我国是一个法制国家,一直在开展普法宣传教育活动,努力地提高公民的法律意识,教育公民自觉守法,并且学会使用法律武器维护自己的利益。随着普法宣传教育工作在全国范围内深入的开展,使得人民群众逐渐接受了法律意识的培养,并自觉自愿地运用法律。
在我们的日常工作中,不论是琐碎的小事还是技术含量较高的工作,心中必须有杆“秤”,以此来衡量和指导自己的工作,而法律法规就是那杆“秤”。在工作的各个环节中,我们要自觉遵守,严格规范自己的思想和行为,否则就会失去平衡,失去立场,甚至犯下错误。不要忽略自己平时的一些小的不良习惯,要知道一个小小的细节也可能酿成日后的违法行为。
所以,学法用法,我们要从小事做起,从点滴做起,从自我做起,时刻牢记法律就在我身边。当你要过马路的时候,一定要走人行横道线,严格遵守交通规则,“红灯停、绿灯行、黄灯等一等”的规定要铭记在心,也许在不经意间你就做了一个好公民,也许在某一瞬间你就违反了法律法规,这虽然是一件小事,但能充分体现一个公民的基本素质和修养。如果人人都能从自己做起,学法能知法,知法就能自觉地守法,有效地运用法,进而再去要求他人,形成全社会人人都来学法用法,遵纪守法的大好局面,那么,我们的社会环境和社会秩序就会越来越好,人民群众就能过上更加幸福美好的生活,我们的国家就会成为健康、文明、法治的国家。学法用法说着容易,可要真正做到难,需要有较高的法律素质和很强的法律意识。养成遵纪守法的好习惯,要从身边一点一滴的小事做起。“勿以善小而不为,勿以恶小而为之”。
“不积跬步无以至千里”,学习也是这样一个循序渐进的过程,学习需要点滴的积累,学习是种子,积累是阳光和雨水,只有不断积累才能有收获的果实。教师队伍积极地学法用法、宣传法律、法规,对整个社会引领作用也显而易见,如对规范社会秩序、培育公民品格、促进文化建设都起着不可忽视的作用。然而,在实际工作生活中,要充分认识到学法用法的重要意义,要摆上重要的位置,使得对法律知识的学习基本处于“讲起来重要,做起来次要,忙起来不要”的境况。学法是用法的前提。因此,我们应进一步完善形式、充实内容、健全机制、强化培训、严肃考核,确保在学法环节上取得实实在在的成效。
知法、学法是我们每个公民应尽的义务,守法、用法则是我们应尽的责任,依法行政、执法必严、违法必究更是我们不懈的追求。我坚信,从我做起,从身边的小事做起,就会离理想的目标越来越近。
我作为一名教师,学好法律、用好法律是一件很重要的事情。尤其是学好、用好《教师法》、《教育法》等有关教育方面的法律法规更是一门必修的科目。
我国于1993年10月31日第八届全国人民代表大会常务委员会第四次会议通过了《中华人民共和国教师法》。其中第八条有关教师应当履行义务的规定使我深感重任在肩。
一、教师要爱国守法,我们教师是教育过程中的主导力量,更应学法、知法、守法、用法,不断提高自己的综合素质,不断增强依法执教的.意识,并把学法、知法、守法、用法的意识贯彻到自己的实际生活与教育教学工作中。
二、教书育人,为人师表,终身学习是师德师风建设的重点内容。教师职业最大的特点是教书育人,因此在教育教学过程中教师教师应重视自身的道德形象,重视教师职业的特质修养和个性魅力,要严格要求自己,做到以德服人,以身立教,在平凡的工作中要安贫乐教,甘于奉献,为学员树立起楷模的形象。
三、教师要爱岗敬业,关爱学员。在教育教学过程中,教师要自觉遵守法律法规,严格执行师德师风规范要求,有高度的事业心、责任心。坚持做到关心尊重每一个学员,用教师的爱心去化解学员的逆反心理和对抗情趣,最大限度的激发学员学习的主观能动性。在平时的教育教学中,教师要自觉关爱学员维护学员的合法权利,做学员的良师益友,使学员在电大这个大家庭中提高自身素质。
如果人人都能从自己做起,学法用法,遵守法律,进而再去宣传法律,那就会形成大家都来学法用法,大家都遵纪守法的大好局面,这样我们的社会就会有越来越好的治安环境和社会秩序,违法犯罪活动就会大大减少,人民群众就能过上安居乐业的美好生活,我们的国家就会逐步成为健康、文明、法治的国家。
总之,通过学习,我对教育法律、法规有了更深的了解和认识,进一步增强了依法履责的观念。相信在今后的具体教育工作中我们全校教职工会更好地坚持做到依法执教,使XX成为依法治校的典范

一、提升学法用法思想认识
提高全民法律意识,推进依法治国、依法行政、建设社会主义法治国家是一项重大而长期的工作。自觉学习、贯彻和宣传法律,关键在于提高思想认识。
一是领悟学法的重要性。建设社会主义法治国家是党和国家的基本方略,人民公仆学法用法是执政为民的本质要求,依法行政是政府工作的灵魂,是一切工作得以正常开展的基础和重要保证,因此务必充分掌握所需法律法规才能保证各项工作规范有序开展。

一是坚持与时俱进,讲究学习方法,是学好法、用好法的重要基础。学法是知法、用法、守法的重要基础。在学法上,我坚持紧贴实际,持之以恒,与时俱进,扎实高效,法律素质得到不断提高。透过学习,我更加明确了社会主义现代化建设与民主法制的关系,提高了依法行政的.潜力和水平。
二是坚持理论与实践相结合,严格依法办事,是学好法、用好法的关键。只有将学法与用法有机结合,才能推进事业健康发展。为此我坚持学用结合、学以致用,做到“三个坚持”:即坚持依法进行决策;坚持依法推动工作;坚持依法解决问题。

当前依法治国观念深入人心,政府机关的工作人员作为倡导者和实践者的主力军。
一是应把依法行政这根弦绷紧,时刻按照“有法可依、有法必依、执法必严、违法必究”原则行使人民赋予的权力。行政机关要严格按照法定权限和程序行使职权,逐步实现行政行为的规范化和法制化。

一年以来,我镇结合“六五”普法的规划,紧紧围绕全镇工作大局,进一步加强了干部学法用法工作,学用结合,互相促进,透过近一阶段的工作,进一步提高了全镇干部依法决策、依法行政、依法管理的潜力和水平,加快了推进依法治乡的进程。现将近一阶段的主要工作向各位领导汇报如下:
一、加强组织领导,健全学习制度。
镇党委、政府对加强干部学法用法工作十分重视,摆上重要议事日程,列入年初工作计划和年终考核资料,与两个礼貌建设同部署、同检查、同考评,并在各种会议上进行强调部署,提出明确要求。为了切实加强干部学法用法工作,建立健全了“巴彦镇干部学法用法工作联席会议制度”,明确职责,镇组织办负责全镇干部学法用法工作的组织、指导、协调和监督工作,确保时间到位、任务到位、成绩到位,并把领导干部学法用法工作列入培训计划,纳入年度考核范围,与干部选拔、任用结合起来。镇宣传办负责做好全镇干部学法用法工作宣传、发动和安排工作,并负责做好干部的法制讲座。司法办负责协助做好学习教材的征订和发放及干部学法用法的培训、考试、发证工作,做到学习计划、学习资料、学习时间、学习人员、学习记录“五落实”,确保有人抓、有人管,落到实处。
二、明确对象资料,实践目标任务。
三、突出重点,形式多样地开展干部学法用法工作。
一年多来,我镇能够结合实际,采取轮训、讲座、研讨、自学等形式,形式多样地开展干部学法用法工作。
一是建立健全党委中心组学法、领导、干部法制讲座等学法制度。建立“巴彦镇干部学法用法工作联席会议制度”,每年安排领导干部法律知识学习或法制讲座不少于2次。年初以来巳开展2场领导干部法制讲座,听课人数达100余人,主要学习资料为《行政法学》、《法制理论读本》、《干部法律知识读本》、《合同法》、《社会治安综合治理有关规定》及《廉政准则》等。
二是开展干部法制轮训。把法制课列入干部的必修课,不断拓宽培训渠道,提高教学质量。今年3月份,为了使全镇干部能更好地适应新形式下的计划生育工作,镇里依托党校专门举办了一期《中华人民共和国计划生育法》培训班,学员有20余人,共安排四节课,比较系统地学习了相关的计生政策知识,提高了贯彻新《计划生育法》的潜力和水平。三是坚持自学与辅导相结合制度。要求全镇干部,联系岗位工作实际,确定学习资料,每人每年自学时间不少于40小时,做到学习有记录、有检查,持之以恒,注重实效,并用心参加各种形式的辅导课,提高学习效果。年终由乡组织办统一组织对自学状况进行检查。
四是坚持学法用法相结合。要求全镇各级各部门干部,要在实践中带头执好法,增强依法决策、依法办事的自觉性。建立健全了重大事项决策法律咨询制度,进一步完善各级政府法律顾问制度充分发挥律师、专业人士在决策中的参谋作用。

我国的普法教育通过20年的努力,基本形成了“党委领导、政府实施、人大监督、全社会共同参与”的格局,普法教育渗透到全社会的各个领域。但是,全民普法教育期间正是我国改革开放时期。在改革开放、建立社会主义市场经济的大环境下,经济转型、企业转制、各种利益关系重新调整,人流、物流、信息流成为各种利益调整的主要特征,社会矛盾比较突出。在这样的大背景下,我们开展的普法教育就很难适应社会发展变化的`形势,因而在实施普法教育中就出现了对一些重点对象抓而不紧、对工作难点缺少办法和对盲点部位教育不到位等薄弱环节。一是领导干部学法抓而不紧。二是青少年法制教育质量不高。三是流动人员法制教育难落实。四是中小私营企业法制教育存在盲点。五是农村法制教育工作还不到位。六是对行政区划调整中的法制教育滞后。
