　　要积极主动地学习。在xx老师的课上，我对自己现在的学习状态有了新的看法。我曾经认为很努力的学习，在某种意义上讲并不是真正的积极的学习态度。积极的学习态度应当是主动的，自愿的去获取知识，而不是单纯的完成任务这么简单。一堂课我不应该只端着一个空碗，等着老师来给我倒什么，我喝什么，完全机械地接受。而是应该积极地去寻找于课堂相关的知识，来补充课堂的局限，把知识系统的连起来。正所谓真正的好学生是牛，吃的是草，挤的是奶，有自己消化和加工的过程。

　　与人合作。在xx老师的课上，我与一群与我同是春天出生的人组成了一个团体。我们相互学习，最后在游戏中胜出，我知道，这些工作只靠一个人是完不成的。团组织也是一个团队，无论是领导，还是只是其中的一员，我都要记得与人沟通，合作。不仅是取长补短，每一个人都有不同的特长，合作的团体绝对不止是一加一大于二那么简单，合作会使团队发生奇妙的变化，不是物理的.，而是化学的。邵兵老师也在课中提到了这个问题，并且教育我们要懂得分享。

　　管理时间。xx老师的课生动而且实用。现在的我的确面临时间分配上的许多矛盾。在听完老师的课后，我当晚回去就在日记上写下了一个月后的目标，然后把时间慢慢拉近，直到具体到第二天的任务。目标是一种约束，约束的确让人不舒服，可是“成人不自在，自在不成人”。目标是动力，给生活以方向。

　　语言不多，可能说得并不真切，但改变是明显的。相信团课对我的指导会让我在大学的路上越走越好。

　　由于军训汇报表演要出一个军体拳方队，所以要挑选打拳打得比较好的出来组成军体拳方队。我有幸被选中到军体拳方队主练军体拳了。太阳很猛烈，练军体拳也很累，但是我没有退缩，每个动作我都很认真的去学习，有些打得不够好的动作自己就多加训练，因为我们是经过教官挑选出来的，我们就必须做得更好。选人的时候，教官表明不想训练的可以马上提出离开，但是我没有提出，我认为我可以坚持，一定要做出一些成绩。

　　经过四天的刻苦训练，我们军体拳方队每个人都做得很好，打拳的时候基本能表齐排面。最终在28号上午的军训汇报表演上我们军体拳方队表演得很成功，最终获得了第三名。能获得这个荣誉与大家的努力是分不开的，更重要的是我们军体拳的教官林sir对我们严格要求，要不是他的严厉，我们也就拿不到这个荣誉了，在这里想说一声：教官，辛苦了!

　　军训不但培养人有吃苦耐劳的精神，而且能磨练人的坚强意志。苏轼有句话：“古之立大事者，不惟有超世之才，亦必有坚忍不拔之志。”这句话意思是成功的大门从来都是向意志运坚强的人敞开的，甚至可以说是只向意志坚强的人敞开。

　　从到了驻地的那一刻开始，我就告诉我自己，我现在是一个兵了，我的心里暗暗发誓：就是再苦再累，我也要坚强地做一个好兵，做一个经得起考验的优兵。军训内容包括队列训练，战术训练，射击训练和理论讲座。

　　队列训练是作为一个军人必须要做好的。在其中的军姿应该是队列训练中最基本的一项，两脚分开约60度，两腿挺直夹紧，收臀，小腹微收，挺胸抬头，收下颚，挺颈，两眼平视远方;两手自然下垂，五指并拢，食指贴于裤缝。

　　这个动作看似简单，但是要做的标准而且要能坚持很长时间就不是容易的事情了。站的时间一长就会觉得异常的累和苦。再加上三伏的天气，头上顶着白花花的太阳，脚下是滚烫的水泥地，不一会就汗流颊背，时间一长，颈，腰，膝，脚就受不了了。有好几次，我感觉自己快站不住了，可是想想自己以后还要成为一名军官，我咬咬牙又挺过去了。接着的射击训练和战术训练都很辛苦。在战术训练中，很多的同学的手磨破了，还是认真练的卧倒起立。

　　在练低姿匍匐时，大家都不顾自己的肘，膝全都擦红肿了，还在地上奋力的爬着。射击训练应该是最轻松的，虽然很多同学的实弹射击成绩并不是很好，但是这次的射击训练毕竟让我们对军事武器有亲身的感受。

　　理论讲座也是军训中一个重要的部分，我从教员们生动的讲课中学到了很多知识。知道了作一个合格的军官的要求，了解了我们国家现在的国防力量，也知道现在的国际安全形式。其中当我了解到中国现在虽然处于和平状态，可是敌对势力从来没有放弃过对我们的阴谋，这些都严重影响我国的安全与统一时，我突然感到自己的责任重了很多。我想到现在的军训就是为以后更好的保家为国，心里觉得沉掂掂的。

　　这次的军训已经过去了。也许说起军训的苦，每个人都有一大堆话要说，可是我相信每个人能回想的更多的是喜悦。这种喜悦来自于训练中自己作好的动作，队列的整齐，教官的肯定，自己的能感觉到的成功。回到了学校里，我以不再把自己当作一名普通的大学生了。

　　我们国家正在飞速发展的时刻，我选择了军队，就要准备好为了保卫祖国，发展国防事业奉献出自己的青春和热血。而现在自己作为一名国防生，就应该怀着比其他的同学更强的责任感和使命感，时刻谨记着祖国和人民赋予我们的光荣而艰巨的历史任务，在大学期间，刻苦锻炼身体、努力学习科学技术本领，为以后作为一个合格的军官作好准备。

　　为期两周的军训生活于6月27日结束了，养护中心参加军训的`人员经受了一次严峻的考验，火热的洗礼。这两周虽不敢说战绩辉煌，但真可谓收获不小。

　　27日是军训的最后一天。上午，大家依旧英姿勃勃地听从教官的指挥，认真地训练着。几天的训练，使大家变得皮肤黝黑，饭量大增。举手投足之间，分明流露出一种自信和坚毅

　　军训是苦的。尤其痛苦的是站军姿，一站就是半个多小时，这期间动都不能动一下,稍微一动，就会被教官批评，甚至连累所有人再多站一会儿，开始所有人都抱怨，甚至诅咒。第一天站立军姿，就有人两腿发软，接下来，又陆续有人因不适而请假出列。然而看到大家都热汗涔涔地站在那儿纹丝不动，有几个人也稍作休息便迅速归队。

　　但现在回过头再看看，才发现这正是一种意志品质的考验，我们如果连这个都坚持不下来，将来还怎么去面对更大的挑战?换句话说，如果我们连这个都坚持下来了，我们将来不管遇到什么困难，不都能在一笑中解决吗?训练是极为艰苦的，但我们本着：“流汗流血不流泪，掉皮掉肉不掉队”的精神顽强的坚持了下来，我想以后回头看看这些经历，绝对是一笔宝贵的财富。

　　然而苦中也有乐。训练的间隙，有的跟着教官学唱军歌，有的和歌而舞，还有的讲起了笑话，谈笑间，苦累灰飞烟灭……

　　军训的日子，让我真正体会到了做一个军人的艰辛，同时，我也知道了，一个人无论在怎样的境遇里都要有不怕艰难困苦的顽强意志和勇往直前的钢强毅力。我们坚信，大家凭着这样藐视困难，一往无前的精神，一定会在今后的工作中取得更好的成绩。
