  一、打造高境界的精神文化

  精神文化是学校文化的灵魂,培育和弘扬校园精神是学校发展的主题。金茵小学秉承"让每一个孩子拥有幸福人生"的办学宗旨,在教育教学实践中逐步形成了高境界的师生精神文化,营造了浓厚的有利于人发展的环境氛围,成为学校得以发展壮大的精神支柱,成为师生积极进取的精神动力。金茵小学的办学方向是:让学校成为师生共同成长的乐园;办学目标是:创建现代化、高质量、有特色、省内一流、全国知名的学校;办学思路是:承传古代文明,弘扬现代文明,璧合两个文明,培育代代文明;培养目标是:人文厚实、自主发展;办学特色是:开展童心悦读,让师生过一种幸福完整的教育生活。金茵小学的系列办学思想及理念,既反映出对学校历史的把握,又充分体现了对时代精神的理解,境界高远,催人奋进,让我们深刻体会到了一所名校的深蕴,很值得我们反复揣摩、细细体会。

  常言道:百年大计、教育为本,教育大计、教师为本、国家兴衰系于教育,教育兴衰系于教师,可见教师在教育事业发展中的举足轻重的作用。因此,作为校长,要强化人本管理意识,要把精心打造一支高素质、高水平的师资队伍看作是自己份内最主要的工作,最重要的职责。校长治校,不能离开必要的物质基础和财力支撑。办好一所学校,也不能忽视办学条件的改善和硬件设施的建设。但是,身为校长一定要认识到,在所有的教育资源当中,最宝贵的还是人力资源。在加强硬件建设的同时,切不可放松师资队伍整体水平的提高。实施新一轮课程改革,首先是提高教师素质,它是学校可持续发展的源动力,是提高教育教学质量的关键。一个校长在他离任之时,衡量他的功过,主要不是看他盖了几幢楼,而是看他有没有带出一支师德过硬、业务精湛的师资队伍。

  3、树立教育科研意识,打造活力,高效课堂。

  活力课堂是提高教育教学质量的第一生产力。办好学校靠什么?方法纵有千万,但依靠教育教学研究,即走活力课堂道路,才能使学校不断地有所进步,不断地领教育改革之先。要打造活力课堂,校长应是教育科研积极践行者。人们常说有怎样的校长就有怎样的学校,校长的践行,不在于其本身搞几个课题的研究,而在于把现代教育科学的理论要求,根据学校具体情况,设计出具体的方案,提出操作性的要求,建立以学生为中心的多种课堂教学模式,让教师按照要求去实践去发展。要以课题为载体作抓手,积极开展实验研究,更新教学思想,改革教学方法,探索教学模式,提高教学质量。最好是人人都有研究的课题,这样才能使每个教师科学而有效地开展工作,才能使课堂活起来。校长要把课题研究作为重要工作,定期召开课题工作会议,每学年都举行课题研究成果报告会,促使全校上下形成以参与研究课题为荣,以商谈课题研究为誉的风尚。

  4、坚持办学特色,提升学校文化品位。

  一个学校影响最长久、最醉人的莫过于独特的办学特色,它好比药力强大的缓释胶囊,不知不觉地长期发挥着良好的教育作用。

  办学特色不仅是学校文化的重要组成部分,而且是重建和发展学校文化的基本源点。校长要紧紧扣住特色,通过活动激人,活动感人,使大家由生到熟,由小到大,由被动到主动,由徘徊羞涩到成功喜悦,体验到劳动的价值。应该说,办学特色越坚持长久,越发展光大,就越能促使学校文化品位的提升。学校的`文化孕育着名师与大家,名师又使学校得以发展与光大。一支好的教师队伍是学校形成品牌的关键,也是学校文化的本质体现。过去的一些名校不仅出好教师,还出科学家、出教授。今天,校长抓教师特色建设不能再简单地把它放在一个通常的地位上去认识,去思考,而应放在学校发展的战略地位去全面考虑。未来学校的竞争,归根到底是特色文化的竞争,出类拔萃的学校,都有强而有力的特色文化。

  这一次本人有机会参加全市的中小学校长培训学习,真的好高兴,这首先应该感谢县教育局对农村中小学校长的关心和支持,给提供了这次很好的学习机会,让我们听到了名专家的讲座,也听到了名学校管理经验。通过培训学习,学到了许多新的知识、新的理念,受益非浅,感受颇深,特别是在学校规范化管理、教育理念有了很深刻的认识。

  8月6日,我中心校四人有幸参加xx年暑期全国中小学教育家型校长成长系列高峰论坛培训班,先后聆听了几位专家的讲座,培训期间既有理论的引领,又有实践的学习交流。虽然学习时间是短暂的,但此次高规格的培训却极大地开阔了教育视野,收获匪浅,感触颇多。现就以下几方面谈谈我们的体会:

  一、理论与实践相结合

  丰富的理论学习更新了教育管理新观念

  隆重的开班典礼后,我们就先后聆听了孙学策、崔其升等几位教授和专家的专题讲座,还有关于学校经营管理方面的讲座。在众多的精彩讲座中,有激动也有感动,对我启发很大,开阔了视野,提高了认识。了解到许多教育教学新动态,学到了不少教育理念。讲座涉及到学校管理、学校发展规划、素质教育、教师评价与激励、校园文化建设、与教师有效沟通、依法治校等方面,专家们理论阐述、引经据典、谈心交心,无不使我产生共鸣。他们娓娓道来,环环相扣,给人启迪,促人反省,震撼人心。既气势磅礴,恢弘大度,又紧扣实际,细致入微。既让我们欣赏了名家的风采,又使我们饱食了无比精美的精神大餐;让我开阔了眼界,拓宽了思维,明确了使命。

  二、收获和感悟

  通过培训我深深体会到作为一名教育工作者,必须要做善于学习者,校长要做文化人,要做有情有智有责任的人,要做敢于改革创新的人,以人为本抓管理,营造和谐、进取的校园氛围,才能推动学校教育教学工作的开展,促进学校可持续发展。

  (一)校长要做善于学习者,不断提升自身素质和综合能力。学校的建设与发展离不开有思想、有素质、开拓进取的校长,要充分认识自己的责任,为办好教育而思,为学校发展而谋,充分发挥核心主导作用,使自己成为一面旗帜,引领凝聚教师群体。而要做好这些工作,校长必须勤于学习,才能做到工作有思路、有创新。在今后的工作中一定要坚持学习,要把学习当作自己职业生涯中的必需。不断学习教育教学理论,学习课程改革理论,学习名校名师的教育思想和教学经验。看书读报学习,听课参观学习,校际交流学习。当然不仅自己学习,还要引导全校教职工学习,创设学习型校园,营造学习气氛,不断提高教职工的整体素质。

  (二) 校长要做文化人,办学的最高层次是文化办学。文化办学是在制度办学的基础上对制度办学的一种超越,其中文化管理更全面,更整体,更系统,更注重精神内核在学校管理中的作用。既然学校要实现文化管理,作为学校管理的首席自然要成为文化人。

  首先校长要成为有思想的人。文化人是思想者,校长必须要成为思想者。校长对学校,对教育要实现思想的领导。其次校长不仅要成为思想者,而且也要使教师成为有思想的人。有思想的教师才会与有思想的校长交流,才会使校长的思想不断丰富,不断化为办学实践。第三校长要成为能研究的人。文化人是研究者,校长要成为能研究的人,要把办学作为学问来做。要习惯于在研究状态中工作,在工作态中研究。

  (三)校长要做有情有智有责任的人

  有情。校长要怀有感恩的心对待教师。切不可太把自已当回事,把校长当回事,校长属于学校,属于教师,我们之所以成为校长是因为有了教师。校长要让身边的人感到跟我干不会吃亏,不要忘记做事的.人,也不要忘记人做的事。

  有智。校长要做一个大智若愚的智者。我们要为下属创造尽可能好的条件,把教师放在适合他个人成长的岗位上,让他们怀着美好的愿景,追寻自已的教育梦想。用最大的宽容,容忍所有的人包括不同政见的人,要用智慧招安不同政见的人,让他们为学校的发展出力。 有责任。校长要知人善用,勇于承担责任。学校中层是将校长办学理念转化教师、学生的行为的转发器。对于学校中层我们一方面要对他们办事过程进行指导,另一方面允许他们出差错,对下属差错而引起的不良后果校长要有勇气承担。

  (四)要做敢于改革创新的人

  校长要不断更新教育观念,树立现代课程观、人才观、价值观,树立现代教学观、学生观。以科研为先导,把理论与实践结合起来,倡导教师改革创新出效益,教师必须不断认真学习、领会。在现有的教育管理体制下,农村教育可以说困难重重,举步维艰。作为农村校长必须心系农村,立足实际,不怕困难,敢于奋斗,以“质量立校”,以“科研强校”,在自己实践探索的基础上,汲取名校长的理论指导,形成自己的特色,形成自己的品牌,才能使学校得到社会的广泛认可,为学校的发展赢得一片广阔的发展空间,从而带动学校整体水平有较大的提高,真正把学校办成“让学生成才,让家长放心,让社会满意”的学校。培养品学兼优,勤劳朴实的合格人才。

  (五)校长必须认真“抓班子带队伍”,以人为本抓管理。校长要有良好的服务意识,当好师生的公仆,要正确处理协调好班子成员之间的工作与生活的关系,当好主管不主观,总揽不独揽,处理事务果断不武断。工作中对班子成员要信任,不猜疑,要大度。对教职工要多关心,与人为善,但要有原则性,做到大事讲原则,小事讲风格。一个称职的校长,不应成为全校做事最多的人,而应成为全校做事最精的人,使自己的管理更高效。校长应学会授权和分层管理、分级负责。只有这样,才会调动手下领导及教师的积极性,学校管理定会取得理想的效果。

  总而言之,通过培训,提高了自身的教育理论水平和实践能力,提高了认识,明确办学思想、办学理念,是校长成就一所好的学校的关键。以人为本,转换观念,打破传统的教育思想对人们的束缚,学校的发展离不开校长的引领和教师的扎实有效的工作。在今后的工作实践中要加倍努力,为营造一个和谐进取的校园氛围,打造出一个有着鲜明办学特色的学校,真正为每一位孩子的幸福人生奠基。
