  在井冈山培训中心赖大仁教授为我们讲解了幼儿园园长的师德修养。一个好园长应当以教师作为基础和底色,事实上许多好园长,也都是从一个好教师培养成长起来的。作为一名幼儿园管理者和幼儿教师,要忠诚党的教育事业,要有广博的知识、更要有高尚师德、优良的师风。陶行知先生说过:“学高为师,德高为范。”说的都是为师者不仅要有广博的知识,更要有高尚的师德。优良的师德、高尚的师风是搞好教育的灵魂。幼儿园的幼儿可塑性大,模仿性强,教师的一言一行、一举一动都会对他们起到潜移默化的作用,甚至可以说,幼儿教师的道德水平,决定着幼儿的道德水平。因此,我们做幼儿教师的一定要严于律己,以身作则,时时处处给幼儿以楷模之影响。日常工作中注重自身的修养,做到文明、礼貌,善于与人合作,待人真诚,有耐心、不急躁,谈吐文雅,朴素,活波大方,端庄、整洁,诚实有自信,表里如一,动之以情,以情育人,晓之以理,以理塑人。我面对的是一群四五岁的小孩子,我就是他们的榜样。孔子说得好:“其身正,不令而行,其身不正,虽令不从。”

  非常荣幸的参加这次暑假学习培训,听取了各位的园长讲座以及经验丰富老师的示范课。通过这次的培训使我在教学教育工作认识从模糊到清晰,从茫然到豁达,不光是教学业务上面学到很多,更多的是在教师的道德素质以及生活态度和清楚自己的人生规划。

  在这个只是迅速更新的时代里,作为教师面对的是祖国的未来和希望,只有不断的学习和提高完善自己才能更好的履行教育的圣神职责。作为教师不光学习自身专业知识外,同事还要学会做事人际交往。我们要做如何与家长沟通。如何善于观察,思考,研究。做好和家长、学生、同事关系,相对的来说,工作起来就会更得心应手。

  做到让学生喜欢你,喜欢上你的课,进而喜欢听你的指导。这是需要不断的提升个人魅力,在平时积累经验中获得平和优雅的心境。在和幼儿相处中要获得幼儿的信赖。多读书,提升自己,要再教学业务提高需要在工作不断的反思自己。在教师这一行没有最好的,只有更好了。在不断的反思与积累中获得自己的经验与方法。这就做为一个好的老师的`标准。

  在教育一行最重要的就爱心,有爱才有教育。良好的师德师风事教育的前提和保证。教育是需要公平的,教育是需要高质量的。

  总之在次学习培训中,体现了幼儿园领导对我们老师的关心,也体现了幼儿园对教学工作的不断改进和完善。大大的激励老师的工作热情,我也相信老师们从这次培训中学习了许多的宝贵的经验,我也不例外,我会更加努力学习,提高自己的教学水平。向经验丰富的老师不断学习。
