在参加了918团课后，我深感受益匪浅。这次团课不仅让我对党的历史有了更深入的了解，还让我认识到了作为一名团员应承担的责任和使命。通过学习，我更加坚定了自己的信仰，明白了只有不断学习和进步，才能更好地为国家和人民服务。这次团课对我来说是一次宝贵的经历，我将把所学知识运用到实际工作中去，为团组织的发展贡献自己的力量。

　　参加了这次团辅，收获可以说是巨大的。很高兴在这里认识了很多人，也学到了不少与人交往的方法，同时也觉得自己更有能力做好一名心育委员了。

　　第一次去之前还是挺不情愿的，觉得这种辅导应该会很没意思，就像平时开会一样，老师站在讲台上面照着ppt念，然后学生在讲台下面百般无聊。但是不情不愿的还是去了。出乎意料的，刘洋学姐并没有摆出一副给我们上课的姿态，而是让我们把她当成同级的人。这让我们对她的第一印象就很好了。然后我们开始了第一个任务认识所有人并且记住他们的名字。这个游戏让我们立刻打破僵局，让气氛也变得热闹起来了。我很希望大家都记住自己的名字，但是又担心记不住别人的名字。所以最后在接下来的传球说名字的游戏中，很希望别人能够说出我的名字，不过也担心传球出去的时候说不出别人的名字。从这个游戏中，我明白了让别人感到自己的重视是非常必要的，特别是作为一名心育委员，在给同学进行开导的时候，一定要让他感觉到自己是重视他的，并没有敷衍了事。

　　还有印象比较深刻的就是一个踩报纸的游戏和一个写下自己的负面情绪的事，然后让其他成员写下看法和感受的游戏。

　　踩报纸游戏是一个需要团队合作的`游戏。我们需要分成两队进行比赛，然后想办法全部踩在一张报纸上，成功之后继续对折报纸，直到我们不能全部站到报纸上。这个游戏以我们队失败告终。虽然没有赢过另一队，但我们还是很高兴。因为我们在这个游戏中一起想办法一起讨论，这种感觉非常好。一起同心协力的办一件事是非常快乐的事情。

　　写下负面情绪，然后让其他人评论的这个活动也很有意思。我们需要把自己想象成每个人写下的负面情绪的主人公，然后设身处地的把自己的感受写下来。有些小伙伴面对一些负面情绪的态度是积极的、有些是消极的。我们可以参考别人的想法，从中学会应该用怎样的情绪和态度去面对这些让人沮丧的事情，只要我们的心态的积极的，事情也会向好的方向转变。

　　通过这次活动，我不断的了解了自己，发现自己的不足。感觉心理这东西真是奇妙，不仅在学习，还能交到朋友，并且能深入游戏的方式，让人更深刻的学到知识，体会不同的感受，并能在实践中实行出来，这就是心理团辅的最大意义所在。

　　五次辅导玩了很多的游戏。我们也从游戏中从陌生到了熟悉，从尴尬到了融洽。总之，刘洋让我对这几次团辅都充满了期待。每一次团辅都有新收获，对于个人而言，我交到了新朋友、学会了一些与人交流的方法，对于班级而言，我觉得我这个心育委员在这里得到了成长。

　　Newspaper stomping is a game that requires teamwork. We had to split into two teams to compete and then find a way to all step on a piece of newspaper, and when we succeeded, we continued to fold the newspaper until we couldn't all stand on it. This game ended in failure for our team. Even though we didn't win against the other team, we were still happy. It was a good feeling because we were thinking and talking together in this game. We needed to imagine ourselves as the main character of the negative emotions that each person wrote down, and then put ourselves in the shoes of the person who wrote down their feelings. 　　抗日战争胜利后，1946年开始试建新民主主义青年团的工作。1949年4月18日，中国新民主主义青年团正式成立。1957年5月改名中国共产主义青年团。1982年12月召开中国共产主义青年团第十一次全国代表大会通过《中国共产主义青年团章程》规定，共青团的基本任务是以共产主义教育青年，帮助青年用马列主义、毛泽东思想和现代科学文化知识武装自己，引导青年在社会主义现代化建设的实践中，锻炼成为有理想、有道德、有文化、守纪律的共产主义事业接班人。团员的年龄为14周岁至28周岁。1988年5月共青团十二大决定，从1988年起，用两三年时间在全国逐步实行团员证制度。

　　非常有幸能够参与本次书院举行的第十期业余团校听课培训，每名加入共青团的青年，都要按照团员标准，严格要求自己，积极在组织中学习锻炼，健康成长，发挥团员的模范带头作用，做一名真正合格的共青团员。这也是此次团课培训开展的意义所在。

　　团课开始之初，大家全体起立一起奏唱中华人民共和国国歌和共青团团歌，分团委书记助理路文龙学长带领我们宣读誓词，那一刻，我感到无比自豪与骄傲。接着由思齐住宿书院党总支部副书记进行发言，告诉我们成为一名共青团员的意义和责任，让我们对加入共青团有了更深刻的了解，“一代人又一代人的奋斗，一代人又一代人的担当”，我们这一代青年要书写建成社会主义现代化强国的历史；分团委书记王菲菲老师告诉我们要在贯彻落实社会主义核心价值观中丰富自我，用良好的道德情操和个人品行支撑自己的成长成才；最后分团委副书记张梓承老师为我们介绍团课培训内容和培训纪律，提醒我们时刻严于律己。

　　这是大学期间的几次团辅活动，全体同学在班导们的带领下，进行了一次团队辅导，以团体参与的方式进行，让我认识对方、了解自己，扩大自己的朋友圈，以及如何在大学这个大集体里更好的融合，都有很大的帮助。全过程中我本人都积极参与，通过参与活动，体会到了关于学校举办的此次活动的意义所在，以及对于我们大学生在大学期间全面更好的发展具有巨大的建设性意义。通过活动，也让我更加了解身边的人，让我觉得能在这一个温馨的大家庭里是非常幸运的。从中我们学到许许多多意想不到的懂东西，对生活、对学习都有不少的感悟。这次活动充分体现了团体的特点，加深了各个班级成员的交流还有互动，同时也加深了参与者的交流联系，使学生发现了自己更多的优点，寻找、摆脱自卑的束缚，找到了自信的依据，建立了理性的自信，在认识自我的基础上接纳自我，相信自我拥有成功的人生。使我更加深刻地认识到：教育教学工作对于一个学校的发展是同样的重要以及相识、相知、相容、融洽的人际关系是十分重要的。重要的是通过竞争与合作，提高团体凝聚力，从而增强自我价值认识，展示和创造更和谐的团体环境。

　　在参与活动中，让我更加关注和了解身边的事，就比如在“微电影”的观看中，我看到了各个宿舍为自己创作的“微电影”十分卖力，他们积极取材，也充分发挥自己独特的思想，并将其通过视频录制的形式表达出来，把他们最身边的一些东西展示给我们观看，让我们了解之前从未了解过的东西，比如当看到一些“微电影”里面是宿舍生活，讲述他们的日常，十分幽默风趣，但又不乏温馨，看着十分感动，在大学的生活里每天身边都有这样一些人陪伴是件很感动的事情。也让我懂得了相处不易，且行且珍惜的道理，在开学的随机分配中遇到了幸运的他们，明白了一些人必定会在你的生活中扮演重要的角色，给你快乐，伴你左右，以后的生活里也将会是这样的。也明白了在大学中，来自不同地方的`人相聚在一起是非常难得的，我们应该和谐相处，互相包容。全过程中我都认真观看，全场全过程中也几乎都是笑声，让我感到了处于这样的环境里真的很温馨，大家都十分默契，有说有笑。像这样的集体活动是我们彼此了解的桥梁，是我们沟通加深的平台，同时让我们知道了如何去团队合作，才能达到众人拾柴火焰高的效果。这次活动使我受益匪浅啊，希望以后能够多多开展这样的活动来锻炼。

　　第一、吃透教材是最根本的。

　　听了两位教师的课后，我认为他们对教材的把握都有其独到之处，都能抓住线索，一步步地深入文本。毛慧娟老师在《绝句》一课的教学活动中，始终紧扣作者描绘的画面，思路清晰，感染力强。钱芳老师在《厄运打不垮的信念》中围绕谈迁坚定的信念，展开联想想象，让学生练说。

　　第二、注重启发式教学，让学生积极主动地投入学习。

　　在我们很小的时候，生活总是离不开游戏，从游戏中学习，从游戏中成长。然而当我们成年后，生活的压力、责任总让我们无瑕放下心来静静思考和认识自己，更别说花时间大家一起做个游戏。而前两个星期学校组织了全体教师开展《教师心理团体辅导》的活动。

　　学校共开展了四次团辅活动，活动前校长便让我们通过抽签的方式将全部的老师分成三组，我们组叫做“榕树”队，这四次活动分别是围成圈变换队形、按顺序翻扑克牌、“穿越生死线”、“龙行天下”。每次活动前组内成员都能进行很好地沟通与交流，不断改进方法，团结合作完成任务。在一轮一轮热闹有趣的游戏后，大家已完全抛开成年人的束缚，像孩子般投入到游戏里面来了。每轮游戏结束，校长都会作出点评。指出我们平时没有在意，而在游戏中无意识反映出来的一些小不足，例如：缺乏人与人之间的沟通，做事情的“差不多”心理、缺乏位置感和集体感等。让我们明白，看问题要辩证地看，在处理学生问题时也需要多关心理解和体谅，取代原有的责备和惩罚。

　　经历这半学期的辅导课，首先最重要的体会就是对班级的同学有了更加深刻的了解，相比其他的课程，团体辅导课有它自身的特点：灵活、多变、开放性等，这些特点也正好符合我们现在学生身心发展的需要。不仅仅拉近同学们之间的联系，而且能够让曾经不熟悉的人有过交往的机会。其次是班级的凝聚力有了一定的增强，从刚刚进大学时一群稚嫩的孩子，到现在时刻有着集体荣誉感的班级分子，这正是我们成长的地方。在课程的学习中，我们都会以家族的形式进行讨论，而就是这样的小小家庭造就了我们有了强烈的集体感，我们会为自己的家庭献上自己的努力，并且积极地分享自己的心得体会。但是这也并不是我们只会在自己家庭中谈论感受，我们还会进行全班的分享，以及全班同学的互动。

　　Through the class, I understood the political mission and responsibilities of a contemporary secondary school student, and gained a better understanding of the Party and the League.

　　First of all, I understand the Chinese Communist Youth League (referred to as the Communist Youth League) is a mass organization of advanced young people under the leadership of the Communist Party of China, is a school for the majority of young people to learn socialism with Chinese characteristics and communism in practice, and understand the nature of the League, it the assistant and reserve army of the Communist Party of China. And understand the 'rights and obligations of the members of the League.

　　We shall endeavor to study Marxism, Mao Zedong Thought and Deng Xiaoping Theory, and learn the basic knowledge of the League. We shall propagate and implement the basic line and policies of the Party, participate in the reform, opening up and socialist modernization with all our heart, strive to accomplish the tasks assigned by the League, consciously abide by the laws of the country and the discipline of the League, carry out the resolutions of the League, advocate communist morality, and resolutely safeguard the interests of the country and the people. They should learn from the people with an open mind, be eager to help their classmates make progress, and reflect their opinions and demands in a timely manner. And carry out criticism and self-criticism, and have the courage to correct shortcomings and mistakes.

　　I understand that the flag of the Chinese Communist Youth League is a symbol of the nature and mission of the League. The flag of the Communist Youth League was announced by the Central Committee of the League on May 4, xx. The flag is red, symbolizing the victory of the revolution; the upper left corner is decorated with a yellow five-pointed star, surrounded by a yellow circle, symbolizing that the young generation of China is closely united around the Communist Party of China.

　　During the study period, the whole school responded to the call of the Youth League branch with all our hearts and took part in the patriotic hygiene campaign - cleaning up small advertisements on the streets. Although it was hard, we didn't feel tired, but full of a sense of honor.

　　After the group class, I carry out criticism and self-criticism, through the exchange of ideas to distinguish between right and wrong, to help self-conscious resistance to the erosion and influence of unhealthy ideas, so that the Communist Youth League worthy of the title of the party's reserve army.

　　The reunion class taught me how to study, how to join the league and how to succeed. We youth in the reunion school should cherish the time and grasp the youth." Conclusion: During the time I have participated in the 918th group class, I deeply gained a lot. Through this study, I have gained a deeper understanding of the importance of teamwork. The active participation and mutual support of each member is an indispensable force for accomplishing goals. In addition, I have also realized the importance of continuous learning and self-improvement, which will be my constant pursuit in my future work.
