有一句话叫做授之以鱼不如授之以渔,说的是与其直接给予一个人物质上的帮助不如教会他一项技能,直接的物质帮助只能应付一段很短的时间,而一种技能的掌握则可以让人衣食无忧。前一段时间又看到一句很有意思的话说,除了教会一个人钓鱼的方法以外,最重要的还要教会他制作鱼竿的方法以及学习各种技能的方法。也就是说,生活中总会遇到各种新事物,迎接新挑战,我们无法一次性学会所有的技能来应对未来生活中各种未知的挑战,了解到了学习技能的方法,才能取得将来的成就。
设计中也是如此,我们没办法在大学中甚至初出茅庐的几年里把今后职业生涯中要用到的所有能力都学到。生活是变幻莫测的,充满着各种可能,时不时给人惊喜,有时我们都无法确知自己下一步要去哪里,下一段时间要做什么职业。举例来说,本人在接触平面设计基础这门课前,对INDESIGN和AI还是一知半解,根本无法熟练运用。但这并非坏事,几个月的摸索学习,本人已经可以熟练运用并着手为设计工作室制作宣传册和logo了。所以说,在一项工作的'初始阶段做的不够好并不值得羞愧,通过学习和摸索最终取得成就的人总是令人欣喜的。而不断地学习和提高也是人生的意义所在。
本人觉得学设计与做设计最大的好处就是会接触到许多不同的领域。包括我们之前学习的平面构成、色彩构成等课程,作业题目就曾包括个人相册名片,污染,城市变化,咖啡广告,未来建筑的趋势,水的问题等等。通常都是让我们自己在题目里选择一个角度,然后做出有说服力的视觉作品。要想表达好自己的观点,必须先搜集很多的相关资料,对题目有一定程度的理解。完成品可以是抽象的表现,但是想法必须是有形,有根据的。很多人认为设计就是在电脑上做出漂亮的东西,其实完全不是这样的。我们学设计的一大部分时间都是在到处寻找资料,研究以及消化它们,然后再试着从中找到自己的位置,与自己想表达的概念。没有完全理解某个问题时,是不可能有效地表达它的。如果连自己都不知道自己想说什么,不管完成品有多好看,也是白纸一张,因为它没有清楚的内容。
通过这一个学期的学习,本人重新认识了设计的含义。

实践期间我主要负责公司设计部的日常工作,参与了步步高手机南通区域推广方案、全友傢俬周年营销方案等项目的策划、设计及推广。同时参与了公司新员工招聘、入职及培训任务.
通过本次实践,我总结出要想成为一名优秀的设计师或是广告从业者,我们必须具备以下素质。
第一、扎实美学基础
要想从事设计这个职业,必须先学会发觉美的东西,眼光的提升再来进一步解决表现的方式。学校的基础教育基本上让想从事设计的人了解多元化的表现方式,也大大提升想学设计的人的造型能力,但是就是学校的优等生往往也不能很好的完成一件另人满意的作品,这就取决于经验的磨练。
第二、社会经验积累
往往刚出道的设计师,内心充满憧憬,但是往往有机会上岗操作时又满脑空白,一点思绪都没有,或则表现的方式只往新、奇、怪的方向走,但是客户却不认可,纠其原因在于设计的量少、表现方式有限、不是最有效的、跟客户沟通少难以全面理解客户所要的、最可怕的是一味追求形式感跟市场脱离,这就需要反思、分析、积累经验。
第三、激发创意思维
客户是上帝,往往几年时间的磨练使得一些设计师摸索出一套对付客户的有效方法,这就是我们俗称的套路模式,不过有上进的设计师此时已经不能再满足自己的狭小圈子,不论是证明自己还是让更大的客户眼前一亮,只能不断的激发自己的灵感和创意,这其实只是成为优秀设计师的开始阶段。多多磨练自己的创意与市场尽快融合,这样让创意在经验中成长,从而丰富自己、活跃自己的思维。激发创意的最好方法就是行动起来。
第四、寻求个性再现
惟命是从的设计师是没有个性的。要想成就优秀的设计师就必须在自己的作品中流露出一种个性,不论是张扬的、含蓄的、色彩绚丽的等等,都是个性的表现方式,这就是设计师的标新立异的开始,与众不同必会让你的作品在别人眼前产生亮点,让别人发觉你的作品,承认你的价值。这样子你的设计师道路刚刚入门。
第五、创造完美价值
好的设计师必须学会创造价值,这种价值一方面是自身的价值,不要永远做一些基础工作,必须提升到一定的高度想问题。这时的设计师就应该学会玩材料、效果,在客户充分信任下支配成本费用,这时的作品应该是一种玩的心境,在心情完全放松的前提下你会发现你的作品的随意性和超脱性,并且在市场上赞声迭起。
第六、提升综合能力
设计的过程往往到达一定的时期就会有新的瓶颈出现,这就需要更多的知识来突破自己。知识的积累必须在理性的吸收新的知识和文化,千万不要排除任何一种极端文化(如宗教、迷信、艳情、市井等等),往往通过设计师的理性理解转换成的设计语会把其优点提炼成艺术符号。建议多读杂书、研习艺术理论,理性的分析,要知道任何一种文化的纯在都有它的道理。
第七、策划先于设计
想成为一个优秀的设计师其良好的设计基础和丰富的学识是不够的,必须学会合理调度、运用各种元素,这样就必须在设计之前先预估设计的结果,包括市场的反响、效益、连带关系、后续进展等。好的设计师必须能驾驭市场、引导市场、开发市场,这样就必须要很好的策划思想为前提,并且在市场的运做中调整策划方向,使得设计出来的作品对于客户是最有效的营销武器,帮客户赚钱才是硬道理。
第八、掌握时代技术
设计的.行业是最时尚的行业,它融合目前全世界最精端的设备和软件,集合全世界最新的信息科技,在这网络高速发达的社会,其任何对设计有关的技术、设备、信息都必须了解善用,运用最有效的武器装备自己,集中最新的信息丰富自己,跟紧时代变幻步伐,使自己立于不败。
第九、证明自己能力
在自己羽翼逐渐丰满起来的时候,就应当证明自己的真正实力,多参加一些大型的策划、设计项目,多参加一些国内国际比赛,多与行内精英交流,多用别人的作品反思自己的不足,与高手过招,往往更能知道自己的弱点,这个时候的目标就是超越自己。
第十、道德唯一标准
任何一个设计师不论置身何处,其口碑是最重要,良好的修养直接可以反映在你的作品上,好的作品和艺术品位只有一步之遥,要想得到别人的尊重首先就必须磨灭年轻的轻浮,在道德的约束下,才能提升艺术品位,因此成就优秀设计师必须学会以德服人。
当然这次的实习也让我们谁吧一些不足之处:一方面是学生的社会实践经验欠缺,在面临突发状况和人际沟通时,还不够成熟。另一方是如何使我们学生更好的将专业知识、理论知识应用于实践之中,更好的与社会接轨的问题。这些都需要我们通过不断加强学校的实践教学改革来完善。

在广告学岗位工作的实习过程中,我始终把学习作为获得新知识、掌握方法、提高能力、解决问题的一条重要途径和方法,切实做到用理论武装头脑、指导实践、推动工作。思想上积极进取,积极的把自己现有的知识用于社会实践中,在实践中也才能检验知识的有用性。在这两个月的实习工作中给我最大的感触就是:我们在学校学到了很多的理论知识,但很少用于社会实践中,这样理论和实践就大大的脱节了,以至于在以后的学习和生活中找不到方向,无法学以致用。同时,在工作中不断的学习也是弥补自己的不足的有效方式。信息时代,瞬息万变,社会在变化,人也在变化,所以你一天不学习,你就会落伍。通过这两个月的实习,并结合广告学岗位工作的实际情况,认真学习的广告学岗位工作各项政策制度、管理制度和工作条例,使工作中的困难有了最有力地解决武器。通过这些工作条例的学习使我进一步加深了对各项工作的理解,可以求真务实的开展各项工作。
二、围绕工作,突出重点,尽心尽力履行职责。
在广告学岗位工作中我都本着认真负责的态度去对待每项工作。虽然开始由于经验不足和认识不够,觉得在广告学岗位工作中找不到事情做,不能得到锻炼的目的,但我迅速从自身出发寻找原因,和同事交流,认识到自己的不足,以至于迅速的转变自己的角色和工作定位。为使自己尽快熟悉工作,进入角色,我一方面抓紧时间查看相关资料,熟悉自己的工作职责,另一方面我虚心向领导、同事请教使自己对广告学岗位工作的情况有了一个比较系统、全面的认知和了解。根据广告学岗位工作的实际情况,结合自身的优势,把握工作的重点和难点, 尽心尽力完成广告学岗位工作的任务。两个月的实习工作,我经常得到了同事的好评和领导的赞许。
三、转变角色,以极大的热情投入到工作中。
从大学校门跨入到广告学岗位工作岗位,一开始我难以适应角色的转变,不能发现问题,从而解决问题,认为没有多少事情可以做,我就有一点失望,开始的`热情有点消退,完全找不到方向。但我还是尽量保持当初的那份热情,想干有用的事的态度,不断的做好一些杂事,同时也勇于协助同事做好各项工作,慢慢的就找到了自己的角色,明白自己该干什么,这就是一个热情的问题,只要我保持极大的热情,相信自己一定会得到认可,没有不会做,没有做不好,只有你愿不愿意做。转变自己的角色,从一位学生到一位工作人员的转变,不仅仅是角色的变化,更是思想观念的转变。
四、发扬团队精神,在完成本职工作的同时协同其他同事。
在工作间能得到领导的充分信任,并在按时完成上级分配给我的各项工作的同时,还能积极主动地协助其他同事处理一些内务工作。个人的能力只有融入团队,才能实现最大的价值。实习期的工作,让我充分认识到团队精神的重要性。
团队的精髓是共同进步。没有共同进步,相互合作,团队如同一盘散沙。相互合作,团队就会齐心协力,成为一个强有力的集体。很多人经常把团队和工作团体混为一谈,其实两者之间存在本质上的区别。优秀的工作团体与团队一样,具有能够一起分享信息、观点和创意,共同决策以帮助每个成员能够更好地工作,同时强化个人工作标准的特点。但工作团体主要是把工作目标分解到个人,其本质上是注重个人目标和责任,工作团体目标只是个人目标的简单总和,工作团体的成员不会为超出自己义务范围的结果负责,也不会尝试那种因为多名成员共同工作而带来的增值效应。
五、存在的问题。
几个月来,我虽然努力做了一些工作,但距离领导的要求还有不小差距,如理论水平、工作能力上还有待进一步提高,对广告学岗位工作岗位还不够熟悉等等,这些问题,我决心实习报告在今后的工作和学习中努力加以改进和解决,使自己更好地做好本职工作。

阴差阳错地,我在这个暑期去了一家广告公司当实习生。怀着多学习的心态奔着写文案的的目的开始了我人生中第一次认真的实习。写了一星期的文案后,公司的一个小业务因病请了个长假,而我因为比较清闲来到业务部打打下手。
公司算是小型的创业公司,数数人数,4个设计师一个设计总监,3个业务。本来我们在一个比较宽敞的地方办公,谁知搬公司这样的大事竟被我只实习一个月的实习生遇上了。而我跟着业务搬到了新办公室,坐在一间房里,哪能不聊天呢,不用一两天,我刚来时的陌生感和尴尬感顿时全无。再加上,前两天,也是阴差阳错之下,陪另一个同事去看医生,更是增进了我与同事之间的'感情。我也了解到,作为一位新人融入公司,沉默固然重要,和同事要熟悉起来还是要学会主动一点,因为不是每个公司都如此和谐的。
熟悉起来后,同事之间的悄悄话自然有了。这就让我想起大学时与室友们相处的过程。同样是从互相认识到互相熟悉,紧接着就有了悄悄话了。那时候的我在相处时脑子是毫无思考的过程,全凭喜好做事。喜欢的我笑着脸,讨厌的明显摆在脸上,最后和室友、同学的关系似乎没有想象中的和谐。所以,大学这个小社会还是能教会我一点东西的,现在我真真正正面对社会,不再屏喜好处事,我更多选择沉默与观察。
而最后,我还是认为,在为人处事中,真诚比任何套路更加难能可贵。

近日有幸被一家传媒公司的董事长,当地一位有名的广告策划人看中,有机会参与了由当地市政府、市人防办组织的“人防宣传周”大型活动策划案的撰写。其实该前辈大概也是因为他当时突发奇想,而且又太忙,所以想验验我这个每天晃来晃去的小破孩儿,到底能不能折腾出点名堂来。呵呵~~
不论怎样,非常感谢他给的这次机会!方案成败在其次,学习锻炼是关键!
方案准备从前期的大量阅读了人防知识、人防宣传的重要意义和全国各地的成功个案,到后来规划整体思路,结合当地实际情况,保证在新颖、出色、不出格的前提下列出了一系列可行性较高的宣传活动,再到后期的反复研究、修改、完善直到完成,共用了五天的时间。
这期间的过程,让我感觉到真正的工作的快乐。同时也提醒我,原本喜欢的东西不要轻易丢弃,要继续努力,深入研究、学习。记得一位著名的报业总裁说过:“做报纸,就要做一厘米宽,一公里深的服务”,我在这里引申一下大师的话:做广告策划,就要做一厘米宽,一公里深的功夫。

伟人曾经说过“实践是检验真理的唯一标准”,作为一名广告学专业的学生,在经历了大学四年的理论学习之后必须接受一段时期的实践才能成为一名合格的广告人。广告业对于实践技能的.要求不亚于其他任何行业,因此传统的纸上谈兵已经不能适应社会和行业对于广告学毕业生的严厉要求,因此学校给我们中文系03级广告班安排了两个月的毕业实习,这次实习让从未正式接触社会的我收获颇丰。现就本次实习中的经历、内容、成果、经验得失、感性认识和理性思考作简单总结。
一、实习概述
20xx年1月6日到12月26日,我在咸阳广播电视报社广告部进行了为期8周的毕业实习,由于所学知识与实践的差距,我只能从事一些琐碎的日常事务,但是报社领导和同组同学给了我很大的帮助和支持,使我在这次实习中学到了很多知识,也发现了自身的不足,广告部老师们认真、严谨的从业风格,冷静、执着的思维方式,亲切友善的待人接物,和谐友爱的工作氛围等,给我留下了很深的印象,这些收获将会使我终生受益。
《咸阳广播电视报》是陕西省出版总社主管、咸阳市广播电视台主办的一份行业性的杂志式彩版报纸,每期20版,发行量已逾5万份。报道侧重咸阳市委市政府的中心工作、广播电视系统的改革与发展以及咸阳厚重的历史积淀和源远流长的民风民俗。在广告营销和主题策划上具务了一定专长和实务,可以为客房提供高水准、全方位的综合服务。报纸品位高雅,个性鲜明,雅俗共赏,图文并茂。
二、实习经历、内容、成果、经验得失在实习中,广告部刘主任给了我很多次实践的机会,主要从事了以下工作:
1、广告设计实习的第一周在刘主任的指导下,我和同组同学共同完成了“119消防宣传特刊”的策划设计。刚接到这个任务我们都很茫然,但是任务必须完成,所以我们将平时课堂上学习到的设计知识运用于实践操作中,遇到难的或不懂的就问人,这使我受益良多。在实习中我们还完成了咸阳祥力房地产有限公司企业形象宣传册的设计工作,在刘主任的帮助下,我们发挥集体智慧出色的完成了这项工作。在工作的过程中我学到了一些绘图的小技巧,在图片处理过程中使用几个小技巧,确实可以达到事半功倍的效果,在刘主任的帮助下,我的Photoshop和CorelDraw水平有了不少的提高。在对图片处理的过程中,知道画面的整体构图和色彩运用的技法,明白了制作满意的画面效果,不单要靠自己对色彩的感觉,还需遵循一定的构图规律,熟悉一些处理技巧。
2、广告调查在实习中我和同组同学进行了咸阳市房地产业的市场调查,由于实践经验的欠缺我没有很好的完成这项工作,但是从其他同学那里却学到了关于市场调查的很多知识,明确了自己的不足,对于以后的工作积累了十分珍贵的经验。
3、广告策划、文案我们本身学的就是广告学理论,侧重于广告的整体创意和广告文案的写作,因此在实习中刘主任给我们布置了很多广告策划文案写作的工作,使我学到了很多书本上没有的知识。主要完成了思源新村(房地产项目)的文案写作、“消防宣传手册”策划案、“网吧整治宣传手册”策划案、飞利浦电视机礼泉县促销活动策划方案等策划文案工作。我以前觉得文案就是有韵味,有艺术美感,像散文诗一样,现实是受众不是来看散文诗的,他们要的是实实在在的利益,但我一直觉得文案中出现这些就会写得像说明文一样,没有艺术美感,不是我想象中的文案。由此我意识到课堂书本上的经典广告文案与现实的广告实务还是有距离的,只有美感的文案并不能称作好文案,只有能产生销售力的文案才是务实的文案,才是好文案。
4、新闻采访报道实习中正值119消防宣传日,因此刘主任派所有同学到咸阳市各个消防宣传活动现场进行采访并写出采访报道。由于以前从未接触过新闻采访工作,所以只有将《新闻学》课本上的知识运用于实践中,进行此次采访报道,事后和其他同学共同完成采访报道一篇,发表于《咸阳广播电视报》,这次活动让我真正的感受到了新闻采访的魅力,使我更加喜欢新闻行业,对新闻事业有了新的认识。
5、广告业务在实习期间,我从事了一定的广告业务工作,让我真正的了解到一名合格的业务员不是那么容易做的,从事业务这一行业需要掌握很多知识,我总结了以下心得:
1〉对业务员来说,销售学知识无疑是必须掌握的,没有学问作为根基的销售,只能视为投机,无法真正体验销售的妙趣。
2〉一次成功的推销不是一个偶然发生的故事,它是学习、计划以及一个业务员的知识和技巧运用的结果。
3〉推销完全是常识的运用,但只有将这些为实践所证实的观念运用在“积极者”身上,才能产生效果。
4〉一鸣惊人的成绩之前,必先做好枯燥乏味的准备工作。
5〉为帮助客户而销售,而不是为了提成而销售。
6〉热情面对工作——让每一次推销的感觉都是:这是最棒的一次。在短暂的实习过程中,我深深感觉到自己所学知识的有限和在实践过程中的专业素质的欠缺。在刚开始的一段时期内,我对一些事情常常是无从下手,茫然不知所措,接触到了实际才知道与现实间的差距。
“知耻而后勇”,这让我决心在接下来的学习中努力提高个人专业知识,联系专业实际,做好一名广告学子。
三、感性认识和理性思考
1、对于广告的认识和思考首先,广告并不是一个潇洒的行业,不像罗斯福说“不做总统便做广告人”那般轻松。在中国,广告作为一个行业,发端于上世纪的七八十年代,是舶来品。目前,广告在中国虽呈现蓬勃发展之势,但事实并不与我们所看到的一致,在中国广告迅速发展的背后隐藏着一些痼疾;在亚洲,只有新加坡的广告最具潜力,天真,大胆率性,相比较而言,中国广告则受到诸多限制,顾忌太多,以致很少有大作出现;再者,外国广告公司纷纷进入中国抢占市场,中国广告受到巨大的冲击。在这样的境况下,作为广告学子,我能做的就是冲破观念的束缚,用新鲜的创意为中国的广告注入新的血液。
其次,我深深的体会到拥有丰富的知识是广告文案撰写人员的必备素质,这样写起文案才会信手拈来、一气呵成。所以,回到学校后,我还仍有很多书要看,很多东西要学。再者,广告行业是一个需要不断创新的行业,我个人认为广告人不仅要有专攻而且还要博闻强识。广告要引导市场,如果广告制作者的思维跟不上市场趋势,那么广告的引导作用也就无从谈起了。
2、对于报纸媒介现状的思考报纸作为一个成熟的媒介,目前已经处于自身的衰落期。无论是发行还是广告经营,都处于一种相对饱和的发展程度,并逐渐呈现下降趋势。报纸已经正式进入了微利时代。无论是自身的生命轨迹还是新兴媒介的冲击,报纸无疑是处于危机当中。但是,这种危机并不会像想象的那样导致报纸消亡。从报纸自身的角度来看,报纸作为一个成熟的媒介,其盈利模式呈现的是发行量的螺旋现象。其基本的运作模式是:廉价销售——扩大发行——吸引广告客户——从广告中赢取可观收入——用于报纸的再生产(刺激发行量进一步上升)。
目前,报业竞争激烈,同质化报纸较多,很多报纸采取廉价销售战略争取高发行量,但客观上放弃了发行利润,增大了单纯依靠广告盈利的风险。报纸经营进入了微利时代。并且一些报纸的广告收入主要依靠一些支柱产业,如汽车、房地产等,一旦这些产业有风吹草动,报纸的广告收入就会急剧下降。这实际上是暴露出了报纸经营模式上的缺点即广告结构单一、经营风险大
四、总结实习期间,得到了报社领导、老师及同学的帮助和支持,肝胆相照,未敢相忘。实习结束了,回过头整理这些天的经历和感受,其中,给我最大的感觉就是:

先从软件的学习上说起吧,我学习的重点软件是photoshop,因为广告公司里。许多广告平面设计和制作都是由photoshop来完成的,因此我首先熟悉了一下基本的操作,公司还派了韦师傅来教我,师傅一开始并没有带着我工作,而是叫我先在photoshop上制作一件作品,仗着以前学过一点专业知识,我按着师傅的要求,兴致勃勃的操作起来,一个小时过去了,我却发现连第一个要求都没达标,以前的知识在实践中却不那么好使,连连碰壁的我只好求教师傅,他对我说我:“很多大专甚至中专的学生都对photoshop了如指掌,比你们这些大学生强多了”,我很是惭愧,原来韦师傅就是大专毕业,这让我对大专的职业教育有了新的看法,也让我更加意识到现今社会竞争的激烈。后来,师傅手把手教我操作photoshop的技巧,不仅帮我复习了以往的知识,也让我学会了很多操作手法。
接下来的几天,我在师傅身旁跟着他学习制作广告作品,每天一大早,师傅就拿着工作单查看今天的工作任务,在制作的过程中还不时的与客户保持电话联系,师傅和我说,制作一件广告平面作品,自己的创意和兴趣固然很重要,但是一定要在客户的指定范围内,切不可随心所欲的按自己的喜好来制作,一切要以客户的利益为准,“客户要我们怎么做,我们就怎么做”。不过在制作过程中还要随机应变,根据具体情况与客户协商作品的风格、样式、表现手法等,这是一整套看似简单,但操作起来复杂的工作流程。听了师傅的这番讲解,我初步了解了广告作品从设计到完成的一系列过程,也加深了对广告行业的认识,虽然只是一个小小的广告公司,却给我好好上了一课。
跟着师傅几天了,终于能让我自己独立练习了,先是模仿师傅以前的历史作品,然后是制作些简单的作品,例如铜牌、横幅、简单的海报,不过别看这些东西简单,其实制作都是有严格规定的,长、宽、高、规格、比例、字体等,一样都不得有偏差,这项任务既考验耐心又锻炼技术。实习的时间过得真的很快,转眼一个星期过去了,第二个星期的星期一,我终于可以正式为客户制作广告作品了,这让我激动不已。任务是:制作一张婚宴座次排放表,样式没有特别的要求,喜庆吉祥就行。于是,我上网下了好几个婚庆模板,选择了一个最好的开始修改制作,利用photoshop做出花纹图案和桌子的简图,再将桌子按顺序一一排好,点缀上吉祥漂亮的花纹,再将背景修改一下,打上文字,最后就完工了。送交到师傅那,他看了看,对我说还有很多错误,我很惊讶,明明我很努力认真的制作,怎么还有瑕疵那?师傅对疑惑的我指出了几点错误。

2.我还参加了宝鸡市斗鸡中学的宣传活动。斗鸡中学通过组织高中同学参加歌唱比赛,主持人大赛,和相互交换自己东西的小集市,来宣传学校,让人们看到不一样的校园生活。经过上一次的经验,这次得心应手很多,才使得自己的.新闻报导能够见报。我相信,只要多努力,多学习,多观察,就一定会成功。
3.广告策划、文案我们本身学的就是广告学理论,侧重于广告的整体创意和广告文案的写作,
因此在实习中王老师给我布置了很多广告策划文案写作的工作,使我学到了很多书本上没有的知识。主要完成了“欢乐豪情夜,喝彩世界杯”的策划案、“第二届招生咨询会”的策划文案工作。我之前觉得文案就是有韵味,有艺术美感,像散文诗一样,现实是受众不是来看散文诗的,他们要的是实实在在的利益,但我一直觉得文案中出现这些就会写得像说明文一样,没有艺术美感,不是我想象中的文案。由此我意想到课堂书本上的经典广告文案与现实的广告实务还是有间隔的,只有美感的文案其实不能称作好文案,只有能产生销售力的文案才是务实的文案,才是好文案。

没有过硬的实力,扎实的基础,寸步难行。还好在学校有相应的学习,因为有了铺垫,衔接上了岗位工作,不至于是一个小白,所以勉强能够跟上公司的工作。但却非常消耗体力脑力。现在广告已经成为了一种商业手段,不可或缺,也导致了相关岗位产生。我原本从事的是广告策划,但是因为公司人手不够,加上公司名气不显,人才匮乏,稍有能力的人就需要兼职多份工作,虽然有些劳累,但学到了更多的定西。
工作和学习不能混为一谈,在学校的时候,觉得工作并不难,因为在我们看来学习的东西都比较简单,到了岗位上也可以很容易上手,所以对于自己的压力也就没有多大。但到了工作以后,我们需要写策划方案,不但要考虑到市场的具体情况,更需要实地考察,联系公司的具体信息,并且要给其他公司审核,如果一次通过了还好,不然就是需要多次修改指导客户满意为止。
可以说我们是给其他公司提供广告策划和制作,想要得到认可,就只有拿着最好的策划方案和作品投标,而且还有很多竞争公司,一旦没有达到要求不但这么多天的努力白费,而且还白白工作不划算。所以每次做策划我们都会做好个方面的调查和考虑,符合实际的情况,也符合客户公司的基本条件,这样的策划才有意义。
我在做策划中,曾经为了一份策划方案连续加班了三个月,只因为这份策划方案没有达到客户心中理想的.要求,一直都在修改,感觉这完全是吹毛求疵,在鸡蛋里面挑骨头,让我气愤不已,但是生气归生气,工作却不能放下,公司的信誉必须保证,指导完成策划才行。
工作很累,而且烧脑,往往为了想出一个策划方案都需要几天几夜,甚至需要查询很多资料,当最后结果完成,看到的只是几张纸的事情,可是付出的却是百倍甚至千倍的努力,做广告还得时刻指导,给客户做提示,告诉他们如何投放广告,如何提高客户流量,怎么增加客户的回购力度等等。
当客户获得了成绩有了收益,我们才会有接下来的更多合作,但如果没有达到预期效果往往就会导致我们只有一次合作机会。所以每次合作我们都是好几个组一起负责,有的人负责策划,有的人负责文案,更有的负责图片海报制作。一环扣一环,这都离不开耐心,不能放松。

xx年3月份,我进入宁阳县邮政局下属的广告公司开始实习。在那乍暖还寒的日子里,我离开了亲爱的学校,离开了可亲可爱的同学,开始了我的实习生涯。
广告公司离我家比较近,每天我骑车子10分钟就可以到达。我骑着车子进了正门,把自行车停到车棚里,从楼梯上去,就到了。这是个规模比较小的广告公司,地方不大,由两间办公室组成。
从进入这家广告公司,到离开,中间大概两个月的时间,总的感觉来说,压力不是很大。比较轻松,而且因为只是实习,也没有做很多东西。当然也谈不到学了什么。可能社会经验的增加也是一笔不小的财富吧。
每天,我到了公司,打扫打扫卫生,给花浇浇水。然后打开电脑开始上网。上网的时候,我一般会先开QQ,有时候隐身有时候不隐身。MSN不是很经常开因为那上面联系人不多。其实开QQ也不怎么聊天,反正没以前那么瞎聊了。都是和同学互相问候,或和固定几个人增进感情。然后一般会看看学校的论坛。觉得能在学校读书真好。不过也充分理解正在上学的成天喊无聊的学弟学妹们。不过在论坛上也不怎么经常发帖跟帖了。因为我的状态好象一直都是木木的。然后会打开我的博客看有没有新的留言,如果有的话回复。我一般不在单位写博客,这种私人的东西我更倾向于在家里在自己私人的空间里完成。这时候单位的人一般都来齐了。每个人忙自己的事情,或者聊聊天看看报纸。刚去的那段时间觉得时间过的很慢。常常会觉得坐不住。其实后来也是。不过稍微好点了。尤其是和单位的人熟了以后。有时候也会觉得很快,不知不觉的就到了中午该吃午饭的时间,我就怀着愉悦的心情下楼,骑上我的小车子,吹着口哨回家了。下午和上午类似,不过不用打扫卫生和浇花。办公室里有两盆杜鹃花开的特别好,特别娇艳欲滴。
公司的工作比较杂,我做过一个宣传画册,是一个很普通的企业,在做之前大体了解了一下客户的要求。因为是一家比较传统型的企业,所以在要求上只是想让画册大方,好看。在做之前我收集了一些企业的宣传画册,来借鉴一下,又在网上找了一些例子参考。于是就准备开工了。公司里做这种小册子用的软件是pagemaker.我以前没有接触过这个软件,所以一度很犹豫是用PS做还是用pagemaker。到了实际工作中才知道自己不会的多。很多软件掌握起来都很困难。所以我对于我在学校里没好好学习的行为十分后悔。如果可以再给我一个机会,我一定不会让时光虚度,我一定积极的学习各种有用的知识,我突然想到了我爸妈对我的教诲。我想,只有自己经历过,才知道学习的重要性啊。
后来我就用PS开始做那家企业的宣传画册。画册内容很简单,就是把一些图片和文字组合起来,看起来美观大方。但也不是一件容易的事情。
制作过程就略过不谈了,无非是怎么组合版面,运用什么颜色,安排一些什么图案进去等等。最后做了十几页,算是完成了任务,还是比较有成就感的。尤其是看自己的作片被印成印刷品,那种感觉,象是收获的季节,象是在一望无垠的金黄的麦田里,放眼望去,麦浪波涛起伏,想着这么多麦子,那能变成多少雪白的面粉,能卖多少钱啊。其实种粮食是不挣钱的.。要说挣钱,还是在大城市挣钱多。就拿工资水平来说,在青岛济南,本科毕业生一般也就1000左右,但到了北京,差不多会xx左右,但是,挣的多并不意味着生活质量就高。并不意味着就会生活的很开心。而且,在大城市,消费水平也高。在济南,东西多便宜啊。租房子也便宜啊。可是我们为什么要挣钱呢。生活到底有什么意义吗?我们日复一日,夜复一夜,机械的生活下去,做一些看不出什么价值的劳动,换取维持日常生活的薪水,和周围各种各样的人打交道,看各种各样的脸和表情,一直到老到死,有意思吗?现代的生活,究竟是提高了人们的生活水平,还是让人们在不知不觉中丢失了一些宝贵的东西呢?为什么大家都要按照既定的轨道生活呢?一些貌似理所当然的东西就真的有道理吗?如果有可能,我只想攒一笔钱,然后到一个小村子里去生活,简单生活。或者只是做自己想做的东西,总之,不为别人打工。我希望,我的世界可以很小,尽可能的小。在我们还年轻的时候,总会有一些躁动,一些不安定,一些想入非非,一些不着边际,一些藐视社会,一些自我中心。当我们逐渐成长,这些东西可能会消失,这个过程,是我不想经历的。
写了这些,把自己的感受写出来,稍有种释放的感觉。这几天,每次经过天桥,看着桥下如水的车流,总会想那么多人在奔波忙碌,生活,到底是一种什么面目。不知道如何收尾了。希望大家都过的好,找到比较满意的工作。实习期间跟同学联系,都同样的情绪,大家互相安慰鼓励,我觉得这种友情特别好。我真希望好朋友都有好的爱情和事业。如果她们混的好,我就去找她们混。就到这里结束吧。
