  综合我们以前的各种学习方式,比如自学、函授、网络在线学习、参加各种科目的培训等等。这一次我们采用观看专家讲座,然后组织教师进行讨论,组织集体备课,写等,称为混合式学习。本次学习能够结合实际进行面对面探讨交流,结合专家高屋建瓴的讲解,我与大家一样认同这样的培训方式,克服在线学习的弄虚作假,具有培训机构层层监管,学员能够认真参与,克服自学的无助,有专家的讲解和答疑解难,感到非常实用,可操作性强,这对我们今后的教学和专业发展有很大帮助。

  没有理论支撑的'研修是没有根基的。脱离了理论学习,我们的教学研究活动是肤浅的,是飘浮的。专家们从小学语文课堂教学的几个重要环节结合新课程标准进行专题讲解,使我们农村一线教师进一步树立小学语文教学的整体观念、全局意识得到加强。即将改变我们以前孤立地进行教学的现象和模式。今后必须加强识字教学、阅读教学、作文教学、口语交际教学和综合性学习的教学与研究。这五个版块的知识是紧密联系的,相互依存,相互促进的。我们通过学习,掌握了很具体的操作方法,比如训字教学的方法有很多,归类识字、游戏识字、编故事、编字谜、编顺口溜,字理分析等;口语交际教学要创设真实的交际情境,让学生认识到口语交际的重要作用,不是为了交际而交际,而是生活中处处需要口语交际,这是一种生活、工作能力发展的需要;阅读教学,要注重语感的培养、注重语言艺术的感染、要注重读写结合、课内与课外结合、语言文字训练与思维训练结合、文道统一,作业布置与批改的要求和标准,提问的艺术等;写作教学要注重兴趣培养,难易适度,循序渐进,让学生快乐有效地作文,克服痛苦无效或低效作文,要让学生认识到作文是生活的需要,不是为完成任务而作文,要给学生充分展示自己习作的机会与平台等;综合性学习方面,要制订计划,要注重活动过程的指导,进行活动成果的展示与分享,还要认真进行活动总结,要处理好实践活动与学生人身安全的的关系,教师要高度重视综合性学习,要努力学习,提高自身的教学能力,积极主动参与学生的综合性学习实践等。

  理论上得到加强和提高,具体的教学方法受到启发,这是本次培训最大的成效。虽然是看网络资源,实际上我们能够与专家进行面对面学习,节约时间成本,节约经济成本,十分方便快捷,真正达到教育均衡、实现教育公平,资源共享!虽然培训结束了,但是,作为教师的提高学习永远不会结。

  XX年10月8日至XX年10月17日,为期十天的XX年“国培计划”培训结束了。作为本届培训班的学员,我深感荣幸,非常感谢中国教师研修网以及各位专家教授和一线老师在这10天里给予我们的这次培训。十天的培训虽然很短暂,但是十天的培训很扎实,十天的熏陶让我有了脱胎换骨的感觉,理论讲座为我的头脑增添了许多新的教育理念,情感教育让我收获了一份快乐心情。在培训中,能够得以聆听众多专家、乃至省内有名的专家教授的讲座,倾听他们对小学英语教学的理解,能够观摩一线教师以及省内外优秀教师的课堂教学,学习他们的教学技能,对我来说是一次思想上的洗礼,心灵的震撼和理念的革新。

  通过这次培训让我对新课程理念下的教学方式与学习方式的变革有了新的理解;让我对做一个富有人格魅力的教师充满了希望;解开了我在语音教学中的存在的迷惑,异文化渗透教学让我更加喜爱英语,为自己是一名小学英语教师而感动自豪,再次疏理了我在撰写教学论文时的一些不清晰的思路,点燃了我对成为一名合格的优秀的小学英语老师梦想,让我知道了如何有效的开发课程资源,更好的利用课程资源进行教学,为培养我们小学英语教师的专业能力指明了方向,并学会了实现自我的价值,改变自己的心态,用阳光灿烂的心态面对工作和生活。实这十天来十几场讲座都很精彩,获益匪浅,这几天我反思了一下自己有以下几点心得体会:

  1、教书育人。

  教书育人至少要做好三件事:教会学生做人,教学学生思维,教给学生知识(尤其是要教给他们获取知识的方法)。要正确高效地影响学生,我们自己首先要有渊博的学识和高尚的人格魅力。我们应引导学生做高尚、智慧和勤奋的人,应培养学生的`责任感,教给他们中国最传统的东西,教会他们如何爱国。

  2、阳光心态。

  好的心态使你成功,坏的心态毁灭你自己。事情本身并不重要,重要的是你对它的态度。当你看到反面的时候,不要灰心,因为调过来就是正面。改变不了事情,就改变对事情的态度。再说,是好是坏还不知道呢。把问题当成成长的机会,人生就是一个解决问题的过程。学会为小事高兴,会有更大的高兴出现。我们应该为自己的当前满意,相信自己的生命,要睁着眼睛去旅游,牵着蜗牛去散步,享受生命的过程,活在当下,才能精彩每一天。

  3、终身学习。

  作为一名教师,应该审时度势,做终身学习的典范。唯有如此,我们的教学才能从不断的学习中汲取营养,充实知识,提高本领,胜任工作,充分发挥模范带头作用。否则,我们就会落后于时代,就难以完成肩负的职责任务。

  通过本次紧张而短暂的培训,让我品尝到了一顿最丰富、最美味、最营养、最有价值的“知识文化大餐”。我要重新审视自己,作为一名年轻的小学英语教师,我要不断的学习,不断的提高自己的专业知识与技能,不断的充实自己,找到自己的人生价值,在教学中通过自身的素养来感染学生,让学生从心底里信服老师。同时在今后的教育教学工作中我要努力实践、开拓创新,积极将本次培训所学的经验及方法运用到教育教学中,不断提高自身教育教育水平。同时,在这里还要感谢学校领导能给我这样一个学习的机会,在今后的工作中我会努力实践、勇于开拓,为我校的小学英语教育事业尽一份自己的力量。

  From October 8, 2007 to October 17, 2007, the ten-day training under the National Training Plan of XX has come to an end. As a trainee of this training course, I am deeply honored and very grateful to the China Teacher Training Network, as well as to all the experts and professors and front-line teachers for the training given to us during these 10 days. Although the ten-day training was very short, it was very solid. Ten days of cultivation gave me a feeling of transformation, the theoretical lectures added many new educational concepts to my mind, and the emotional education made me harvest a happy mood. During the training, I was able to listen to the lectures of many experts, even the famous experts and professors in the province, listen to their understanding of elementary school English teaching, observe the classroom teaching of the first-line teachers as well as the outstanding teachers in and out of the province and learn their teaching skills, which was a baptism of thought, a shock to the soul and a renewal of concepts for me.

  This training has given me a new understanding of the changes in teaching and learning styles under the concept of the new curriculum; it has given me hope to be a charismatic teacher; it has solved my confusion in phonics teaching; it has made me love English more by teaching different cultures; it has moved me to be proud of being an elementary school English teacher; and it has clarified some of the unclear ideas I had when I was writing my teaching thesis. In the past ten days, I have learned to realize my own value, change my mindset, and face my work and life with a bright and sunny mindset, and I am very proud to be an elementary school English teacher. Real this ten days to a dozen lectures are wonderful, benefited greatly, these days I reflected on their own have the following insights:

  1. Teaching and education.

  There are at least three things to be done in teaching: teaching students to be human, teaching students to think, and teaching them knowledge (especially the methods of acquiring knowledge). To influence students properly and efficiently, we ourselves must first be knowledgeable and have a noble personality. We should guide our students to be noble, intelligent and hard-working, we should cultivate in them a sense of `responsibility', teach them the most traditional things of China, and teach them how to love their country.

  2. Sunshine mentality.

  A good mindset makes you successful, a bad mindset destroys you. It's not the thing itself that matters, it's your attitude towards it that counts. Besides, we don't know if it's good or bad yet. Treat problems as opportunities for growth, life is a problem solving process. Learn to be happy with the little things, and a bigger one will appear. We should be satisfied with our current, believe in our life, travel with eyes open, take a snail for a walk, enjoy the process of life, and live in the moment in order to be wonderful every day.

  3. Lifelong learning.

  As a teacher, we should take stock of the situation and be a model of lifelong learning. Only in this way, our teaching can draw nutrition from continuous learning, enrich knowledge, improve skills, competent work, and give full play to the role of an exemplary leader. Otherwise, we will lag behind the times, it will be difficult to fulfill the responsibilities and tasks.

  Through this intense and short training, I have tasted the richest, most delicious, most nutritious and most valuable "knowledge and culture meal".   随着科技的飞速发展,信息技术的多媒体化已经成为科技革命的主流。信息技术的综合运用能力,现在已不只停留在课件的制作上。20xx年7月,我参加了20xx年“国培计划”中小学教师信息技术应用能力培训项目。通过这次培训,我认识到推进信息技术2.0工程的任务是艰巨的。经过一段时间的紧张学习,在线倾听专家的经验传授的同时与小组学员一起学习、交流,对现代教育技术条件的教育理念得到了深刻的认识和理解,也促使了自己在以后的教育教学过程中积极运用。

  这次培训让我受益匪浅,我了解了很多利于教学和学习的软件,也学会了很多信息技术融入课堂的方法。在学习中,我感受到:

  1、课堂上要把信息技术完美地融合到教学之中,充分发挥计算机工具性能,利用网络资源,搜集信息、处理信息,从而提高教学质量。

  2、学习内容非常实用,像powerpoint多媒体演示文稿制作在现今的现代化教学中经常使用,上网查找资源和一些软件的.学习和使用,又为教师深入开展教科研、更多的获取资料、展示成果提供了帮助。

  3、本次的学习给我感受最深的是,我觉得本次学习重要的不是学技能,学模式,而是学一种思想,一种促进学生主动探究学习为主的思想,一种教师必须具备的先进的教育技术能力。培训更加注重用未来教育的先进思想武装每一位学员的头脑,从而达到使思想和技术融为一体,使信息技术和其他课程有机整合,培养学生探索精神和创造能力的目的。

  4、培训过程中,有许多非常精彩而且值得我们深思的教学案例,通过和小组老师们一起“头脑风暴”式的讨论与分析,更加深化了对这些案例中渗透的教育思想与理念的认识。

  虽然培训时间有限,但是使我们受益匪浅,其感触非一言能尽。在以后的工作岗位上,我一定扎实工作,努力学习,把用所学到的教育技术知识更好地应用学校的信息技术教学中,做一名对学生负责,对学校负责,对社会负责的优秀教师。

  这次我有幸参加了20xx年的国培,我们在忙碌中快乐着,在学习中收获着,在交流中感动着,培训不仅全面而且细致,形式多样,感谢名师专家的讲座,使我的头脑增添了不少的教育理论,促进了我对教学的反思,回顾这几天,感触颇多,现把我的一些体会总结如下:

  一、思想灵魂、教育理念得到了洗礼。

  近十几年的教学历程,日复一日平淡的教学,唯一的目标是自己班级学科的教学成绩不能教差了,使我已慢慢感到倦怠,不时抱怨现在的学生一届不如一届难教难管,却很少反思、总结自己教学的得失。可通过这次培训,听了各位名家的故事,他们那曲折的人生历程,不甘于落后、不屈于平淡、勇于克服磨难的精神和人生价值观,使我的心灵受到了震撼,灵魂得到了洗礼,思想和理念得到了更新。让我能以更宽阔的视野去看待我们的教育教学工作,树立了更坚定的人生观、价值观。

  有这样一句话“不想当将军的士兵,不是好士兵。”通过这次培训我有了这样的感悟:“不想成为名师的老师,不是好老师。”不应该把教书仅仅当成一种谋生的职业,不该默默无闻,无所追求,要以积极的心态、高涨的激情、创新拼搏的精神去感染学生,去改变山区农村孩子被动的受教育观和慵懒、随意的精神态度。

  二、加强学习,促进个人的专业发展。

  教师要给学生一滴水,自己就必须具备一桶水。新时期的教师必须不断更新观念,加强学习,不断补充专业知识,提高教育教学技能。这次培训的专家、教授们用渊博的学识,旁征博引给我们讲述深奥的理论知识,同时结合自己的教学实践,给我们谈对小学数学教学的感悟和独到的见解,学员们个个听得津津有味、深受启发、感触颇深。

  我深深感受到作为基础教育工作者的我们决不能重复“死教书——书教死——教书死”这个过程,除了要给学生答疑解惑,还应创新其思维,培养其习惯,渗透其思想,教好书育好人。因此我们必须不断地学习,不断地完善,不断地提升,才能满足社会的需求,才能适应世纪的挑战,才能胜任教师这一行业。

  三、构建有效的课堂。

  有效的课堂,教师要做到先学后导,把先学后导贯穿于课前、课中、课末,并要以建材主义教学为基础,遵循学生认知规律,从学生已有的知识基础经验出发,帮助学生找准新旧知识之间的转化关系。这需要教师创设真实的情景来互动,教师设问题,学生自主提出问题、探究、合作解决问题,使整个课堂教学活动充满生机与活力。培训已拉下帷幕,却给了我一个新的起点,这次培训给我补充了元气,更新了理念,树立了目标,坚定了人生观、价值观。真正感受到教育是充满智慧的事业,深刻意识到教师职业的责任与神圣。必须怀着崇高的'责任感与使命感,服务于农村的基础教育,把课上“活”、把人育“强”。

  四、拓宽视野,提升理论素养。

  作为一名小学教师,如果只对小学阶段的知识点掌握牢固,就会制约自己,不能站在一个更高的层面来应对当前的教学内容。在教学中,容易只关注知识的传授,而忽视知识原形态发生发展的来龙去脉,忽视数学文化历史和数学思想。所以要丰富自己的专业知识,提升理论素养。

  五、感悟提高,开创教学新局面。

  风雨中走过这么多年,有过思考和探索,有过泪水和欢笑,但这些与名师相比,是不值一提的“小儿科”。在今后教学实践中,我要摒弃传统的一些东西,做出一些新的探索;加强对每一个细节的关注和研究,并将这些探索转化成研究成果。

  六、读书学习,建立新型学习观。

  七、换位思考,建立新的学生观。

  虽然新课程改革以来,我们也进行了多次的培训,也转变了一些理念,也知道了教师角色的转变,但听了专家的报告,我的心灵还是得到了不少的震撼,我们做的还很不够。要树立新的学生观,尊重学生,关注每一个学生。由管理者变为组织者、由传授者变为参与者、由控制者变为帮助者、由主宰者变为引导者、由仲裁者变为促进者、由教书匠变为研究者。相信“每个学生都有才,通过良好的教育和训练,每个学生都能成才,这是教育的本义和真谛”。

  八、乘风破浪,落到实处。

  培训活动即将结束,我在有序的忙碌中度过了今生值得永远珍惜和回味的这段时间。也是我人生的一次宝贵经历。我感受了专家博大与精深;我体验了个体成长的充实与快乐;也萌生着强烈的发展愿望和激情。

  总之,这次培训我受益匪浅,在今后的教学中要把所学的教育理论不断实践提高,实现职业价值和生命价值的完美统一。

  我也感受到这是一次我们教师“充电”的好机会,它激励着我们全体教师转变教育理念,改变教学方式,带着收获,带着感悟,以积极的工作热情投入到幼儿教育中去,以孩子为本,为促进孩子的健康发展而努力。下面谈谈我对参加这次培训的几点感想:

  一、教育理念的转变

  敬业精神与科学的教学法相结合,必定是成功的保障。而在日常工作中,我经常会说工作忙、杂事多,常抱怨学校教学条件差,学生的基础差,是乐盲,没有专门的教室以及合唱用的站台等,于是工作中总是一副得过且过的思想状态,总想着教不好学生不是我的能力问题,而是许多的客观原因造成的。通过此次学习,彻底改变了我的这种“寄生虫”思想,使我明白了好的条件不是等着我去用,而是需要自己去创造、去挖掘,即使在有限的条件下,也同样能做出不平凡的壮举,同样也能培养出出色的孩子。

  二、以名师为榜样,以城市孩子的素养为培养目标

  首先,此次培训档次很高,国培。此次讲课的专家,既有国内数学教育界资深的权威人士,也有活跃在教学一线的数学特级教师。正因为有了高档次的师资,才保证了培训质量的高档次。

  其次,此次培训的形式多样,以前的集中培训,集中一段时间就了事。本次培训则改变方式,训前要交作业,训中除了交作业还要考核,撰写行动研究论文,等所有项目考核合格后,才能发结业证书,这种培训的方式是以前没有过的。

  再次,是培训的内容都比较有针对性。培训的内容都是当前所关注的热点、难点问题如教学设计,课堂教学技能,有效的作业设计,如何评课,教师的专业成长,校本研修等等,都和课堂教学、教师的专业成长有紧密联系,针对性、操作性很强,很有实用价值。这些问题,虽然我以前也有类似的或多、或少的'想法,但经过专家的阐述,我有了更深刻的体会,这些培训内容让我们听得欲罢不能,挤着时间也要听听,记记,想想。

  曲终人散,三个月的培训已经快结束,但是带给我的反思与促进是长久的。通过这次培训,我认识得以很大程度的提高,弄清了今后的努力方向,找到了自身的不足之处以及差距所在,我将让这个不足和差距成为发展的原动力,促使自己不断成长。
