  教师节这天晚上,我认真观看了河南电视台都市频道播出的节目——河南最美教师。每位老师的事迹都深深地感动着我,他们崇高的人生追求,高尚的道德情操,无私的奉献精神给了我很大的震撼。他们平凡而普通,默默无闻地工作,在平凡的岗位上却做出了不平凡的事,让我不禁受到了教育。

  一、有一种大爱叫坚守

  陈俊德老师坚守大山四十年,他说:“守住大山,就是让孩子走出大山”。现在学校只有他一名老师、三名学生,其中一个孩子年龄小,父母不在家,爷爷奶奶年龄大,每天早上陈老师先到这个孩子的家里接他,然后走30分钟山路来到学校,中午他还免费给这三个孩子提供午饭。陈老师快要退休了,但是他说:“只要有孩子需要他,他还会继续教下去”。还有一位程东老师,坚守大山九年了,她从城里人变成了山里人,却把山里娃变成了城里人。他们身上那种默默坚守的精神深深打动了我,正是因为他们深爱教育这份职业,为此无怨无悔地奋斗着,虽然放弃了走出大山的机会,但为了心爱的学生,他们毅然决定坚守下去,这就是大爱。

  窦东立和来琰晖两位老师不远万里,来到新疆地区支教,因为在他们心里,教无止境,爱无疆界。特别是窦东立老师利用周末、节假日时间,到祖国各地偏远的地区去支教,他认为,在教育资源丰富的城市,自己的努力是锦上添花;而在教育薄弱的边疆地区,自己的帮扶就是雪中送炭。张宝老师为了做一名知学生、懂学生的“专家型”教师,主动申请担任接触学生最多的班主任工作。在担任班主任期间,他还一直冲锋在学生技能大赛辅导工作最前线。窦志刚老师从1997年参加工作至今,和他的队员们在黎明之前的黑暗里挥汗如雨,从不问值不值得;不知道多少次,他们与实力远远超过自己的强队PK获胜时,也从不问值不值得!因为窦志刚说,自己爱校园足球事业,不需要理由。为了教师这份荣光,他们呕心沥血,用博大无私的师爱去关心爱护学生,把学生当作是自己的孩子一样对待,赢得了学生同等的尊重和爱戴,为此他们更加为这份职业无悔地付出。真所谓默默耕耘,无私奉献啊!

  我们的工作很平凡,但需要做的事情却特别多。每天从进了学校大门,繁琐的'工作就开始了,和学生一起学习、打扫卫生,备课、听课、改作业等等,这些事情虽然平凡但不平庸,我想只要把这些小事做好了就是不平凡的。

  学习了最美教师的先进事迹,我决心也要做一名最美教师。首先,作为教师,要及时摆好心态,看到教师不一样的生活,并从这样的生活中找到人生价值,这样才能从心底爱上这个事业,以美好的教育行为为自己的人生主线,把全部的爱献给学生,献给教育事业。才能更好的干好教师这份工作。其次,要有一颗无私奉献的心。爱是不求回报的,教师应该耐得住清贫,我们没有丰厚的回报,但是有学生对我们满满的崇敬和爱。我们对每一位学生的付出,总有一天,我们会收获属于自己的那一份快乐和成绩。我们不应该目光短浅,仅看到眼前的利益,更多的是要从学生的终身发展着眼,为孩子的发展添砖加瓦。作为一名教师就要有默默无闻的奉献精神,甘为人梯,像“春蚕”吐尽青丝,像“蜡烛”化成灰烬,把毕生献给事业,献给学生。

  新《课程标准》指出“人人学有价值的数学;人人都能获得必需的数学;不同的人在数学上得到不同的发展。”这一提法使我们深刻地体会到:数学教学的有效性在课堂上是多么的重要。

  课堂教学是实施素质教育的主要阵地,优化课堂教学,向课堂40分钟要质量,使学生成为真正学习的主人,这是我们一线教育工作者不懈追求的目标。在各级各类数学观摩课、研讨课乃至学校的随堂听课,很高兴地看到学生学习方式的明显变化:以往的“师问生答”变成了“畅所欲言”,“师说生听”变成了“自主学习”,“个人学习”变成了“合作探究”,课堂的师生互动气氛异常的活跃,学生的个性也得到一定的张扬,这一转变确实令人欣喜。然而,反思却让我们看到:在热闹与自主的背后,也折射出一些形式与无效,那么,如何提高数学课堂教学的有效性?下面就课堂教学的有效性,谈谈自己的几点体会。

  一、情境创设的有效性。

  《数学课程标准》指出:“数学教学,要紧密联系学生的生活环境,从学生的经验和已有知识出发,创设有助于学生自主学习、合作交流的情境”。于是过去的“复习型”、“开门见山型”……等导入课题的方法大多被“创设情景”导入法所代替,内容生动、学生熟悉、感兴趣的教学情境很多很多,课堂所追求的“让学生真正成为主体,拥有学习主动权”在预设好的情境和师生的共同努力下得以落实。但在现实的课堂教学中,还是出现了一些情境牵强附会的现象。比如在一次听课中认识《人民币》的情境设计:教师:昨晚,小红给在上海念大学的表哥写了一封信,他需要什么呢?

  学生说:他需要坐火车去上海。不,坐飞机比较快。打个电话就可以。

  教师急了,小明还要上学,他准备把信寄出去,需要什么呢?接着,有学生回答要知道地址的,还有回答要信封的,有的学生没有这方面的生活经历根本就不知道寄信需要什么?终于有一位学生回答出需要邮票,老师象抓到了救命的稻草一样赶紧追问:“一张邮票多少钱?”学生回答:“8角。”于是,教师点出正题:“那么8角钱可以怎么拿呢?”

  说了那么多,教师就是让学生思考8角钱可以怎么拿!这些情境创设的盲目性不但冲淡了学生的数学学习,而且也浪费了大量的时间和精力,所以,教师在创设教学情境时一定要考虑到情境创设的有效性,不利于学生对知识掌握的情境设计,必然会影响课堂教学的效果。在一次数学研讨活动中,谢惠良老师就提出情境创设不能过多地与生活、语文联系;创设导入情境不能太长,新课的导入要简洁有效。所以,有些知识的教学,采复习旧知引入新知的学习或开门见山,效果会更好更简便更节约时间。

  二、课堂提问的有效性。

  有句话是这样说的“人的思想是从想问题开始的”,恰到好处的提问,可以激发学生认识中的矛盾冲突,引起学生探索知识的渴望,激发学生积极思维,使学生情绪处于状态,有利于学生掌握知识,发展智力,培养能力,有效的课堂提问是课堂教学有效性的很重要的组成部分,能促进整个教学过程的.发展。所以在具体的教学过程当中,教师应该尽量避免问一些“对不对”、“是不是”的不带思考性的简单问题,或者是一些带有暗示性的问题,这样的问题不仅不能引起学生的探究兴趣,还会使学生产生压倦,影响探究学习效果。只有问在有疑之处、问在关键之处,掌握好问题难易适度并具有启发性,才是有效的课堂提问,才会尽量使数学课堂成为有效的教学,学生才能用最短的时间学到最多的知识。

  三、小组合作的有效性。

  素质教育已深入发展,小组讨论、合作交流的学习方式被越来越多地引入课堂。小组合作学习体现了“与人合作,并与同伴交流思想的过程和结果”,不但充分地体现教学的人性化,也给予学生更多自由活动的时间和相互交流的机会,是学生取长补短、展现个性的舞台,因而,在新课程的背景下,很多的课堂上都可以看到小组讨论式的合作学习。

  但是,我们在听课的过程当中也经常看到这样的场面:孩子分组围坐在一起,老师一宣布小组讨论开始,学生就象蜜蜂采蜜一样,教室里马上是一片嗡嗡的声音和学生忙碌的身影,谁也不知道其他人在说什么和干什么?有的是组长一个人在发挥,其它学生当听众;有的小组合作的分工、意图不明确,学生不知所措,一脸茫然;还有的学生就自个儿在玩。

  转眼间,为期14天的教育信息化培训快结束了,回顾这些天的学习生活,我深感自己与当今先进的教育信息技术的差距,也深刻的认识到了先进的教育信息技术在教学中可发挥重要的作用,可起到事半功倍的效果,同时也深刻的认识到了只有不断的学习,接受新理念、新技术、新事物,学会并运用新理念、新技术,才能跟上现代教育的步伐。回顾这14天的.学习生活历程,我们忙碌着,却充实着;我们劳累着,却快乐着。

  这些天的培训,主要学习了信息化教学资源微课制作资源的收集与处理;多媒体资源的信息检索、获取与处理;录屏式微课的设计与制作、格式工厂;图形图像、音视频素材的收集与处理;彩视的制作等。另外,还到南庄三中和平洲三中听了两节科,在南庄三中老师的课上,感受到了全新的信息化教学手段;而平洲三中的讲评练“翻转课堂”的教学模式,都使我豁然开朗。下面就谈谈我在这次培训中的心得体会:

  1、更新了观念

  通过培训,我了解了更多的教育教学理论、教学观念,拓宽了思路,对新课程的认识与实践都有了一个质的飞跃,对自身的素质提高有很大的推动作用。

  2、提高了能力

  通过培训我在多媒体有效运用方面有了较大进步。本次培训不仅仅在掌握先进的信息技术知识,还增加了学员的上机实战操作训练,我学会了如何快速的在网上检索资料、cs的制作、小影、彩视、易企秀的制作等。更好地使用各种软件来支撑教学,可以轻松构建自己的微课教学过程、编写学案。

  3、开阔了视野

  培训其间随同班级到南庄三中和平洲三中进行听课学习,两所学校的翻“转课堂”和“练评讲”的教学方式是信息化教学时代的代表。培训让我认识了很多教育中值得学习的榜样,开阔了视野,同时为今后的工作打下了坚实的基础。

  4、活到老,学到老。通过这次培训,我深刻地认认识了:只有紧跟信息化教育的步伐,才能不被这个社会所淘汰。

  5、世上没有做不到的事。不能解决的问题,只要放在百度上搜一搜,查一查,都能迎刃而解。就像来这里培训听到老师们说得最多的两句话一样“内事不解问百度,外事不解问Goole”,“知之为知之,不知Goole知"。

  以上就是我此次培训的一点感悟,虽然还有许多知识没有完全消化,有待于以后继续加强学习、领会体悟,但通过这次学习、培训和交流,信息化这股扑面而来的教育清风,使我更加明确了今后的努力方向

  作为守护在孩子身边的幼儿教师,我们都有这样的机会去分享、感受、把握这个和孩子共同欢乐的机会!好奇心是孩子的天性,帮忙孩子了解所处的这个世界,而好奇心正是自然科学家的基本心态,当孩子正用尽办法去探索事物时,自然科学家的精神便已悄悄萌芽了。有位科学教育工作者曾说:“当孩子问‘为什么?’时,最好的回答便是‘那你觉得为什么呢?’”这本书便是期望唤起成人去观察、发现孩子原有的好奇心,依从孩子的好奇心,供给适当的探索环境和引导,培养孩子像自然科学家的精神和态度一样,去学习如何发现和找寻答案。这本书也是教师最佳实用指南,清楚的供给教师在自然探究前的准备,并在不一样阶段的探究(开放式探究、主题探究)中,详列出探究的核心概念、教学计划、引导方法和延伸活动,以及讨论时的引导话语。也让教师能在贴合个別孩子的发展、兴趣和本事之下,如何从孩子自身的经验,引发他们主动观察环境;如何供给孩子好奇、发问、探索、调查、讨论、反思自我观点的机会,进而了解孩子如何在相互学习中建构概念,发展出科学探究的技巧和态度。此外,书末附有相关资源、表格,可供教师记录孩子的发现和观点,再透过这些档案检讨和发展课程。

  另外,我还充分体会到“家庭参与”的重要性,《与幼儿一齐探索自然》一书所展示的教学案例都将家长纳入到活动的参与者中,这也能提高激发幼儿触摸自然的兴趣.我们不要总以为幼儿年龄小,不懂事,其实有时候他们脑中能闪现出成人都没有的灵感,尊重幼儿,让他们充分触摸自然,或许未来的自然学家就会在他们之中产生。这不仅仅是《与幼儿一齐探索自然》一书所给予我的认识,更是应在今后的幼儿教育中贯穿始终的一种理念。

  经过心理健康教育学习,我的收获很大。学习了许多专业的心理知识,以前很多的疑问都得到了解决,我真正认识到了心理健康的重要性。

  世界卫生组织宣言近年来一再强调指出:“健康不仅仅是没有躯体疾病,不体弱,而是一种躯体,心理和社会功能均臻良好的状态。”这句话给我留下了深刻的印象。还是经过了此次学习,我真正感觉到了不仅学生要保持心理健康,教师本身也要保持心理健康,而这个问题一直是被我们大家忽视的。教师常常要做学生的心理工作,给学生排忧解难,而教师的心理压力又由谁给解决呢?教师这个社会的一个特殊的群体,由于自身的社会角色和所承担的社会任务,和对自己身份的认同,及社会的认可的不对等,给自己带来了极大的困惑和压力。

  教师的工作环境是学校,每天和自己的上级同事,又和自己的学生终日在一起。社会分工的其他工作都是针对物品或者人的'某一方面或者某一时间段来服务,而老师的服务对象是人——成长中的人,并且肩负着指导他们成长的重任。那种八小时以外的时间还在为自己的学生的成长和未来殚精竭虑的事情,是不做此项工作的人所不能理解的。做教师根本就是一个累身更累心的活计。而社会对老师的认同却是让老师不平衡的的。在外地的公汽里看到一句话:市民应该做到尊师重教。朋友看到了之后说:看你们教师多受重视。我苦笑了一下,说:“市民做不到什么,社会才提倡什么的。”因为教师的收入低,部分家长急功近利仅仅关注学生得的短期成绩对老师求全责备等原因,教师得不到社会的真正重视,压力太大。碍于自己的所谓“面子”,普遍的现象是有了心理问题不会疏导又不去找专业人士治疗,甚至于心理健康教育未能普及的情况下,教师有了心理障碍和疾病却不自知!积劳成疾是常有的事情,所以现在的舆论开始纷纷关注教师的”亚健康”状态,不仅是身体的,更多的问题来源于心理。那么,教师怎么样避免或者剪除自己的心理健康问题呢?

  一、要开阔自己的视野,让自己的业余生活丰富起来。就我个人而言,运动是一个调节身心的好方法,找几个朋友,在运动场上大汗淋漓后,不仅疲劳的身体得到了锻炼,有资料指出:运动时,身体内部会分泌一种物质,俗称“快乐物质”——会让人们放松,高兴。

  二、要有知心朋友。时常和他们聊天,好的,不好的;得意的,失意的:大的,小的……把心事跟大家倾诉,是缓解心理压力的好办法。

  三、利用好你的假期。对于平时假期少的教师,可以选择附近的地区游览,逛逛市区,或者去家乡有名的景区游览。当然。教师的两个长假是你放松自己调节情绪的最佳时间。

  四、照顾好家庭。什么都不顺利的时候,家是你永远的避风港湾。永远不要试着只顾大家,不顾小家。最后的可能是会失去两个家。

  在我们每一天的工作中不安全的事常常出此刻我们身边,如:鞋带系得不牢固跌倒摔伤,鱼刺卡在喉咙里,小珠子塞在耳朵里等等。在学习了《指南》后,我觉得平时要注意幼儿这些生活小节的训练,孩子能做的事就让他自己做,决不包办代替,这样,孩子在自己的劳动实践中建立起了良好的生活习惯,从而起到了一些自我保护的作用。平时还经常听到家长抱怨:“这孩子一点记性也没有,不让他爬高,会摔的,就是记不住,这不,摔了吧!”其实这不能完全怪孩子,仅仅进行说教不行,孩子听后很快就忘,很难留下深刻的印象。如果我们只是反复强调危险的不良后果,难免孩子去模仿。但如果我们多举一些小朋友注意安全的例子,这些正面材料会引导幼儿正确理解安全知识,避免盲目模仿。我认为家长对孩子过于溺爱,整天围着孩子转。孩子因此变得任性,没有忧患意识,也没有生存技能和适应社会的潜力。
