲座,这节书法课,让我对书法有了一个新的认识,原来练习书法有那么多讲究,自己一直都是盲目的学习,这次的讲座,让我结合自己的实际情况找出了自己原来学习的误区,这对以后的教学也有了很大的帮助,让我突然茅塞顿开。学习学无止境,书法的学习除了坚持还要领悟,这次的培训让我受益匪浅。
3、理论联系实际,作业练习,反复琢磨,把老师提到的新知识,能够体现在作业中,每天忙碌的作画练习,并且和大家共同交流学习,是我在短暂的几天学习学到了许多,认知教学都有很多提高。
感谢省校外联给我的这次难得学习机会,让我深刻地认识到在全面推进素质教育的今天,作为一名教育工作的美术教师,只有不断地吸收先进的教育教学理念,掌握富有创新的教育教学方法,才能培养富有创新精神和实践能力的创新人才,才能跟上时代前进的步伐。

12月9日,在御碑楼小学参加了泰山区教研室举办的小学美术课堂教学观摩与研讨活动。有幸听了刘斌老师和刘凯老师的两节课,通过研讨与交流,使我受益匪浅。这两节课都是手工课,都设计了名作欣赏。学生通过观察对比,欣赏感知,了解了陶艺的基本知识,感受到了泥条造型的美感,增强了学生的民族自豪感;学生在探究体验,合作交流中掌握了搓泥条及泥条盘筑成型的技巧和方法,提高了学生的综合学习能力。教学中为学生提供了充裕的时间和空间,进行探究、合作学习,鼓励学生积极主动地参与、感知,大胆的创造,体验美术活动的乐趣,从中获得对美术学习的持久兴趣。在教学中,改变了传统的教师讲,学生听的陈旧教学模式,选择适合学生发展、符合学生认知规律的探究、合作式教学,深受学生喜欢。

xx年x月x日至xx日,我有幸参加了xx区90学时美术培训,虽然天气炎热,但也没有阻挡我们学习的热情,第一天看到培训安排,我就感觉这次培训非常具有实效性,非常注重我们美术教师的专业技能成长,安排了很多实践学习的时间,也感觉到领导对此次培训的重视,不但课程安排上合理有序,更重要的是采用了与xxxx学院艺术学院合作的形式,为我们提供了良好的学习场地和优良的师资。总之,能有这样一次学习的机会,内心感到无比的幸福。
在几天的学习时间里,有幸聆听了导师的新的教育教学信息,以及国画专业上导师的示范指导,受益匪浅,开阔了眼界,也结识了很多良师益友。其中xx市美术教研员,xx老师的讲座,讲到了学校特色教育的打造和新材料在美术教学中的应用。用她身边活生生的案例,向我们展示了xx地区一些具有特色的美术教学研究案例。确实给了我很多的启发,也感受到,要打造学校的特色教育,需要我们教师潜心去研究,用心去打造,像培养自己的孩子一样,从点滴做起。她还在如何撰写教学研究课题方面给了我们很多的指导,用通俗的言语,典型的'案例,讲解了课题研究方面要注意的方面,她教导我们在教学中,要多关注学生学习的过程和表现,真正关爱学生,用情感倾注于教学中。而不能以自己的教为中心去撰写文章。xxx学院xx老师,给我们讲授了新材料的应用,也通过了一些例子,在材料表现方面给了我们很多启发。特别是他的一些创造性的理念,给我无尽的想象空间,体会到了艺术创造的魅力和价值。

夏日炎炎,不知道在家的你们在做些什么?我可正在艺术的海洋里慢慢遨游。
一晃,今天是美术培训的第三天了,三天的时间让我长进不少。昨天是痛并快乐着,我们把物体请进了教室,在室内写生,这对我而言好有挑战性,照着实物画已经难得不行了,还要从不同的角度取美点而画,那是难上加难,上午我们画饮水机,饮水机我每天都看到,可要把它画下来还真不易,而且还是水墨画呀。看着其他老师自如地挥洒着毛笔,我是一点感觉都没,没办法一狠心就动笔画了,我画的饮水机,估计没人看得懂(除我自己)。这是失败的一次写生,不过从中我似乎悟出点什么,可又说不清,大概是性悟不高吧。后来画铁树,有了上一次的经验我好像有点感觉的,但又不会把握,在朱老师的加工下,算是完成作品了。我们又画了平时不惹人注意的盆载栽的'枯树,“枯”是什么感觉呢?经朱老师用枯笔一画,咦,神了,真有那韵味了。枯树、古老城墙不正寄托着希望吗?
今天更是高难度的挑战,画人物,画墩煌佛像,我拿着一张墩煌佛像图画不知如何下笔。朱老师总说大胆画吧,你们都是不错的,我不太自信地画着,画好后自己看了都发笑,那是佛像吗?是木头人差不多。但是朱老师却说还行,我当然知道他是在鼓励我,而后就用我的画作样本讲解该怎么画好要点,朱老师他大笔挥几下,再用枯笔一钩,把那墩煌佛像画活了,再用颜料一衬托,那种斑驳、古老的味道一下子出来了,真得太美了。
如果你没去过墩煌,那请到我们教室走走吧,你肯定能感受到墩煌那博大精深的文化;如果你没见过水墨画,那也请你来我们教室看看吧,这里的整墙水墨画,一定能帮你对水墨都有所了解。
明天要到莫氏庄园写生了,我知道其中的难度不言而喻,但我还是期待着明天的到来,水墨交融这种感觉真得很好。

本次培训,培训内容涉及国画、素描、手工制作、教材教法等多方面内容,授课教师有山东美术院的赵建国教授,潍坊学院的国画专业的教授,还有民间面塑艺人等承担教学任务。他们不仅具有良好的美术素养和扎实的美术基本功,而且能结合自己平时教学经验,从教师的需求出发,教师缺什么,就教什么。理论教学深入浅出,实践教学言行身教,在深入挖掘教材的基础上,把握住了新课程的主旋律,体现了新课程的理念。贯穿了三种模式的课堂应用。即有讲授,又有练习,即有教师按教学设计安排的教学任务,又有学员在培训过程中独创的内容,整个教学过程中,教师和学员融为一体。
通过6天的集中培训和学习,每位学员都在不同层面上有了提高和发展。教学细致,内容宽泛,特别是面塑手工是以前没有接触过的学员们学的非常的用心。学员们亲自动手,剪、捏、折,用学员的话说:给我们补上了童年这一课。学了教材教法,老师们才明白了美术课应该怎么上,上什么,用什么方法上。总之,这次培训无论从课程的设置、教师的教学形式还是培训管理上,都得到了学员老师们的认可和赞同。

阳春三月,美术组一同前往南昌参加培训学习,首先,我非常感谢校领导给我这次外出学习的机会,在这一周学习中,我好像从里到外受到了一次洗礼,使我提高了认识,理清了思路,学到了新的教学理念和作画技能,我受益匪浅,找到了自身的差距和不足。我从中学习到了很多知识,而且在这次培训中有幸倾听了众多专家的精彩讲解,让我对教学有了更多新的认识。通过学习,拓宽了视野,使我耳目一新,教学理念也发生了翻天覆地的变化。
一、学习期间,我有幸聆听了来自南昌高校教授们的讲座,从美术高考报考,江西美术联考改革方向,考试科目变化,美术课程安排等方面做了详细讲解,新的考试变化如下:
(一)考试内容和形式适当调整
素描考试:由“静物组合(默写)”调整为“人物头像或静物(含静物组合,默写或模拟写生)”。
色彩考试内容:由“静物(默写)”调整为“静物(含静物组合,默写或模拟写生)”。
模拟写生指根据命题提供的图片资料表现规定内容。
(二)各科目分值调整
素描、速写、色彩各科目分值由100分调整为150分,总分由300分调整为450分。
(三)调整素描科目考试时长由180分钟调整为160分钟。

三、肯定的线条,放笔直取,画出全身。
四、整画面,强调重点,五官、手、脚要适当刻画,结构转折处要着重强调,做到画面完整。
总之,四次示范课为我们呈现了美术课堂教学的盛宴,让我在享受“美味佳肴”的同时,不断反思自己的作画思路与教学方法,使我对美术专业课有了新的理解,也明确了今后课堂教学的方向。通过本次学习培训,在今后工作中,我将会不断的学习,多体会感受所学的作画技巧,并用于实践中,全面提高自身的综合能力,为学生提供更好更优质的服务。

暑假在漫长的等待中终于来临了,今天是暑假的第一天,这么热的天气做什么才好呀。现在不用我发愁了,美术教师要进行为期五天的培训,即能学习又能以创作。曾在学校听过冯老师的水墨画“跳舞的点和线”一课,作为兼职美术老师的我那是第一次真正意义上的了解水墨画。现在要实战水墨画了,更是激动无比。
今天这一天的培训就让我是受益无穷。上课一开始,朱老师就让我们自己随意画,随便玩,看别人自如的玩着,我是既羡慕又害怕。我有些拘谨,不知道画什么,就在宣纸上轻轻地画着。朱老师看到后,就让我放开胆子随便画。看着其他老师沉浸在做画的乐趣中,我也心动了,拿着笔,随便画了,点点圈圈,不晓得画了些什么。可朱老师每经过一次总不忘鼓励我,很好,不错,有水痕墨痕的迹象了,听后我是信心倍增。原来每个人都需要鼓励,那么在今后的教学中我也得多鼓励学生。上午就在随意画,画点,画点和线的三次练习中匆匆结束了。中午休息时,朱老师还不忘把我们的画贴在后墙壁上展示出来。看到其他老师在随意画时的创作,真是太厉害了,专职老师就是不一样。我可不好意思把我的画拿出来,可是其他的老师也都鼓励我,说哪张挺好的`,还帮我把那张给贴起来了。
下午做什么呢?马上就知道。在看了一些水墨图片后朱老师让我们创作,朱老师为了照顾我们几个什么都不会的兼职老师,他先自己画了一张,边画边讲解。之后就让我们自己创作了。我虽没有上午时的拘谨,可还没能放胆画,况且创作我觉得好难呀,那我只能临摹了,可临摹的又不像,打算另画一张时,朱老师又关注到了我,他给我讲这张画应怎么画下去,并帮我把画错的地方给纠正过来,让画又变活了。终于完成了,我们的画又都贴在墙壁上了。看着这些水和墨组的一张张画,真是美极了,原来我也能画好啊。
今天只是开始,明天我将继续与墨相伴,水墨交融,定会是美的收获。

8月29日,我有幸参加了贝贝乐培训中心彭老师开展的创意美术培训活动。
在培训活动中,彭老师对我们进行了美术技能的实践训练,引导我们注重将模仿思维习惯逐渐变成创造思维习惯,引导幼儿从新的角度去突破、去思考、去想象,而不是简单的模仿。
彭老师通过各年龄段教材的介绍,引导我们指导幼儿从纸张、画笔、手工创意等多个角度出发,在不断改变材料的过程中向幼儿渗透了审美意识和美的选择搭配意识;比如红色的魔术贴应避开红色的纸张,应选择其他颜色的才能更凸显效果。在手工创意时也不要局限于原来的作品,应让孩子有更大的创意空间或提供一些可替代的材料给孩子。
彭老师还引导我们让幼儿孩子对美术产生兴趣。我们看孩子的画不看现在画得好坏,而是看孩子对绘画的入迷程度。有了浓厚的.兴趣,幼儿的学习才是积极、主动、轻松愉快的。

有幸参加了“国培计划20xx”————甘肃省农村中小学学科教师培训。“国培”专家各从自己擅长的研究领域谈起,理论结合实例,既注重“言传”,又注重“身教”;让我很好地把握了不同学段、内容的特征;为我深入文本探究,科学“备课”,有效施教指明了方向。专家们分别从备课基本功新课程教学实施策略教材与课例分析在岗实践指导课等几大板块来细化了我们的学习内容。通过专家的理论讲解和名师的课堂实录让我审视自己的课堂,反思自己的教学方法。使我的视野开阔、信息灵通,变得"耳聪目明",从而以最快的速度提高了自己教学业务水平,了解到很多与新课程发展现状相关的知识,吸取了一些大家对新课程教材的把握与处理的方法,真是受益匪浅。在三个多月的培训中,自己能与小学美术教育界的同行一起学习交流我感到很快乐。所以在培训中,我总是准时收看专家讲座,踊跃参与交流讨论,认真完成作业,积极书写教学感悟,并向同行学习,发表评论,提出自己的见解,共亨教学资源。在结束每天的学习后,我先认真整理笔记,对照专家的观点仔细分析,反思自己在实际教学中的不足,认真撰写研修日志。刚开始我也曾迷茫过,不知从何写起。慢慢的我发现必须找到在实际教学中和专家理论的锲入点,这样才能真正的做到理论结合实践,使自己的研修日志充实起来,从而提高自己的教学水平。在完成作业时,我先明确作业要求,认真准备,把国培中学到的新理论和新方法结合自己平时对教学课堂的反思进行整合设计,力争保质保量的完成每次作业。我完成的部分作业也得到专家和辅导老师的认可。
通过三个多月的培训我认识到:新课程不仅是课程内容、教材的变化,是美术教师的角色、教师的教学行为、学生的学习方式的变化。新的教学理念注重兴趣的培养、课程的整合,注重创新能力、合作精神的培养,注重探究性学习方式。一堂高效的美术课就在于上课的老师自身的素养,语言的功底,思想的修养,文化的积淀,心态的调整,课堂的掌控,提问的技巧,意外的处理,均可以看出一个老师是否对学生是真正的关注和尊重,及对美术真正的热爱和投入。因此,我们的美术课堂教学开始变得更自由、更灵活,学生也始终在愉快的状态下积极地学习美术。
1、从学生学习方法上看,在课堂学习中学生要改变传统的接受式学习方式,积极主动地感知美术、体验美术、表现美术,同时能够大胆地探究问题、发现问题。课堂的主体是学生,学生的潜力是无限的,这需要老师细心的发现和巧妙的挖掘。美术教师要学会发现学生的闪光点,并及时地使用肯定,使用赞扬,使用引导,使用评价,使学生的情感和灵感激发。并根据美术的感知特点、美术标准不确定性特点,给了学生极大的空间想象力,让学生大胆阐述自己对作品的独到见解。
2、从教师教学方法上看。美术教师要大胆创设与教学内容相吻合的教学情境,提供开放式的教学方式,突出学生的主体地位,注重师生之间的交流与反馈,注重创新能力和实践能力的培养,注重课程的整合与延伸,积极引导学生感知、体验、表现美术,激发学生对学习的兴趣。努力缩短美术艺术与现实生活之间的距离,着眼于学生的艺术发展,融合众多艺术风格于一体。
3、从教师角色上看。美术教师要构建了相互尊重、相互信任、相互理解的平等、民主、合作的新型师生关系,拉近了师生之间的距离,教师在教学过程中由“传授者”变成学生学习的“促进者”“参与者”“组织者”。
通过三个多月的培训我的收获:
1、师德水准得到提高
在培训过程中,我从教授专家的身上不光学到了教学、研究的本领,而且使我深切领悟到“学高为师,身正为范,学无止境”的真谛。写在纸上的是思想的足迹,化作动力的是思想的延伸,我得到的是人格的提升、生命的升华。
2、教育观念得到更新
此次网络学习班的全体学员几乎都来自小学美术教学第一线。通过网络评论交流,让我逐步更新了教育教学观念,了解了先进的教育科学基本理论,现代教育观、学生观和学习观,在教学活动中遵循客观规律、调整自身的角色和教学方式,把
素质教育贯穿到学科教学过程中。这些专家们深刻独到、深入浅出、通俗易懂、旁征博引的讲解,使我对以后的.教学有了更充分的理论依据,对如何作一个合格的教师充满了自信心。
3、教育教学理论更为系统
这次学习使我对教育教学的理论与方法掌握得更加系统,使我感到比原来站得高了,看得远了,有一种“天更蓝、地更绿、水更清”的感觉。近三个月的学习,我对一些教育观念的理解更加深刻;对教学理论的认识更加明晰;对教学的理论与方法掌握得更加系统;对开展教研活动的方式更加明确;对投身教育改革的激情更加充沛。
4、合作学习、共同成长
通过学员之间互动评论、取长补短,结下了深厚的友谊。培训结束,就是我们新的合作开始,在之后的工作中,我们仍然会互通信息,保持联系,互相交流,共同提高,争取以最简洁的线条拉动最丰富的知识。

本次培训共两天半,我收获颇丰,不虚此行。因为我是参赛选手,所以对此次培训有更深切的体会。首先是温老师的手工课,让我没有半点开小差的机会,温老师用小组合作探讨式进行提问,讨论,让我能结合教学实践有自己更深一层的思考,比如:作为一名教师如何在一课堂上引导学生完成一幅立体纸造型作品?在做示范时是要偏抽象还是具象,作品是应该大还是应该精,这些问题都让我有对立体纸构成有了更全面的理解。
第二个培训是综合知识试卷分析,突然就让我找到了我的弱项,理论知识对于一位老师是至关重要的,必须得加强自身的理论知识储备,才能更准确的把知识交给学生。接下来就是两节公开课,左杰老师的《吊坠瓦猫》让我看到了一位老师的基本功和对课堂的把控,左杰老师做到了把课堂还给学生。
第二天的两场讲座拓宽了我的艺术视觉,增加了很多美术知识,知道了作为美术教师要有明辨之眼、批判之眼、品味之眼、纯真之眼。下午的中国画人物写生,余老师现场做了示范,我们找到了画写意人物的方法、用笔。最后陈老师给我们每一位参赛选手的瓶花做了点评,让我看到了其他优秀的老师的作品,也认识到了自身的不足。
下一步,我将从以下几个方面加强自身:
1、熟背中小学美术课程标准,结合实际教学合理运用知识;
2、多听优秀教师的课,自己多磨练;
3、合理利用平时课余时间多画画,包括写生、国画、油画、水彩等,多画、多练。
提高教师的基本功是当好一名好老师的前提和必要条件,在今后的教学过程中,我一定要找到自己不足之处,加强练习,珍惜姜老师给我们提供的学习机会,在今后的工作中力争做到更好。
Art training experience Part 15
The training lasted two and a half days and I got a lot out of it. Because I am a participant, I have a deeper understanding of this training. First of all, it was Ms. Wen's handcraft class, so I didn't have any chance to desert. Ms. Wen used group cooperation to ask questions and discuss, so that I could have my own deeper thinking in combination with the teaching practice, such as: how to guide students to complete a three-dimensional paper modeling work in a classroom as a teacher? For example, as a teacher, how to guide students to complete a three-dimensional paper modeling work in a classroom? Whether to be abstract or figurative when doing demonstrations, and whether the work should be large or fine, all these questions let me have a more comprehensive understanding of three-dimensional paper composition.
The second training is the comprehensive knowledge paper analysis, suddenly let me find my weak point, theoretical knowledge for a teacher is crucial, must strengthen their own theoretical knowledge reserves, in order to more accurately give the knowledge to the students. The next two open classes, Ms. Zuo Jie's "Pendant Tile Cat" showed me a teacher's basic skills and control of the classroom, Ms. Zuo Jie did give the classroom back to the students.
The two lectures on the second day broadened my artistic vision, increased my knowledge of art, and taught me that as an art teacher, I should have an eye for discernment, a critical eye, an eye for taste, and an eye for innocence. In the afternoon's Chinese painting figure sketching, Mr. Yu did a live demonstration and we found the way to draw a realistic figure, the use of brushes. At last, Mr. Chen gave a critique to the vase flower of each of our participants, which made me see the works of other excellent teachers and recognize my own shortcomings.
As a next step, I will strengthen myself in the following areas:
1、Familiarize yourself with the standards of primary and secondary art curricula, and use your knowledge rationally in conjunction with actual teaching;
2, listen to more excellent teachers' classes and hone yourself;
3、Reasonable use of the usual after-school time more painting, including sketching, Chinese painting, oil painting, watercolor, etc., more painting, more practice.
Improving teachers' basic skills is a prerequisite and necessary condition for being a good teacher. In the future teaching process, I must find my shortcomings, strengthen my practice, cherish the learning opportunities provided to us by Mr. Jiang, and strive to do better in my future work.
