本学期依据园务工作计划精神,从实际出发,以“园本培训”为突破口,立足课堂教学,深化教育科研,充分调动全体教师教科研的积极性和创造性,积极开展教科研活动;进一步加强了幼儿园教科的常规工作,在大家的共同努力下,通过抓理论学习,抓课题研究,抓课堂教学实践,使得我园教育科研工作有了很大的提高。
一、开展园本培训,提升科研水平。
目前我园师资队伍参差不齐,本着“因人而异”的务实态度,从教师发展需要出发,加强有针对性的各种培训。努力让每一位教师达到自己的“最近发展区”,把教科研与教学研究、在职培训、继续教育等有机结合起来,加快教师队伍的专业化成长。
①外出培训。为了让教师有更多的学习机会,我们派了教师外出培训,得到相应的提高。老师们通过外出培训,带回了先进的理念,优秀的课例展示给老师欣赏,收到了极好的效果。
②园内培训。我们在电脑中建立“网络信息”,要求教师将有关课题研究《利用绘本对幼儿进行“以爱育爱”的实践研究》的优秀内容推荐其中,供大家借鉴。开设了“学习沙龙”:要求教师根据自己的特长确定学习内容,活动中“一人主讲、人人表述”,教师既是参与者又是投资者,同时还是获益者,教师间的交流,使个人的经验和思考成为一种共享的资源。精读一本书籍。如陶行知教育文集等。要求教师利用业余时间结合自己的个人情感与体验、教学实践、幼儿个案等阐述自己所读书的理论及精髓,以教育随笔、案例分析、经验论文等形式开展交流评比活动。订阅教育教学杂志《幼儿教育》、《早期教育》、《学前教育》、《幼教博览》等。供老师们泛读。
③采用“请进来、走出去”等形式引领教师学纲要、学理论,变观念、变模式,还进行学习、研讨、实践、反思。在引领基础上再通过集体、小组、个人研讨反思帮助教师进一步准确认识和理解《纲要》的宗旨和基本理念,把握《纲要》对幼儿园教育原则、目标、内容、方法、形式、环境、评价等提出的要求,逐步树立正确的幼儿教育观、质量观和幼儿发展观。真正成为教科研工作的组织者、引领者和促进者。
二、创造科研条件,全面推进课题研究。
为了做好课题的开题工作,我们本着“人人参与”的精神,鼓励老师积极参与投入到科研活动中来。以课题组长为领头羊,带领组员在“研”字上下功夫,学习一系列与课题研究有关的理论书籍;开设一堂解决实际问题的研究实验课;主持一次与研究课题为主旨的沙龙活动;撰写一篇研究后的反思性论文;保留一组实践探索中的过程性资料。让青年教师在科研探索和研究中,勇于实验,敢于创新,逐步提高科研水平。积累了一定的课题资料(研究记载本、实验课活动设计、阶段小结等)。
12月9日,我园承办了昆山市“十二五”滚动课题的开题。市教科室郭仁兴主任、幼儿园各教科片片长、路北教科片全体教科主任参加了本次活动。郭主任对本次活动作了充分的肯定,希望课题组成员再接再厉,在今后的研究和实践中加强规范管理,总结经验,真正让绘本阅读成为幼儿生活的重要部分。
12月31日我园举办了《迎新年赠书活动》,书是人类进步的阶梯,是开启人类智慧的金钥匙。好的书籍,往往能够影响一个人的一生。让我们手中的书在他人手中发挥更大的价值!让爱传递!让梦想飞扬!因此,我们的夏园长买了很多绘本来赠送给我们的黄浦娃们。
1月14日,我园举行了教科“双优”评比活动。结合我园昆山市教育科学“十二五”规划立项课题《利用绘本对幼儿进行“以爱育爱”的实践研究》,根据孩子们的兴趣及生活经验而生成的、设计的。在活动中,老师们从“爱”入手,让幼儿快乐地进行学习,通过幼儿的看看、念念、玩玩,体验到绘本中的爱。较好地推广了我园的研究成果。
同时组织教师参加了各级各类征文、论文比赛。张远等老师的7篇论文获苏州市“优秀论文”一、二、三等奖;同时通过实践、研究、反思、总结,收集、整理、汇编了园刊《黄浦娃》。
总之,本学期我们加强了对科研工作的重视和指导,全园教师的科研意识和科研能力都得到了长足的进步。今后我们还将不断完善加强课题的过程管理与指导,使科研实实在在地促进教师教学观念的转变。使科研能与教研有机融合,努力做到科研与教研的一体化,与课程改革相同步。这些都将是我们不断努力的方向,使我园的科研工作推上一个新的台阶。

对于踏上幼教岗位的我,各方面的实战经验还很缺乏,需要不断地学习与反思,不足之处总会给工作带来困惑,会走很多弯路。当孩子之间发生冲突时,我不知道该怎样处理才是对他们的一个正确引领,对于各个年龄段孩子的特点,处理问题的方式方法还很模糊。然而网络研修,为我们创造了一个学习、交流很好的平台,开辟了一条与知名教育专家零距离接触的通道,在这里,感受着这些名师、专家们的精彩的同时,我也会被一些不知名的一线教师们的真实、鲜活的反思案例所感动,课程改革的酸甜苦辣在那里都可以品尝到。
通过学习,我知道了:孩子虽小,却也是一个独立的个体,有他们自己的愿望、要求兴趣和爱好。我们要学会洞察他们内心世界,要用商量、引导、激励的语气与孩子交流,要多站在孩子的角度去考虑,而不是将自己的意志强加给孩子,不能因为孩子小,而随意斥责、批评,要尊重他们。然而“要尊重孩子”这句话经常挂在我们的嘴边,但有时我们却没能很好地做到。在这方面,我还得不断地学习与进步,提高自身的素质与修养,不断修正工作中的不足。老师给孩子的影响是无可厚非的,老师就是幼儿学习的榜样,是仰慕和崇拜的对象,教师说的每一句话,每一个行动都会给孩子留下深刻的印象和潜移默化的影响。

第一站,我们走进xx大学附小,聆听卢玉池校长《加强文化建设,提升学校办学品味》专题介绍,感受老校朴实又精致浓浓的人文气息。汪海霞老师执教《画满画儿的圆月亮》带我们走进美好又奇妙的童话世界,立足学段特征,多形式有层次地进行词语教学,尽显语文的本质属性。xx名师的评点从不同角度立体地解读低段语文教学:刘香芹主任“美、巧、活”的欣赏;陈淑端名师“多视角看课、多层次提升、四层级培养”的专业引领;柳惠斌主任“活学、出彩、超越”的鼓励;周所长“羡慕、关注、深度”的指导……展现名师专家风采,搭建闽鄂两地语文交流的平台,也为参与活动的湖大研究生做示范和引领。教学思想的交流、碰撞、融合,精彩还在继续……
接下来几天,我们先后聆听了武汉大学教科院李保强教授、xx大学教育学院教授方红博士、武汉东湖区教育发展学院夏循藻老师、华中师范大学喻本伐教授、武汉职业学院邹翃燕教授、武汉洪山教科院陈文娇老师、华中师范大学夏家发教授等专家的报告,他们分别从教育理念、课堂教学、专业发展等多方面、多维度进行了阐述和分析。
方红博士的讲座《校本教研的基本方法和指导要点》既有理论支撑的高度,又有生动案例的诠释,深入浅出地阐述了开展校本研究的实施策略,为我们提供了可学习借鉴的成功经验和具体做法。陈文娇老师的讲座《新课程下的课堂教学技能》,以生动的教学实例提出提升教师素养的必要性,分析了目前课堂教学常见的问题并提出有效的方法和对策。喻本伐教授的讲座《中国教育发展史与教师核心素养》对教育的起源、学校的起始、历代学制及教育思潮的论述,从古到今,纵横沟通,剖解流派,考究源流,让我们置身教育发展的历史大背景,重新审视教育的发展,认识教育自身发展的规律性和阶段性。夏循藻老师从学、思、做、写四方面生动风趣与我们交流《教师专业发展“四字诀”》,老师们在轻松愉悦的氛围中受到思考和启迪。而李保强教授的讲座《教师专业发展的有效途径》从学习、思考、研究、反思等方面唤醒内驱,实现专业成长。
短暂的学习,丰硕的收获,虽不能立竿见影,但却也有许多顿悟。为了让成员们及时分享、交流,我们工作室的`领衔名师陈淑端老师组织成员们于10月13日晚上召开工作室会议。会上,陈淑端老师布置本学期工作室送教下乡、工作室公众号建设、教科研展示日活动等具体安排,成员们分享了三天来学习的所得所思。
在江城丹桂金色的芬芳里,xx市小学、幼儿园名师高级研修班培训悄然进入尾声。周六下午,华中师范大学教育学院夏家发教授领着他的研究生们,为我们做了关于拼音、古诗教学的模拟课堂展示。普逊、吴雪美两位研究生分别进行了人教版一年级拼音教学和五年级《泊船瓜洲》古诗教学,学员们很快“转型”,进入小学生角色,跟着“老师”认真学习。当真是“登得了讲台,坐得了课桌;当得了老师,扮得了孩子。”我们工作室成员依然“好好学习,天天向上”,争当学习好榜样,多次被“老师”推荐范读,或作展示。本人变身小老师范读,清脆又响亮。夏老师手托下巴,看来很放心、很淡定。刘春生同学上台朗诵《泊船瓜洲》,按规定完成“平横仄竖”动作。深情投入的朗诵,赢得现场观众的赞赏。李秀纺同学朗诵《泊船瓜洲》,不仅要“比划比划”,还要加上重音,动作规范程度,不亚于广播体操专业领操员。王万致同学有感情地朗诵《泊船瓜洲》,他是无招胜有招,如入诗境,诵读如歌,一股乡愁涌动。
武汉研修之行使我们感受到教育的深邃,领略文化浸润的底蕴,让浮躁的内心渐渐安定,朴素的思想再一次沉淀升华;武汉研修之行让xx市小学、幼儿园各名师工作室成员近距离地交流互动,了解彼此教育科研情况,分享各自的教育教学智慧 ,在思想的碰撞中启迪新的思考,为今后教育教学的研究指明方向,增添新的动力,为我们插上专业成长的双翼,让我们飞向更高远的教育天际。

要加强教师队伍建设,增强教师的自我提高意识。在今年的活动中我们一共组织幼儿教师进行了两次专题研讨活动。幼儿教师做了专门的经验总结。通过这样的活动提高教师素质,帮助教师树立起终身学习的原则。我们在园内确立了地区骨干教师和市骨干教师,并让他们接受更多的学习机会,武装她们的教育理论思想,提高她们的教学能力,并且在园内发挥她们的骨干作用,以点带面,促进其他教师共同成长。
本学期,我们开展了青年教师评优活动、教学随笔评比,大家都能积极参与活动,精心准备,活动后的个人反思与集体评析,使教师进一步提高了自身评析能力,同时也帮助教师认识到自身的不足,取长补短,运用到教学实践中,教师的科研水平也得到了提高,三位老师在市级示范活动中分别获得地级的一、二、三等奖。
一学期紧张而又忙碌,愉快而又充实中,一份耕耘,一份收获,每项活动的开展,成功都离不开我们每位教师的辛勤付出,在这个充满挑战、充满朝气、聚满人气的新世纪,我们将不断努力,不断摸索,以便更好地为幼教事业作出贡献。

非常荣幸可以参加这期的情境数学微课堂,李老师的讲课清晰明白,生动有趣,通过这次学习让我学到了许多,也让我认识到自己以前讲课的一些不足,受益匪浅!
在指导语上,李老师讲“要简单明了不啰嗦”,这让我发现自己以前讲课就有点啰嗦,唯恐孩子听不明白总是重复,就导致上课拖沓,孩子们的学习效果也不理想。李老师讲完后我在备课讲课时就注意了指导语的应用,运用了几节课后孩子们学习兴趣和学习效果都有所改善。
关于布题,也和李老师学到了许多新的方法,运用到课堂上效果很是不错。让孩子自己多动手多参与,这样孩子们就比较容易理解明白,学习的积极性也会比较高,学习效果相比较以往也是有所提高的!比如一些教具的布置摆放可以指导着幼儿来动手,在变换布题时,也让幼儿自己来操作,参与其中。
在教学活动设计中,我也尝试地运用了“同构联想”和“高度模仿”的方法来设计教学活动,并根据幼儿的情况运用反推来开拓、发展孩子的思维逻辑,明显孩子的学习兴趣增强了。
