　　在井冈山培训中心赖大仁教授为我们讲解了幼儿园园长的师德修养。一个好园长应当以教师作为基础和底色，事实上许多好园长，也都是从一个好教师培养成长起来的。作为一名幼儿园管理者和幼儿教师，要忠诚党的教育事业，要有广博的知识、更要有高尚师德、优良的师风。陶行知先生说过：“学高为师，德高为范。”说的都是为师者不仅要有广博的知识，更要有高尚的师德。优良的师德、高尚的师风是搞好教育的灵魂。幼儿园的幼儿可塑性大，模仿性强，教师的一言一行、一举一动都会对他们起到潜移默化的作用，甚至可以说，幼儿教师的道德水平，决定着幼儿的道德水平。因此，我们做幼儿教师的一定要严于律己，以身作则，时时处处给幼儿以楷模之影响。日常工作中注重自身的修养，做到文明、礼貌，善于与人合作，待人真诚，有耐心、不急躁，谈吐文雅，朴素，活波大方，端庄、整洁，诚实有自信，表里如一，动之以情，以情育人，晓之以理，以理塑人。我面对的是一群四五岁的小孩子，我就是他们的榜样。孔子说得好：“其身正，不令而行，其身不正，虽令不从。”

　　师德的魅力主要从人格特征中表现出来。每天我都会带着一份好心情投入到工作中，带着微笑迎接每一位孩子。看到每个家长放心的把孩子交给我，孩子在我的带领下玩的很开心，我觉的这就是我工作的价值和意义。可以说每天我都是以平和的心态、饱满的情绪，真诚的对待每一位孩子。

　　有一种爱，叫无私，有一种爱，叫关怀，有一种爱，刻画着伟大的灵魂，有一种爱，歌咏着崇高的品质。那就是教师对幼儿的爱，简称为师爱，是师德的核心。幼儿园的孩子像刚出土的嫩苗，需要“园丁”的呵护和培养。每当看到孩子们的点滴进步，我就特别高兴，这种喜悦之情溢于言表，可以消除一天的劳累。每个孩子都是妈妈的心肝宝贝，工作中我也如同对自己的孩子那样对班里所有的孩子。这使我深深体会到，情系幼儿，像妈妈一样热忱地爱每个孩子，这就是我工作的意义。

　　我认为要提高自身的师德师风要从以下几个方面下手，努力提高自身的综合素质。

　　1、爱岗敬业。首先，要热爱幼儿教育事业，要对幼儿教育事业尽心尽力。认真设计每一节课，甚至一个小小的动作。不求最好，但求更好。只有这样幼儿才能接受老师的教育而愿意学习，不断进取。

　　做到让学生喜欢你，喜欢上你的课，进而喜欢听你的指导。这是需要不断的提升个人魅力，在平时积累经验中获得平和优雅的心境。在和幼儿相处中要获得幼儿的信赖。多读书，提升自己，要再教学业务提高需要在工作不断的反思自己。在教师这一行没有最好的，只有更好了。在不断的反思与积累中获得自己的经验与方法。这就做为一个好的老师的`标准。

　　在教育一行最重要的就爱心，有爱才有教育。良好的师德师风事教育的前提和保证。教育是需要公平的，教育是需要高质量的。

　　总之在次学习培训中，体现了幼儿园领导对我们老师的关心，也体现了幼儿园对教学工作的不断改进和完善。大大的激励老师的工作热情，我也相信老师们从这次培训中学习了许多的宝贵的经验，我也不例外，我会更加努力学习，提高自己的教学水平。向经验丰富的老师不断学习。

　　I was honored to participate in this summer learning training, listening to the lectures of the directors and the demonstration lessons of experienced teachers.
