  当实习日期渐渐接近的时候,我怀着一颗期待的心情等待着,但当日子真正来临的时候,我觉得有些不安了,但当我走进道外机关幼儿园时,心顿时就放下了,这里的老师和领导都很亲切。

  时光如白驹过隙一般匆匆走过,每天清晨伴着丁香花的香味出发,一直到它的陨落,这一年就这样结束了,再回首与孩子在一起的日子,我真的很开心,和他们在一起过生日,在一起玩耍。

  实习对我们来说真的是一个很好的机会,不仅可以看清楚自己的能力,更可以找到和书本上完全不一样的知识面,古人常说:听不如看,看不如做。人可以发展到如此强大当然也不是由想象而来,没有一步步的做,又何来一步步的发展。在本次长达一年的实习期间,我们从各个方面了解了自己将来的工作性质、义务和责任。

  作为幼儿园教师并且是小班的教师,我觉得自己最需要的是调整好心态,对待孩子要有足够的耐心。小班的孩子还小,孩子的吃喝、拉、撒、睡时刻都需要教师的帮助,这些琐碎的事,作为老师是绝对不能视而不见的,这并且需要老师耐心的引导。这

  阶段小班孩子的理解能力较差,好奇心又特别强,什么东西都想看一看,摸一摸,有时候孩子之间为了抢玩具要动手打人、闹矛盾,遇上这种情况的时候,老师要热心的帮助他们,并妥善的解决好问题,不能冷落了某个孩子,要把温暖送给每一位孩子。对于刚入园爱哭爱闹的孩子,老师没有耐心是不行的,新生对陌生环境需要适应,老师要耐心安慰他,多和他们交流,多带他们熟悉环境和周围的小朋友。还要很快了解孩子的性格、爱好,先和他们交上朋友,让孩子喜欢和老师一起玩,让自己在孩子心中有地位,而且能玩得开心,这样,他们会很快适应的。哭闹孩子的情绪很快就会安定下来,再慢慢地引导孩子培养良好的生活、卫生习惯。

  作为幼儿园教师应该多以鼓励和表扬去激励每一个孩子,善于发现孩子的闪光点,无论孩子取得了什么样的进步,老师都要及时给予表扬,还要及时的拥抱,亲吻孩子,或送给孩子小礼物,要让孩子从老师的身上感受到妈妈的温暖与和蔼可亲。同时还要细心观察每一位孩子的表现,如:孩子的饭量,挑食情况;孩子的.大小便习惯;睡觉规律等等。小班老师不但要多和孩子沟通,还要常常与家长交流,将孩子一天在幼儿园学习和生活表现情况等及时反馈给家长,让家长充分了解自己的孩子。通过交流,让家长知道自己的孩子是最棒的,老师是值得信任的。通过交流,教师也可以获取更多的意见和建议,让家长更好的理解、支持并配合教师进行孩子的教育工作。

  我想,一名优秀的幼儿教师必须要从自己的点滴做起,谦虚谨慎,耐心细致,努力学习,不断地提高自身素质,把每件事情,每项工作做的更好,让每个孩子得到更周到、更细心地照顾,让每位孩子更聪明、更可爱、更健康的成长。

  一年的实习,让我第一次与幼儿亲密接触,这次真枪实弹的练习,让我受益匪浅,让我逐渐爱上了幼儿教师这个光荣的职业,同时也亲自尝到了在一线奋战的幼儿教师们的辛苦。

  实习让我第一次置身于社会活动中,与不同的人打交道。和小朋友搞好关系,让她们对你又爱又怕。所谓爱就是让小朋友都喜欢你,喜欢你组织的活动,怕呢,就是让小朋友听你的要求,和你一起活动。这次我也掌握了一些与幼儿相处的方法,这也是一笔难得的财富。

  实习让我的思想逐渐成熟,行为收敛了许多,在今后的日子里,我将会继续努力,不断完善自己的不足,提高技能水平。

  这个月不仅是我人生中一段珍贵的回忆,更是我另一段人生的起点,我相信在未来的教育生涯中我会做得更好。

  在实习期间,我受益匪浅!通过这次实习真是让我明白了很多,只有理论是不够的,也得有实践,但是光实践也是不够的,要理论实践相结合。俗话说:真是万事开头难。在工作的初期,我感到了很大的困难。刚刚走出学校,可以说毫无工作经验。面对新接手的工作,面对那么多的孩子,我觉得毫无头绪,不知工作应该从哪里下手,站在旁边看着老教师们,轻松的带着宝宝开展各种活动。于是,我努力学习,努力尝试自己独立带班。经过几次之后,我的紧张的心理才逐渐退去。这还是工作的第一步。新教师面临的最大问题是不熟悉教材,也不知道应该怎么上课。对此我的心里十分着急,生怕因为上得不好而影响了幼儿对知识的掌握以及对我上课的兴趣。所以,我每次都认真的备课,查阅资料把自己的教案写好。

  听课是提高自身教学能力的一个好方法,新教师只有多听课才能够逐渐积累经验。所以对每一次听课的机会我都十分珍惜。听课的主要对象是一些工作经验丰富的教师。这期间我听了许多节课,我的收获很大,逐步掌握了一些上课的技巧。

  经过这次实习,虽然我的主要工作是教学,可我觉得在实习中,我做得更多的是保育,也许是因为我在学前班。在教学上,我上过几个活动。在这些活动时,我看到了自己的一些不足,如:

  1、我们语言不够优美,不够吸引小朋友,表情、动作不丰富,不够感染小朋友,可能是因为自己放不开,没有做到适度的夸张。

  2、评价语言过少,太宽泛,不丰富,不具有针对性。

  3、没有照顾到每个孩子,由于不太了解班上的幼儿,因而没有很好的做到因材施教。

  4、对于幼儿的意外答案和突发行为和语言,不能迅速地灵活地应答和处理。以上4点是我自己反思后总结才出来的,在组织活动时做得不够的地方。我们同学之间在一起交流的时候,他们说自己也有这些不足,我也问过老师,得出结论是大部分都是因为我们是新手老师造成的。慢慢的磨练会让我们这些不足得到改进。

  二、树师风。

  师德也是认真对待工作的前提,没有良好的师德,就不会有对事业的责任心,就不可能对工作兢兢业业。只有视教书育人为自己的神圣职责,视学生为自己的子女,才能有端正的`工作态度,饱满的工作热情,吃苦耐劳的工作精神。我在改学生作业时,对每份作业对认真批改,这样虽然辛苦些,但可以准确了解每个学生的学习情况,也可以了解整体学生对所学知识的掌握情况和教学是否存在什么问题,再进行针对性的改进。学生见老师如此认真,自然也会认真学习,而不会随意糊弄,从而激发其学习的积极性,获得更好的教学效果。

  三、强师能。

  教师要时刻想着学生,一切为了学生。企业的口号是“向8小时要效益”,而我们的一节课才40分钟,对学生来说是极其宝贵的,所以我授课的原则是“向40分钟要效果”,尽力使课堂学习效果最大化。当然,这就需要在课前认真备课,特别是对于语文课程,作为我们中华民族的语言,学好它是学好其他学科的基础,因此,我在上每一节课的时候,课前都要精心安排教学设计,全面考虑学生的学习情况,强化自已的语文教学方面的专业功底,力图上好每一节课,正如一位老教师所说“工夫到了,教学效果自然就有了”。
